Are we getting tricked or just given a lot of treats lately? More re-released items are back into our Quahog’s and this time it is flashbacks to Halloween 2014.
With the New Returning Items we also have a New Walkthrough, Supernatural Summer.
Let’s take a look at all that is involved and just what you may run into along the way.

I’m currently on Supernatural Summer Pt. 8 and when I checked my progress. The mission was gone from the quest list. I’ve tried to restart the game, but it’s still gone.

Same thing happened to me. Odd because it didn’t involve anything event-related, no ghostie clears required. Just waiting for the two tasks to complete.

“UPDATE: The information provided was incorrect. You WILL have had to reach the District these Characters are Unlocked in the game and have them walking your Quahog Streets in order to have access to the Costumes and collection. Sorry.”
I have Brian walking in my Quahog streets but when I try it says that I must have Brian level 5‼️ so I’m guessing it will be the same way when I unlock Connie.😿

It varies by Character. The info was all provided by TinyCo, so I am unable to confirm WHERE in the Levels they show up. It could be immediate, it could be further. All you can do is unlock them and see.

Does supernatural summer get you anything or anywhere? Or is it just for fun❓ because I’m behind from tring to get stuff to unlock Connie in time to buy the costume. You said “as long as there walking in the game you can buy it” you can purchase💰Connie’s costume right? Or just earn it⁉️

This walkthrough that you see in this very post is all of the Questline.
As far as the costumes, you need to have the actual Character unlocked in your game first from the District they launched in your game. So you need to first have Connie in your game. If you have Connie, then you can earn towards her Sexy Witch Connie Costume. You have until the Event ends tomorrow at 3PM Pacific to earn all the Materials needed for her Costume to then get the Costume in your game.
If you do not have Connie unlocked from her District, you will be not able to collect for the Costume. If you do not have her by the time the Event ends, you will have no chance at the Costume as it goes with the Event.
So if you REALLY want the Costume, it will cost you. Cost you to get all you need unlocked from the District for Connie, then the Clam Buy Out cost to purchase the Costume. This ALL has to be done BEFORE 3pm Pacific. At that time, Costume is gone again.

You may have just hit enter more than once and a 2nd attempt failed. It happens. Just go to the post and refresh the page. See if the comment is there tagged “in moderation” and you’re good. Give it a minute to sync up.

It actually doesn’t tell me my comments in moderation on my phone. It just doesn’t appear until you let it through. On the computers I’ve tried it on it does though. So…I don’t know, could be helpful to somebody if they don’t see their comment in moderation or something.

Think I’m on pt 5 atm, thanks for posting this – I’ve been wondering if it’s safe to send quagmire and Peter for earrings but I guess not lol.

I am not spawning ghosts… Am I missing something?

Are your roads hidden by Buildings and decorations? If so, it is going to be hard to spot to lil White Ghosts when they appear as it can be ANYWHERE a road is. They can blend in easily. Only 2 every 2hrs, so you will have to wait for the Spawns. Outside of that, if you are on the part of the Questline calling for them… tapping on GO will take you right to them.

Very odd. All 6 games of ours are spawning as should be. I would suggest try the basic steps and reach out to TinyCo if they aren’t showing up at all every 2hrs as they should be. Once you complete part 1 of this questline, they show up and don’t go away even when done (at least they have not yet in my games).

Here is the one and only issue I have with this (extra Mini sized) event.
For the Connie skin you need 4 Cauldrons which are listed as ‘Rare’ but you only give us two characters with which we can get a Cauldron and each attempt is a 12 hr task, so basically if a person started right when the event started they basically have 96 hours so you have 8 attempts with each character for a total of 16 attempts to get 4 rares, that is not giving people much of a chance, if it had been
1. Uncommon
2. 8 hr tasks
3. 3 characters that had tasks
Then I would not see a problem, but I think most people will end up having to spend Clams in order to get Connie’s Witch Skin.
Meg’s Skin will be easy, but I think they really could have balanced the two skins better.
Meg’s Very easy,,,Connie’s, Very hard,, = not very balanced.

All I can say is give it a go and actually see how it plays out. Those drops always vary by player. So you never know.

I got all my Cauldrons but somehow the Spores aren’t dropping, I have 1 of 8 and am not in the mood to buy the Building that drops them, that would be the only thing to keep me from getting the costume.
Might splurge on Pink Brian, as I will be finishing the Mayor and with the 35 Clams from his pack and the 35 from completing the News Crew, it’s a 5 clam purchase!
Can anyone tell me if Pink Brian ever has helped unlock anyone?!

Rare isn’t that bad, it’s a LOT better than Extra Rare or Epic. I’ve never had an issue with getting rare materials. Also the tasks are actually only 8 hours, so you should get all 4 in a day.

What I’ve noticed is that rare during an event is not the same as rare during a district.
I suspect they alter the percentages between the two.

I was able to collect all the cauldrons for Connie by Sunday morning. I just need 2 more dolls for her. Meg’s collections were done by sometime on Sunday, too, the cat ears took the most time for me. Haven’t bought any clam buildings, although those wouldn’t help with cauldrons.

This quest line is really messing with me unlocking Loretta. I need Peter and Quagmire on their 12 hour task to get Earrings, still need 3 with them refusing to drop, and this event needs them for pretty much everything. Ugh!

Put Loretta on pause, then. She’s not going anywhere since she’s part of a district, not an event.

I really really hope all this early halloween stuff is a sign they will do something else this october. Something that involves a delorean, hoverboards, piles of manure…. the possibility that this could happen is kind of what made me decide to keep playing after mobsters so hopefully they dont let me down.

I am happy about the return because I missed out on Pink Brian because I didn’t have him unlocked yet when his event started and was so disappointed that I couldn’t get him to complete my costume set and now I have him 🙂 yay

If you have all 4 Characters, then yes… you don’t need the Souls in a Jar from them. So there is nothing to drop for you. You will only need to clear them if you want to complete the questline. 😉

Anyone else having issues with the ghosts spawning ?? I have not seen a single one

They are small and white and easy to miss. With them spawning ANYWHERE on any street… make sure all your roads are visible and not hidden behind Buildings or decos. If you are on the walkthrough where they are needed… tapping on go will take you right to where they are. But like the main post says, only TWO of them show up every 2hrs. So it will take some time to clear all you need.

I have the feeling I was getting more than one jar per ghost. Is that possible? Or was a I getting a twofer? I would look at the totals of jars collected and it didn’t seem that I had tapped on ghosts that much. The tallies for ghosts cleared in quests didn’t seem to match the amount of tapping I was doing. Would only see one or two ghosts at once, but the tally would jump up to a higher number.

The best parts of The Halloween event were the Ghostbusters and special monster characters. Any chance they’ll be brought back from the grave as well?

Who knows. I am unsure if it is a copyright thing, all we can suggest is to keep asking them and requesting their return. Most likely if enough response and Players requesting… and legality OK… they may just return. 😉
