UPDATE 8PMEST: I have been able to get back in, but it crashed a few times. Seems to be stabling out. Just give it a bit. Try not to all rush the servers at once. Allow it time to fully come back online and you should be able to get back in. 😉Â

With the New Phase 3 out and the Warp Core at Level 3, there are LOTS of new things that are catching players attention and I wanted to shed a lil more light on those that we are seeing most.
Let’s jump in and take a look at some of the main questions we are seeing and the answers we have so far on them.
UPDATE BUNNY 6PM EST: Reports of Android players coming back online too. Try to restart your device to see if it helps, if not… hang in there. Waiting for a confirmation final patches pushed for it too.Â
UPDATE BUNNY 545PM EST: iOS issue found and patch just went live. Let us know if it helps. Android on its way next. Hang in there. They won’t stop til its up and running. 😉

As I’m moderating the comments from earlier today (sorry we’re a little late on them today, hectic day) I’m seeing a bunch of you report crashing issues in your game since yesterday’s update.
First, know that you are not alone. Â There are lots of reports of this happening. Â Second, I know many of you can’t report this to TinyCo because your game keeps crashing. Â So…we’ve contacted them and they’re working on trying to determine what’s causing it. Â However, they need your help.
IF you’re experiencing crashing issues in your game please answer the following in the comments below:
1. What OS are you using? (Apple, Android, Amazon)
2. Â What device are you currently on? (iPhone, Galaxy S5, Kindle etc)
3. When did the crashing start? Â (for example after updating to 1.7.5)
If you could please provide that information ASAP so they can hopefully work out a solution before the update is supposed to hit later today, that would be great.
Thanks guys! We know it stinks and hopefully everyone will get back up soon.

Phase 2 was launched into the game and along with it some really cool items. However, it seems some glowy blue Transporter Energy Balls and Bars of Chocolate are bringing more sadness than happiness to the masses. It seems some changes hit yesterday here and there to the combinations of Characters getting Materials. So, once again, bouncing on in here because I want to know where YOU are in the game?

If you are not sure your version, go to your app market and to the FGTQFS App and see what Version it shows in the details. You can also check there to see if you missed the latest update for the game.Â

Bouncing by really quick to let you know the next phase of prizes will be launching really soon. And just as before… to avoid a MAJOR glitch and you being locked out of the Event… TinyCo’s fix in place WILL reset your Heart count to 1 LESS than the Prizes coming up.
So for you eager collectors of Hearts, if you have too many your counts are about to drop. 124 Hate is what I am seeing. Let me know if you see different on the love side (like 224).
Don’t worry, this will NOT impact the final prizes. Your counts would have reset to Zero anyway once you got the 4th prizes. EVERY level restarts at Zero no matter how many leftover you have.
FYI…. this means to STOP collecting them. Keep the HATE Hearts at 124 and the LOVE Hearts at 249 to avoid issues. Also, if yours has not reset just yet… wait, it will catch up eventually.Â

Just bouncing by really quick for some clarifications on what you see going on in the game since Phase 2 of District 10 was released.
When the game launched ALL the new items in Pawtucket Brewery were unlocked to Create. This was NOT as intended and as it corrected itself, many of you found yourselves locked back out of the option to make the item anymore.

Bouncing by real quick to let you know TinyCo released a patch a little while back to help many players that were having issues with their device not being compatible with the game, please go to the Android Market and download the latest version (1.5.5). WOOHOOO!!!
