How do I begin the third part of PeterPalooza?
You will need to complete Festival Fail Pt. 7 before you can start on the third part of PeterPalooza.
How do I unlock Alice Cooper?
To unlock Alice Cooper, you must collect the following materials:
-700 Glowsticks
-20 Ticket Stubs (common) from Bears
-15 Boa Constrictors (uncommon) from Quagmire and Bonnie
-9 Leopard Skin Boots (rare) from Rockstar Peter and Belgard. Tomik’s “Take the Selfies” action will always drop Leopard Skin Boots!
-10 Guillotines (uncommon) from Avril and Lois
Alice Cooper is available until Thursday, September 17 at 3 PM, PDT. If he is not completely unlocked, he will disappear from the game at that time. If he is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue his quests after the event has ended.
How do I unlock Belgard?
To unlock Belgard, you must place the International Hostel and collect the following materials:
-5 Club Shirts (rare) from Jerome and Chris
-5 Prepaid Phone Cards (common) from Herbert and Mort Town Records
-3 English Dictionaries (uncommon) from Bonnie and Ear-Piercing Store
Belgard is available until Thursday, September 17 at 3 PM, PDT. If he is not completely unlocked, he will disappear from the game at that time. If he is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue his quests after the event has ended.
How do I get Tomik?
He is a prize in the Festival Mystery Box!
How do I hire Park Rangers?
You can hire Park Rangers at the Event Staff Tent at 1 Picnic Basket each. You can receive Picnic Baskets from Joe Lion, Mort, Bruce, and the Nature Gear Emporium. It will take 1 hour to train each Park Ranger.
Use Park Rangers to clear Bears!
When do Bears appear?
Bears will appear after reaching Grin and Bear It Pt. 1.
What can I win from the Festival Mystery Box?
The Festival Mystery Box can be found in the featured tab of the shop for 100 clams per try. You can win the following prizes:

The initial Phase 3 break down said that you have to unlock both Cooper and Belgard by Thursday. Has that changed and is no longer the case? So no timed events this week? If so then I’m somewhat relieved but the issue will still be there about getting the main quest-line for week 2 done to be ready for week 3.
By this I mean all other weeks in all other events require you to unlock a character and do a task at least before the next week stuff can start. So while Cooper and Belgard may not disappear the issue of requiring massive amounts of neon bracelets to unlock a building that unlocks a character that is all but required to unlock Cooper who will in turn unlock week 3 (dizzying I know) by next Thursday is still a concern.

Been a long day and admittedly I did skim it, however does my concern still not have validity? Week 3 will likely require all of a quest-line to be completed first which typically includes unlocking a character and having them do a task. (Cooper Concert right?) So while they may not disappear we may potentially be behind for week 3. Given how ST was an event so easy to fall behind in and Mobster I thought I’d bring up my concern early so maybe they can proactively coarse correct rather then reactively. .

I will say what I always say… play and see what happens. Too often I see panic for things that always find ways in the end. Whether its Materials, Currency, Characters, w/e. TinyCo is always watching to see how things play out and so am I… always. So far it is still going decently. Lil hiccup on the Concert Stage… but still generally going well all around. 🙂
Every Event I see materials increase or offer a way to jump them towards the end. Every single one. 😉

Am I the only one that does not have 4,000 glow sticks laying around for the hostel? Which you then have to unlock a character who is all but required to unlock another character by Thursday. Who also requires 700 glow sticks. Not to mention you will probably need to buy items with them to start concerts to get ……..glow sticks & tickets……
4,000 is way too many especially with current drop rates. Let’s see a 6 hour task. We’ll give you 4 glow sticks. OK. I just need to do that 1,000 more times. Great. A building pays out 15 sticks in 8 hours? Awesome. I know collectively things add up, but this is crazy.
Let’s say i get my glow sticks magically in 3-4 days. I then need to get Belgards items. No idea on the timer for those items and there are 5 rare requirements so maybe let’s say it takes 3-4 days for that. Best case now I’m 6 days in. Worst case I’m over and he’s gone. I still need to then use Belgard to unlock what is left of the 9 rare items for Cooper.
Week 1 started out nicely. Now I think they lured us in and Star Trek and Mobster here we come.

No worries. You have til the end of the Event to get him. Many items will launch early in the game Events so you can collect for them all throughout and get them at the end. No need to rush.

Yes. Many Musicians can use the stage. So put the one there you need… but only AFTER you clear the one currently needing requirements.

You’ll have to get Alice Cooper unlocked and do his first concert. After that’s done you can do an encore and it will satisfy that quest. Personally I think it’d be nice if encores could still be done with other musicians while trying to unlock the current character.

I see I still have a comment in moderation. Got Tomik on my second try of the mystery box and the Hot Chocolate Van the first try going to stop with that as all I wanted was Tomik anyways from that box. UGHHH Leaderboard again. I was just thinking the other day how nice it was to not have one this event and lo and behold Tinyco strikes again.

Was thinking this event had been much more enjoyable than other recent events… until my heart sank at the site of another leaderboard. The game should NOT be competitive, especially when some people in a group will just spend a ton of clams. At least the prize isn’t worth going for!

Once again, they are making the main progress of the game almost impossible without spending clams!
One of the main character needs 9 rare items that only Peter and another one (that cost 4000 glowstick, number I never ever came close) can give… And the Peter action is 8 f***** hours long!!
They really should have character easier to unlock, and maybe another that need clam, like they didi in the comic-con event!
I almost stopped playing after the Star Trek and mobster event, but I was happy with this one until now… But maybe I see this game as a game and not a money spending app !!

I agree. If it turns out Alice is required to move on to the next phase I’m done. Was very much enjoying the pace of the game and then this hits. Freemium players are doomed unless another way to get boots and/ormassive amounts of glosticks is added,

Once I again I received no pop up warning about the joe lion phase ending now we have Alice Cooper who needs a ton of tickets and the best way to get them is to hold a concert we can’t do other than the glitchy secret one.
I don’t mind leaderboards other than the fact that the leader on mine has 60+ already 8-(

It looks like you have to finish building the Mascara shop before you can see the tasks to drop baskets. Key point, since having it tied to the questline would mean you couldn’t use tasks to drop baskets until *after* you hired 2 whatevers to clear a bear, which you would need baskets for. I ended up spending clams for the basket-dropping building because I couldn’t find a way to earn the baskets otherwise. (No help in the in-game FAQ for this quandary, either.)
Oh, and I like how the TinyCo Q&A above conveniently omits needing 4,000 glow sticks to place the International Hostel. “To unlock Belgard, you must place the International Hostel and…” makes it sound so simple to get started. And line another poster mentions, the way to get a lot of glowsticks is with concerts, which you can’t do until unlocking Alice, which requires…you get the idea. And I can’t get the secret concert thing to work anymore, so I’m stuck using characters to earn a max of 1 glowstick per hour (usually less! 8 hour tasks only drop 2-3 glowsticks — which should get me to 4,000 oh-so-quickly). I really feel like a sucker for continuing to play this game sometimes.

Don’t stress on glowsticks. Remember, every Event items that WILL take a long time to acquire are dropped so you know what to start earning for them. I prefer the earlier notice than the last week. 😉

If the 250,and 350 glowsticks, and the 20 guitar picks weren’t a possibility, I would go for the mystery box. I just always seem to get those prizes and they are not worth 100 clams to me. Now if it was 1000 glowsticks, I’d be on that like grease on a deaf guy

Two things – when phase 3 started about 3000 glow sticks went missing. Did this happen to anyone else? I am at the quest line to hire a ranger & clear a bear. Mort, Joe Lion, and Bruce do not show an option to get picnic baskets. I have sent an in-game message. Just wondering if this is happening elsewhere as well. (I use iOS.) I thought the same thing. But it turns out that the tasks to earn Picnic Baskets requires the Mascara Shop, which is the last “step” of the Quest. So, you simply have to perform the steps out of order and build the shop first, then you can earn the baskets.

I am needing help! I tried to log in on both my iPad and iPhone and it directs me automatically to log into Facebook. I do not have an account with Facebook and I do not want to sign up with Facebook in anyway. How do I bypass this. Is this a glitch? I am very frustrated to the point that if not resolved, I’ll, have to request from Apple a refund of all my in app purchases to date. I tried reinstalling it and that doesn’t work as when I tried to log back in, it didn’t recognize my username and password. Need help please.

Disappointed they’re doing another leaderboard after the godfather mess. This time seems more confusing since somehow you’re matched against ten others to compete. If one of those ten is a big clam spender, forget it. At least the prize is just a peter skin.
Also you can’t start hiring rangers until you unlock the quest that allows you to buy a shop. This event started out good but it’s devolving quickly.

Just something helpful I accidently may have come across in my town to get a few blammies. If you have any concert fans running around (mine from the last phase) they seem to drop a blammy every so often. One huge wave and I got about 8-9. There were probably a few hours worth of regular fan girls in there too but I don’t know if the drops came from them or not.
Dont know if well-known or not so just thought thought I’d share 🙂

You need 20 Ticket Stubs which you can get by holding a concert……. which needs Alice Cooper unlocked…..
So, skip this, you can only get them via Greased-Up Deaf Guy and bears.
Wait, you need 9 Leopard Skin Boots as well. Belgard helps you out, you only need 4k Glow Sticks first. How to get them ? Via concert, just unlock AC first…..

Stoked Alice Cooper is free, i was worried he’d be premium.
Then I spent 400 clams to get Tomik anyway. I’m my own worst enemy.
Not sure how this event’s leaderboard works – looks like everyone is put in a division with 29 others. I have 2 games that can’t see one another. Both my my games I have about 10 Blammys, but the leaders have 60ish. The rewards don’t justify a clam push… Time will tell

Is Tiny Co. really serious about the Leaderboards again? Not only that but now only 1 person in the entire world can possibly have the new Peter skin…I seriously thought the event was going so well with hardly having to spend clams but now it’s like “well clearly the players aren’t spending so we have to make them spend”. I’m sorry but they’re taking these events to the extreme and now it’s just terrible with the same pattern again and again.

Found and reported a bug in-game: It looks like the three tasks for Joe Lion, Mort, and Bruce to get the Picnic Baskets didn’t get mapped! That could cause a bad delay for most if not fixed ASAP. I do like the new leaderboard arrangements, though. But I really, REALLY wish the encore concerts didn’t just disappear entirely. Kinda feel like I keep getting cheated at the last minute and missing the opportunity to have one. Altogether, pretty good event so far, though.

Hmmm, leaderboards again. Apparently I’ve been banned, which is bizarre as I’ve never cheated. But how can I have cheated when they’ve only just begun? I wonder if that’s why I never received my mobster leaderboard prize…which they still haven’t bothered to respond to my questions about. I’ve messaged them again so we shall see.

I know we are waiting on more info to come in about this phase, but do you have any idea how to get picnic baskets? When you click on the picnic baskets icon in the staff tent it says that the nature gear emporium is the only place to get them. if you click on the “i” it says that Joe, Bruce and Mort can earn them as well, but I can’t find a task from them that earns baskets.

My game has been locking up or crashing randomly since this event started. Most of the time it’s happening trying to open the game. It will get to 100% then hang, and not only lock the game up but lock my whole device where no buttons will respond then turns the screen off. I can then get the screen back on but it isn’t responsive and therefore I can’t unlock it. Takes a couple minutes to clear up where I can get past the unlock screen and then shut the game down and try again. Other times it’s just randomly locking up and will either give me the family guy isn’t responding message or closes out and gives the unfortunately family guy has stopped message. It had been running great prior to this event starting as per usual. I keep hoping one of these updates will fix it but that hasn’t happened yet.

I would suggest to store store store. Especially anything animated. Running into this memory drain on both sites. So much activity in the games is causing a HUGE Memory pull on a lot of devices. Most can’t handle it. Pushed to their limits.

Event has been reasonable until now. Only Peter and Belgard can get a rare and Belgard has to be unlocked from a building with a really high cost? I’ve been playing pretty steadily and spent clams on Snoop and I have nowhere near 4000 bracelets for the hostel, so I’m not getting Belgard anytime soon, leaving me only Peter to get 9 of a rare item.
