ANDROID CRASH ISSUE
First things first… the ongoing issue with Android Devices that has plagued some of the Android Players since the Mobsters Event. This one was NOT fun. Not at all. TinyCo was not able to recreate this in house at all.
So what to do? Call on the Addicts of course!!! I reached out to many of our amazing Readers here to see if I could pull a few of you personally in to show the Android Lock Out issue in person. One of you really went all out.

Many of the Readers here and Players of Family Guy all over owe a HUGE debt of gratitude for you for taking the time out of your personal life to make a lil trip and help us all out. For those of you that have been locked out, try again now. This may not cover everyone 100%, but it should cover really close to the majority of you. (No worries those it doesn’t help, still will keep on it. Will have an alternate post coming tomorrow to renew the stats those still down after this patch.) In the meantime, write in again (yah… I know… again). Just want to make sure they catch those that it did NOT help.
LEADERBOARD PRIZES AWARDED IN GAME
Second up is the Leaderboard Prizes from the Event. They are starting to slowly trickle out to Players now. If YOU won one of the 10 Leaderboard Prizes, just keep an eye out on your game Today and the next few days.
When you go into your game, you will get a Pop Up about the Leaderboard Prize and all the details for it. Once you tap on “OK” that prize(s) will then be added to your Inventory. So if you got the top ones that include Don, Stewie, and the Griffin House Facade… make sure you look for all 3. (Stewie may hide out in Al’s too.)
UPDATE 7/16: If you are on 1.10 Version of the App it WILL show you what Prize(s) you won from the Leaderboard. Anyone NOT on 1.10 will only show a stock Leaderboard image.
If you are getting MORE than one of a Prize, please report in to TinyCo from your game messaging to avoid issues.

UPDATE: MISSING AN ITEM?
For those of you “Missing Don” or other items, try to force close and restart your device a few times. Also make sure your Family Guy Game is on 1.10 Version from your App Market. TinyCo is reporting back to me that those writing in DO have Don in there… possibly in a limbo to you… but he is there. Hiding out in the Players Inventory. So scroll REALLY slow and look carefully. Use the “ALL” tab if you have to.
For Zoot Suit Stewie, he will be in Al’s as he is a Costume and that is where Costumes appear. So run on over to Al’s to snag him.
If you still have troubles and they do not show up in a day or two… in game message TinyCo. They have record of ALL the Prizes and who won what, so they will be able to verify you got all you were qualified to receive on final counts. But again, wait and try the steps above as the item may be there already.

When the event ended, i was at rank 2008 with ~ 46000 rep. But the popup did not display the bronze House as a prize. I only got the Don, zoot and mansion. Did i really go from rank 2008 to 5000+??

That all depends on the final counts. Only TinyCo can answer that.

I’m extremely happy with my prize, I ended up getting, The Don, Zoot Suit Stewie, Silver Griffin House, and The Don’s Mansion (so happy they added that one). When this event began my aim was for The Don, and Stewies outfit, anything else would have just been a nice bonus.

Was allegedly at about rank 8000, got the Don, Stewie, and the Don’s house. I didn’t have any crashing problems although I lost several days due to drop problems, and I wonder if all the people locked out the final day helped keep me in that tier…. Didn’t use any clams.

Got the don! Very happy, although the don’s quest so far has no dialogue. As soon as I clicked the exclamation mark the requirements popped up, not the normal speech. I don’t really care but it took some work (and I do mean work, not money) to get him and it’s not really a full quest it seems. But again, don’t really care. Zoot Suit Stewie is actually really cool. I didn’t even want him that badly, but I’m glad I did get him. And the mansion is nice, like in a vineyard area or something, though it’s on the small side for a mansion. I was gonna put it in next to my other mansions, but it’s so small. Still works I guess and I didn’t really have much room left anyway. So overall, very happy and I had no problem finding any of them in my inventory and Al’s.

I vaguely recall some dialog between the Don and Peter, not sure if it was associated directly with the quest or just introducing him. He also is voiced (from the movies).

Back in on both Android devices. Zoot Suit Stewie was in Al’s. Found both the Don and his mansion in my inventory. Didn’t have to force close or restart either device. Side note – Tiny Co either needs to extend the Magic Mike event or as a gesture of goodwill give all players the non-clam items and skins from the event.

I definitely got ~9000 on the ranks and only got the skin for Stewie nothing on Don or his mansion…I also reloaded a couple times. Should I wait a couple days before I report or just do it now?

That is up to you. They are still rolling out prizes and will continue the next few days. Did your pop up say you got them all? Do you remember?

The silver skin for the house pays out the same rate as the base house, $3 and 2xp every 30 seconds.

Looking forward to seeing if I won anything. I wasn’t too big on the event, because I didn’t like competing with both paying and non paying players. Call me old fashioned, but I enjoy just trying to have as much fun as I can, before the event ends. Seemed like it caused a lot of undue stress on a lot of people. Was also hard to compete due to numerous rounds of doctors appointments that I have been dealing with since May, thanks to my injured foot and a few other health issues. But overall, not too bad.

Well, when I was locked out a day and a half left with the mob event I was in the 7,000 range and ended up just getting Zoot Suit Stewie. So I messaged Tinyco to let them know that I should have qualified for the Don and his house also being that I couldn’t get into the game until after the event was over and was able to try the trick that Bunny and Alissa posted for the log in on the IOS device.

Yes. I did and the only thing that showed in the picture that I earned was Zoot Suit Stewie. I will see if the Don and house will show up in the next couple of days BUT I still sent a message to Tinyco about it.

Same problem. at 15:00 PDT i was around position 9400, i contacted them last week via email and asked them to confirm that i qualified in the fourth rank (attaching to the mail all the photographic evidences of my position in the leaderbord at the moment of the event end). They nenever answered. This morning i received only Zoot Suit Stewie. No trace of the the Don in any inventory. But the button “You did good, kid!” it’s still here.

Keep in mind the reason for the delayed prizes was so they could confirm who was there. So what you saw on the last day may vary from the ACTUAL payout as people would have been added or removed depending on the results of TinyCo’s “Verification” Process.

I got my prize (zoot suit Stevie) today. Just a little off-topic, I’m watching the 8th season premiere episode of American Dad (Love, AD Style) on TBs right now and it’s clear that this is where they (Tiny Co) got at least 90-95% of the sound bites for the Smith family and Roger for the game lol

So I got prize group 4. The mansion showed up in the inventory buildings tab right away. I had to reload my game to get zoot suit stewie to show up in Al’s. Had to reload 2 more times before the Don showed up in my inventory. He was in the all tab, not the character tab, somewhere near the middle with an icon about half the size of the others. So I guess if anyone is having trouble finding their stuff, you may have to reload a few times like I did and scan the inventory carefully.

ALL the Leaderboard Prizes were a “One Spot ONLY” Award. So where you ended up (1 to 10) is the ONLY Prize you got. 🙂

Back in for the 1st time since July 5th!
Thank you to ALL the addicts & a big shout out to Anonymous J!!!!!
Silly question, seeing as i should be grateful to have access to the game finally, But when i was locked out I was around the 8k position on the leaderboard & therefore eligible for the Don prize. I only got the Stewie costume, & have NO idea where i finished up…. I was also WELL on course for stripper Bonnie, needing only 300-odd cookies for her.
Does anyone know if these will be retroactively issued to players who were unable to get into the game through no fault of their own? Otherwise i (& i suspect, many others!) shall have no other choice but to request a refund from TC, having spent the better part of £40.00 just for that event.
On a less despondent note,You ladies are my 1st port-of-call for ANY FG:TQFS queries, & without you, I would NEVER have achieved as much game knowledge & enjoyment on my own!

So far… it does not look like many got the Don. So I am waiting until ALL the Prizes are rolled out over next few days. Then beyond that, only TinyCo will know the answer. (Your pop up should have also told you WHAT you won)

My pop up definitely did NOT tell me what I won, so I had to scroll through my All tab in Inventory looking for anything new. After that hour (or so it felt), I tried looking in Al’s and found Zoot Stewie. I spent a ton of clams and should have safely got the Don, but being locked out for a week must have cast me down 2 levels. I’m not holding my breath for TinyCo to make it right, but would love to hear if anyone gets a non-canned response.

I got the pop up saying I won don corleone and zoot suit stewie AND corleones mansion. I placed the mansion and created zoot suit stewie but I can’t find don corleone in my inventory! Anyone else missing stuff?

Not really sure where to put this but as I was clicking around in facespace, if you click on a costume picture, it changes that persons profile pic. No idea it did that until now.

So random that I’ve been playing since the beginning and just stumbled upon this while I was bored waiting for a quest to finish up lol
Now if you know of any trick to create our own facespace groups for characters or costumes, please share as their lack of grouping coordination is driving me nuts. (Too many characters and costumes from Star Trek event just hanging around in limbo not in any groups. Who does this? lol) Maybe I will request this in the next Dear Tinyco post

As the post says… it is JUST Starting. Give it a couple of days for them all to trickle in. Also… make sure you are checking EVERYWHERE in the Inventory for the items. 😉

Do all the leaderboard prizes appear in the game at the same time? I have Stewie’s costume in Al’s but there’s no sign of the Don. I’m pretty sure I was between rank 7,000 and 8,000 (definitely in the top 10,000) when the event ended, so I should be getting him too.

That I do not know. I just know they are starting today and will continue the rest of the week. Just make sure you check every possible location in Inventory too.

Even though I was locked out for over a week I was surprised that I was still able to get Zoot Suit Stewie. I was around 24,000 with just 3-4 days left of the Mob Event, but that still didn’t guaranty I was going to get him. I had to do some searching, since I didn’t get an image of what I won so after checking my inventory I went to Al’s to find him there.
PS – I emailed TinyCo asking if they were going to extend the Magic Mike Event and there are no plans to, so those that were locked out like me are SOL. 😦

I am locked out on iOS! I saw double the amount of rooms from the Star Trek event in my inventory and I placed the duplicates, which may have contributed to the problem. I can’t get back into my game, and I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my device, and sent an email and nothing has happened! I’ve been locked out for the better half of the day. If you know anything else that could help, please do tell!

Are you on iOS 9? If so, you are gonna have to wait. I put out warnings that it is not compatible with the game yet. If not iOS9, you need to reach out to them

Good news after almost two weeks I am able to get back on my game I am a happy go lucky guy now….waaahooooo….. still a little frustrated I lost out on all of the event items and this new event item but I am glad to be back on…

This works for any “Facade” for the Buildings. Tap on the Building itself. When the timer bar pops up you will see a Green Arrow over the Building Icon. Tap on that. A drop down menu will appear. Depending on how many Facade/skins you have for it… will depend on the icons you see next. Just look for one that looks like the color of the new skin and tap on that icon (like a gold box in the square icon). The circle with a slash through it returns the Building to its original look.

Double Check Inventory… if it is something you feel you should have got and it is not here by Friday… in game message them. They have a complete list of all the FINAL payouts after all accounts confirmed, so they can tell you what you should have got. 🙂

Ms.Bunny, Since my game was lost when we did the upgrade that time what will happen to my prizes please. I was really doing great on my leaderboard and I was in the top but I had to start a new game because no one gave me my game back so know I went from level 57 to know being at level 17. This is the 3rd time that this has happened to me on an update so I think I’m done playing family guy even though I love it so much Josette Giguere

Your original game may still be able to be recovered. Have you talked to TinyCo anymore about it now things are settling down?

I sent a message to TinyCo. I had to create Zoot Suit Stewie and Kingpin Consuela at Al Harrington’s. I guess it makes sense since I have the characters in the game already, but some direction would have been nice from the pop-up.

I agree… it is why we exist. Gaming Houses tend to be very short or vague on info. That is why I am very detailed as I can be on my posts. 😉

Left a comment a short time ago on the open thread post about being able to get back in the game. I just received my leaderboard prizes (Don, Zoot Stewie, and Don’s mansion), I was afraid I would’ve dropped in the rankings from being locked out but I guess I didn’t. Yay!

All I got was The Don. I was ranked at 5063 at the end of the mobster event and I should have also gotten Zoot Suit Stewie. Looking back, The Don by himself wasn’t even a prize. Does that mean there is more to come?

Are the prizes coming in waves, or are they all put in your inventory at once? I was at about 7-8000 on the leaderboard but seem to only have the soot suit skin. Went through my whole inventory for the Godfather – no dice! 😦

They said over next few days… so if you do not see him by Friday and he is nowhere in Inventory or Menu… game message them if you feel you are missing a prize by then.

Yay! So excited! I was able to get the Don, zoot suit Stewie AND the house!! The house was a surprise! Wasn’t expecting that, but really wanted it!

Towards the end of the event it said I was in 9,600th place about. I did not get the Godfather though. Anyone else with this issue?

Keep in mind … like the pop up said… they were reconfirming all rankings of all players before awards. Check EVERYWHERE in your game and if you still feel you are missing a prize… please message them from in your game. 😉

Does the popup tell players exactly what spot they ended up in the rankings? If not that might be helpful & avoid some confusion on what prizes to be looking for. It’s possible that with everyone cashing in their cookies just before the event ended, some people may have been pushed down a prize level after they last saw their ranking. Especially since the event ran a little past the time it was supposed to shut down. Just wondering.

As I do not have it hitting my game, I can only go off the details I got from TinyCo until I see the pop up myself (Which if anyone here wants to post one, please do)
“A prize modal will pop up detailing your prize. When you hit “OK”, they will be added to your inventory.”
So how much “detail” is being seen by each Individual is something I do not know.

Do you know if there will be a way to see our mobster score because as of 20 minutes before game ended I had been ranked 7300 give or take qualifying for Don stevie and cat. I only got the stevie this evening. Quite disappointed as bought clams to get that score as had been knocked out for a week due to android issues with event. Just curious know it’s not your fault

As the post says… this is just the START… so if you believe more is still owed… wait. See if they are there by this weekend. If not, then in game message TinyCo and they can verify what you DID win and should have. 😉

Ended up at about 20. Received the Don with cat, Zoot Suit Stewie, gold Griffin house and bonus Corleone mansion. There are tasks for Zoot Suit Stevie and the Don.

YES!!!!! I got my leaderboard prize – the Don, Zoot Suit Stewie & the silver Griffin House. And….ZS Stewie & the Don have quest lines – which is fabulous for me bc I finished the MM event yesterday!!! Way to go TinyCo.

I think TinyCo just screwed me over. I remember specifically I jumped to 9,000 something during the last thirty minutes. I’m contacting them about it, because I only got Zoot Stewie… I checked the inventory and I only got the skin and that was it….

No worries. Just letting you know not to panic… just yet. I am watching closely as I always do and reporting any “issues” I see back to them. The main thing I am getting back is “they are just starting to roll out”.

Got the stewie costume, what good is that if the event is over ? I was at an 8k ranking on the final day in the morning of, then around 5pm I jump to 18k in ranking. I’m upset but I do like the costume lol

It was never meant for the Event. It always was an AFTER Event prize. 😉
