ANDROID ISSUE
For those of you stuck on Android and still can’t get in. There are two “workarounds” that seem to be helping some Players get in. Both have been posted on the Glitch post.

Do take a few moments though and visit the App Market to ensure you are on 1.9.8 1.10 is out too now.
For those looking to go to iOS 9… many reports starting to roll in that the game is not compatible with it yet so beware. TinyCo is aware of the non compatibility and working on it.

Once you start into the Questline with Quagmire, Save Old Balls Part 1, you will start to see these Underwear clad Men wandering all over your streets of Quahog. I counted around 18-20 in my game to start. They will be your main source of Tear-Away Pants and Baby Oil. I got 3 Baby Oils for all tapped. The rest were pants.
Within a short few minutes of clearing them, 5 more showed up.
When you do NOT need an item anymore, like Baby Oil, they will start to drop Coins instead. The coins will vary within the drops.
FIESTY COUGARS
These Gals on the Prowl will show up once you Unlock the option to start creating Stripper Jerome, Save Old Balls Part 3/4. As soon as you trigger him, you will start to see them wandering your streets as well. I had about 8 in mine.
To Clear them, you will have to tap on them to send a Character to “Dance” for them and get the Dollar Bills. They are an ALWAYS drop. It will take 6hrs to clear one.
You can send Stripper Peter & Magic Mike
That about does it for the basics. A New Mini Event with some interesting Costumes, Returning Costumes, and New Character, and some cool Decorations and Buildings.

Well I updated and it still crashes. I’m hoping to get in, I might email TinyCo but I still haven’t had a reply from last Friday. I thought I would try the freemium stuff and have a go at the box for Bonnie as I was quite lucky with them last event. Does anyone know if the Champagne room will be returning? I like to unlock all tasks for my characters if I can and I have been told that that is a “good” visual task. Not sure what they meant but I can guess based on the item and skin involved.

I’m tempted by the freemium stuff because it’s free, I guess I can buy it and store it instead of missing it. I’ll have to see if I can get in first. I am quite tempted to have a go on the mystery box, but I think I only want the Bonnie skin. I’ll give the freemium stuff a go, but after the last event, and the fact that this doesn’t interest me, I am happy to have a quieter week.

My game has been crashing on the login screen since yesterday so I missed the last 12 hours of the event and couldn’t spend my saved up cookies on more cr*p (I mean continue my quest for more & more stuff).
I managed to use the facebook app to get on following which I can now login as normal on my phone.

As others already reported, I too have been locked out of the game since yesterday morning, 2 updates later, still nada. I’ve read the workarounds, spare yourself the copy-paste. 😉 Just posting here cause I was too lazy to swype to the right post. 😛
I’m on a Galaxy Note, read you both were on some type of Galaxy devices as well. I’ve tried the facebook workaround, but it simply gets stuck at loading, nothing happens. As for the ios workaround, I know no-one with an iOs device, so much for that. 😦
Any other suggestions? Except for contacting them. I’m still waiting for a reply on my message about a month ago and they never-ever responded to me in-game. Not even when I simply sent ‘close this ticket’. Desperate attempts to delete data, clear cache, force stop and relog to account from in-game result in crash to homescreen.
I was just about done with trying to finish TinyCo events, should I instead just be done with the game as a whole? This is just -nargh!-. 😦 I’m all out of ideas.

Yes. I’m the one that found the iOS workaround for mine and had Alissa try it on hers and it got both of our Galaxy devices in. I’m S4 she’s S6. Facebook BETA is stubborn so it takes a few tries as its technically “not ready”. You gotta be patient with it and keep trying. Even see if a desktop can get you in.

I’m here for some help. I always struggle to decide which character to buy with my hard-earned clams and now I’m struggling again. I have just enough for Magic Mike or Brain Danaged Horse and can’t decide.
Magic Mike is a unique character which probably won’t return, and that’s why I’d buy it. But I like BDH more, this magic mike thing is so… meh. Still, bdh will be there for longer and I might earn enough to buy him. Tough choice for me. How many visual task does each have?

I got so dang frustrated with the mobster event. I light event like this is just what I need. Peter seems like he will be pretty easy to get. I got all 5 baby oils from my first round of strippers. I did get Mike because he is fun and fairly inexpensive for an event premium charachter. I will be ignoring the mystery box because I already have stripper Bonnie and my town is already too packed to add anymore decor.

OMG, an old premium character has use! I might faint. Also, yay! Great price for a new character and I appreciate that I don’t have to send someone on a task to create the stuff to then create a goon to then attack the stripper. I just touch the stripper and he gives me stuff. Hmm. That sounds dirty, so appropriate for this game.
I thought the second movie was a huge improvement over the first and funny in a silly way. In case anyone was wondering.

Did you try storing a LOT of stuff in your town? Putting it all away in Inventory? Only keeping smaller amounts out? That helps a LOT. It keeps the memory use low and the games running smoother.

Animated not needed will help. It takes a LOT of memory to animate items. Just… stuff. Things that are not used daily. Kind of like Event items no longer needed.

Had to laugh when I logged in and saw this event pop up. Too funny. I got way behind in mobster event the to unforseen health issues but I just rolled with the punches and got what I could. This is refreshing after that fiasco. It amuses me.

Well, I think I got a preview of what is to come. I got a box with a picture of the Mansion prize and a gift box. When I clicked it, it said “congratulations! You beat all the timed challenges! Claim your reward!” When I hit “go”, I get a pop up with Consuela, and it reads, “Outfit Locked – Oops. Stripper Jerome is locked until you complete additional objectives.” First glitch of the game! What did I win? *grin*

Wow! As soon as I sent the message to TinyCO, they wrote back and said they pushed a fix and to restart the game. So I restarted the game, and sure enough, there was my mansion.

Are you still getting reports of people locked out of the game? I’ve downloaded two updates in the last 8 hours or so, the icon & load screen have returned to normal, but I’m still being thrown out at the home screen. I’ve emailed TinyCo. Unfortunately I don’t have an IOS device or Facebook access to try the fixes in the glitches post.
Disappointing to miss a week of the last event AND at least the beginning of this one…

Small amounts. But still mainly Android users. You tried a complete wipe of the game from your device and reinstall? If your game is saved, it is worth a go. It is so odd how some Androids are out while the rest are functioning. VERY odd. In the meantime, as you can see, they are doing all they can. Patch after patch trying to find what is causing it and fix it.
To me, seems like a corrupted file out there. That’s why I say wipe it and reinstall fresh if you can.

I went and did a force stop, cleared the cache, cleared data, and uninstalled. Did a fresh install. It launched fine. Went through the tutorial real quick and then went in to log into my account and as soon as my account loaded up the game crashed. Now it’s back to crashing halfway through the load screen. So I don’t think it’s a corrupted file, but something linked with my account.

Well I guess I’m now the not very proud owner of a glitter machine from the clam mystery box. I attempted to tap the prizes button to see what was in there and it popped up the animation for opening the box and gave me a prize and took my clams. Could have been worse I guess at least it was only 45 clams but that still stings a bit as a freemium player. I shouldn’t have bothered looking at the box since I never try to get anything from them anyway. Bummer. To all my fellow fuller fingered fellas out there I will just say: Careful Tapping!

I’m fairly new to the game and had already sent Quagmire on a 16 hour quest after the mobsters event finished, so now I must wait 12 more hours to get started =/. I appreciate TinyCo giving costumes for other characters even if it’s not show canon. Firefighter Sheamus, Magic Jerome, Consuela’s many costumes(easily the best clam character, her Dia De Los Muerta costume alone is worth it), etc. make having those characters a bit better even if some aren’t often used.

I’m not ranting, I’m staying calm. I’ll wait for WTD, but all I have to say is that it just feels like TinyCo took no advice, in my opinion, from the past about characters in mystery boxes and clams spending everywhere. It’s a shame. I’m just not too fond of this event. Thank you two for keeping up about the event though and good luck!

Sorry Ladies, I think I’m out. Magic Mike doesn’t do it for me, and I can’t even look at the game without hatred and disgust, which I don’t *think* is the point of playing a game (right?). i was 3 boxing gloves away from Cleveland’s skin and didn’t have any gold trucks spawn all day. I noticed I only had ONE regular, purple truck in my game all day, and I hadn’t cleared any of those in well over a week (since I was locked out for nearly a week and spent the 24 hours since getting back in on finishing off those gloves) so this was clearly yet another glitch. I would have even paid some clams to complete since I was soooooo close. I’ll just come here and enjoy seeing the walkthroughs for free (and by people I continue to respect and admire). 🙂

Not as bad as 3rd quarter of last year back-back-back events and during the events there was another event that’s 2 in 1 but it was much easier back then. The events were American dad and thanksgiving, Halloween and I think Christmas

When this event started, it said that I can claim the challenge prize. But when I tap on it, it says that I need Stripper Jerome. Already sent a message to TinyCo, not expecting a response though…

They couldn’t wait one whole day for us all to have a break? I sent all of my people on 12 or 24 hour tasks after the mob event ended and my workers are clearing trees. I thought we’d get at least that long before a new event.
I did get a popup in my game that said as a reward for finishing all of the timed events I got a reward… but it is locked out until I work through the storyline of Magic Mike more. Looks like we are getting a skin for Jerome.

Ugh not gonna be caring for this event at least after the mobster disaster. Maybe that’s wise of them.. Making us forgive them come the next big event. Hope people stick to not giving them more money if they’ve said it.
