Lots of cool New Items in the game all needing Dilithium Crystals. Many of you are now panicking. How will you get all the items you need? No worries, here to help as usual. This will be a LOT of info so you are gonna need a minute. 😉
First off, do not look at Kirk as someone you need RIGHT NOW! Just like Takei and Jesus, he is essentially the “last item” to shoot for in the Replicator. So please do not panic thinking you need him this very moment or this week even. It will take time. Trust me. But no worries, as Bertram progresses and you progress Dilithium will become easier to obtain. These counts are for ONLY up to Warp Core 5. We still have MORE coming and I am sure MORE options to earn. 😉
Now for the breakdown… as of right now, these are all the available items within the Menu, Enterprise Rooms, and Replicator that you can create to help earn more Dilithium for your game. This is for Regular earned items. YOUR results will depend on what YOU own, make, build, etc… along with YOUR time in the game.

CHARACTERS
Now I know some of your Characters are on daily tasks to earn various Materials. If you are still collecting Materials for someone or Energy, keep them on that task. These are more for the Characters when they are free or you have some time to spend a few minutes to send them to get you some help. As shorter tasks earn you a lot more in a lot less time, I will be only focusing on tasks from 1-4hrs

Every 1hrs x 8 times = 450 Dilithium for Starfleet Lois
Possibility of 90 Dilithium in 8hrs with Mort & Peter
Possibility of 450 Dilithium in 8hrs with Starfleet Lois
That means if you just send Starfleet Lois alone over and over for 16hrs, you will have 900 Dilithium Task is back down to just 5, but you can still make use of it along with the other two above to continue to earn a lot of Dilithium. in 16 hrs!

This Characters will help with Bertram, so I will seclude them to ONLY this 4hr option.

So not even a full day of Bertram Battles with just 3 Characters will give you 225 Dilithium in 20hrs

With just 3 Characters you can get 225 Dilithium in 20hrs
For an overall Daily Collection of 1160 Dilithium a day. (That is not even using all the Characters possible for the payout.)
1160 Dilithium x 10 Days left = 11600 Dilithium from just sending your Characters out to do what they already are.
Keep in mind this did not even include Starfleet Lois add her in …
900 Dilithium x 10 Days left = 9000 Dilithium She is back to just 5, but still helpful as it is an hour task so easy to send her over n over. not even sending Starfleet Lois as many times as you can.
250 Dilithium x 10 Days left = 2500 defeating Bertram at ONLY the 3rd Laser Borg Bertram.
PLANETS
On a side note, you also have the option to send Characters to Planets. At times you may get a BETTER payout as the same time frame is spent on one Character will the same payout (like a 4hr task) but you add in the possibility of extra items, like Dilithium in great amounts being added. It may be worth a try if you still have lots of Transporter Energy to use up.

So as you can see, if you are going to be sending a Character off on a random task that may not help out much, have Transporter Energy to spare, might as well try for a BETTER payout than that 1-4 hour task would have given you.
UPDATE: Thanks so much to our awesome readers sharing their results with other. Here are some of the results on Planet trips we are seeing, give them a try if you would like. 😉
Savory Cook: I’m still playing around with it. Nothing too consistent. I did okay sending Klingon Meg alone to Planet Acapella a few times. She brought back 450 Crystals twice, 750 Crystals on another trip. The last one just 15 Crystals though. Helped me unlock Picard. When she gets back from this trip from Acapella might try my luck at Planet Beta Max. Will post if find a good combo for the 500 crystal chance there.
Alex: (also Acapella) I sent peter alone 4 times and 3 of those times he came back with 750 crystals.
Mike: Planet acapella has paid out quite nicely for me. Only sending out klingon Meg since she has become useless lol. Last 5 trips were 750, nothing, 450, nothing, then 750 again. Not bad in less than 2 days. Will be running out of blue orbs soon though.
Thanks for the write up. Hopefully we get a special 100k dilithium treat like at Christmas.
TRIBBLES
Though these lil guys were set to go away by Phase 2 starting, I am happy to say they are still hanging around. So tap on them anytime you can see them in your town. One at a time, so when they multiply you get the full spawn. If you already have too many in your Enterprise, only 1 or 2 will spawn from multiply if any at all when tapped. These lil guys drop anywhere from 1-5 Dilithium each. That can add up fast. Not to mention the extra CHANCE Clam popping out now and then.
PREMIUM THINGS
Now for the Premium breakdown… as of right now, these are all the available items within the Menu, Enterprise Rooms, and Replicator that you can create to help earn more Dilithium for your game. This is for items you can spend your Clams on. As these are more items you may just buy one or multiple of, I will group them together with their possible daily payout for you over 24hrs of Collecting Rent on them.
Now this is more for those that do not want to put the time or effort in to get the items they are going for in “play for it” method and instead WANT to spend Clams. As always, the choice to pay out your precious Clams is YOURS to make. You do not have to spend them, but here is an idea if YOU choose to do so.

As you can see, WITHOUT spending any Clams at all you can easily earn 19400 Dilithium by the end of the Event. All that by not even using ALL the Items, Character, Buildings, Planets, and side options available at your fingertips for a FREEMIUM Player. This does not even include what you already have right now.

I’m having a bit of trunoe getting xp. Theres just 2 days left before the last phase is unlocked and I’m just at 8 1/2. I’m logging in evry 2 hours too but it seems like I’m missing something. Also just unlocked Beverly and Vulcan quagmire is still 20 condoms to go…

Do you have items left you can purchase to help? Like Buildings or Decorations you don’t have yet from Menu or Replicator? Several of them have an amazing XP payout.

It seems to Mr that the crystal payouts for the rooms and buildings are obnoxiously low(excluding the dilithium mine type buildings. Even the premium buildings like the starfleet academy only payout 8, and some are as low as 1. Kinda worthless.

Planet Beta Max only takes 2 Transporter Energy for a 2 hr trip and has a chance payout of 500 Dilithium Crystals.
Planet Acapella takes twice as many blue balls (4) and twice the amt of time (4 hrs) for a chance at 750 Dilithium
Say you were successful at bringing back the max Dilithium on two trips in a row, to each planet:
After 4 hrs you would have gained 1000 crystals from Beta Max
After 8 hrs you would have gained 1500 crystals from Acapella.
Which is better in the long run, using less transporter energy and time on a chance payout? Or vice versa? I’m not sure. Need a math person. Lol. I am more of a right-brain thinker. I know player results vary, but what do you left-brains think is the better way to go overall?

OK scratch this post. I just realized that Beta Max actually costs 5 Transporter Energy. No contest. I must have been looking at the wrong planet before.

Acapella has 2 payouts, one is a chance for 450 and the other is a chance for 750. So you have a chance at 1200 (plus 15 guaranteed) for 4 hours there, or a chance of 500 (plus 25 guaranteed) for 2 hours at Beta Max.
Not knowing the exact chances, nor being enough of a math whiz to figure out a cost benefit analysis, it appears that should you get lucky then you can get more from one 4-hour trip to Acapella (1215) than you do from two 2-hour trips to Beta Max (1050).

I’m not sure if it is different for the dilithium, but I got multiple items from other missions. Since the dilithium is listed as 2 separate “prizes” that you can win from the away mission it stands to reason that it would function the same as the other transporter missions allowing you to get two or more different payouts from one trip.

I know this was meant to reassure us, since 19,000 dilithium over the next 10 days seems like a really large amount.
But Kirk costs 15,000 himself, many of us are still trying to get enough for Picard (8000) and/or Stewie (4000), and next week we also get new items with new unknown costs: Picard’s Fencing Arena and Data’s Chip Factory in the replicator, Trophy Room and The Brig as Enterprise rooms, Scotty and/or Khan as characters, and if the trend continues something new as decorations or buildings in the regular store.
We are going to need a lot more that 19,000 by the time this event is done, so unless we get really lucky on away missions (or the drop rate increases significantly) or unless the new Bertram battles have a dramatic increase it is still going to be extremely difficult to manage at those high costs.

This is just basics. Not even adding in all the extras or all the possibilities. Kirk is meant to be last, so look at him as such. Focus on the others right now and wait to see what additions Thursday brings. 😉

It would seem Tinyco noticed that Starfleet Lois had a 1hr = 50 Dilithium Crystals action and promptly changed it to 5 crystals, so much for that strategy

Sorry to seem like a spam, the message is along the same lines but updated. So yesterday I wrote about not being able to get the factor 1000 sun screen for talosian stewie whilst getting half way through all other requirements, I’m now done with everything nd still have no sun screen. I just don’t know how to get them, I got both mort and riker on the task. It’s says it’s only rare but I’m having no joy what so ever. I’ve contacted the the support but no reply. Not sure how I’m going to get stewie as I need him for Borg Bertram and also those 25 clam. Is it a glitch or is the drop rate that bad. I’ve been trying for over 3 days now. 3 days with 2 people doing 8 hr task. Basically around 12 times with not one drop. That’s not good 😔

Give them time to reply. They just got back in Monday morning and I’m sure many emails to go through.
In the meantime try this if you feel something is off… Send them on a short task. Like 1 or 2 hr. Also restart your device. When they’re done… try again. See if drops get better.

I’ll give it a shot. It’s so frustrating because everything else is done 😂 once I get stewie it should all start falling into place. Your guides have got me through a lot of this event so thank you guys for that 😊 also with regards to dilithium and the planets the planet I use is acapella XII. Used it 5 times have got 700 twice and got 2 drops of synthesizer ore(x2). So 4/5 times have been very useful.

Awesome results in the planets. It really helps. You are gonna spend 2-4 hrs on the regular task anyway. Worst that could happen… you get the exact same payout for 2-4hrs in a Planet you would on a 2-4hr task… so really no loss if you got the extra Energy. 😉

It is that bad.
I got maybe one every 5 times or worse. Some days none, some days 2 and i am extremely active. Happy when i finally got him though. Now i can kill Betram 3x per day (I have all of the characters except Kirk and Data, who needs 2 more av software).

Well I’ve had warp core 5 for around four days now and between mort and riker I’ve sent them around 13/14 times for arguments sake. I have all other items and no sun screen, not one. I’m on fairly regularly. I’d be over the moon with one a day at this rate

Also how come Edo Herbert has been uselss? I unlocked his costume but all his item tasks are as normal Herbert…
Also what were the flaming nerds for? The first moment I could put someone on the task all they dropped was dilithium. (Which makes me wonder how much dilithium and maybe its worth Q and Crusher just constantly saving them)

As you can tell I’m just kind of confused about the premium characters who have all (except Worf) been less useful than Ryker+ Le forge.

I thought I would have trouble with Datas catfood and floppy discs, and now I only need two more of each, even without Patrick Stewart.
Those antivirus however… still only got half of them!
I surely thought that I would have finished them first.
Anyway, aint completing missions another nice way of getting Dilithium Crystals?
You have to spend time doing longer tasks that gives less Dilithium per hour, but the mission award gives you more than doing 1 hour tasks in most cases.

Hi, thats great info thanks, i personally dont have any issues with Dilithium, I do how ever have issues getting dark matter…… there is no way i am going to get enough to get Captain Kirk, and i am sending all my fighters to beat Bertram – any hints tips, or advice always welcome i currently have 16, need 150, i have already got Stewie, so PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Keep battling Bertram. Like it says in the post on him (linked in this very post you’re commenting on) Kirk is the LAST prize to shoot for. The Battles will increase next release and higher payout.

Lois still gives 10xp for 1 hour task not 1xp still good if your levelling up…. I’m on 11 so don’t really need to level up any more

reading how Patrick Stewart now drops cat food i had to go pull him out of inventory. Should help some considering my only cat food source has been the borg cube, and now ricker since i finally unlocked Talosian Stewie. You would think they would put some kinda notice in game or a push notice about a change like that.
Reading about so many having dilithium crystal shortages guess im glad i got the Dilithium Refinery on day 1, sitting on 23500 crystals with only kirk left needing some right now.

I am already done with cat food. I built 4 borg cubes to take care of that. Just need one more AV software and Data is done.
Ps when i click use clams on Data it says 23 to unlock. However when i bring up the AVS it says buy 1 for 6 clams (only need one more)….. shouldn’t those match?

I have evwrything unlocked Except Kirk. Multiples of all non clam buildings and am currently sitting on 20k myself.
Doing the math i need to defeat betram 5 more times to get to 128 dark matter (I am guessing that the next level for him will drop 25 so that would give me Kirk unless something else pops up that needs dm).

I hate how TinyCo reacts in some cases. First They changed the Room building time from 4 to 10 hours, and so on. Now Lois 1 hour task from 50 to 5 crystals. THATS NOT FAIRPLAY!!! Why??? WTD???

It was never meant to be 50. Look at all the 1hr tasks. It’s wasn’t right at all. 5 is the correct payout for 1hr tasks. I’m surprised they let it go as long as they did. Almost 2 weeks. 😉

Unfortunately I didnt even realize she was doing that, until they changed it. Was too busy trying to get caught up… would have majorly helped with dilithium, since I really don’t feel like I play enough, can’t play at work (9hrs), can’t play in my sleep (6-8hrs). So, I only have 2, 821. Afraid to spend it on anything that could help me.. Got maybe 800 yesterday, that may be pushing it, too. Well, hopefully something does change, because not everyone can play all day. 🙂

Hey gals just comin on to say you guys are freakin’ sweet 😉 you guys are so help because im sure this guide will put a lot of people at ease because i know. It helped me not worry about it anymore. I also got a tip (that you guys probably already posted somewhere already and i missed it lol) that may help some people worry less coming into the final phase with getting dilithium crystals. If you click on either picards fencing area or data’s chip factory when you click on the small “i” beside each building it shows you what it looks like and that it pays out 100 dilithium crystal every 2 hours that will definetely help with collect them lol. Hopefully theyre not too tough to acquire and also that i could help.

I’m really impressed how they constantly manage to make such changes after they would be most useful. Last week’s changes with the phaser battle drops mostly fixed the condom problem while collecting stuff for later characters such as Data would be more needed at this point.

They must have a lot of players with a week of delay, I quit the game with that week of delay, I unlocked phase 4 when they launched phase 5, so they must be trying to help those players who are left behind to win the big prize (picard, stewie and kirk, I guess with spock those are the most popular characters from star trek and family guy)

I unlocked Talosian Stewie today and have Picard unlocked, so just need 4000 Dilithium for Data and the 15,000 for Kirk. Gonna try to send Meg to Acapella. I’ve gotten 500 from send Q to Beta Max a few time now too.

Okay, more math coming your way! It’s going to be a lot of info, but maybe you ladies want to plug some of it into the post. This is basically a breakdown of which freemium rooms should be placed on your Enterprise to earn the most Dilithium.
First, a clarification on the math I used for Dilithium earned per room, per day. Using Wardrobe Services as an example, if you collect every 4 hours, then it’s actually 60 possible every 16 hours, because the first 4 hour timer starts when you first collect. So, in this example, collect at 8am, noon, 4pm, 8pm, midnight, then sleep 8 hours. All my math is based on 8 hours of sleep and collecting every time the room is ready, yielding my daily total.
You have 17 available rooms on the Enterprise. 8 rooms should be used for 2 each of Crew’s Quarters, Super Rad Cargo Bay, Rec Room and Weapons Locker, as these award crafting materials. That leaves 9 available rooms. Assuming you’ve already collected the character drops from rooms, the best payout combo for the remaining rooms would be 2 each of Wardrobe Services, Cargo Bay, Robotics Lab and Medical Lab, leaving one open room for a Space Crapper, Genetics Lab or Riker’s Quarters. This combination yields a possible 417 daily Dilithium Crystals, plus your crafting material drops.
Don’t forget, however, to utilize math to figure out if buying a room you don’t already own is worth it. For myself, I’ve only built one Robotics Lab so far. A second would yield 25 Dilithium daily, with (rounding down) 9 days left to the event. The room would earn 225 in 9 days, but costs 175 to build, so net gain would be only 50 Dilithium. The Space Crapper, Genetics Lab or Riker’s Quarters, which I have plenty of, would each yield 81 Dilithium in 9 days, so NOT worth it to purchase a second Robotics Lab.
Again, sorry for the info dump. Just hoping my number crunching can help others figure out their best options for which rooms to have until the final warp core upgrade.

I thank you on your math for accounting for an “8 hour sleep”; not to say I get that every night, but it’d be silly to do the math assuming you’re playing enough to get 5 collections of a 4 hour task every single day (where is the time for sleep, and what about work? and if you’re able to collect resources and send off more characters that often at work, your supervisors are likely not too happy with your productivity).
No offense to the gals who put so much effort into this (and everyone else, too), but as much as I like this game and take the time to check it fairly often, bodily functions and the need for disposable income, as well as other distractions of life, keep me from truly maximizing my collections.

Glad I could help. I try to sleep 8 hours a night myself, just don’t always succeed. Always best to account for that 8 hour sleep, just in case.
And for everyone else worrying about not earning enough, don’t forget what TinyCo tends to do. The last week typically involves elements to earn a lot of event currency quickly, or they drop the price or extend the deadline if too many freemium players are struggling. No need to worry too much. The math is just to show it’s possible and help you get there sooner.

I have not one but TWO apples for you, but I am slow to understand the math here. I’m playing as often as a full-time job and need for sleep allow, and I bought all the premium characters so far plus several premium rooms/buildings, but I don’t feel like I’m netting anything like 1000+ crystals per day. I just paid up the 4k for Data earlier today (I do have Talosian Stewie already, crafted him/paid his 4k this weekend), and am down to just 200 crystals. I was using Lois’s big payout task as often as possible during waking hours, now with that squashed I’m all the more worried about getting Picard’s 8k PLUS Kirk’s 15k PLUS the crystals I’ll need to spend on stuff with Thursday’s Warpcore upgrade. That seems like a whole lot of crystals to earn in 9 days before the event ends. 🙂

Wanted to point out to those stressing about crystals that after making necessary quest purchases from the replicator & creating Picard I was left with 18 ….in less then 16hrs (6 sleeping 😉) I have accumulated just under 3000 to save for Stewie… I did however send Chris on his own to Acapella (while Bertrem was cooling down) & was lucky enough to get 450 crystals…. I wish Lois was still making 50 from her 1hr task but I guess it was great while it lasted 😉!!

I get what you’re saying, but…People will always complain. Even if things are good people will complain. It’s a standard you see worldwide. Mainly those upset comment so they seem the loudest. But there are still many behind them, quiet, getting by fine.
This event is NOT easy. Not in any way. I know this. Im playing too. You have to work for what you get. Some players are just not used to that. It’s not a game for everyone. But no game is. It’s why we’re here helping. Showing players a way things CAN go. Helping out. Offering tips. Shining lights on things others might not see.
I see many times people struggling in a game so they’ll chuck their controller and storm off or toss the table over out of frustration cuz they feel they’re “losing” or something is “unfair”. A lot of times… it’s just panic. Panic leads to frustration. Frustration to anger.
Can’t have it both ways on glitches. Expect a bad glitch fixed but not a good one. It’s none or both.
I’ve shown it CAN be done Freemium. It’ll take work, but as a Freemium that’s the sacrifice. Time or Dime. Play to win or Pay to win. Players have to make that choice and understand what path they choose will determine the awards.
Premiums will ALWAYS get more. Rightfully so. They support the game. They keep it alive. They allow events like this Franchise to come to our games.
FYI this is in no way directed at you. Just overall generalizing what we see in comments when something is “fixed” players were using that was incorrect to begin with.
Don’t worry. Don’t panic. Still plenty time to earn and get things (I’ve shown that). Last week they always pull out all the stops. It’s bout to go all crazy in the game. 😉

I am just upset because I am a premium player who supports this game and Meg is useless although to get her skin I had to buy other characters. I am also way behind because of glitches in the game during the first week. Even though I bought all the premium characters and some of the buildings/rooms/planets, I still have not been able to catch up. I don’t have a chance to get everything because not all characters/skins come with pay unlocks that I can do at the 11th hour and I am way behind on the crystals. Even with this guide, I won’t have enough crystals to get everything. This has never happened to me in an event before. Besides the first event, King Butt event, and the 4th of July , where I was freemium, since I turned to premium I was always able to get everything I wanted easily.

As far as Crystals, me being a premium in one of test games… I have plenty of them. But I also watch what I buy. It really lies with what you buy, how often you collect on that buy, and how you spend or splurge on the Crystals.

What happens after you defeat laser Borg Bertram? Does the next level get unlocked? Also how is it possible to get enough dark matter to get Kirk? I was using star fleet Lois over and over until it was changed back to only 5 crystals. I didn’t realize it was a mistake. I thought they made it 50 crystals to help us out. Lol. Hoping that the next Warp Core upgrade does in fact bring the 2 last replicator buildings (Picard’s Fencing Arena and Data’s Chip Factory) that “say” the payout is 100 crystals every 2 hours. That would really help with the final unlocks, and hopefully allow a little time to work on the new character mini quests
But we all know that’s subject to change… *fingers crossed that it stays!*

? How do you mean? Any changes made were to characters already doing tasks. In this case, the only Character change I have seen is Locutus AND Picard now drop Cat Food. As much as Picard is needed for Bertram, I would think no one has him stored. 😉

Also, I had old characters such as Jerome and Herbert in storage prior to the event, and I had to jump between the Quahog and the Enterprise to make sure I had all the necessary characters out of storage (since the list of items needed for some characters, and the corresponding tasks to get them could only be seen from the Enterprise). It could be something as simple as placing the little red (!) over the inventory icon, and over the characters that have item drops, just to simplify things, and let players know they aren’t utilizing characters.

I did a test yesterday and I made 2202 dilithium crystals as a 100% freemium player and I had just unlocked both Crusher and Quagmire towards the end of the day and it was also without using Lois’ 1 hr super power (that is now gone…).
I should unlock Stewie in the next 48 hours (only 3 sunscreen away!) and then I’ll be about 24-48 hours away from Jean Luc. Once those two are unlocked I’ll be killing Bertram like it’s going out of style and watching as Data still lays next to him dead because he’s too greedy and wants a bunch of stuff. 🙂
It’s entirely possible to get *most* things so far, you’ve just got to be patient.

We’ll probably still have more ways to earn it later on, but as of right now I just need 2,000+4,000+15,000 which is 21,000. A little more than you said we could earn by the bare minimum. But I’m fine.
Words of wisdom (I guess): If you don’t need any more Anti-Virus Software or just want a break from tryin’ for them, then send Peter to Beta Max or Quag if you have all the floppy disks. It gives 25 dil in two hours which is more than if you would send one of those characters on their one hour tasks twice. Then obviously there’s the extra possible 500 you can earn though I have sent Peter about 5-6 times and haven’t gotten anything.
At least my stupid accidental touch of a purchase in the form of a tribble hijacking my screen and buying the Red Shirt Doom room is paying off. It’s good enough Dilithium and I have more than enough orbs to send Peter to Beta for the rest of the event.
I would say hold off on it too since Khan or Scotty might possibly be freemium or some other surprise might come that needs these, but phaser energy still can get dilithium. So, there’s that.

Frankly with the very pitiful drop rates as usual, I can’t even try to optimize my crystal payouts right now because I have so much still to collect to unlock characters. 8 hours for a common item drop only to have nothing drop repeatedly. 3 rare sunscreens in 4 days. I have been logging in at least every 2 hours since the event started and yet I am 24,000 crystals short for the guardian of forever, picard and kirk, let alone whatever drops on Thursday. Tiny Co has always been horrendous at basic math and this event is just a continuation of it. I finished the first phase a day early but every subsequent phase I am 3-4 days behind using the same 1-2 hour login schedule. Logic says that shouldn’t be happening but it is thanks to Tiny Co’s awful drop rates and insane quantities. The common, uncommon, rare, epic structure needs to be discarded as it’s an epic failure and each item needs at least 4 if not 5 or even 6 ways of being collected. What good are the jumps in payouts for Bertram when I won’t have either stewie or picard unlocked to help thanks to low payouts and non-existent drops? They could (and should) drop all requirements by 25% and it would still be challenging but not bordering on one step short of impossible.

People just want everything right away it seems, I’m not worried, getting just over 2000 crystals a day, and the only premium thing I’ve bought is spock and he doesn’t help much with crystals
All I’ve done is unlocked the characters from each phase, built the things in the replicator and placed the star trek buildings in quohag that earn crystals, nothing too difficult
Ohhhh n not to mention the final 2 locked items in the replicator paying out 100 crystals EACH every 2 hrs!!! It can easy b done freemium

Oh well I’m getting 2000 a day anyway so still possible without them 2 buildings/items,
I don’t kno if uve noticed but I try 2 be positive n helpful 99% of the time, but this morning I’m really annoyed that they lie to us and then respond to people not getting enough crystals by taking away the 1 task that earns a nice crystal payout, just seems greedy and deceitful

In regards to the task, it has been wrong since her release almost 2 weeks ago. Yes a nice happy glicth, but like all the others… bound to be patched. If you look at 1hr tasks… you’ll see how off it was. I think they were actually generous to have waited til know to fix it. Allowing players to use it for the time they did.
Sucks I know cuz it’s a happy glitch, but a glitch just the same. 😉

Just seems silly, like it would be easy 2 have it blank rather than a possible fake payout? I mean if it’s not correct just have it blank right? Or am I missing something n it’s not that simple

Nothing is as simple as we think. Especially when it comes to gaming. Wish it was. Would make things in this game and life so much easier. What may look like a simple “flick of the switch” may actually take a month to repair.

Is there a possibility you would know which planet/character combinations would be the best chances for dillithium? I keep trying for larger payouts but don’t have much success. Would love a tip or two if anyone has any!

They vary… and right now… I am waiting before loading another 3500 Clams into my game. I have used over 20,000 this event “testing”. Keep an eye on the posts. Anyone else offer some results on this one?

I’m still playing around with it. Nothing too consistent. I did okay sending Klingon Meg alone to Planet Acapella a few times. She brought back 450 Crystals twice, 750 Crystals on another trip. The last one just 15 Crystals though. Helped me unlock Picard. When she gets back from this trip from Acapella might try my luck at Planet Beta Max. Will post if find a good combo for the 500 crystal chance there.

I sent peter alone 4 times and 3 of those times he came back with 750 crystals.

I’m not stressing at all about the amt of dilithium needed. As you have kindly broken down and pointed out in this post, it is entirely doable to get all of the Dilithium needed. I’m just gonna keep plugging away and having fun with it. Am loving battling Bertram! I am on a streak now with the highest level and I’m gonna keep it going as long as possible! 🙂

Good lawd Bunny I cannot imagine the time that went into creating this amazing guide! I’ve heard of something called Bunny Juice but seriously when do you get any downtime to be able to enjoy it, there is no way you can create something as detailed as this and be any kind of juiced up! Thank you, your efforts are appreciated more than I can convey.

Planet acapella has paid out quite nicely for me. Only sending out klingon Meg since she has become useless lol. Last 5 trips were 750, nothing, 450, nothing, then 750 again. Not bad in less than 2 days. Will be running out of blue orbs soon though.

19000 isn’t much. I still need 4000 for data, 4000 for stewie and 8000 for picard and am sitting at 4000 (ie I need 12000 just for that, and that’s nothing toward kirk). tinyco is screwing this event up bigtime. there was no reason to lower the number of tribbles (which were guaranteeing a bunch of dilithium).

Again, this is JUST this weeks releases. Bertrams drops will jump next week and who knows what else in the Dilithium drops will change with the edition of MORE Characters hitting the game too. Also, like I said, I did not even include all the available times in a day you can collect, Starfleet Lois… that alone adds 9000 Dilithium to your totals with not even sending her as often as you can, additional drops from Planet “extras”, Mystery Box drops for those that dabble in them, as well as those you earn from completing questlines. There is always MORE in the game than just the small amount I posted on. 😉

I just said it in the last post but I built a farm of 32 Earl Gray’s that makes me 960 dilithium a day. I just hope I don’t end up needing all the LSE that they cost me.

That is really not a good idea for those just getting to this point to start a farm in my opinion. Farms are great, bu more beneficial over long period of times. Most may end up wasting their Crystals and Materials to only break even if not come up short. It is a tricky thing. Only way I see multiple buys paying out at this point is if you dont need the extras but may need an XP Jump instead.

I ended up doing the same this weekend, built 48 of them since I had so many LSE saved up (I still have about 100 left and counting..) The buildings pay back in just over 4 days if you get them cleared every 4hrs while getting things taken care of with Bertram, so that will make the last week of the event all profit. Definitely could have done it sooner but oh well, I’ll still get a whole lot of crystals from them that I wouldn’t have had.

It bothers me that I have 9 extra common offices from back in the day that I will never use, lol. I couldn’t imagine having 47 same buildings, (of course I would use one ) sitting in my inventory forever….which is what they will do, in 9 days…everyone’s got their way though. Not judging, just intrigued by different play styles.

I’ve always been running way ahead of the curve on dilithium from what I’ve seen as far as others posts, but even I was getting a little nervous about how much I would need for the end of this event with all we need to spend on this phase. I’m not behind by any means, but this puts it into a much better perspective and I feel much more comfortable now. Currently sitting @ 10K and I only have Data & Kirk left to unlock, so I should be in good shape.

It was harder to do from start as there really is so much adding and changing weekly, daily even. Now we are getting close to the end, much easier to provide an overall view and show just how easy it can be with a lil time and effort put in. Or just how instant it can be by dumping Clams. Lol. 😉

I’m $40 into this event now. I generally don’t spend $ on games like this, but with all the detail they’re putting into it, and the fact that I’ve been a ST fan for almost 40y now made this a no brainer for me. I basically quit playing the “other town with the yellow folks” in order to concentrate on this one. VERY glad I did.
The only thing I have spent clams on is to get all the playable characters into my town, with the exception of an accidental purchase of the “Red Shirt Doom Room” (Which I really didn’t need at all. ugh…)
I love the tribute to Leonard they included and the donations to the foundation are very touching. I’m still curious to know if this was the last true job he took for voicing Spock, and we’re all seeing (hearing?) the final chapter of his legacy.
Hats off to TinyCo for doing this event right. (even though it’s frustrating at times!!!)

I am not sure if it is the last as he was working on the new Star Trek Movie stuff too. Could be pretty darn close. I know they took it hard when he passed at TinyCo. They really get involved with these Actors/Actresses and their voice overs. Many times they bring TinyCo great joy as they offer up some extra “ad lib” quotes too. They all have a blast while doing it. I was very happy to see how TinyCo approached it. Very proud of them for paying him and his family the respect they did. Much of what they do to get these voices into our silly lil games we do not see. But I know they are appreciated in the way they approach each person with the respect and care they deserve to do so.

Aghh, every time I see mmmmmmkay I really want to be able to speak like Mr.Mackey but I completely suck at it. It’s the best voice ever! BTW your math confused the crap out of me and now all I can think is how you shouldn’t have done all that math. I don’t think anyone deserves that much of your time, lol. Thanks for it though.
