UPDATE 7/11: Morning all… so the “issue” last night was new and isolated quick. Not the same as the other two they’re still trying to track that hit around Mobsters. So most should be right back in.
For everyone else still locked out, please keep posting the answers here if you have not already. To me, the core cause seems possibly related to Android Updates (like within Lollipop and the actual 5.2 update). Will keep working with TinyCo and our readers here to track it til we find the trigger. Thanks so much for your help and answers. I really appreciate it. 🙂

- When did this begin?
- I know some have answered many times, but we see players reporting it right after Mobsters ended, along with some who have been locked out for longer. We are trying to see if this is two different issues.
- What region do they live in?
- State of the US, country if outside the US.
- We find that sometimes, rarely, this is related to a specific carrier or region.
- What carrier do they use?
- ATT, Verizon, just wifi, etc
- Can they log on using their account on a DIFFERENT android device?
- We know logging on iOS fixes it. Does another Android device?
So let’s work together to find out just WHY this is impacting individual Android Users and get it taken care of so we can all get back to having fun!!

Can they log on using their account on a DIFFERENT android device? I just got an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (2GB/32GB Intel Atom Z3560 1.83GHz) and thought it was due to it being Intel instead of ARM, but I also have the issue on my Google Nexus 4
We know logging on iOS fixes it. Does another Android device? – Don’t have any IOS devices

Another crash issue. Sigh. Samsung Galaxy Tab, New Jersey, played fine until 10pm, can’t even see the load screen, immediately crash every time. This time I hope we get an extension. This is beyond unfair.

south australia, australia. telstra and wifi. samsung galaxy s5. i was logging on fine a few hours ago. only went to log on now and doesnt load just crashes. i have logged on on my ipad and its works but then i go back to my phone and it still doesnt work.

Around 9 pm eastern time, from Nicholas, use comcast WiFi on kindle fire, no it’s, played a few of magic Mike earlier today, now I get to blue fox screen and crash every time have version 1:10

My crashing just started tonight, 7/10 at 8pm central. I get a guick message “unfortunately, family guy has stopped.” Then the game closes. V1.9.7
I upgraded to the latest version and now I do not get the message, the game just closes. Is this the same problem other people are having, or is this new?

Started crashing as soon as I updated moments ago. Won’t get past the blue tinyco logo. Florida Verizon. Was in middle of magic mike thing almost had Peters costume unlocked.

I had this same problem around 9PM EDT after last using it at 3PM. Deleted the app, reinstalled, reconnected to my FB account and the game played as normal. As of 11:15PM EDT, the game once again will go no further than the TinyCo/ FOX screen. Sometimes it won’t even show that, just pop back to the main Bluestacks app screen. I was one of the lucky few Android players that never had a crash problem during the Mobsters event.

I have been playing off and on all day, and it was fine up until about 7:30pm (pacific) 7:30pm Pacific Time. Now I can log in, but after tapping a couple checkmarks, it force closes. This is on my Samsung Galaxy S Tab and my Galaxy 6 Edge phone. I tried restarting the tablet, and it force closed after it signed on and before I could do anything. I tried clearing the cache and date, but that took my game to a weird place from several months ago, then it crashed. Now I am doing the uninstall and reinstall.
I am on Sprint.
This is the first time I have ever had any issues with the game force closing, and not letting me back in. That it would happen on this fairly simple event, and not Star Trek or Mobsters, hopefully will tell them something!

Did everyone else update to Android 5.0.2? It was a pretty big change to the system. There could be some legacy code in the game that isn’t compatabile with the system update.

1) I just checked it at 11 EST when it started to crash. Got to the second part of the stripper event.

yes started about 1030est …in NC…will not load at all…goes to tinyco screen then back to home screen…..it did an update too after it started but no change…also i bought the pink stripper limo…placed it and it disappeared

I was fine yesterday but I had a system upgrade hit my droid last night and now anytime I try to open it it just closes immediately.
Samsung galaxy S5, Verizon and WiFi, NYC, works fine on my iPod. I reported it in game as well since I can get on on it.

I’ve been having issues since the start of mobster event with crashing that were never fixed but won’t let me on at all anymore as of 11pm July 10 when I tried playing.
I live in SC near NC boarder.
Playing on a Samsung S3 and I have Verizon.
Using WiFi and data.
I do not have any other devices to play on.
