Hey there Candy Canes!
Phase 2 of the Event is going strong now in our games. With it we now have a total of TWO Items in Santa’s Supply Depot to help us get Presents for all of the items that are in Santa’s Headquarters. Magic Hats and Toy Cars.
As the Presents will be the Main Currency throughout this Event, I wanted to go over the kind of Payout/Exchange options I was seeing in my Personal Game for the Santa’s Supply Depot.

Let’s take a look at what you can get in Phase 2 by Exchanging Materials for Presents.
Now as soon as I got into Phase 2, I went from having one option at a time for Exchange in Phase 1 to now THREE Exchange options in Santa’s Supply Depot. The Exchanges used both the Magic Hats and Toy Cars.
WHERE IS SANTA’S SUPPLY DEPOT EXCHANGE
You will find this in the North Pole Play Area. It will look like an Army Surplus Truck loaded with Gifts all around. Tap on it to open it.

WHAT’S INSIDE THE DEPOT?
The Exchange area that you will use to get Presents. You will see various options of Exchange depending on your game. You will also see that during Phase 2 we are only using two of the possible five Materials so far.

HOW MANY PRESENTS CAN I GET IN THE EXCHANGE?
Here are some of the Trade Options I saw in my game. Yours will vary on your personal game play. As you clear out one option, another will take it’s place. They do not go in order of amounts, they just vary. The Present amount and Material to Exchange for it will constantly vary too, but it seems no matter what the payout you receive is pretty fair and balanced no matter how little or how many you trade in.

As you can see, a mix of both Materials for Exchange. An occasional really good offer may pop in now and then, but for the most part the ratios are pretty fairly balanced for Materials to Presents.
HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE ENOUGH MATERIALS?
The Supply Depot will actually tell you without even tapping on an Exchange option if you have enough to trade for it by tagging it with a “READY” banner across the top left corner of the Present amount.

You can also look along the top of the Santa’s Supply Depot Pop Up and it will list the amount of each Material “YOU HAVE” currently in your game.
WHERE DO I GET THE MATERIALS FROM?
Magic Hats: Santa’s Village Humma Battles OR Snowman Prototype
Toy Cars: Misfit Toy Prototype OR Robotic Misfit Toys OR Blocko Hovercraft Misfit Toy Battles
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT EXCHANGE OPTION I AM TAKING?
When you tap on any of the 3 Exchange option Present Boxes, it will highlight around that Present Box.

You will also notice it will again show the “Reward” you are getting off to the Right along with the required Materials off to the right for the Exchange.

If you do not have enough Materials for the Exchange, you will see a Clam Option to “GET” it now.

If you have enough Materials for the Exchange, you will see a “TRADE” Option in Green. Tap on it to make the Trade.

If you select “TRADE”, you will then see the Presents Amount being awarded for the Exchange. Tapping on “AWESOME” will now drop them off on top of the Supply Depot. (My personal suggestion is allow the game to collect them when they pop out. If you try to tap on them in individually in large amounts… the game will slow and freeze a bit.)

WHAT DO I USE THE PRESENTS FOR?
I will go into this in a lot more detail in another post. Essentially there are several Prizes in Santa’s Headquarters that you will need to help you get through the Event, so you will want to stock up on as many Presents as you can possibly get so you will have enough for all the New Prizes added each Phase of the Event.

There you have it. A basic rundown of Santa’s Supply Depot in the North Pole and a look at a mix of the goodies you can get inside of it.
How is your Present Count going? How many do you have? What prize payouts have you seen in your game? How many of each Material do you currently have? Let us know.

I must be doing something wrong. I still haven’t unlock camo Peter and am still on phase one. It’s taking me ages.

Time to claim first community prize. Go to leader board and select the tab on the left. There is a green claim button and you’ll get 10 hats.
Next up is three clams.

Gonna be a long time to wait for those three clams though if the total medal count doesn’t improve drastically… Come on people, do more battles to earn more medals!!! : D

I would have to say that they added too many zeros. 800 billion at this rate will take months and we only have a few weeks left.

Should I stay in phase 1 to get presents quick or should I move on?

You will need to eventually move on to get the Toy Cars and other items in Page 2 of the HQ. So it is up to you how long you delay.

Anyone have a problem with sending Santa, Peter, and Lyle to fight in the Humma and then get a ! over Lyle’s icon ? if i tap the icon Lyle I see the new dialogue but then Lyle is free and not fighting anymore. Now it says Santa and Peter are fighting and I will destroy 0/3 buildings with no reward. This has happened with Santa and Peter as well.

I’m getting this too. I now am very very careful when in the North Pole to not touch anything near the Humma Hangar or in Santa’s Village (or any exclamation marks) once I send the trio to fight. Then I try to avoid the North Pole for 4 hours so the battle should have time to finish, but am again super careful about what I touch while in there until seeing the battle has ended.
I also hope it’s not real important to send Peter to fight the other district, since without him, the Humma attack does no damage and yields nothing.

Oooh I just got the same with Santa plus Lyle, after an hour into the battle there appeared an exclamation mark above the Hummer garage and Santa also has one above himself. I definitely won’t tap on this before the battle is over, who knows what happens… Thanks for pointing this out!

Has anyone else had some glitches with the humma? In particular, it’s happened 3 times now that I have sent all 3 characters to destroy the village, and sometime about 1 or 2 hours in, 1 character will suddenly become free, but since I need all 3 to get any rewards, I end up with nothing and 4 hours lost 😦

Hey bunny! I sent a message to tinyco. I imagine they will respond someday. Until then ,I don’t know if this is useful info or not, but just in case I’ll share it. It seems the bug happens when part of a quest line starts while a driver is in use. I think until it is resolved people should avoid clicking on the ! If the character is in use for an attack.

Yes. Many have reported it and I will repeat my same response… Contact TinyCo when this happens so they can track the issue from games it is impacting. 🙂

Anyone else still stuck on getting army rations for Camo Peter? Been stuck needing 3 for days now. Not even close to getting into week 2 prizes or toy cars.

So the leaderboard glitch has been repaired and I’m back on there, and I also got my 10 hats from the collective price, yeay! 🙂
BUT: if you are saving presents for Lyle, FORGET ABOUT THAT. I had enough presents for Lyle and the igloo fort, so I got the igloo fort and the 24 hour counter for Lyle started, but when I then wanted to get Lyle the Santa HQ screen was already switched over to the presents from week two, so there was no option for me to actually get Lyle!!!
So I waited three more days to collect enough presents and then I wasn’t able to get Lyle after all. This is total rubbish!
I messaged TinyCo about this issue as well but I’m not sure I will hear anything back, the last time they replied was long after the event ended…

So I’m confused…
You entered the HQ, but didn’t have an arrow up top to go to the previous page? Just because a new page is there doesn’t mean you can’t scroll back and forth using those arrows.
If you had already started the timer, and knew you started it, why did you wait 3 more days? It would’ve been long expired by then.

Sorry I should have explained this better… I banked more than the 377 presents I needed for the igloo plus Lyle and then went in to get them both.
I got the igloo fort without problems which went into my inventory and I could see the 24 hour timer on Lyle.
I then placed the igloo fort (which then also triggered the quest lines for week two) and everything looked fine, but when I then went back to get Lyle, he was already blanked out and I was only able to see the items for week two, even though the timer on Lyle had only started a few minutes ago…
So unless this is a glitch on my game I think this means that once the items for week two went live, you can’t get Lyle anymore, even if he still had 23 hours to run on his timer.
I hope TinyCo will get me Lyle after all 🙂 I will let you know what they respond.

Yah that’s odd. Messaging them was right thing to do. It shouldn’t matter if next week hit. It usually won’t move on unless you got them all or let the final one time out. You still should have the 24hrs after trigger to get them regardless.

I got Lyle this morning, so your game must have glitched.

So I see the collective prize on the leaderboard and I never knew I wanted God so badly in my life lol! But you need to get like what 50 billion? We had about 8.8 mill but there must have been ‘cheaters’ or a glitch because it went back to 7 million. Everyone has a total of 7 million-ish in 9 days of the event. Let’s do our BEST to get GOD!
Hope your feelin’ better bunny

At least we all got our ten hats already, better than nothing! 🙂
PS just in case people don’t know, once the counter went over the threshold there is a button on the hats, clicking on that button means you can claim the ten hats.

Off this topic, but I apparently have been banned from the prize leaderboard for “violating the TOS”, huh? I have 43 medals vs the leaders who have 600+ and have only played as the game allows. Unless it is now against the TOS to not spend real money, I would have no idea why I got banned. Anyone else have this?

Oops sorry missed that part. I had already sent tiny a note before posting. Just wanted to see if it was a game issue or was happening to anyone else. Comfortable I never cheated and would never bring anger to your site. If it doesn’t get sorted out I’m fine either way.

Please help. It says I’ve been banned from the leaderboards for violation of terms of use. I have never cheated on this game. I have about 105 medals which is not excessive. I have no idea what I did except not get the fort so I could save up the presents to get Lyle. I sent TinyCo. a message but I’m just wondering if there is a chance they will realize they are wrong and reverse their decision.

Has anyone else noticed an error message with the leaderboard? I get a message that says I am banned from the leaderboard for cheating. I’m assuming this is just a glitch since I have no idea how to even cheat and I am far from ever getting the best prizes.

I also am not seeing any trades for the cars (except 2 cars for 5 presents which is pretty consistent). Will keep plugging away. Suspect that this will balance out in the end. Have written to TinyCo to suggest that players be given the option to decide how much of each material they want to trade in (each material would have to have a defined exchange rate).

Just keep clearing and they’ll come. Thats how mine was. Mixed then just Toy Cars after I depleted my Hats.
The trade is pretty balanced either way. For instance, if the exchange was 4 : 1 on an item, it’s pretty much them same if you’re trading for 16 vs 40. I’m glad they at least balanced it better like that. 🙂

It’s all good, but I’m still trying to unlock “grenade-dropping-thing” for camo Peter.
I hope they would at least add a freemium alternative for getting grenades.
I know it’s not addicts fault.

I am actually doing pretty good in getting the presents. I am now to the point of getting Kevin ready to collect for but am holding off because I want the Skynet Complex because it looks cool and hoping at some point that Sarah Connor and or the T-600 will use it. I almost have Sarah unlocked as it is. The drops for her have been great even with the rare ones.

I am doing okay, but even though I have cars, I have not yet received an option to trade with either cars or a mix of cars and hats. That being said, I understand that each game is different, so when it happens, it will happen! *chuckle* I am working on getting Sarah, but I am quite a ways off from getting Kevin. Unfortunately, before reading the various posts, I had been under the impression that upgrading was a good thing, so my payouts are not great and I am getting a lot of dinks. ce la vie!

Upgrading IS good, just as long as you do NOT Upgrade the Buildings too (Don’t destroy all 3 in Humma and 4 in Hovercraft). It will keep the Buildings easier to destroy. 😉

Thanks for the tip bunny! Seems obvious enough but you still never realize it until someone is there to point it out for you 🙂 Hope your feeling better!

Ive found if you hold off on destroying all 3 buildings until you can upgrade 2 levels at once you can keep a fairly good hat drop rate. Destroy 2/3. Upgrade, then destroy 3/3 and you can upgrade to 2/3 of the higher level buildings without having to grind too much. My downfall is coffee cups. Not dropping sufficiently fast to keep raiding.
