Hello There Clammers!
Comic-Con phase 4 has arrived in Quahog! The fourth phase brings a new celebrity to our towns as well as little Minion Stewies running all over Quahog! I know many of you are curious about what’s in store for us in our Tiny Quahogs during the fourth phase of this event..So with that in mind here’s the full quick walkthrough for phase 4 of the event (phase 1 can be found here, phase 2 can be found here and phase 3 can be found here) This covers the quests that popup during the 4th week of Comic-Con including: Bombs Away and The Creator.
So now let’s bomb some minions shall we?
As always these are structured by questline (Note:Questline is considered the entire task list that is required under a certain title. For example Bombs Away Pt. 1, Pt. 2 etc). This should help you keep track of what comes next in each questline & what you’ll need to do. Keep in mind, with this game various quests/tasks can be running at once. You can be in the middle of 1 questline and another questline will start, however the order in which the questlines appear may be different for each game.

Man, I’ve been stuck on bombs away part 7 for days! My game(android) force closes when I try to buy Stewie’s Stationary. I sent a ticket 3 days ago and report it every time it shuts off. I wonder if it’s just me..

Loving the event so far, but hating the (apparently) adjusted drop rate of items from minions. Haven’t had a camera drop from anything in 2 days. Haven’t needed any other items and I’m a fairly vigilant player. One day I’ll unlock you Stan…….

Is it just me or did the cameras just begin to be really hard to get. At first they dropped left and right. And now I have done the mort and PS activities and the outhouse several times as well as bombing minion stewies and not a single drop for two days now. Its getting really annoying now.

I’ve noticed drop rate for the camera seems to have changed for me too.
I just got received one after 3 days of constant Stewie bombing… Previously they seemed to be less rare.

I’m not a fan of Tiny Co adjusting stuff like that on the fly. I get why, but I think that it could have been avoided had they planned it a bit better. I noticed, early on in the event, that some of the task times changed.
I had one Ron task that was originally 2hrs that got adjusted up to 4. Pretty annoying. On the flip side, because of some random glitches, I’ve had some of my longer tasks finish in a fraction of the time. There was one task (Lois I think) that was supposed to take 6 hours and ended finishing in only 2.
TBH, I’d much rather have Tiny work out these oddball bugs instead of randomly altering those drop rates and task times mid-event.

I’m having no problem. Getting them from the minions isn’t that reliable, but I have gotten them. Most of mine have come from Mort though. I’m up to 13/15 and should have Stan by tomorrow. Just be patient and hang in there.

I love this event. I’ve been so lucky thus far. With Ron and Felicia, barely had to rely on quests to get drops, almost everything came from some form of Stewie’s or nerds. With Stan, the same, except for the Books. I have to write TinyCo, my Quagmire says “Watch My Little Furry” is a 4 hour quest but it’s taking between 7-8 hours for the Yellow check to appear. I’ve waited three days to try to find the pattern and there isn’t one. I started him last at 4 pm, it’s going on 9 and he still shows 2 hour 5 mins left. I’m about to break 70,0000 Blam!. Happy with that too.

Hey I was just wondering how much blam do you get after beating the Giant Stewie when it’s x25? And when you get 18 of a specific bug spray (or whatever it’s called) and use it do you get more blam after getting 29 of a specific bug spray?

I am appaled by TinyCo. The update still hasn’t hit my iphone so no Minion Stewies or Stan Lee. The tasks for the bombs aren’t even there. Also, when I pesticide Giant Stewie, the Blam multiplier doesn’t multiply my Blam. This is a shame because I am at level 42 and I really enjoy the game. I have tried reinstalling it and sent a message to TinyCo twice. What should I do?!

Anyone else had a glitch with the mutant Stewie ink and stationery building? At first my game would stop working every time i tried to finish building it, but now that it’s done, every time i go to that part of the screen it force closes my game. Luckily i built it on a corner of my town.

I had all the tasks for this phase done by Sunday! I’m glad I got GT today. Means I can relax a bit about not having internet for the final week of the event. But then who knows what else will come.

Does anyone know if the coins are actually going to mean anything anymore in the game? They are still selling them, and we are all accumulating them, but there are only so many trees and office buildings you can buy.

Once the event is over coins will be used for everything again. Right now, just event items are using Blam!

Remember that when District 9 opens, we will be needing a lot of money to repair the whole area and going by the prices of District 8, we will probably need over 200,000-300,000 coins and thats without having to buy anything new that gets added.

I have a strategy question.
Right now, I have 5 hours and 20 minutes left until the Vanquish Giant Stewie clock resets.
The base reward is at 100. The streak meter on the left is all yellow. I have 26 orange, 35 red and 17 green (with a couple of more coming in the next hour or so).
The *green* bar next to “You need” shows “17/18 green pesticide.
My question is, when I get the last green pesticide, should I then hit Stewie or wait until the clock resets to 0 again?

Hmm. Do I *need* it? No, I’m over 80,000 right now. I was just curious if it was a good move or not. I know that some people here have worked out the math and come up with their own formulas, so I wanted to see what people would do or recommend.

It is a hard thing to say because each person earns Pesticides different and each players Stewie asks for different colors at different times. So, it is a matter of whether you are getting them all quickly and hitting the 25X is no problem or if you are struggling to get the Pesticides and prefer to hit maybe only to 8X or 15X then reset. Make sense?

Loving the comic con event, at 83000 blam, nearly have stan lee completed and one item from getting falconer Peter, hard to get though. I have 3 of the fabulous 4 and was wondering when does the 4th appear? Great game and appreciate all the work on this site 😃

83k Blam?!? Nice. I’m barely up to 68k. At my current rate, I should just about be able to get Takei by event’s end. Then again, I shouldn’t complain. I haven’t spent one dime buying clams or premium Blam earning items. I think that I’m doing okay-ish for being a cheapskate. ^_^

Is that Red Hot Lois glitch still there? I just need one more sundae for Chris’s hero costume, but it says that I need to claim Red Hot Lois. Should I unlock Chris’s costume first?

Red Hot takes only a few seconds to Claim/Create and have her in your game. It is not the unlocking that causes the issue. It is when you have to “create” the costume at Al’s. After you collected ALL needed items. If you start to create it…and the timer is running at Al’s, then go to claim/create her…that’s when the issue happened. Should be fixed by now, but you are still acquiring items, not creating…so you should be just fine. 😉

I just heard back from FG support in game, they refunded the extra 10,000 Blam that was,taken by Felicia Day when she took 20,000 instead, but the unexpected bonus is when it also went into the ComicCon event.
The other is about Coins dropping From Stewies..
They said that the Coins are dropped independently from Blam, so if you have 5 Stewies drop coins and Blam, they say you still get 5 Blam, so I guess the coins are a bonus.

29th August – Friday: The Multiplier + no new stewie or not some buildigns and stuff, challenge: kill all stewies ?? times or kill ?? stewie ?? times.

– 5th of September: last thing added
-8th of September: End Event (hopefully a free convention centre building :P)

Unlocked both Stan Lee and George today! Can’t wait for Nathan Friday. Gonna keep earning Blam cause it’s so fun. Any chance of TinyCo reducing building costs after you unlock the character or selling them for Blam after event? There are some cool buildings but 150+ clams is too much for me for one building. 25 or 50 and I’ll buy a few of them.

I do not think the costs will change. Mainly due to others that bought it at full price. Don’t know what TinyCo has in store though. They like surprises. 😉

I would like to see TinyCo allow us to purchase the buildings that were once useful for what they gave out for some of the cash we are accumulating. Give it a multiplier. If it was 2,000 clams and no longer serves a purpose, let us buy it for 20,000 using coins.

I like this idea as I have been accumulating money like no tomorrow. However, as Bunny pointed out it is kind a slap in the face to people who bought them for clams. At the very least, it becomes a status symbol for them and if in some future event TC decides to require those items again, those buildings offer those who bought them another leg up. And they can once again sell them for clams.

Best phase ever. Didn’t need to rebuild the entire town to get loads od minion stewies, I’m just concentrating on a few crossroads and getting 8~12 each time and getting all my bombs from Bonnie, Quagmire and nerds. Celebs and heroes are on 24/7 pesticide duties so I can hit the 1st 25x streak as often as possible. Only annoying thing are those damn nerds from the entertaiment district. They have a nasty habit of standing around my herd of minions!
Just a quick off-topic question: what happens after you vanquish giant stewie for 25x for the 2nd time (when you need 29 pesticides)? Do you get another shot at 25x or does it move back to 1x?

Is this where I apologize deeply for not listening to y’all? I rue my impulsive purchase of the sommelier station, as I’ve already won George Takei with 3 weeks left in the event (and I’m on android). I promise to listen from now on! I could have used those clams on some pretty buildings instead of something that’ll be stored in inventory once this event is over – but I panicked over getting enough Blam, despite your assurances.
Also, I love these mini-Stewie minions! I would love to keep at least one around after the event, they’re just so adorable.

Felicia Day and Nathan Fillion are pretty much E-list celebrities, IMHO. I get the whole nerd connection thing, but I have no real interest in either of them and couldn’t care less about their appearance in the game. Otherwise, I really like seeing Ron Perlman, Bryan Cranston, Patrick Stewart and Stan Lee. These are talented celebrities. George Takei is a god.

Averaging round 10 muties per bomb, with a 15 as my max so far. Noticing a huge jump in my Blam with this update, so I actually think for the first time 100k is doable for freemium players. Getting a ton of drops for Stan Lee from the bombs too, so I may actually get him before the next update as well.
TinyCo doing a great job with this event, and while their premium stuff is priced pretty crazy sometimes, at least they aren’t stingy like simpsons and actually give away a good amount of free clams. I think I have gotten more free clams just in this event than I ever got free donuts in the entire 2 years I played Tapped Out before I got tired of it.

Robuttasaurus was much bigger than I expected. He takes up almost as many blocks as one of the pyramids and is much taller looking. Pretty nice prize though.

Do you have a George Takei profile yet? I got to part 3 of his quest an hour after sending mort to spy on customers, now I’ve got to wait 16 hours before I can get him back on track? I was hoping to avoid any other surprises in this questline.

after a few days of getting a max of 9 i was able to get 13 at one shot. the only celebrity released i’m waiting to unlock is stan lee as the camera thingies don’t come often. the stewies are a mixed blessing. nice to get all the blam however even with a galaxy s5 the animation can make the game a tad jerky. it pretty much killed my s3 until i upgraded yesterday. i’m not sure i’ll get to the final goal but i’m at 42k blam so maybe..

I’m loving this event so far. I’ve got Felicia the other day, and thanks to the Minion Stewies I’m one sundae away from getting Blobulous. Stan Lee’s items are advancing at a steady pace, and thanks to Minion Stewies I’m at 40K Blam! and I’m most definitely getting Takei eventually, which was unlikely before.
All that said, I’m STILL 4 records away from getting Perlman, Quagmire doesn’t drop them. And to add insult to injury, the Bombs Away quest is stopping me from making Quagmire watch My Little Furry.

Question: if we’ve unlocked the characters, but not finished their questlines when the event ends, can we still complete the quest line after Sept. 8?

Just got Stan Lee and 3 clicks away from ‘Nothing Suspicious Here Factory’ 85K Blam!, 50 Clams for all 4 CC Celebs, 3 Torpedos & a smiley face.
Not bad for a mostly Freemium player, Don’t tell TinyCo (ssshhhuuuuusssshhhhhh) but they made this one too easy lol.

The minion Stewies have definitely helped me earn blam more quickly, plus I got 2500 blam for the first time from giant Stewie, so I made some great progress this past wknd. Got Red Hot and Blobulous completed all of the quests (except Stan Lee), and am less than 2500 blam away from the Q Hotel prize 🙂 This phase of the event has been my favourite so far because its fun to blast the little minions lol
However, since yesterday I haven’t been getting nearly as many items from the minions! I got about half of all Stan Lee’s items almost exclusively from the minions and now I just keep getting blam and coins. Plus I haven’t been getting nearly as many bombs from the blue nerds since then either. WTH? I did contact TC but no answer yet. Can’t wait to see the new Stewie with wings and horns though

I’ve nearly got my 85000 🙂 so chuffed as the last event was a bit of a struggle and I bought a fair amount of clams! I have 20000 blam just sitting though so hopefully there will be something to buy before the end of the event. I also only need a couple of bits for stan lee and that’s my goal tbf haha

I love the event so far and I’m a freemium player. TinyCo really did a great job this time, because currently I’m at 86,000 Blam! without spending any Clams. Just claimed the Nothing Suspicious Here Factory and I have great hopes claiming George Takei this week. So I am happy. 🙂

I’m SO glad that they made it so much easier to get Blam! In the moon idol event I only collected 50,000 or so idols, but now I have 70,000 blam and the event is only halfway over 😀 George Takei, here I come!!!

Just unlocked Stan Lee last night and thanks to Minion Stewies and the bonus multiplier I unlocked George Takei this morning! Woo Hoo!! Of course it helps that I bought all the items that guarantee a drop of required items, but with 20 or so days to go in the event, I have no doubt that it can be done as a freemium player as well with diligent tapping.
Oh and I also got a total of 15 Stewies with one bomb today! My previous best was 13 so I was glad to beat that. I believe 15 are the max you can get with a single bomb? I feel I’ve been pretty lucky so far with this event, but then again I AM using clams to help speed things along. I spend an inordinate amount of time in the game – especially when an event first hits – so I eventually spend some clams to help out so I don’t feel obligated to precariously juggle things like work, life, and these games 24/7. I’m having a good time playing, and that’s what it’s all about, right? Of course many thanks to this site for the walkthroughs and invaluable information!

Still lovin’ it. So many inventive ways to get rid of Stewies. The variety of characters and tasks/quests keeps it interesting. Always feel like I’m making progress, not scrambling to catch up. They really did a good job, spreading the fun out over the weeks of the event, to keep us with it, instead of releasing it all at once and when it’s over, it’s over. Kinda like in TSTO Stonecutters, where you had to check each day for a different clue. Really looking forward to this Friday’s celeb; “I aim to misbehave!” It’s appropriate the Stewie behind him is “Flyin'”. Keep up the great posts!

Thankfully so far I am on a great track to get George Takei at the end, having surpassed 88k Blam! already and getting ever closer to that 100k goal. I have also, luckily, unlocked every vehicle and even the bomber trophy. Stan is my only locked celeb, and I’ve only got to collect 10 or so more cameras to unlock him. This event, unlike the King Butt event, has treated me quite well so far, I just wish the added minion animation wouldn’t freeze my phone occasionally, but that is a minor gripe at best.

It does take more memory. Try to eliminate and store any items from your town you are not using. Especially animated ones.

gathering items is pretty tiring now, and it seems with the new stewies that it takes more time to get blam, could be me though

Loving the Minion Stewie’s! Had 23,000 Blam! On Thursday got 66,000 now! Also the items for Stan Lee are dropping left and right only got 4 cameras left to unlock him.

Best event so far, loving all the special characters they’re bringing in. Specially Ron Perlman (Who I’ve been lucky enough to meet) and Nathan Fillion (Oh how I miss Firefly). I’m so into it atm it’s taking over my waking hours!

For Family Guy I am now. Have been a TSTO addict for a long time but this event has turned me from casual, once a dayer (I invented a word, hurrah!), into an every two hours kinda guy. Keep up ur good work guys 🙂

Where is joe!? Im 245 blam away from George! Loving this event. Almost got fired because of it “Oh My!”. Have to start setting people for 12 hrs at work so I can get my reports done instead of blasting stewie every 2 hours. Its so easy to get lost and lose track of time in this event

I’ve been bombing at least 10, occasionally getting to the max of 15, using the tapping method without any modification to my town. I usually grab them around a 4way intersection or even a rotary/roundabout. Looking forward to the flying devils hinted behind NF. My Blam as skyrocketed lately between the Giant and the Minions. I should get the Factory in the next few hours and then it’s onto Takei :D. Item drops from minions have been a big help and I’m down to just 4 cameras for Stan.
