Ready for some MORE Music and action in the game? Here we go with the 2nd Phase of Content Release for the PeterPalooza Event.

First some Quick Tips:
- In order to have access to ALL the Phase 2 Content, you will need to have completed PeterPalooza Part 7 of the Main Questline.
- If you still are working on Phase 1 Content, you can always wait a bit to start Phase 2 until you are ready. See how it plays out first.
DO NOT TAP ON MERCH CENTER ONCE YOU START PHASE 2! Wait til you are ready to start the Timer for Rapper Brian. 7 day timer again.

He does come with a questline, fully tasked, and he DOES have a voice.
Side Note: It says RARE on the task to drop the Hacky Sacks, so I tested it out. I used clams to just speed it up and got one EVERY SINGLE TIME. So just wanted to let you know.

FESTIVAL MERCH CENTER
Same as before, you will find some NEW Crafting items in the Merch Center for you to gather towards and put into your Quahog. Let’s take a look at the New Merch.
Rapper Brian: You will find him in the Festival Merch Center where Makeover Meg is. HE WILL BE TIMED JUST LIKE MEG. It starts as soon as you tap the Merch Center. He comes fully tasked and questline.

EVENT STAFF TENT
UPDATE 8/16: It seems many of you are mistaking THIS Building as being for Brian & the Merch Center. It is not. This is for Event Staff Only. The Merch Center is the Giant Guitar shown above this section.
During Phase 2, you will now put in use another Event Area item. The Event Staff Tent. It is pretty much self explanatory in that it is the place you will go to get more Staff to help out with the PeterPalooza Event.
This will be similar to the Mobster Event & Firefighters Mixed, but there will be differences too. I will go into a lot more details on this in a separate post, but here are the Basics.
- Earn Materials to Hire Staff
- Hire Staff for X amount of time
- Use Staff around the Event when Hire is complete
Your Capacity: This will include Staff in queue AND Staff wandering your Quahog. Once you hit MAX Capacity, you can’t hire anymore until you use some Staff first. Each one is ONE TIME USE. One and done.
You will start out with a Capacity of FOUR. That means FOUR Total Staff combined in the Tent being hired and out wandering Quahog streets.
Once you start an Event Staff Training for Hire, you will see a Timer Icon over the Tent showing someone is in there counting down.
BEEKEEPERS
These are the first Event Staff you will be running into. You will start to be able to hire them once you reach and complete Festival Fail Pt. 2. (Though I was able to as soon as I bought the Clam Beehive Tree.)
Here are the Basics…
- Get Honey
: Beehive Tree OR Avril Dye Her Hair OR Bruce Hold a Seance OR Mort Secure the Safe OR Brian Initiate Plan B OR Dr. Hartman Perform Experimental Surgery (all were 2hr tasks) - Hire/Train Beekeeper for 1 Honey Each
- Wait 45mins for them to complete the Hire/Train
Then use the Beekeepers to go clear Swarms of Bees off Hippie Fans to get Materials. Swarms of Bees drop Hacky Sacks OR Skull Guitar Picks
HIPPIE FANS & BEES
As soon as I finished Festival Fail Pt 2, 8 Hippie Girls ***poofed*** in my game with Bees Swarming all around them. They started running around all over the Quahog Streets.
Tapping on one will tell you that you need ONE Beekeeper to clear the Swarm with a Chance at Hacky Sacks OR Guitar Picks. It happens quickly.
Still working out the payouts, will post when complete.
UPDATE 8/16: Swarms of Bees on the Hippie Girls will spawn every 3 hours. You will see up to 9. They will MAX out at 9.
Clearing the Hippie Fans Swarm of Bees gave me either 2 Skull Guitar Picks or 1 Hacky Sack. Of course the Picks were common.
GREASED-UP DEAF GUY
I am still playing around with this one… but it looks like for now… he is going to appear here and there in the game and you got to catch him before he leaves. Once I get that down… I will post more on it.
Catching him will help you get Concert Tickets for Rapper Brian.
So far, AFTER Completing Festival Fail Pt 2, Peter triggered Never Gonna Catch Me. He finally appeared on my Quahog streets during Pt. 4. He literally runs the streets and you have to find him and tap on him to catch him.
Tapping on him and Catching him dropped 1 Concert Ticket.
He appeared again quickly. Like within a minute. Having my small street patch helped me grab him fast again. Same Payout. I have not seen him again since. He showed up again today (8/15)… I want to say 12hrs later? I will watch.
CONCERT STAGE
UPDATE 8/16: As the pop ups in the game warned us… Joe Lion now has the stage. So any Encores you were working on went with the New Content. If you have any concerns on this, please reach out to TinyCo from you in game messaging. Otherwise, you will have to complete Joe’s requirements to gain access again.
The Concert Stage is now asking for Items to give Joe Lion access to Perform. So you will see the same kind of pop up for the Concert Stage.
Here is what Joe Lion will require in order to unlock the 1st Concert for him…
- Unlock Joe Lion
- Get Mort Town Records
- Get Cash Rules Everything Statue
- Get Blue Doberman Statue
Joe Lions Concert is /100 Stars. The Reward I got for 100/100 Stars is

ENCORE CONCERTS
The Encore Concerts option did unlock after Joe Lion’s Concert. Similar to before, you were asked to Perform 4 tasks to access an Encore Concert. My game requested the Following…
Get Hydration Station: Cost 170 Glowsticks
Joe Lion Grow White People Dreadlocks: 12hrs
Avril Perform a Secret Show: 10hrs
Play for a Toad User: 3hrs (You will have to have Rockstar Peter free and also a Toad User in town in order to do this.)
Once the 4 items were acquired, I started the concert. This time my options were all the Musicians I currently had unlocked…
- Avril
- Rockstar Peter
- Joe Lion
- Snoop Dogg
I picked Joe Lion. The Encore Concert required /120 Stars. I had left some of the Female Fans from the previous Concert out, so I got 120/120. My payout for the Encore Concert was same as Joe Lions.

The next Encore Concert now required the following tasks….
Joe Perform Rasta Jams: 8hrs
Joe Wear a Smelly Rasta Hat: 6hrs
Rockstar Peter Hang Out Back Stage: 10hrs
As these may vary by Player, just make sure you check what YOUR game asks in order to be able to start an Encore Concert and follow that.
SECRET CONCERT
WARNING: THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK TO ATTEMPT
I had found a hidden task in the game that was NOT supposed to exist yet, nor payout what it had been. Nor be Free. As they are still working on what it was actually intended for, using this feature will be tricky and if not done carefully… can cause you delays in your game.
All I will say for now is…
- This WILL lock out your Musician for 24hrs without a chance of getting them to stop until the 24hrs are up.
- It is NOT supported as it is not intended for use in this way, so may still be a lil glitchy.
- You will have THOUSANDS of Female Fans to clear. On this I am not even joking. They will not stop spawning over n over n over every few seconds.
- Do NOT send more than one Musician to do a Concert. If you try to send someone else on a Concert at the same time as this, you WILL be locked out with an Error. (See Update 8/16 info below)
So… USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I do NOT know who else besides Peter & Avril Perform them as I do not want to risk locking out my game again to find out. I need it too much to give you a lot of OTHER details. Lol. So if you tried others and succeeded, feel free to let everyone know in the comments below. I also will not know the payouts either for the same reason. 😉

Festival Fail

UPDATE 8/16 ADDITONAL UPDATES
Toad Users: They are still in the game and not set to stop anytime soon. However, the spawn on them is 1 every 6hrs. You will see this change when you start Festival Fail Part 1.
Consuela Secret Concert Error: As warned, the Secret Concerts are at your own risk. Those using it may run into the following error. “Attempting to display completion modal for non-existant reward”
As Consuela is pointing out, you are doing a task that should NOT exist and this is causing conflict in the game. This happens mainly if you send MORE than one Character to do a Concert, but may pop up when just Avril goes. No worries, TinyCo is well aware as I found the error when I found the Secret Concerts. Patch is already in the mix. In the meantime, contact them to help if you get locked up from using the “Secret Concerts”.
Character Glowstick Tasks Gone: I am still working on this one to see if some were only temporary. Will let you know once I get complete update on it. For now, just use the ones you see.
Spotted Toads Spawn: I am still checking on their spawn as well, will update once that is clarified.
Speeding Character Tasks Restart Game: This issue hit when Event first did. Android should be patched now. iOS coming soon. In short, do NOT speed a task by tapping “GO” on the task bar. It will just crash the game and make it restart. Instead, let it take you to where the Character is so you know what building they are in. Then clear it off the screen. Then tap on just the building to trigger the task, THEN speed it with Clams.
There you have it. The Basics for Phase 2 of PeterPalooza. More details to come, but this should get you started.

Ugh, I would have just unlocked the encore. I also wanted to do some of the secret shows as I will need a lot of picks for this part. I will now have to wait until I have enough to unlock Joe and all of his items then go for it. Once you complete the tasks for their first encore, do you need to do new tasks to unlock a new encore? Or do you do it once, and do as many as you want? Because if you only need to do it once, I’ll be doing a LOT of encores. I’m disappointed that the Neon Lion is so expensive. I got the Scorpion and the Rhino and I would like the Lion to join them but I don’t want to spend the money on it.

Having said that, now that I can clear the bee swarms, it looks like it will be quite a lot easier to earn enough for Joe, who can then perform a concert and get more back.

I’m not seeing a “Dye Her Hair” quest for Avril in order to get honey. The 2 hour quest I do have is “Write New Songs” without a honey icon and the only locked quest that I have for her is “Instigate a Riot” which requires her to be level 4. My 4 other honey-getting characters are currently at the Cannabis Club.

Has it been a week since the event launched!? I was doing tasks for an Avril encore overnight but cant do it now which is a shame. Guitar picks are so hard to get without clams until you can do concerts.
They really need to stop the automatic timers on tapping something. Its a shame that you basically have to come here before doing anything. Brian looks tough (tho Meg did turn out to be easy… so let’s see!)

So I have built the first aid tent and had rockstar peter help toad users. I left game and went back to check progress later Peter is gone. Not sure what to do the 5hrs isnt quite done yet but when i click on the first aid tent it does not give me a countdown for time????

This event is really intriguing so far… Disappointed that the “Secret Concert” is 1d:00:00:00 now, but of course if it was to stay 5:00 it would be to easy 😉 This is a silly question but what does everyone think the chances of us actually being able to obtain The Greased-Up-Deaf Guy as a playable character? As he is a confirmed “coming soon” character and in this event already as an NPC, I thought we might actually get him 😀

I have a big problem. I had Peter on a 1 day concert with about 20 hours to go. I was clearing fans when all of a sudden Peter was gone and the stage was telling me to start Joe Lions concert who I ha dnt unlocked yet. I didn’t think there was a way of fast finishing a concert and no clams were taken. But now Peter is gone. If I click on any quests for him it zooms in on the first aid tent so I figured he was doing the first part of Festival Fail but if I click on the tent no quest line/timer pops up so I have no idea where he really is or what he’s doing and can’t continue quests without him. I messaged Tinyco through the game but who knows when they’ll get back to me. Any advice?

They are locked in those “secret” concerts as soon as you send them. So you will NOT have the option to trigger the task bar to kick them out. Just have to wait the full 24hrs. I noted that in the Secret Concert post.

So I just logged into my game to press the encore button for Peter…to find it gone.
Clicked the ! and started the Brian timer.
I now need to collect picks for Joe, Brian AND the Meg costume. Great.

Quick question, will the character actions to earn Honey appear once you reach Festival Fail Pt 2? I only ask as I’m sending characters on actions, and none of them had any actions to earn Honey.

So I have been playing this freemium since February..been through Star Trek and Mafia, and THIS is the event that has me banging my head against the wall (as opposed to headbanging.) TWICE I have used clams to speed Peter through clearing a toad user because I’m five picks short of having Makeover Meg, and twice i have received nothing but glowwsticks for wasting those clams. I’m also getting completely inaccurate, inflated time countdowns on tasks (Chris will be finished obsessing over Avril in 18 hours!)
Is anyone else experiencing these problems? I have sent Tiny Co in-game messages about both, but I’m also still waiting for them to get back to me about how I can’t progress on refueling the blimp without a consuela error, so….

Sounds like there is a lot more going on with your device. If your game is saved to an email or Facebook… I would suggest a full wipe out of the game and files from your device, restart the device, download the app fresh and new from the app market, play the new game til the menu pops up, log into your saved email or Facebook account, LOAD the saved file in the part you are on… and then play on.

Wow what a phase!! So much to do, so many interactions. My clipboard is full of things to do. Phase two has me trying to unlock two costumes (what a double whammy). I did buy snoop dog. I’m a bit upset that I can’t get the free album because I’m on Apple. I’m kinda feeling overwhelmed with part 2 of this event lol

Just so you know, the secret concert is still available in the part two update however the task is a day long (instead of 5mins) and is 100/100 stars you can collect. The fans continuously respon as well.

Ugh. I came on here and read about the concert trick. I did one with Peter and then had dinner. Then I came back to the game (not this blog) and didn’t notice the time change. So now Peter is stuck for 24 hours. I just finished Part 6 and had thought I could do a 5 minute concert trick with Avril to complete Part 7 so I could start with the new update. But now that won’t work and since I know I haven’t done Rockstar Peter’s 11 hour task needed for Avril’s concert – I now have 24 hours with Peter’s concert, then 11 hours for Rockstar Peter’s task, then 2 minutes for Avril’s concert and then 35 hours from now I can unlock the new update items.
This is why I never get use of a good glitch and always get the bad ones…
I guess the moral is to always check this blog for the latest info prior to launching the game – each and every time!

I was able to get him out by tapping a toad user, game said he was busy and and it allowed me to speed his task that way. Going to his fb page to locate him didn’t help or having another quest that required him.

I’ll chime in and say that once I started Festival Fail Pt. 1, that Rockstar Peter vanished into the First Aid Tent and I haven’t been able to access him for over 8 hours now.

During Phase 1 I’m 99% sure I never tapped on the merch booth to avoid starting the Meg timer. When I finally did it said I had 5 days and 15 hours left leaving me scratching my head.
I wondered afterwards if maybe the announcement screen mentioning Meg when your town first loads might have triggered it but I was very careful to tap on the red X in the corner.
Either way I still got her with plenty of time left.

I have only just put on my first Avril concert and now have an open task to perform an encore concert with Peter but cannot complete it because the stage is only showing Joe Lion’s info.

You will have to use the Encore “trick” from my other post to see if it will clear it… but it will hold the Character now for 24hrs. Otherwise… you’ll have to wait for Joe to get to Encores.

If she was locked, it was due to you were making another costume in Al’s so no Costumes could be accessed. As soon as you completed the Costume in AL’s, she would have unlocked. She is still there, just tap on the NEXT page over in the Merch Center

Does the “Secret Show” cheat still work in phase 2? I went to drop Rockstar Peter on the stage to start it, but now it shows a 1 day runtime instead of 5 minutes.

Not here. I was able to purchase Snoop, some buildings, and get Joe. BTW he will do the secret concerts also!

I don’t know if this is happening to everyone, but once I send Peter on his save toad users task, I can’t fast forward it or see how much time is left on the task, whether I tap ‘go’ beside the quest, or if i tap on the first aid tent.

I used the find Peter trick and it centered on the tent. Then I tapped the tent a couple of times and was able to speed it up for ten clams.

You said don’t tap the merchant center…..the tent beside it has a ! Above it that’s not the Brian timer is it?

Merch Center is the Giant Guitar… just scroll in close on the tent and tap lightly. Or start the timer… up to you.

Like an idiot, I started Brian’s timer. I’m not worried however, because I bought Snoop Dogg. PS- You can easily get tickets for Brian by using Bunny’s concert tip. 🙂

Still working on unlocking Meg and am afraid to tap on any of the buildings. Which building is the ‘merch center’ that I should not top on yet? Is that the building with the guitar on top?

Thanks for all the updates Bunny. BTW, I had everything I needed to unlock her shortly after my comment above, but it doesn’t seem like I can get her without clicking on the merch tent. Right? I’m not ready to start timer for Rapper Brian. I was hoping she would automatically unlock but apparently not. I also checked Al’s to see if I could see her outfit there, as a work around, but no such luck.

Also do not tap on the items needed for the concert. When I did it automatically took me to the Merch Center and Brian’s countdown started. Not happy!

I am, Peter was in a concert when I updated. When I try to get him out it says reward not found or some crap and goes into an endless reloading loop. I sent an email, but I can’t even access in game messaging. Oh well.
