UPDATE 7/11: Morning all… so the “issue” last night was new and isolated quick. Not the same as the other two they’re still trying to track that hit around Mobsters. So most should be right back in.
For everyone else still locked out, please keep posting the answers here if you have not already. To me, the core cause seems possibly related to Android Updates (like within Lollipop and the actual 5.2 update). Will keep working with TinyCo and our readers here to track it til we find the trigger. Thanks so much for your help and answers. I really appreciate it. 🙂

- When did this begin?
- I know some have answered many times, but we see players reporting it right after Mobsters ended, along with some who have been locked out for longer. We are trying to see if this is two different issues.
- What region do they live in?
- State of the US, country if outside the US.
- We find that sometimes, rarely, this is related to a specific carrier or region.
- What carrier do they use?
- ATT, Verizon, just wifi, etc
- Can they log on using their account on a DIFFERENT android device?
- We know logging on iOS fixes it. Does another Android device?
So let’s work together to find out just WHY this is impacting individual Android Users and get it taken care of so we can all get back to having fun!!

It crashes on the login screen if I am lucky mostly just the tinyco screen. It also pop up the it failed so I can send a report.

After reading all of the comments, it doesn’t appear to be an isolated bug. It seems if you have an android device, you have the bug or will get it soon enough.

When did this begin?
Had problems at the close of the Mobsters event. Used an iOS device to get back in then. Started having problems again this evening, around 9:30ish EST. Now I can’t get in at all.
What region do they live in?
East Central Alabama / West Central Georgia

1.) After the latest update. Was able to start some of the Magic Mike tasks but can’t get in anymore. Crashes on the loading screen.

Since latest update 9:00 est July 10th. I live in Toronto Canada. Rogers WIFI. Using a Galaxy Tab 3. After a few tries was able to get on using my S5.

1. Started today (July 10), was able to log into the Magic Mike event around 6-7pm EST but now unable to at 10pm EST.

4. Do not own another Android device to try, currently playing on a Google Nexus 5. Will attempt to log in via iOS.

1. It just started about 9:50pm today.

I have updated to the latest version available in the Google Play store. The game crashed while I was putting my guys to work and now crashes while trying to load, even after the update.

Cannot Login on any device – Once FGTQFS icon is pressed it returns me to my home screen, sometimes without even reaching loading screen.
This crash does not seem to be related to the previous Mob event (For me personally). I am/was well in to the Magic Mike event (Day 2). Purchased all buildings, with last one currently under construction. Still receiving notifications that character tasks are being completed, just cannot access game.
I am up to date on latest Android Version.
Current character actions prior to crash – Peter dance shipoopi.
Bonnie teaserama. (Stripper Skin)
Chris hang out at home.
Bruce hand out fliers.
Joe’s 2 hr task to collect red caps.
Mort scrounge for spare change.
Hope this helps pinpoint any issues. I wanted to be thorough, as my crash just began and may be unrelated to the Mob crash many others are reporting.
Silver lining – I can work on my special XXL inspired dance moves while I wait 😉

From NY….The games been crashing since the third of July, on both my android phone, and my kindle fire hd.. so I missed out on the end of the mob event… uninstalled ,reinstalled…no help… tried to contact tinyco support, link is broken….

1. This started 9:34pm. I was able to download new update and start Quagmire’s task. When I went back into the game that’s when it began crashing.
2. I live in PA in a suburb right outside of Philadelphia.
3. For my Nexus 6 I have T-Mobile and my Nexus 9 is straight Wi-Fi. I am currently using Wi-Fi on both since I’m home. My internet provider is Verizon FiOS.
4. The crashing began on my Nexus 9 and when I logged in using my Nexus 6 I have the same issue.

It began today, July 10th. Even though the Mobsters Event ended yesterday and the game was updated I still had Cookie Couriers in my Quahog but all other event quests, pending items (ie vans) were gone.

WiFi when possible but Straight Talk (Verizon towers) when I’m out and about.

Haven’t tried. But based on the responses so far… would that matter? Game crashed plenty during the Mobsters Event too. Disappointed.

My game was fine 2 hours ago. I tried to log on at 9 pm July 10th. It keeps kicking me out. I am in Florida and play on a kindle fire using wi fi. This is the only device I use to play. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and it still won’t work.

I haven’t had any crash problems up until 2 hours ago. Playing on a Lenovo Android Tablet via my Home WiFi in germany. Been playing the new Magic Mike event and unlocked Magic Peter. Have expereinced occasional crashes all the way through the mobster event, but was always able to log back in immediately. Logged out normally at around 7 PM US east coast time today, suddenly when I open the app now the TinyCo logo comes and the app instantly crashes.

Its 9:15 pm in new jersey. I just updated the app and now it won’t open at all. 150 something of my clams have suddenly disappeared today. My cell carrier is tmobile. No i cant log onto the game with my nook or kindle fire tablets.
This sucks horribly considering that ive been complaining of constant force closing and lagging ever since my ios system updated to lollipop 3 months ago leaving me unable to complete the star trek and mobsters event. Hoping this crash problem will be fixed as well as the other problems. Having tried every trick in the book to fix said issues i ended up nuking my town and leaving everything in inventory besides required buildings. Feel like this is punishment for complaining lol, jk.

Just started crash now 9pm July 10, updated earlier today. Was playing stripper quests went in and our several times. Had little icon to claim mobster prize but did nothing. Had mobster splash screen still. Now show regular splash screen and crashes. Verizon android, florida.

My crashes started between 8 – 9 pm eastern. I was able to start the strippers after the mob event. I am on an S3 running 4.4 and on Verizon.
This games crashes all the time. But it is now crashing upon launch.
