TC, I’m loving this event, but if I can’t get Kirk because of a super steep 15000 crystal issue, I’m gonna be peeved. I mean, I’ve got Peter, Lois, and Quagmire spamming the Borg Cube, and am knocking out Bertram at his highest once a day. I’ll have more than enough Dark Matter, it’s the crystals that are killing me. Drop ’em to 10000, or surprise me, 7500, and I’ll love you forever. I just don’t want to miss Kirk because of too little of the base line item.
Also, while st Talosian Stewie and Pike Joe are busy, the regular versions of them appear in town. Stewie is firing a laser on the FBI headquarters, and Joe’s waving a spinning his wheels on Tiny Tot’s front lawn. Not a big issue, just thought you should know.

Am I the only one who cannot enter neither my inventory nor Enterprise at the moment? I tried the usual troubleshooting (deleting data and reinstalling the game) but it didn’t help. With timed Bertram battles it seems quite awful timing for the server breakdown if that’s the case 😦
As for WTD I do think that two new characters are too late in the event. The simplest math proves that together they can provide no more than 16 dark matter items (24 with borg Consuela) which is little use indeed.

My game crashed after I bought one of the heranus prizes. When I re open, it shows I won the prize, then crashes when I hit go. I can’t do anything else anymore.

I have been a week behind in unlocking characters through the whole event and now I’m going to be short crystals for data. I know I will never get Picard or Kirk but I was hoping for data.
This event has frustrated me in that as soon as you have almost got enough they push up the drop rates. The last two phases I have been at least a level behind and they have pushed up the experience so I have jumped a whole level (e.g I went from 8 to 10) – that shows how wrong both the crystals and experience drop rates have been from the start.
No enough to do between quests doesn’t mean make unlocking characters an epically long, virtually impossible without later intervention grind…

Dilithium drop rate is not the best. I am killing myself grinding for Kirk and Joe Pike. I am at 11,000 and have not even bought the casket launcher. The premium characters are overpriced especially those that do not actually help very much if at all for this event let alone nothing in the future. Burned real world dollars just to keep up. No chance at Borg Consuela because of the lotto box. Please be more generous with dilithium. Even the transporter is a dry well. Apart from that, I am a Star Trek fan for over three decades and want to able to say the same for our little game. Here is to hoping I find another 9,000 to score both Kirk and Joe Pike. Thank you TinyCo for this event.

I cant get on the enterprise right now. And looking at the fb page i’m not alone. Ive invested waay too much time and money into this event to have it go sour now. Do you have a secret way of getting a hold of them on the weekend? if I have to go all weekend without getting on, I wont get kirk and joe.

WTD why won’t the SPF just drop :(!!!!! Poor Mort and Riker have been going non stop since stewie became available…and I’m still trying to get enough SPF. So annoyed at how rubbish the drop rate is.

WTD….. Why won’t the sunscreen drop. 1 out of 6 after numerous attempts. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t 8 hours for each attempt. Ugh… Other than those pesky things drop rates seem reasonable for everything else at the moment.
Also, as mentioned by many. Thank you ladies for the time, effort and patience (and clams) you put into this site to help us move along in this game. I don’t post much but visit this site numerous times a day and always find the answers I need.

WTD on how long Apple updates take? FGQFS started lagging really bad yesterday and it took me three and a half hours to update my 6+ the hopes of correcting the issue (it did). I felt like it was 1999 again and I was trying to download one single song from Napster. lol
Also, WTD on me being super jelly of the Apple Watch people that get the little mini game? I have NO desire to buy one because I’m certain I’d just break it at work or being active but it looks like a cool time-waster and I wouldn’t mind me some free clam incentives!

WTD!!!! Every time I try to go to the enterprise I get kicked out of game all afternoon. So frackin irritated right now I had 8 hours left on my 3rd stage of the borg Bertram and now I will be totally screwed thanks alot. Feel like dumping the game altogether.

WTD… Game has literally just began crashing on me every time I attempt to leave the Enterprise or Ollie land back to my Quahog.
Not as important, I can’t visit any of my friends, whom have updated to this event, without an immediate crash as well.
Before I woke up this morning, everything was smooth & working better than ever.
I’ve tried everything short of an uninstall / reinstall. I’ve messaged them but it’s the weekend & I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue or if it’s just me? Ty

Now I just feel silly… I just got the last item I needed for Data, suddenly skipped thru a few quest lines, & boom!… all is good in paradise (Risa) again. I guess I just freaked out a little bit. Lol. Even tho this is all still in moderation, I thank u girls for the help u most surely would have proffered. 🙂

I still can’t play after uninstalling and reinstalling. I haven’t been able to get on and play for almost a week. So all the money I’ve spent on this event is wasted. It keeps giving me the event hub code thing.

What the deuce! Had Scotty roaming around my game last night, sent him on a task, and today *poof* he’s gone and his FaceSpace icon says this character is currently unavailable. Did I miss something?

My WTD is I have spent a lot of money on this event over $150 just so I could get all te characters but I barley have any crystals and the battles take for ever and only 2,000 crystals if you beat the best boss! WTD!!! All I need is joe and Kirk but with 3,000 crystals I will not be able to get both! Plus putting the maid In a mystery box!!! Really!! Tiny co needs to give us more crystals especially to the people that have spent money on the game I just hope I get enough crystals to get Kirk or I will be pissed joe isn’t needed to complete a set in face space so he will have to be left behind

Not too happy about the new Bertram, got to Cannon, now it seems I will need to use clams to speed him up, I have all of the characters on him, but when I factor in sleeping, it’s going to be difficult to finish him. I only really need to finish him twice, and when I go back to college, my internet connection will let me down on the timers I’m sure. It seems I will need to spend clams speeding up the battles otherwise he will reset. Normally I wouldn’t mind too much, but I have spent a LOT of clams on this event and I had hoped to keep the rest, plus the character set bonus(just need Kirk), for future characters. The main problem is that it seems to cost 16 clams for a full speed up, I will only need 1-3 at most for today/tomorrow, and more for Sunday, Monday, I would wait but I don’t want to risk him resetting. I had hoped there would be more for materials. I bought a lot of premium items, I need 19,000 Dilithium for Kirk and Joe. I made one of each item and currently have the following:
40,000 Dilithium
227 Life Support Energy
57 Synthesiser Ore
165 Transporter Energy
56 Phaser Energy
111 Dark Matter
I still have several characters, buildings and rooms earning more for me. If I had known I wouldn’t need lots of it, I maybe wouldn’t have bought some. Maybe once I have Joe and Kirk I’ll craft more of the existing items.

I did the same with the casket thing. They was was crystals i couldn’t afford, but thought it would help me earn them back quicker. I was wrong, lol. This will be the 1st event since king butt that I couldn’t earn all freemium things.

When the warp core said it was waiting on me, I wasted 2000 crystals on a second casket ejector to boost myself from starfleet level 9.5 to 10 only to find that the warp core now said upgrade has been delayed. In the morning I began the phase only to then find that everyone had been bumped up to level 10… so my crystals were wasted.
I now have enough materials for Joe but am saving for Kirk. In addition the storyline will force you to buy the phaser tag arena, chip factory and fencing centre that I don’t want… using up the crystals that I have saves.
Borg cube does help with crystals but with Canon Bertam seemingly impossible even with Picard (not Guinan) I now need to wait 28 hours to start from scratch. How are you meant to get enough crystals??? I play regularly and bought both of the clams + crystals/dark matter deals and sped up a few jobs.
Will be disappointing if the story cannot be finished without the premium characters/buildings (unless skipping Kirk)

Actually would like to partially retract this comment. Sending all three characters to Borg Cube rewards 500 crystals about 50% of the time even though it says the chances are low. That helps massively. I will beat level 5 bertram tonight although may have to spend around 20 clams to speed up a couple of extra attacks. The 2000 reward will cover the cost of the items required for the quest items leaving me my current 9000 crystals… borg cube visits will get me the other 10000 needed for Joe and Kirk. Dark matter will be the problem as that does require bertram so I will prob need to spend more clams rushing a total of 3 cannon bertram attacks.
Annoying to have to speed these up but must be done!

Ok I suddenly can’t get to the enterprise. It crashes every time I try. If I can’t get to it VERY soon I’m going to lose cannon Bertrum and 50 dark matter and Kirk. I’m not happy!!! Does anyone work at tiny co on the weekend? What do I do!?!

Please tinyCo please ive gotten all characters and costumes except for kirk(borg consuela too).i really want to get him to finish them all,but the time is really not that great.everything has mostly been shoved in in the last week or so and not really enough time to acquire things.so please if you can give us an event extension.oh and by the way thanks for the boosted enterprise level,it really helped.

I have everything for collected for talosian Stewie, data, Picard, and joes outfit…..now just trying to collect enough dilithium crystals in 4 days! WTD!!!!!!!!

Just recently been having crashing issues whenever I try to travel to the Enterprise, the game just stops and exits out. I have plenty of free space, so that can’t be the issue. I’ve even cleared up a bunch of stuff taking up memory, same issue. Is Tinyco aware of this problem? Like some others here, its happening during the final bertram battle. Any help or advice is appreciated!

1 week later and still no word on a patch for the IOS 6.0 crashing error. Sent multiple emails to tinyco that they refuse to respond to. Also looks like they won’t extend the event even though there are many of is locked out of the game. Not everyone can update their IOS tinyco. More importantly, we shouldn’t have to since the AppStore clearly states the game is for 5.1 and above. Tinyco needs to turn this game over to a new company with competent programmers and good customer service because they lack both.

The patch is done and has been a bit now. They are waiting on Apple’s process that all apps and updates to apps have to go through to be accepted by Apple then pushed to the players. Sorry. I know its not a fun process to have to wait on someone else.

WTD at being so hard to collect crystals. Even with Borg Cube I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be impossible for me to get both Picard and Pike Joe (I didn’t even consider getting Kirk, 15k crystals is absurd). In past events I bought all building and decos that cost event currency and yet I didn’t miss out on a single freemium character. Since I’m not a fan of Star Trek missing out on stuff from this particular event isn’t that frustrating, but it does put an end to my perfect record when it comes to freemium characters and costumes.

WTD as of an hour ago, I can no longer access the enterprise or ollieland, the game loads just fine into quahog but as soon as I click to go to the enterprise, it crashes! First time I have ever dealt with this and its very annoying.

WTD- there’s no way to finish all the character quest lines when I need the characters to fight Borg Bertram. Also I’m sweating over whether or not I’ll get enough dilithium for Kirk, Data and Captain Pike Joe… so I’m saving up for Kirk first then I’ll work on the other two. I’m actually considering setting my alarm to wake up and fight Bertram so I can maximize my profits! What’s wrong with me?!

Feeling your pain! Just focus on kirk. Hes what really matters. Data will be nice for 50 clams if you can get him after. The pike joe costume isnt gonna be a lifechanging skin. If I dont get it I will happily live without.

WTD! I really like completing the questline for the events, but now that 5 of my characters are locked in constant battle with Bertram, that’s not gonna happen. No way I can waste time with Locutus and Geordie if they’re needed around the clock for this repetitive boring @$$ boss fight. Also, sidenote: Eff mystery boxes….

Accidentally tapped and purchased starfleet medical center there goes 120 clams that tinyco can’t do anything about. Just now couple of minutes ago can’t get over it. Pissed at myself!

I got a refund for buying Red Shirt Doom Room. Don’t have the Medical Room in play or it will mess up you game after they remove it. If you don’t you’ll have to clear your Game Data to fix it.

You didn’t get a chance to cancel before you placed it? It only counts when you actually put it down in your town.
I had similar with a room early on but was lucky enough to get a refund, probably due to it happening to many others, that single act has stopped me from filling these WTD?! topics with paragraphs of annoyance.
My solution was a confirm purchase box with a timer on the ok/yes so it didn’t work for a couple of seconds, giving you the chance to realize what had happened and cancel it.

I was clicking Tribbles rapidly and the room was empty, so to my knowledge there was no confirm message since it popped up out of nowhere. It was dumb for TinyCo to place a Clam room in the middle of pop-up window, because people are going to select it accidentally. All the Clam rooms should be scrolled to to see.

If your guys are all set to beat Bertram in time, not only do their jobs have to finish before Bertram expires, but also you have to seal the deal by clicking their checkmarks and collecting the reward before then or it doesn’t count and you don’t get crap.
That’s kinda screwy.

WTD at collecting Q, Guinan and Worf only being worth 10 Clams! Other premium character sets are 100 Clams. TinyCo must have forgot a zero.

WTD my game now crashes every time I transport from the Enterprise down to Quahog.

Okay, I know what the problem is now. There’s a bug in accessing stuff you have in inventory. I bought another Romulan Bar, which is now stuck in the box. The game when you transport back to Quahog checks if something is in the box before going to Quahog causes the crash. I tried to get the Romulan Bar by accessing regular inventory and the game crashes. Clicking on the box also causes the game to crash.
I can still play the game, but I can’t go back and forth from the Enterprise and Quahog anymore. I have to start in Quahog go to Enterprise and then exit the game.

I’ve been keeping a crazy eye on my crystals and dark matter for Kirk. I defeated a borg and went to check my totals. I swear I’m missing a lot of dark matter and crystals from the last time! I should’ve had more and I have less than the last time I checked. What the deuce?! Anyone else have issues like that?

WTD… My whole in-game menu bar disappeared. I can’t get to the Enterprise without an Enterprise button. I can’t even contact TinyCo about it because the menu button isn’t there. Luckily a total purge of the game from my phone and reinstall brought it back. Hopefully the loss of time I experienced doesn’t mean that I miss out on defeating Bertram today…

WTD!!! Clams won in Borg missions are not added!!! Can’t… take… more… glitches…. I have reported it, but it’s the weekend sooo… And those missions are great for much needed crystals, but I’d kind of like to get the clams too 😦

I’m having the same issue! Won the 5 clams on 3 separate occasions on away missions to the Borg Cube and was NEVER awarded the clams! WTD! Clams are the most useful and precious item in the game.

LOL! I just had another one! That makes four clam wins from the Borg Cube away missions without any reward. 20 clams not received! Come on, TinyCo. . . . . .please get this fixed or refunded! Those clams are useful, you know. 🙂

This whole event has been a roller coaster.
Drop rates were a joke, and pretty much terrible for everything. Instead of being able to finish everything in every phase 1-2 days before the next phase, we couldnt finish it until 1-2 days after the next phase.
Using the alarm clock every night to maximize some of the grinding because of bad drop rates, not wanting to have everything blow up in my face the last week.
And what happen when I finally got the last hard to get item?
The fricking droprate is made easier for everybody else, things are suddenly always dropping.
Work hard to raise my Starfleet level, and what happen?
Everybody gets a free ride to the last required level!
Was hinted of a unlockable Borg Consuela costume for a whole week, so I bought some clams, was thinking of buying her and Cleveland later, and what happen?
The costume is in a random box, no way Im going to waste clams in that lottery hole!
And Cleveland is replaced by a 750 clams Cool-Aid Man that is useless! I wouldnt pay more than 75 for him!
And speaking of useless Premium characters, Im looking at you Khan and Scotty!
18 hours for two (one from each of them) Dark Matters?
If we bought them when they went live and only sent them on Dark Matter digging, we would only get a maximum of 16 Dark Matters before the event ended. Why even let them drop Dark Matters in this case?
They should have been released one week earlier and earn them in less time.
Now I love the fact that TinyCo actually listen to us and adjusts the droprates when needed and allows everybody to get access to everything the last week, they are worth gold for that. It still feels like a big slap for us that actually grinded the crap out of the game to get there the “legit” way.
They say that these events are done months in advance, and yet they always get things messed up, things are not working as they should, drop rates are adjusted, the next phase are ALWAYS delayed a couple of hours… it feels like so much are done in the eleventh hour.
And you know what, a big part of it is our fault, the players.
Every single event have had complains about not having enough to do between the phases. TinyCo took your advice, and this is the result, low drop rates and long quests for nothing.
You have to understand that people that cant play 24/7 must be able to unlock the freenium stuff in time as well, even if it means that the rest of you unlock it pretty fast.
So what the deuce with companies that actually listen to our complains?

I have a sneaky suspicion TC starts things out hard to get that quick buck, then they look like champs on the back end for “fixing”, or make things “easier”. They’ve had a year at this, it doesn’t make sense to think they don’t know how to run this.
