UPDATE 7/11: Morning all… so the “issue” last night was new and isolated quick. Not the same as the other two they’re still trying to track that hit around Mobsters. So most should be right back in.
For everyone else still locked out, please keep posting the answers here if you have not already. To me, the core cause seems possibly related to Android Updates (like within Lollipop and the actual 5.2 update). Will keep working with TinyCo and our readers here to track it til we find the trigger. Thanks so much for your help and answers. I really appreciate it. 🙂

- When did this begin?
- I know some have answered many times, but we see players reporting it right after Mobsters ended, along with some who have been locked out for longer. We are trying to see if this is two different issues.
- What region do they live in?
- State of the US, country if outside the US.
- We find that sometimes, rarely, this is related to a specific carrier or region.
- What carrier do they use?
- ATT, Verizon, just wifi, etc
- Can they log on using their account on a DIFFERENT android device?
- We know logging on iOS fixes it. Does another Android device?
So let’s work together to find out just WHY this is impacting individual Android Users and get it taken care of so we can all get back to having fun!!

I tried uninstalling re installing and it let me log in do a brand new game but soon as I try to load my account it crashes again

I’ve been having problems for at least a month now. I couldn’t even play the last event because it would crash constantly and then wouldn’t save my progress. I started the new even today (July 10th) and was able to start my first task. Now I can’t get in at all. I messaged TinyCo about this before with no response. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon because I miss playing this game. I live in Ohio and my carrier is Verizon.

For me this started Monday July 6th right after an ATT software update.
I live in Central Fl.. Daytona area
I am with ATT.
I can not log on with any of my Android devices.
Side notes: I don’t have a FB account and I dont know anyone with an iOS device.
If I were in the San Fran area I would SO love to help.. this tekkie stuff is right up my alley 🙂

Come on. Don’t knock the help. Appreciate that theyre reaching out. Most gaming companies I know DON’T do that. EVER.
There are THREE issues at play here. This info is helping to track them. You can’t fix something if you can’t see the issue or recreate it right in front of you to test it. Narrowing it down and isolating common triggers will help EVERYONE get back in their games. 😉

I’m in the UK, issue started at 6 am on the last day of the mobster event, same issue at the same time on both my galaxy tab 4 8″ tablet and my S6 edge phone. Both are on Vodafone UK and wifi. I’ve tried logging in on Facebook but it won’t load, or the one time it nearly did it said I was logged in on another device, started the music and crashed out

Began 5th July as the 24 hour boss timer was close to expiring for the first time, in the UK using wifi.
Different android device locks out my account also but can back to a friends account (reinstall) which is currently working but never unlocked week 5.
Kindle store doesn’t work either, Facebook was giving the error ‘config array tutorialtrigger was already dropped’ now it’s saying ‘tried to get invalid currency type 4?!’

My account is Facebook linked. On a side note, when I uninstalled and reinstalled my girlfriend could log into her game on my device no problem, she was not as far into mob event as me, when I tried after her, crashed at load screen. Was finally able this morning to get on via pc Facebook beta and now game is working fine on my android tablet.

1. Mine crashed on June the 7th. I was waiting for the Don’s time to reach the end to start all over again and beat him in his lowest level (I had already beat him twice in his highest level). After that I could not ever more log on. Crashes always halfway the download bar. Uninstall & reinstall several times, with the newest versions on PlayStore.

1. 1 day before the end of the event, i was on my last run and had to do one more mission in the raid. I destroyed don corleone completely and the time was going to reset. I never have seen it reset and since then, not possible to login..

My issue started about 4-5hrs before the mobster event ended. I finally got enough cookies to create School girl Tricia and when I went to press create it kicked me out and when I went to log back in it won’t let me past the loading screen and says family guy isn’t responding. I have a samsung galaxy s5 on wifi and am in Illinois. Can’t log in on another android device and I don’t have an IOS to try. Haven’t been on since I was kicked out. Hope this info helps fix the issue.

1. Mine crashed on Sunday, June 5th shortly before i was about to clear don coreleon for the first time. I waited until about one hour before the timer ran out, and then crashed.

Wednesday July 8th around 2pm central time. Which means I did not have an opportunity to finish the Mob event, lost the Mob Rep prize I was going for, the Don and Zoot Suit Stewie and could not finish Bonnie’s outfit.

1. 10th July 11 am BST. Logged in and got in-game message to reload in order to continue playing. Clicked OK button and game started to reload and then crashed at about 98% load complete. Then checked Goofle Play Store and installed v1.10, which made no difference.

Crashed early morning of Tuesday 7th (probably still the 6th over there), approximately 24 hours after updating to week 5. Worked the night before and then couldn’t get past the loading screen in the morning.
UK based.
Use the 4G connection on my EE contract.
No other android devices to test. Couldn’t get in through Facebook and no access to iOS device to try.

July 9th, a couple of hours before mobsters ended. Earlier in the day it had had rendering problems and I had all of my characters engaged in mobster activity, even if the completion would have been after 3pm PDT. I had also had leaderboard failure before the final crash (no scores, suddenly not ranked despite over 32,000 points and about a 6600 ranking earlier in the day)

I tried the bluestacks emulator on my PC, did not work.
I think that it’s a RAM capacity issue. Throughout the event, I had to store away more and more of my office building farm (about 400 buildings) and most of my non-income generating decorations to avoid crashes. When I reinstall, I am able to use the phone’s unregistered default account (level 4, district 2), but then when I try to use my email registered account, it chokes on startup. Same thing happened on bluestacks.

1) Started like 4 hours before the end of the event. Last login when Don’s timer read 27 minutes and it was 5x multiplier for the second time i.e. after getting the Detective. Third raid – 15 steaks. Everyone in their collecting task (either for Bonnie or for Goons’ stuff) or their 1-/2-hours task for hats & cookies, rest of the characters on their longest task. And lots of unused cookies 😦
Sometimes it crashes right away, sometimes “just” Data Error.

Well.. this is not a crashing problem, fortunately, but I found a quite weird glitch. I was searching my inventory and found that I had double of the Enterprise Rooms than I should – 4 of those I had 2; and 2 of those I only had 1 – This only happened with the rooms, not the rest of the decorations…. anyone else have this lucky glitch? I’m about to send an ingame ticket.. although I’m seriously thinking about keeping them 🙂

4A. Logging in using an iOS device did NOT fix it, had the same result as 4, the workaround did not work for me.
I have retried and been unsuccessful using the 3 latest updates on Android or iOS devices. Cleared the devices of any previous Family Guy info or files first.
