Ive been trying to save my family guy game to facebook. I try to go to my account settings but all that pops up in the tab is settings and inventory, no option to link to fb or email. Its a windows phone, any help on what I need to do to save it???

I was just wondering if anyone else found this ODD….. Now I’ve only been playing for just under 2 months so I don’t have EVERY character , but I have quite a few & their other skinz, but doesn’t it seem strange that ” sexy kitten Meg” doesn’t have any Halloween tasks as of yet to get items ? Is anyone else feeling this way about any other characters they have, ( star right Peter , S&m lois , PB&J Brian, etc…) oh & a quick hint 4 everyone, when your shooting the unholy Nuns, be quick , I actually missed 1 of them!! They are some quick old broads!! Lol

I feel the same way about halloween Meg and all the evil stuff from that mini event. Was really hoping it would tie in. And I’ve missed several nuns. They turn direction quickly.

When I try to play the app “Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff” on my android phone there is an error message that comes up that says: “FGGame: In getPlayArea, Called getPlayArea before play area exists”…The game was working fine yesterday before the halloween update came out. Is there a bug with the Halloween update or something? I really enjoy this game and play it almost every day. Hope I can find some answers here.

I don’t have any need to play my current game on Facebook on my computer because I already have easy access on my phone. Besides the ability to play on my computer, what the benefits to logging into my Facebook on my mobile game? And if I do login on my mobile game, will my game remain unchanged since I don’t currently have a game started through my Facebook account?

I don’t have a question, but I discovered a glitch that I wanted to share in case no one else has discovered it already. The glitch is only for iPhones that are connected to an AppleTV. When airplay is turned on and an iPhone is connected to an AppleTV, if you click on the clam tv and watch the ad videos, the videos will only play for a second or two and therefore, you can get the clams from the clam tv in so little time without having to wait for the ads to finish. I don’t know if the glitch works if airplay mirroring is turned on, but using airplay with an AppleTV without mirroring turned on puts the glitch into effect.

Ok, couple of questions I got bouncing around in my head, first & most important, my time traveling blimp… Who has plutonium? All I’m noticing so far is tom Tucker and Connie , anyone else , because since unlocking Olivia the other day , gassing up this blimp is taking 4ever!! No MAX on $$$. They just increased the Game Level to 60 from 50 months back. No idea when more will come. Suggest more if you want in game.
As far as ANY District goes, check our District Page in the Main Menu links. You will gain all the info you need to go through them. Expect to spend time as they are meant to take time. They’re here to stay, so no rush. 🙂

I’m am TRYING to play Family Guy Quest For Stuff and failing. I can only seem to play for about 20 seconds the the game just closes. This is really frustrating as I like the game and want to be able to play it. My wife is having the same problems so I know it is not my phone. PLEASE HELP.

Hi, I have noticed over the past few days that my coin totals keep reducing. It started since I updated after the palooza event I think. So for example I just went in and collected all the coins from my buildings and I had about 8,500 coins. I went back in a few mins later to deal with some missions and my coins had gone down to 6,800 (I didn’t buy anything today). This is happening all the time now … Has anyone else been affected by this or know what I can do to stop losing my coins?! Thanks!

It sounds like it is not saving your progress or they are being used on other items. Try some basic troubleshooting and contact TinyCo from your game.

Did you not save your game file to am email or Facebook? You have to link the game to something to save it. If not… reach out to TinyCo and they might be able to retrieve it

Has the multiverse always cost coins? I noticed I am roughly 3000 short upon returning to my quahog. I just visit ollieland and one Facebook friend who clearly stopped playing after Jerome. I just stopped in starting at 57k, and I returned with 54k.

I mean should i send all my charatcters on a 1hour task as many times as possible during the day, or is there any value in doing all of the tasks? Whats the quickest way to max out a character?

It depends. Some stop round 15 MAX. Others 25 MAX. More and more required each level.
It will take a lil while. No need to rush… but do so if you want in a way that suits your game style. Just look for most for the time. Like if a dual action will payout better

Sooooo… This is neither a question nor an answer , it’s really just , we’ll me bragging & patting myself on the back because I am so happy w/ the amount of $/Clams I just saved doing what I just did. Also mabye this will help someone else do it this way when their time comes. Here it goes.., I’ve been putting off using my clams to get the junk in the Tom Tucker Mystery Box that Ive had about a week now, we’ll, I just finished unlocking Tom , & that also means that his drop items are no longer in the Mystery Box , there are only ” Clam Prizes” left. I hope this can help someone else do the same , but now for what I came here for…….Holey eF in aye , I’m incredibly thrifty my cheap arse grandpa would be proud! Lol

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me! I have just nuked my town as it was getting very messy, wanted to spruce it up a bit, I nuked it, have managed to get a few buildings down but now when I try to put the buildings down, it will come up with a box saying another building is currently being built, (which yes atm it is) and then when I click on nah to get rid of it the game kicks me out😡, is this just a bug?? I hope not as I don’t want to loose all my game 😦

Let TinyCo know. Message them from your game. For some reason some Buildings make you rebuild them out of storage after nuking, which i dont think they should. I ran into this recently too.
They need to know which ones.

Windows is a Stand Alone game. Has nothing to do with the Mobile App. It is limited to only Districts 1-8 and nothing more. Sorry.

Hello,
I was wondering if the character actions with a clapboard icon are linked to the tv that pops up in front of the Griffin house and allows you to watch video ads in exchange for clams. If the clapboard actions are linked to video ads, how exactly does it work? I complete those clapboard actions for multiple characters over and over and the tv only pops up occasionally and certainly doesn’t play as many videos as clapboard actions I have completed.

Do they ever release actual change notes and not just “Event is over, see the next one in 2 weeks”? Got an update on the Kindle last night which was a pretty big download and the only things that seemed different was the game icon and splash screen.
Also is timekeeping bad in this game? I keep a timer on my desktop for the various quests on this game and TSTO. Since I have the frequently restart my device during the day for RAM issues I find that TSTO still remains accurate and Family Guy falls behind about 3-6 minutes.

That is something you would have to address with TinyCo.
As for as downloads… just like TSTO… they will send patches to the games to prep them for new upcoming items as well as patches and fixes for existing items in the game. Same with Event removal updates. The files vary in size depending on what they are replacing/changing.

Is it possible to have multiple games going st once? My current one is linked to my Facebook and Google accounts, but I don’t want to create a new Facebook specifically for a second save. I’m at the blimp quest and things are taking longer, so I was curious if I could play a new game while I slowly build on my main one, without taking up tons of phone space.
I also heard if you don’t unlock Quagmire, you can build up a lot of coins quickly since long tasks are programmed to take just minutes at first. But, does that mean the menu to change users will not appear, since Quagmire is part of the tutorial phase?

You can have as many games as you want… you do NOT have to link them to g+ or Facebook only. There is an email option too. So you can link it directly to any email. Just doesn’t offer the option to unlink and relink as Facebook and g+ do.
As far as the beginning… if you want to “babysit” your game for a few hours while everyone has 1 minute tasks… then yes, you can build up cash before unlocking Quagmire by having Peter & Chris do their joint task over n over n over (pays out more than them individually). Same for Bonnie.
Menu appears as soon as you unlock Chris and he holds the antennae

Ok, but I was just reading something on the home page and saw something called “caption this” is that anything to do with sending in funny pics , or glitches? Cause I have one that’s making me lol like crazy, 1/2 the time I send Peter to shoopi , he ends up doing it on a different roof each time.

Hi guys, was just looking at storage usage on my iPad & noticed that documents & data is 1.5GB v 274MB for TSTO. Does this sound normal & do you know any way to reduce it?

Both games are HUGE on space. It’s why I tell people give em 2 to 3 GB.
If your games saved to Facebook or email… you can always clear cache n data for the Family Guy app, uninstall, reinstall a fresh game, play to menu, log in, LOAD saved game.
See if that removes any lingering files not needed. Otherwise… gotta deal with a huge game.

I use this website all the time for the events, but I’ve never had to post so bare with me. So when we had the evil event thing I bought the devil, finished evil Peter, and just paid to finish evil Stevie because it was almost over and we’ll I wanted him. When it was over however evil Stevie disappeared with the event. I contacted tiny co and have not heard back. Fast forward to today when the event ended I finished Greased up deaf guy by buying him out and I bought Ricardo, but they too are gone. I also haven’t seen the two almost Americans which were finished a while ago. What should I do? The “money” is still gone yet Apple has still charged me. I don’t mind it, but I would at least like my characters.

Let’s go over a couple things to see if it helps. Characters after you get them show up in a few different places. On your Quahog Streets with an unlock symbol bouncing above their head … so check all over. In Al Harrington’s Costume shop to finish unlocking. Or into your inventory storage under Characters and/or ALL Tab.
Have you checked all these locations?
As far as TinyCo, a message or instant reply may have got missed keeping you in tech queue. Good thing to keep in mind… follow up with the game houses. Don’t just wait for ever for them to get back to you. You’re in a line with millions. Message, give them 5 days, then if nothing… message again… repeat until you get resolution.

Thank u for the fast replays & for the help. So I ended up spending $57,000 Glowsticks on garbage!! I got like 20 low riders , a couple of grease fountains , some weak statues,flags , studios , dj booths , 50 or so First aid tents , & just basically a let down for gathering so many Glowsticks , ya know? It was just very anti-climactic .

Both my wife and I loaded our games on it and when I went to log back in, it was showing my user name and account, but her game. Then I hit the link account button which I think did me no help, but could not log out of her game or exit it. Then I tried to start a new game and reload mine and still no luck. My game is just gone. All the time, money, clams and just short of the greased up deaf guy and it’s all gone. Any input? Thanks

You hit link? Yah. Bad thing. You essentially linked the account to her progress. What you needed to do was to log in as another user and to Load your saved game file. Never link unless making a brand new game.
You’ll need to contact TinyCo at this point to see if they can recover your original game. Try to remember all you can about it. Clams. Coins. Etc. Your Player ID. They will be able to help… just know it’s gonna take some time.

FYI. I spoke with TinyCo on this. The best thing to do is to contact them from your used to be but now relinked oopsed account via the in game messaging. It will be easier for them to pull the stats off your old game that way.
Either way, they should be able to help you restore YOUR game. 😉

Thank you Bunny. I actually did try to log in as another user and it showed my account with my wife’s game, before I did the account link. I was perplexed. But I got contact back from Tiny Co and they fixed me up back to where I left off. I was in a panic and felt that the best direction for me to turn was you. You always know what to do and are always helpful when I need it and now I know, don’t ever link accounts. Thankfully, Tiny Co restored my previous progress and I am good to go. Gold Robots won’t show up until you get to Phase 5 and Defeat the Mecha. Silver are same… they won’t show until you hit a specific point in Phase 5. See the Phase 5 rundown for details.
As far as offers. Many do provide items to help you unlock Characters. Whether or not it will help fully unlock them is up to where YOU are in earning the Materials already.

That is incorrect actually. You CAN’T earn Jake Tucker. He is only a Clam Buy. District 9 is to earn Tom Tucker.

Sounds like it’s stuck trying to get an Album. yIf you tried all the basics including a complete uninstall/reinstall… ou will need to wait for them to respond. Keep in mind they do Customer Service in house, so you will have to “wait in line” behind all the others ahead of you for a response. They don’t outsource to thousands of call center agents like the other giant game houses. So response may not be right away. How are you reaching out to them out of curiosity? Email help@tinyco.com?

2 quick questions,
1. Is there anyway to purchaced or will there ever be another chance to get any old characters or outfits? Because I just looked at my in game character list and I’m missing 2 peter outfits , all of the comic-con, & quite a few others.
2. I bought MR.washy w/ the store a month or so ago when I first started playing & he is nowhere to be found in my inventory or otherwise.

They have brought some back now and then. You just have to keep an eye on the site for the options. BEST OF 2014 was a huge one with all the Con Characters at beginning of the year.
As for Mr. Washy… Check again the Character tab in Inventory…
see if you can locate him with his FaceSpace… if not… contact TinyCo.

Ok thanks , I’ll be watching for whatever answer u get. The reason I ask is as you know we’re always being asked to clear certain one for certain quests but I don’t wanna hit a max and then not get more released when I could just clear a few ad I go but not get more when I have them comin to me. Does that make sence? Either way, thank you, your always a big help.

From what I am seeing… and no they won’t release them… the MAX amounts do not apply to the Robots. The others… Look like between 2-4 to hit MAX.

I earned everything to unlock carl but it is saying i have already redeemed him, yet, when i try to do the tasks for him its still says i need to unlock him. Im not sure what to do
