In similar fashion to Jasper you’ll have to “repair” the Train Station (yes again…Jasper must have wrecked it with all his cheering) to find Babs. Repairing the station takes 4hrs and costs 200 cookies. You cannot repair the station until you’ve trigger the Five Golden Rings questline. (This triggers around Prophets vs Profits Part 4)
Do not repair the Train Station until you’re ready…you will only have 5 Days to unlock Babs. So be sure you’re ready before you do it!

Basically…it’s Comic-Con and Halloween all over again. Break out those mazes because it’s time to bomb some animated characters again!
You’d think TinyCo would get the hint…when this was the LEAST favorite part of Halloween. ANYWAY…
To Bomb the Procrastinators you have to collect Furballs. You then use the furballs to “bomb” as many Procrastinators in 1 shot as you can.
There are two kinds of Procrastinators. Naughty ones and Nice ones. Each one drops different rewards….
Naughty- Drops Cookies, HC & Occasionally Clams
Nice- Drops Wrapping Paper Stockings and Christmas Cookies.
Again…you’ll need Furbals to bomb the Procrastinators. You can earn them through various characters:
Jingle Joe- Rage Shop, 4hrs
Quagmire- Donate Toys, 4hrs
Chris- Shop for Toys, 4hrs
Jasper- Do a Cheer, 4hrs
Cleveland- Browse Figurines, 4hrs
And because I know you’ll all ask…
What’s the Spawn Rate for Last Minute Shoppers?
Per Tinyco…The Amount of Last Minute Shoppers in your town will vary depending on your level. Generally, these shoppers will spawn every 2-6hrs for a max of 10-15 in your town at 1 time.

Week 3 Challenge
This Challenge is Trigger by Peter AFTER Part 3 of the main questline is triggered. So if you don’t want to start this task…DO NOT tap Peter after you trigger Part 3 of Profits vs. Prophets.
For this week’s challenge…you’ll have to bomb 100 Procrastinators in 4 days.
And for this week’s prize you’ll receive Mutant Elves.
Again…we suggest the maze method for successfully completing this. More specific details are coming but check out these posts from events past about mazes:
UPDATE BUNNY: As you can see in the image above, the prize for the Challenge was not the correct image. It glitched and showed the Elves Display instead. The actual Challenge prize is what it showed in the Pop Up for the Challenge…the Mutant/Demented Elf. Just the one. And it runs around on the streets of your town as soon as you tap on it to get it out of storage. It is small, like size of Stewie.

Getting the furballs is slow enough (4 every 4 hours if all 4 working on them) then added to the very rare drop of the wrapping paper stockings this makes getting the puppy unlikely, unless I spend clams, do you think Tinyco will increase the speed of the furballs and increase the wrapping paper drop rate?

I saw just keep at it. Much like everything else…it seems they are always changing and adapting as the game goes. Giving more options to get things. The honest best thing to do is Tell Them. Message them from the game your thoughts on something not quite what you anticipate. Suggestions always help. 🙂

The same thing was starting to annoy me, too. I sent them a message about it several hours ago. Others should do the same if it’s bugging them. TinyCo is more likely to make an adjustment if they hear from a lot of folks.

On another note i belive this bombing is pretty easy without mazes, just be patience and wait for a couple of green shopers to be together, youd be suprised how many stockings u can get with just 2 or 3 bombs

Question: I thought that each time you complete an item on santa’s wishlist you create a task for that character…however i got the yule log and seamus does not have any new task. Aren’t they supposed to get a Christmas task after their item is created?

I’ve been trying to think of good Christmas characters and your suggestion is a great one! I read Kevin from Home Alone and thought that was a neat one too. I personally wouldn’t mind seeing Krampus from American Dad to go with our other AD characters. God would also be pretty neat considering we’re all working on Jesus.

On a serious note, u sound like a very busy woman, especially around the holidays so I know u’re busy with keeping up with the two games so we can have the info (thank u) just don’t drive and be on the phone but u sound like a responsible adult so I’m sure u don’t but I have been in a lot of close calls on the roads and when I drive up I see people on the phone texting not knowing they almost cost an accident. So be careful and watch out for those people.

It was on the news with a taxi driver texting while driving customers so the sent the recording to the police and he got a ticket and his license yank. Unbelievable….texting with customer in this cab.

Haha. You’d think people would be more responsible, but… latest to inspire me to move to the moon… bus driver caught smoking BHO while driving his route (and was recorded on CC video). Also, handcuffed girl steals police cruiser, drives through city at high speed, police shoot at her… last week—3 high speed chases in one afternoon with 1 SWAT standoff on a freeway overpass!

Is it possible to defeat the childish yeti in 24 hours with only Lois and Mort? I’m wondering if anyone has been able to do it without speeding up the task, since I’ve come close every time, but always end up with 3 or 4 health left.
I feel like I’m really behind on this event since I see that a lot of people on here unlocked Jesus a long time ago, even though I’ve been playing consistently since the event started

I think I’ve done it once, and it was a lucky 4 damage on my last try. The other 3 times I had one health left and used clams right before time expired to finish it off. Time it right and it’s only 1-5 clams, but it gives me no hope for Top Hat Yeti until I get Joe.

Can we confirm that if you bomb both kinds of shoppers in one hit that they won’t drop wrapping paper? The FAQ seems to imply that you must only hit the nice ones to have them drop the stocking. And I bombed them all when they “poofed” into the game and only got the cookies, not a single wrapping paper.

I have bombed groups about 20 times now. I think only once did I NOT get at least one. Twice now I got a clam in the mix.

Ugh. I’ve not been that lucky. Almost always getting only cookies even though I’m trying to avoid the not nice shoppers. That wording in the FAQ should be “cookies OR wrapping paper stockings” instead of “and”. Also getting a glitch while bombing with my “hit” taking a awhile to register while the shoppers walk out of the hit zone avoiding the bomb. Grrrrr. Happy to get the one clam that dropped though. 26 wrapping paper stockings to go till I can get that dumb puppy.

I bomb the whole group as soon as they appear in my maze and I have loads on wrapping paper. I assume its from the shoppers although I havent been looking closely. Also I got clams as well.

I’ve gotten the Quahog Mall (Christmas skin) from the Fancy Gift Box.
If you click on the Mall, it doesn’t show what it earns you. It just has a cookie symbol with no quantities which I’m assuming is a glitch. However, if you change it back to the Original Mall skin, it gives you 8 cookies and 1 HC… Anyone else see this problem?

Sooooo mad that the update killed my game. No response from tinyco on several descriptions of my error. The game just trys to load giving me an error about the event. I only play it on my kindle and apparently it is low on the priority scale even though I’m one of the players that spends money on it. Book on tinyco for not caring enough to respond or inform on this problem.

Fellow Kindle user here. The Amazon Appstore version is terrible. I skirted the issue by sideloading the 1Mobile Market appstore (Google 1Mobile Market, go to their site and download their appstore apk), and getting the regular android version through there. Since Amazon bars us from using Google Play, 1Mobile Market is the next best thing. This appstore’s version has consistently functioned better for me.

Animations Question: some of my animations on buildings and decos have disappeared while some “advertised” animations aren’t animating. Is this a glitch you’ve seen?
Details:
The ambulance at the hospital quit flashing the lights for weeks, worked a day or two last week, then stopped again.
The hamster ball is huge in comparison to other stuff and just sat there till today when it started rolling in place, but became so teeny tiny I could hardly see it.
The bunny slope advertised animation, but hasn’t done anything yet. I noticed my jumping clam and the boyfriend didn’t animate right away either. I was actually surprised they began moving around. Is this normal?
Also, while clicking around in others’ games via FB I notice some playgrounds have a working merry-go-round. Why doesn’t mine do that? I’ve got 2 different playgrounds.
And… I’m formally registering a complaint about that *** yeti and the drop rate rate on wrapping paper. I realize fully that you are not in a position to change anything, but I feel better just complaining about it. And why on earth do they say “Always Drops” when it hardly ever drops? Okay, I’m done.

As for animation, there is sooooooo much going on in the game right now…TOO Much can cause a lot of issues. Like crashing and lagging. So, they cut back on some older/previous animation until the Event settles down or is gone. As for the new animation, I am still waiting on my Bunny Hill too. Lol
The animation you see while visiting will vary from the actual game itself. It is more there for visual.

Couldn’t it be with the merry go rounds that they move because that playground holds a character? In my game that is the tell that someone is doing a task there (just like other buildings have their lights om of silhouettes behind the windows).
I know I didn’t notice until that one time I couldn’t find meg to see how much time she needed to finish, her bird singing quest is located there.

It varies when you visit vs your own town. Sometimes I saw my town all animated from my friends game, while NOTHING was actually animated in my town. That is what I was conveying. I really think at times things are for “show” so you can see what they “might” do in another town and want it in yours. Selling point. 😉

the hospital should only light up when Dr. Hartman has a task in it, same with the playground, usually when Meg is bird-calling or whatever its called lol and my gerbil ball is tiny and animated also during play, but when im in build mode its huge again i dont mind lol my bunny slope hasnt been aninated either yet so maybe they’re working on that as we speak. 🙂

I’m very disappointed in how to too is doing this. i jhave all the prelim characters from other events but I’m not sure if I can do this one because they expect us to buy those Christmas themed skins to unlock people. And this yeti’s payout is terrible compared to the other main earners, getting every new character seems like It will be very hard. It’s the moon event all over again

is it a decoration that stays in one spot or a non-playable character that wanders around town? when i clicked on mine it also disappeared and the screen stayed in the inventory selection screen. i have a lot of buildings and there are so many other santas/shoppers/etc. walking around town so trying to spot something specific is difficult. i messaged tinyco in-game about it

I had same thing happen also the hole with gears for a few new items. To get the items to appear, I selected and moved them then they showed up. The elf doesn’t leave any indicator of where he is. I think he’s there just not showing up, because at one point while attempting to clear a snowman the small white text box popped up with “mutant elf”. just have to “believe”,…. or maybe I need to stop playing this game and having cheesy Xmas movies on in the background?….

It seems the task “Have Peter shop for designer toys” doesn’t work in IOS. I tried it from Joe’s costume menu to try for a wreath but nothing happens. So far, the wreaths are very hard to get!

You need to have gotten the “Lingerie Peter” skin during the FG event for this task to be available.

Do you have intimate apparel peter? If not, that’s why. If you get Les Bijoux from the fancy gift box it can help with the wreaths.

I was holding off starting the weekly challenge to stock up on Furbals, but accidentally tapped Peter. Luckily it seems the challenge counts all the procrastinators that you bomb before you start it! I should be able to finish the challenge by tonight.

Pretty gud update a lot of pretty cool stuff in the game as in for the challenge it’s pretty easy if u ask me 25 each day I haven’t even finished my 1st day and already got almost 40 with no maze I just make sure I hit 3 or more in one spot mainly the corner of the new district hopefully this helps a lil n I also bought 600 clams n so far bought the new gift shop adn the skin for Joe’s house so I have about 450 left including what I had before I bought the clams I wanted to ask y’all if y’all think they will b sneaking in a premium character in the game this weekend as I notice they have always done before they release the update n let everyone go crazy then a couple days later a premium character I just wanted to know before I take my chances for the tank thx let me know if I should wait or go ahead n spend all these clams lol

Lava from Kingdom Event and Poisonous bushes from halloween

Don’t have lava but in my game they walked right through the poisonous bushes, shrubs and plant from halloween event. Nothing stops them. And I didn’t take out my maze after Halloween event, so they didn’t have to adjust to new routes. They just march through everything. I put my streets back in (which I took out at the beginning of the event) since nothing stops them. I hate this stage of the event – not because of the challenge but because I’m sick of seeing 30 minions congregating in my town when I’m out of bombs and then as soon as I get one they’re spreading and suddenly only 10-15 left. I loved comic con and thought halloween event was meh but Christmas is quickly becoming my least favorite. DOn’t know whom I hate more. Yeti or Procrastinators.

You can do it without the maze if it is not working for you. Remember…keep them simple and small with one entrance and one exit. TOO big forces them out. Not enough walking space between sections will too. Some will still wander, but most tend to walk the paths.

Im at the point where I will do my best, but I know that I’m not going to achieve certain tasks. I know that I won’t defeat tophat yeti without Christmas Joe or get 100 nerds, I mean procrastinators in time for the prize. I will probably get puppy Brian if the event is extended, but (like mr weed) Jesus is out of the picture.

Just saw that Babs is available at the train station, but I’m going to hold off on repairing the station until I get Jingle Joe. Not sure how many characters she’ll need for her unlocking yet, but I’ve already got lots of people working on the Yeti, making furry bombs, and Jingle Joe. Hopefully, Stewie will get so use with Babs. He’s hardly been used during this event. Also, wish the Top Hat Yeti dropped wrapping paper instead of snowflakes, or a mixture. Not sure I’m going to need a ton of snowflakes at this point.

Well they may have had an idea of animation with it…similar to sexy stewie and the “Benny Hill” girls…but didnt work. So many possibilities of an idea, but putting into the game and in play without glitches is the fun part. Lol.

It is a chance at multiple items from them. Not just one. They are just MORE likely to drop those kind of stockings.

From the way the FAQ in game says, it looks like if you get a naughty in the same hit, the nice won’t drop their paper. It says to aim at which you want, which implies that it seems only they must be in the hit to get the drop. To me, it’s TinyCo keeping us from using our mazes etc and just bombing all at once. With minimal bomb usage. Like they are forcing us to have to get more bombs (bought or waiting out tasks) and specially only bomb the one or the other. Am trying to find confirmation as this is what I think their answer is to our mazes and road layouts.

this weeks challenge is easy 100 in 4 days, too easy, still hate these bombing phases, wish Tinyco could think of something more innovative. Also to shove puppy brian, Jingle joe, Barbra and this challenge all at the same time seems harsh

Am I too old for remembering the Benny hill show? I remember watching it when I was a little boy, ah..those were the times. No cell phones, emails, internet. Everytime I write a letter to my gf (now wife) I have to wait a week to get a respond cuz long distant phone calls where expensive. I think there were cell phones but it’s the kind that can kill someone if u threw it at them,haha.

Lol. They had Sexy Stewie come into the game doing the old Benny Hill bit and I giggled so hard. Age aside, I watched a lot of UK shows growing up and when I lived with my Gramms.

Thank goodness they have fg around so we can have fun as adults so when my kids play with it I them it’s for adults, hahaha. I think it’s just me not wanting him to move my town around hehehe, great father I am.

Still working on phase two after my four day lockout last week, which unfortunately also prevented me from getting Jasper (one of my faves). that whole ordeal (and the lack of response from tinyco) had really put me off for Christmas.

Ok so a little different strategy to try is this. I’ve noticed that my game opens directly in front of the griffin house so I moved it next to the mall (where all characters are going so far to make furbals.) I have a piece of road in front of the house as long as the area that the bomb releases (it’s 3 or 4 long… 6:30 am just getting coffee) I started my game and within 30 seconds I had a what looked like 15-20 spawn and I nailed them all. Set all character tasks and turned off game. Came back 30 mins later and they spawned again so I’m up to 36 on the counter and 12 wrapping paper. Easier than building a new maze in my opinion. All I did was remove all roads but the ones in front of the house.

Boo. I spent time building a maze in the new corner of the map I just freed up and deleted all of my pretty roads just to realize that I cannot bomb in the corners of the map. . . Fail! I’m going to sleep. Fml. I hate having to bomb anything on this game. Quitting time if this continues. -Frisco
