Hey there Clammers. Bouncing on by due to I know a lot of your are still anxiously awaiting to play the game. This is the latest update we received on the “getPlayArea” glitch that hit players.

FACEBOOK LINKED GAME GOING TO LEVEL 1:
TinyCo is reporting that they are seeing many players using the new settings in an incorrect way. Possibly unknowingly. There is an option now to UNLINK your account from Facebook. It is NOT a log out button. If this does happen, contact TinyCo, but please keep in mind. This is a VERY time consuming process to correct so allow them time to get it fixed for you. They are working as fast and hard as they can to get players restored. Just hang in there and be patient.
So again, please pay close attention to those buttons. Players requested the option to UNLINK and it is now there. Just don’t press it by mistake.
PINK BRIAN IS BACK:
You may not have noticed, but if you were collecting candy during the event Pink Brian is now back in Al’s. ANY Candy you collected still counts towards him. Then you can get any extras you needed for the 15 Clams each cost.
For those of you the ALREADY won him, check your inventory and check Brian himself as you should already have it. He shows in your shop as there but low Candy numbers…just ignore that. Don’t Panic, just go see where he was tucked into. Mine was almost all the way to the end of my inventory in one game and already put in Brian’s Costumes option list in the other.
So a quick lil heads up on the Facebook issue we are seeing and good news on the Pink Brian front.

Hey there minions. Just hopping in with an update on trending glitches that we have been seeing over the weekend.
Update 11:00pm EDT: Looks like Kool-Aid Man is back in the game! You now have 24hrs to finish collecting him. This MORE than makes up for the time glitch many were experiencing. Good Luck!
Update 2:40pm EDT: Per TinyCo: “There was a bug that caused him to end at local time, rather than PDT. We’re looking into bringing him back for 24 hours, so players can finish him.”
They’re working on it…for now if you’ve experienced this glitch and haven’t yet reported it…send in an in-game ticket so they know exactly who is impacted.
Oh and Kool-Aid Man is now Voiced!!!!
Hello There Clammers,
Busting in with a quick glitch report that MANY of you are reporting on…the Kool-Aid Man’s Quest is GONE! 
According to many of you the ability to unlock Kool-Aid Man has disappeared from your game.
Not Kool. Not Kool AT ALL!
So here’s the deal…Yes, Kool-Aid Man was supposed to end today (9/30). BUT he was supposed to end at 3pm PDT, which is in (just under) 9hrs from now. However, it seems there’s been a timer glitch in many games causing him to disappear at 3pm local time NOT PDT. So if this is the case for you…report it to TinyCo. (info on contacting them here)
Bunny and I have also reported this to TinyCo (we reported this last night…as soon as our New Zealand friends started reporting the quest ending), so as soon as we hear something back on it we’ll let you know. In the meantime, it’s important that if you’re experiencing this glitch to report it to TinyCo as well. They need to see the reports coming from multiple places and not just us. So make sure you send in the support ticket….

FYI, for those of you with the “Shuffle Papers” error. A fix has been found and they are hoping to push it soon to help impacted players.
UPDATE 9-19: The patch sent out should have fixed most players with this issue. Those still having it will need to be fixed one on one. Please email them ASAP (as you cant message from the game) and include keyword “Shuffle Papers”.
