UPDATE 7/11: Morning all… so the “issue” last night was new and isolated quick. Not the same as the other two they’re still trying to track that hit around Mobsters. So most should be right back in.
For everyone else still locked out, please keep posting the answers here if you have not already. To me, the core cause seems possibly related to Android Updates (like within Lollipop and the actual 5.2 update). Will keep working with TinyCo and our readers here to track it til we find the trigger. Thanks so much for your help and answers. I really appreciate it. 🙂

- When did this begin?
- I know some have answered many times, but we see players reporting it right after Mobsters ended, along with some who have been locked out for longer. We are trying to see if this is two different issues.
- What region do they live in?
- State of the US, country if outside the US.
- We find that sometimes, rarely, this is related to a specific carrier or region.
- What carrier do they use?
- ATT, Verizon, just wifi, etc
- Can they log on using their account on a DIFFERENT android device?
- We know logging on iOS fixes it. Does another Android device?
So let’s work together to find out just WHY this is impacting individual Android Users and get it taken care of so we can all get back to having fun!!

I started having the crashing issue about 30 minutes ago. I live in northern virginia. My carrier is AT&T. I do not have another device or means of logging into the game. I play on a galaxy S4 active.

This began today around 4 pm CST. I was able to start the Magic Mike quests, and had completed the first 3 or 4 tasks.
I live in Wisconsin.
I use Verizon as my carrier, but use wifi for games.
I do not have another android device available with the game so I’m not able to check if that fixes the issue

After being able to play most of yesterday after logging in through the Facebook app, the game is crashing again now straight after the blue splash screen. I’ll try to get in again when I get up in a few hours.

My android crashes. It started right after the mobster event ended. It’s worked for a fee hours then stopped. I have no other device to log on. I’m on Oklahoma using att.

4. Crashes at or before loading screen on both devices.
The irony is the game ran the best it has ever ran on the Kindle before I shut it down to go home. Once home, game wouldn’t load.

Oh TinyCo, you’re so predictable (it is Friday after all!)…
I first encountered Android crashing while loading on Monday and was able to fix it yesterday with the Facebook method (a million cookies in thanks for that one ladies). Unfortunately it now crashes immediately after the TinyCo logo/screen appears on load. Sometimes it will show a millisecond of actual loading screen but more often than not it does not. Insult to injury, the Facebook method doesn’t help with this one.
1. Was working fine all day until I went to change out quests at 7:45pm CST
2. Canada (SK)
3. Combination of SaskTel and WiFi for my Android tablet and phone (both have issue)
4. Does not help using a second Android device, same issue. No iOS devices and the Facebook method as mentioned does not work.

1. This round of crashing started about 3 hrs ago. After the first week of mobsters, where the crash’s were constant, it worked fine til tonight. I started Magic Mike without issue til tonight.

Just updated and now crashes on both my android devices. Just played it at 6pm eastern. It updated at 1030 and now it does nothing but crash. Verizon but i use exclusively wifi. Kentucky. ***

July 10, sometime this afternoon, around the time the new update was available. Started the stripper event last night and everything was fine. Not anymore. Playing on a Samsung Note 4.

This started to occur around 10:20pm eastern standard (7:20pm Pacific). I was playing, the game crashed, and I cannot log in since. When i originally logged in I had problems connecting, I figured it was a bad coffee shop connection. At&t connected fine.
I am in Pittsburgh, PA.
I am on at&t.
I get the same crash error on a second Android device, it did not fix the problem. Devices are lg tablet and a galaxy s5 phone.
I did manage to send a crash report with logs when it originally crashed, but was unable to on all subsequent crashes.

Started about 10 pm tonight. Verizon. East coast. Haven’t logged in on a different device. Don’t have one. I restarted my phone and it let me in once if that helps. Then it hits the log in screen and bumps me right out. Thanks for the help.

Verizon and wifi, on an Android tablet, Android phone and Kindle Fire. All three were crashing on load up.
Last night I was able to log into the Facebook version of the game, and after that I was able to get into the game on all of me other devices. It would still crash in load-up almost half the time, though. Around 10:30pm EDT, all three began crashing on load-up again. I have logged into Facebook and done some things like last night, but that doesn’t seem to be working this time, and I still can’t load the game on my phone or tablets.
