The main thing I am seeing so far… just as in releases of the past… you need to reach a certain point in the NEW Content to have full access to all the items for Phase 3.
In this case, build the Mascara Shop and complete Part 1.

Phase 3 Requirements: You will need to have completed Festival Fail Part 7 in order to start the New Questline for Phase 3, Grin and Bear It.
Unless you have a Character waiting that needs Skull Guitar Picks, there is no counter as of yet to tell your total. I would suggest to keep making requests for a counter to be added.

LEADERBOARDS
Leaderboards are back in Phase 3 and I already see panic. Let me just quickly voice MY personal opinion on them.
I see many of you NOT wanting to spend Clams on Buildings, Decorations, or even Characters over 100 Clams… so is it really worth it to you to spend HUNDREDS of Clams to stay on top of the Leaderboards for ONE Prize? Just some food for thought. 😉
Concerts will offer a HUGE boost to Blammies
. So get as many done as you can, and know that it is the most common jump you are seeing in your opponents counts. Voice any concerns to TinyCo.
Leaderboards are just an added challenge aspect. You do NOT have to stress on them. There are so many other cool things in the game you can earn for Free and just by playing the game. So focus on those and keep the Leaderboard as an AFTER thought. Unless you REALLY want to spend a ton of money to run it. That is YOUR personal choice. Just beware… it WILL change by the minute and you can move up and down at the drop of a hat (as others are pushing to “win” just as much as you).

The Leaderboard IS Timed. In other words Part One of the Leaderboard will end on August 27th @3PM Pacific.

Check in the Festival Merch Kiosk. If you have a task for it, you should be taken right to it when you tap “GO”. It was released a while back so you may have to scroll to the NEXT page.

I didn’t unlock bilgard before I clicked on Alice cooper, now I don’t have enough glowsticks to get Bilgard or whatever his name is and I can’t do any encores to earn blammys and I still don’t have Alice cooper cause I only have Peter to get me boots ahhh!!

Hi there everyone, I read on support from TinyCo that it’s possible to get huge amount of Blammy awards from concerts.
I ONLY receive 20, every single time even tho I get 120/120 stars and can’t seem to higher than number, do anyone have a clue about how that works?

It changed. Quickly after launched. The Female Fans were to randomly drop some too. Issue created it to be pulled from them. So… FAQ just needs to be updated now too. 30/20 is it.

I have been desperately trying to unlock rapper Brian all week. I have everything I need except for the last 30 guitar picks. I have Peter playing for toad user to gain 5 more, but the hippie chicks with swarms of bees have just stopped spawning. There are plenty of dark swarms of bees, but honestly I’m not that interested in getting 1000 coins. I know I won’t be able to get to the top spot because as usual the leader has double anyone else. Is there a reason that they have stopped spawning? I’m starting to believe tiny co. Is preventing you from getting rapper Brian without shelling out the clams. If this is the case, why bother offering the option to get him via collecting stuff? With only 32 hours left to get rapper Brian, it would be a tough task even with the swarm of bees. With toad users only spawning every 12 hours, it will be impossible to gain the last 25 guitar picks. I know the secret concerts have been eliminated. Is there any other way to get guitar picks?

I am not sure why you are not seeing them anymore. Reach out to TinyCo. They should be round every 3hrs. They are still showing up as intended in my games.

Ok thanks Bunny. Which way is best to contact them. I sent a message via in game support, but I’m not sure if there is a better way to contact them. I’m terribly disappointed that I won’t be able to get rapper Brian because of this. However I also just came to the realization that I’m essentially at a standstill in the event now, since the guitar picks are so important in pretty much every aspect. So I just want to find a solution as quickly as possible, so I can resume playing. I’m not sure how long I can go without playing lol. I know that I can still send my guys on missions, but not being able to make any progress kind of defeats the purpose ya know. Very frustrating, but hopefully they will come up with a solution sooner rather than later. Thanks again.

In game support is always best. It comes pretagged with all your game info so they don’t have to track it down or keep buggin you to send it to them.
It is hard being stuck. In one of my test games, I am still on Phase 1/ Part 1 due to it is barely in District 3 and so no Joe… who is needed for the main questline. It’s driving me nuts. Lol.

I got a ton of blammies by doing a 24 hr concert before it was lock by TinyCo. I didn’t cheat, I just played by the rules. I have two devices and have over 400 on both.

While playing the Facebook version I noticed I could click the other chairs in the VIP section while visiting a friend, but not in my own town btw, and it appears that the next Phase will be Astley and the final will be Weird Al. This is for those who were worried that Weird Al would be premium.

Nah. They have been there all along since the Event started. Alice, Rick, and Al. So they didn’t really “release them each phase”. Alice was 2nd but didn’t show up til just now. So… you never know just what you’re going to get. 😉

Hi Clammers!
I’m curious if the Bear or Greased up deaf guy (GuDG) will continue to drop tickets after the requirement so as to keep it to the next phase.
Is the GuDG only appears once every 24hr? He is not spawning in 12hrs anymore and how many of them could appeared in the game if I don’t click them?
I just unlocked Belgarde and I think its not good to have him sleep at Hostel at level 2 as if getting those rare pants is not hard enough. Lol!

My Bear stopped once I got all I needed for tickets. When GUDG comes back, I can see if he does. I said there was not a time he appeared but it seemed every 12hrs. But it is more realistic that you will only see him about once a day in your game. TinyCo still has not made public his spawn. But stated that once a day is “on track”.

I think GUDG is on a fixed 16 hour schedule. If he spawns at 4am then he’ll next appear at 8pm, then again at 12pm, and so on. I could be wrong of course, I only started to measure during this phase.

Am I missing something? Is there no timed character in the Merch Kiosk in phase 3? Is there a certain quest I haven’t completed yet to see it? I’m trying not to tap on the kiosk to start the timer line the the last two.

But how are you doing freemium concerts when you are waiting on NINE rares (only earnable by peter unless u unlocked Belgard) to unlock Alice Cooper at 8 hours a try? The content has only been out for 48 hours.
Or are u using secret concerts? Or did you use SOME clams to open Alice to get going on the concerts?

Remember not EVERY player is in the exact same spot as you. Those playing behind you just getting Avril or Joe are accessing things at different points in the game. Everyone is so focused on Alice Cooper they overlook simpler things.

Yes. On my Freemium test game I always intentionally play it “behind” so I can pick up on any issues that Players are reporting as my main one is so far ahead for the site info. So I am still unlocking Joe on that one and still have Concert Access. No worries. You will get there soon enough. 🙂

So, those of us who are ahead and working on Alice Cooper will be behind on the leaderboards. While those who are still working on Avril and Joe (behind in the event) surge ahead to get rewards from a “leader”board, when they are actually behind? Doesn’t make sense to me!

It is all in the Concerts. The Blammies come in plentitude from them. I doubt those “behind” will be there for very long.

But we can’t have concerts without Alice! I have had Peter going around the clock for the leopard print boots (I don’t have the other person yet), and still ZERO boots. I think the leaderboard thing is not fair if people are still on Avril or Joe. Also, please help me to understand how they can be still at that level. Automatically when week 2 started I could no longer do Avril concerts, and when week 3 started I could no long do Joe concerts. How come some people can still do Avril and/or Joe concerts during week 3? I know you said that you will not be doing the 24 hour concerts, but do you know if they drop Blammies? They are my only chance, ’cause at this rate I’m not going to get Alice any time soon.

Okay… I will say this again. The constant focus on EVERYONE ELSE’S GAME needs to stop. Stop nitpicking and stressing over something you have no control on. There is no reason to do it at all. None.
If a Player JUST unlocked Joe or Avril, they still have to complete that initial concert. It is part of the Questline. After that, they would get locked up again. So regardless if they just happened to hit that point where it triggered… they STILL will be locked back up when trying for an Encore. JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Stop focusing so much on Leaderboards and a skin that you have a 1 in 30 Chance of getting regardless. That is like playing the Mystery Box Odds. You MIGHT get something you want, but how much did you pay for that one item? For a Character that has TONS of other Costumes I rarely see anymore since he is always used.
Focus on playing the main game and getting the items you need for the Unique Characters like Avril, Alice, etc. Just play. It is only a few days in the new phase and everyone seems to just throw their hands up and walk away. Give it a chance. Give it time. See where you are in a couple of days. Don’t worry about your neighbors. Let them play their way and you play yours.
As I keep saying, the “secret” concerts are gone as far as TinyCo is concerned. Drops stopped. NO BLAMMIES. So no, they’re not your only chance. They are nobody’s chance. Just play the way the game was intended. 😉

Just saying thanks to both of you for all the info and help with our ‘addictions’!! This is the only site I could find with real, helpful tips on this game (couldn’t even find tinyco site). Even worse, the closest thing I found to this site was one that appears to blatantly copy your walkthroughs and character/item breakdowns without giving you any credit! (I won’t even name them here, they don’t deserve the web traffic). Anyway, thanks again Bunny & Alissa!

Thanks, and we see them out there too. Our legal department tends to “have words” with them. I don’t mind sharing, it is what we do here all the time. Share with others, but for all our hard work and effort… we do earn to get credit for that work. All they have to do is ask. A couple of sites are using ours by just contacting us for permissions and guidelines of use. 😉

Yep! You win every prize level you’ve qualified for. So if you get Starflight Express Peter, you also get 2,500 glowsticks, 10 clams and 1,000 coins.

Grin and Bear it pt 4 is a total smack in the face from tiny co, right? We have to clear 6 swarms of bees, but the dark haired bee swarm girls don’t count, are you kidding me? They are the only ones who drop trumpets, which is needed for the leadership board. Extremely lazy/poor planning, in my opinion.

The other ones show up faster, so I was actually relieved to see that. I got a TON of them running around vs just 2 of the dark Haired.

I anticipated that too, but I also looked at the pop up image… it is the first Bee girl with ginger colored hair. NOT the Dark Hair one. The wording could have been better, but the image was accurate.

Hey awesome members of this site. I need some advice.
Do you think it’s worth to risk the 1 day concert to get the bracelets? I really want to get Belgard and it requires so much bracelets but I’m really scared that my game would crash and would screw me over the rest of the event.

It is hard to say. TinyCo is locking them up as they should not have even existed. The drops are being pulled and not working for many anymore. Consuela Error locking others out using it. Seriously… at your own risk. I will not test it any further myself.

Is anyone else leadboard glitching? It goes to my 12 place spot then up to 1st then mine then 1st. Its crazy! Same happens with the prize tab in it. Also how do these ppl have 50+ blammys!!?? I got week 3 right when it hit and I have 8. 😦 im confused

In my group there are 2 big spenders who are fighting each other for the top spot they both have over 100 and keep going back and forth, I’m in 3rd with 17 lol. My brother got so lucky he’s in first with 4, I think most the people in his group gave up. 🙂

On my leaderboard I’m in 3rd place with 6, 2nd place has 8, and 1st place has 135. Is that possible or are they most likely cheating somehow?

I have 138 and am definitely not cheating or using clams. The Blammies started while I was in Phase 2 and so I got them from concerts/encores as well as toads and dark bees while waiting for concert prep tasks to finish. #2 has 54, #3 has 8. If they started phase 3 earlier than I did, I imagine their numbers will climb faster than mine once they can do concerts.
I think people are getting nervous unnecessarily – the numbers we’re seeing are easily explained by normal play without clams. It’s not like the mobster event where obviously big spenders were zipping through to get fedoras. Those top numbers were huge. The ones I’m seeing in posts for this event so far are not huge.

Female fans don’t drop blammy’s anymore. It was being abused through 1 day concert. I got 679 blammys from it, so they’ve patched it.
The costume is also called “starlight peter”, not “starbright”

And look again at the Leaderboard Prizes… very clearly shows the name as StarBRIGHT Express Peter. 😉
