Hi there Quahogians!
I’m jumping in to give you a special post before we fully recieve this brand new content update. I’m going to take a look at the description from TinyCo, and investigate what it could mean.
TinyCo said:
“• Special Event: A gigantic pyramid appears in Quahog. Discover its surprising secrets in this epic multi-week adventure
• Event Hub: Collect exciting prizes using time limited currency and stay up-to-date as the special event unfolds
• Limited Edition Items: Make your Quahog stand out with items like the Stewie Sphinx!”
So what does this mean?
Well, from what I can gather, the Event is somewhat like the older events from the Simpsons Tapped Out. Maybe you have to get a unique “stuff” to unlock maybe 10 unique prizes. I also think that it is going to bring with it a large pyramid (I wouldnt have guessed that, lol) that generates this new “stuff”. I could also conclude that each week, a new part of the storyline will be unlocked, to keep you gripped to the game. I’m sure that whatever it is, TinyCo will make it big as their first major event. 🙂
What do you think? Am I right? Well this is to keep you guessing right before the content is released – and who knows when TinyCo will do it?
That’s all from me!
Keep Questing (And guessing)!

Hello there Clammers!
One of the cool features of the Quest for Stuff is the ability to unlock additional costumes for some characters. These costumes are not only hilarious to look at but they provide an entirely different set of tasks for the character, as well as unlocking their own questlines…filled with hilarious dialogue!
With Asiantown opening up in our Quahog’s two new costumes have been introduced to TQFS! We’ve already covered the first costume walkthrough, Midlife Crisis Lois, so now it’s time to breakdown the second costume, Anime Peter.
You’re required to unlock Anime Peter in order to unlock Tricia at PF Chinese, but this fun costume also comes with a funny 5 part questline. While I know some of the STUFF required to unlock Anime Peter (Eyeballs and Headbands) can be frustratingly hard to unlock I promise you the tasks are worth the wait!
So with out further ado let’s see just how Anime Peter can take first place in that Arcade Competition….that squirt gun will be mine!

Hello there addicted Quahogians!
To me, the term “addict” means one thing – a regular dose of something you enjoy. And that really does describe my experience with the game. I love playing this game but I can’t help but think TinyCo could do much more with their game. We are only one month in, which is why I am investigating what TinyCo could bring us in the next week or so.
We have already had a 50% more chance of finding items event, and we have had a minor tie-in circus theme update, but I’m thinking what TinyCo could do to mark one month of this hit game.
I think that they could release a one month update for the start of summer. The reason I say this, is because it can give the game so much more direction. We can get limited time quests, limited time items etc. There could be costumes for Chris, Meg and the rest of the family, and it would be ideal for adding some more content. They could use this as an opportunity for the return of Cleveland (Anyone else think that the game is lacking without him?), the ghost of Horace, Lois’ parents and Peter’s dad. I think that a long quest line incorporating the idea of having to purchase Carter Pewderschmitt with his mansion in the main questline – imagine the diversity between him and Peter!
I would hope that with this update, we can place things on the sea. Currently we can’t place the pirate ship on the sea, but with a summer update, lots more could be added to the sea and the beach to give it that summer feel!
I hope you have enjoyed reading my speculation post on a possible summer update, until next time,

It’s hard to believe that the game hasn’t even been out for three weeks yet, it feels like it has been around for months. Now that the dust has settled and you’ve had a chance to get a feel for the game, how does it compare to your expectations?
How did you hear about the game? Do you also play Tapped Out, and if so are you balancing both games simultaneously? One town building simulator can be hard enough to manage. Through most of the comments I’ve read it seems that people have either decided to move to Quahog or stay in Springfield.

As someone who wasn’t pulled in by my initial experience, does the game improve post-tutorial? I find that one of the things that makes these games enjoyable are the way the creative teams for these shows contribute to the writing. Does Quest for Stuff capture the humor of Family Guy the same way Tapped Out does for The Simpsons? Let us know in the comments.
Are you dining on donuts or chowing down on clams?
Hello there Quahogians!
How are you all? Now that we are all settling into the game and familiarising ourselves with some of the quests, I thought that I would ask you: What is your favourite quest in the quest for stuff?
There are some pretty cool animations for quests, here are some of my favourites:
Peter getting Chris to try and “Get a TV signal”.

Bonnie “Twerking it” and Peter and Quagmires “Nap Time”.

Quagmire’s “Giggity Strut”.
But I want to know your favourite! Do you like any of the tasks I have listed? Maybe you like some that I haven’t listed?! Well here is your chance to say! Just leave a comment below telling us which ones you think are the best!
Keep Questing,

Hello there Quahogians! (Do you like that better than clammers?)
I’m here today to bring you a where did that come from on our brand new Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff game. There are lots of buildings, characters and decorations that have a strong resemblance to the TV show, and I’m going to bring you the history of them. Today, I am going to bring you the history of “The Founding Father Restaurant”.
The Founding Father does not actually appear as much in Family Guy as you would expect. It makes it’s debut in the episode “Finders Keepers” (S12:E11) where the waitor of the restaurant tells Stewie that his placemat is a treasure mat, and Peter stops at nothing to find the “treasure”. When he eventually “gives up” Lois directs him to the Drunken Clam where he finds, behind a painting of Miles “Chatterbox” Musket (the founder of Quahog), an expired coupon for the Founding father. That is the only appearance that the restaurant make is the TV series. Now on to the game.
In the game, The Founding Father Restaurant enters the game with Bruce (A post about Bruce will be covered soon). The message that it gives when you are waiting for the money and XP, is “Microwaing Entrees…” and it generates $30 and 20XP over a four hour period.
I think that that’s all on The Founding Father Restaurant, I can’t wait until next time to bring you another post! In the meantime, Keep Questing!

Hello There Questers!
We’ve got the first part of the walkthrough here from the basic game start up to unlocking the Shopping District. Unfortunately, there are subtle differences in tasks and dialogue between the BETA and the full version of the game so this is being posted a little slower than I had hoped. Hopefully they next sections should go up a little faster! 🙂
This basic walkthrough (dialogue free) will get you through the game start (tutorial) all the way to the point of unlocking the Shopping District. Up to unlocking Quagmire the quests/tasks should be as indicated here. After you’ve unlocked Quagmire I’ve just posted them as they appeared to me in the game, they may come in a different order for you but the quest is still the same. Continue reading
