Head over to your Enterprise and upgrade to Warp Core 5 (if you’ve met the requirements). This week we’ll unlocked the Holodeck, Data and Talosian Stewie.

PHASER BATTLES
A new Craft has joined in the Phaser Battling fun, the Romulan Warbird. They will phase in n out (on screen about 5 seconds), so you gotta shoot them while you can. It is easiest to tap right on the CENTER of one the moment it appears. It will only take ONE shot to destroy it and get a Microchip (along with some possible Dilithium Crystals & XP)
Side Note: it ALSO drops Condoms for Vulcan Quagmire… so GO FOR THE BIRD. BIRD IS THE WORD!! Lol
(I do not see them anymore on the Shielded PeterCraft or Warbird in some games, waiting for verification… my suggestion is to HOLD OFF right now if it is not working properly for you)
UPDATE 4/17: If you are in Week 4, you will still see the PeterCraft. If you are in Week 5, you will now see just the Warbird, but it should now still drop Condoms to help you still get Vulcan Quagmire or Emotion Chips.
If you are updated, but still need Laser Pointers… send them an in game support ticket right away please.
A reader noted that if they shot an Asteroid too with the Warship, it helped dropped both items. As I have Quagmire, I am unable to confirm it. Try it if you’d like.
NEW BOSS TO BATTLE- BORG BERTRAM
Over by the Holodeck you will notice the New Robotic Character ready to do Battle. It happens to be Bertram. So just how do you defeat him? (We will go into a LOT more detail on this in another post too.)
Once you tap on him, you will start the first 24hr clock for Battle. You will have 24hrs to defeat his Heart Level and Send him into “time out” to get Dark Matter Payouts.

Time to Defeat: 24hrs (keep going as long as you can and as far as you can.)
Cool Down Period: 4hrs.
If you can defeat him within the 24 hr timer, he will Cool Down and reawaken in the Next Level Up Form with better payouts. (Drill Master Borg/ Laser Borg Bertram)
If you do not defeat him within th e24 hr timer, he will Cool Down and reawakend at the lowest Battle Level (Clawed Borg Bertram)
You can see your progress on the Heart Meter as you battle him. 
Side Note: As with the Yeti Battles from Christmas, only tap ONE Character to complete the battle when you are down to the last few. This will allow all the other Characters you are using to keep battling him on Cool Down, but you MUST have them start the battle BEFORE he starts the Cool Down. By doing this, you will save 4 hrs of battling time as once he’s done cooling down you restart his next fight you will have Characters ready to tap and attack right away. Just do NOT tap the Check Marks til you start him up again. 🙂
TRIBBLES NO MORE ?
Double checking to make sure, but it looks like this Phase 5 is when the Tribbles finally stopped. I have to say I am grateful they stayed as long as they did as originally they were set to end in Phase 1. So all that extra time with them was a bonus.
Good News… they seem to be squeekin back on board again. Longer spawn time, less of them… but some are showing back round the Enterprise. So take a look and see if they’re there for you too.

There is a LOT of info we are still going through and will continue to update as we play it out live, but this should at least get you started on it all. Keep in mind a lot of this requires layers and steps to verify it all. No matter, we are here to help as we all go into the new level together. You do still have til the 30th to work on all this.

There seems to be 2 Talosian Stewies, one of them needs only about half the cream the one in the replicator needs. And when you tap him the game tales you to Al’s. 😕

Err… NO! I already bought the level of clams above the minimum that gives 25 Dark Matter now and got the premium buildings when I realised I wouldn’t make it to 80 otherwise to unlock the holodeck. I still have half of them left, thinking I’ll spend them for something else in the LAST part of the event.
I might buy Spock with my leftover clams, but I need to vent off first.
Sorry, but I’m on a budget, and I expended that for this month (when no bonus was being offered). But if you have enough rich boys and girls splashing out then… good for you I guess.

hey I just had a quick question. Do you know if I would still get the dark matter that comes with the clam offer if im NOT at phase 5 yet?? I’m still stuck on level 6 and Beverly and Vulcan Quiagmire.

Also, i think they shoulda just donate all when u Buy spock. I hesitated when i read that only some will. What does some mean anyway, 5%? I think they could afford having all go to them. Still, it was a nice thought from tinyco.

Remember, events are planned MONTHS in advance. That means BEFORE his passing legal contracts and negotiations were made for his OK to have his Character Likeness and voice in the game. I assume the donation they are making is what would have been left for them from those negotiations. In other words, the money the legal team didnt take and that would have gone to TinyCo is now instead going to the Foundation. Make sense?
Due to the legalities and probably now his estate involved, they still have to follow protocol set up for the Character when it was negotiated. Hope the helps. 😉

I had Klingon Chris and Geordi fighting Borg Bertram for the first streak. It cleared all squares, but I got no dark matter. It was supposed to drop 2 for defeating the first streak, right? I checked the replicator and it shows 0. So weird, right? I’ve rarely ever had a problem with this game. Is anyone else seeing this? Also, I left Riker “Taking a seat” with about one hour left, and when I came back to check, his task was almost at the beginning again! Yikes. Was there a reset at some point?

Not sure if I missed it but how is Spock supposed to help get Crusher and Vulcan Quagmire ? I got Spock and he only lists 1 drop item that’s the floppy disc for Data. I am playing all the time and am still in need of 25 hyposprays for Crusher and can’t seem to progress faster then have been with Troi clearing Borg and 2 genetic labs. Quagmire I still need 16 books and 22 condoms.

Has anyone else noticed that the Borg-assimilated James Woods High skin transforms the school into the Griffin house covered in hearts? Visual glitch maybe?

Something I have noticed happening over and over (and it is happening again) is that XP from creating the replicator items is NOT adding to your levelling bar. I just got the Borg cube which gave me 200xp and the bar didn’t budge one bit. This has happened lots for these items and is one of the reasons it is taken so long to level up. Is anyone else seeing this? Is this a reason TinyCo seem surprised everyone is taking so long to progress on the levelling?

Life support required for holodeck is now just 20 for me instead of 80 is this a glitch or has TinyCo dropped the amount?

Question, I bought the three previous clam costing characters for this event and up until the update they sat in limbo on the character set page (idk the tech name) now they have their own spot and there’s the completed check mark but I didn’t receive any clam payout is there suppose to be one? Normally with the clam characters you get 50-100 back once you completely buy them all.

Bowel Regulus is glitched for me on Road to Recovery pt. 4. I go to the transporter, it has nothing in the rewards, and if I select it the game crashes

I still didnt finish phase 4 because of my quagmire bug but it did let me start phase 5. The only thing im bummed about is that my quagmire cant help me get stuff for the new characters since he bugged and will crash my game if i click him.

Ok. So I’m behind but have clams stored up and Spock has always been a personal fav. Add in the fact that it shows on the store screen as helping all the characters. Since I’m behind on crusher and quagmire I figure maybe a good way to catch up. So I buy him. Guess what? He only has one task for materials and it’s for data. Not crusher or quagmire like it shows in the screen. I mean it says “helps with” and shows them. Talk about false advertising. So buyer beware. I had hoped they were offering a way for people to spend some clams and as a catch all get up to date with the event. Kind of like an olive branch. Boy was I wrong.

Does anyone know if Captain Kirk will be voiced? I am a freemium player sitting on 382 clams, I might get Spock but I’m a big Shatner fan as well. Just not sure if Kirk would be voiced and have actions, and I hate to wait on him til the last week of the event and then Kirk not be of much use. Thanks for any info anyone might have. On a side note I seem to be running behind, I’m still working on getting items for Dr. Crusher and Vulcan Quaqmire 😦

Luvin this event! First time I’ve spent money on the game. Bought all the premium characters thus far. Glad Spock is in it. But I think too many dilithium crystals needed for Stewie AND Data though.
No way gonna be able to get Picard and Kirk – can’t justify spending at least extra £40 to get dilithium mines to do it in time, otherwise I’m gonna be spending near on £90 by the end – GTA V cost less lol!
Likin the ‘always’ drops and the reduction to 20 life energy to unlock 🙂
Still workin on Bev and VulQ (way to many rare items compared to common and uncommon IMO).
Got parallel main quest lines runnin in mine, so don’t have to wait to unlock Bev, so that’s awesome!

For those of you buying the clam deal to get 25 free dark matter to unlock Picard faster….count your crystals first! I made the mistake of clicking Data’s checkmark and spent 4,000 crystals, and now need to save up another few days to have the 8,000 needed for Picard. Would’ve been fine if only I didn’t click on Data’s crystals checkmark immediately.

As most confused with the phaser battle drops – and how to now get space condoms. I know you mention see phaser battle info – but it would be nice to add a direct link (or easier way to navigate to that post – since it’s about 15 posts old – and the only way I know how to get there is to keep scrolling through them all). Also when I read that post – there was not any new information on the romulan warbird and space condom drops – unless I was in the wrong post – hence the direct link would help so we know which post is being updated.
Also it might be more helpful to post the update on phaser battles here – in newest update since that’s the most relevant to everyone currently playing – and most people would be checking through this more current game info posting,

Space condoms currently appear to be impossible to obtain without planet Vulcan. As noted above the shielded Peter craft doesn’t seem to drop them and the Romulan war bird and genetics labs always drop items for data which will override any chance item (assuming the warbird is the new drop mechanism)

My first post! .. I just started this game a week or so before the Trek event and I am glad I found you guys immediately! … ‘Loving this event! .. Bought some clams for a few rooms and buildings, but mostly working like mad and keeping up!
I was lucky enough to get the Borg Assimilated School before it locked up ..so pretty happy with that!

Is it just me or did everyone automatically upgrade to level 8 (warp core 5). I had 3 1/2 bars to go
level 7 –> level 8. I opened the game this am and I was immediately brought to level 8 and warp core 5. Even the warp core transition video played right away when I went to the enterprise.
If so and that was not a glitch. Them thank you tiny co. Much much appreciated. Relieves some of the frustration.

I have been hoarding what clams I was able to acquire as a freemium player for some time. I started trying to save up for Cleveland since I didn’t have the game back wen he came out in the event. I had considered buying Worf, but now I’m really glad I didn’t because I just barely had enough to get Spock instead.
I saw it on the edit, but I also wanted say that I am one of the people who now is no longer able to get space condoms from space battles, so add me to the list. I wasted 2 energy taking out a shielded petercraft, saw it had no drop, and then went to the costume and saw it was changed to bird of prey. I used my remaining 3 energy and it dropped Data’s items every time. I just need 5 more to unlock Quagmire and thought I was going to be able to finish it today. I was also looking forward to finally being done with Crusher, I only need 2 more hyposprays for her, but now both ways to get them also have a chance of dropping new items instead, so we’ll see if I get lucky there.

I need 4 hyposprays and 3500 dilithium crystals for Beverly Crusher or it says spend 20 clams to unlock her. If I spend the 20 clams, does that mean I won’t need the 3500 dilithium? I’m trying to save up for Captain Kirk and wondering if I can save myself 3500. Thanks.

It gives you a run down going off all materials you currently have. So if you have any Dilithium at all. It will take what you have and apply it to balance. Then cover the rest with 20 Clams if that’s her buyout cost.

“Well this is disappointing” It might have been obvious since the comicon characters haven’t been involved in the event … but sadly the message TinyCo is giving us with that decision is that no event character (including premiums) will be useful afterwards. That might influence some players in their buying decision towards event premiums.

How so? I have been using old Premium Characters along the way here and there to help with events. I like that Locutus/Picard are separate as those two belong to each other. It gives you an additional Character in Quahog and allows Stewart other options for future costumes… like Xavier. 😉 You can’t predict the future. 😉

Sure you can’t predict the future, but the rules are set now to multiverse separate characters. So for the X-Men event we get Xavier (and a costume for Joe), to christmas Ebenezer Scrooge and for the next time American Dad we get Bullock and we can make a Sir Patrick Stewart Parade in Quahog 😉
Many who bought premium characters are already complaining that they aren’t useful after the event ends. This decision now makes obvious that there will no costumes for any of the actors or alter egos released later. Costumes (even though premium) would have been a good opportunity for TinyCo to give that characters an afterlife, and many people would have been pleased with their investments into premium characters.
For those who had missed a character, TinyCo could have throw in a sale for the reused characters (including those which have been free) along the event and the other missed costumes could still be sold in the best of the year events …
Well that was just my opinion, TinyCo will have their own reasons on this, but again I don’t think that is helpful for premium sales.

What is the spawn rate for Bertram?
With the 25 free dark matters…is it more wise to save them and get Kirk or spend them on Picard?

I dunno on that… personal Choice. I would say maybe Picard so he can help get MORE in Bertram Battle to get Kirk too.

I will send a message to Tinyco but if you also could please Bunny to see if they can at least have Klingon Meg either help out with Bertram or help out with Data or Talosian Stewie. I would hate to have my investment in her to be for naught during the event.
