Well, we’ve all made it through another “work week” (kinda, sorta, almost) and the weekend looms large up ahead. All week we field your comments about your frustrations in the game (What the event isn’t going to be released on Android for a WEEK?!) and we wanted to give you (and us) a fun new way for you to voice your frustrations and get it all off of your chest.

Here’s my What the Hell?! For this week:
-Just the other day (Monday) my husband and I each put $100 in our games on clams…and then yesterday they announce a deal where you can get 4,000 Blam! when you put clams in your game. What the Hell?! I want my Blam!
-Mutant Stewie….does he attack anything other than the “Q” or the Spa? What the hell?!
-And finally…my laptop decided to take a trip to the Outhouse of Loneliness on me this past weekend. The fan decided it no longer wanted to work…so I had to have a repair shop order the part for me. Took it in on Monday morning…it’s now Friday and I STILL don’t have it back! WHAT THE HELL?!

I’ve unlocked all the super hero costumes for everyone except quagmire idk if it’s a glitch or he just hasn’t come out yet. I assumed he would be before blobulous because of the character line up but idk.

I finally decided to plug Felicia Day’s name into Netflix to try and figure out who the hell she is.* OMG, “The Guild”, in which she wrote, produced, and starred, is freaking hilarious so far (I’m already halfway through “season 2”). No one ever bothered to tell me about this show?? What the hell?!
*Bizarrely, after further delving, we both attended the same university (Hook ‘Em Horns!) overlapping for a year. And I guess I must have seen her in an episode of “House”. But her résumé is basically a list of every show I knew I’d like but never got around to watching (Buffy, Dollhouse, Dr. Horrible, etc.). What the hell?

I have everything for him, but ice cream seems to virtually never drop. Sucks quite a bit that there are so few ways to generate them.

Hi addicts hope you guys are well. I love the site very helpful and fun reads.
Biggest grip is blam not being added to my total event score properly. Grrr!
It all adds to the currency but not to the event score.
It only counts if there is one blam on the screen any others are not counted.
For example click one nerd then collect because if you click all the nerds only the first nerd you clicked is counted.
Same goes for quests if it is worth 50 blam reward (2 on screen worth 25 each) only the first blam is counted to the even score even though both (50blam) are added to the currency.
I Messaged tinyco but they sent an unhelpful reply suggesting I’d spent blam on something by mistake, MISSED the point that’s not the problem.
Iv told them that but As of yet Iv had no reply.
Oh and the 50000 hams but no ice cream! 🙂

I’ve noticed that too, that it only add the Blam from the first Trekie or item with multiple balms you collect.
But I’ve also notice what it’s actually doing is Adding Together the total value of all Blam floating uncollected around the screen!
So if a Trekkie click is worth 2 Blam and you click 4 Trekkies, you will get 8 or more Blam or more on the first Blam you click.
And the rest won’t add anything because they were already Added into the first Blam you clicked.
But there are still times you click a Townie or building or even Trekkie where nothing goes to the Comic Con but still goes into the Blam counter at the top of the screen.

I had just 15000 Blam on hand. Saving 10k to unlock Felicia, I need 3k to unlock Chris’s costume, I was browsing through the store to see if I could afford Felicia’s LARPing castle, or if there were any other buildings I need.
As I quickly swiped to scroll across the store, it suddenly dragged a new F4 building onto one of the few spaces it would actually fit. Even worse, the place where I put my stylus down for my NEXT swipe/scroll happened to be EXACTLY where the confirmation tick was to build the building.
WHAT THE ********** HELL!?!?! So I just accidentally spent another 5000 Blam on a building I already have (and didn’t really want, only bought it the first time for the quest)! No way to cancel it either! You should be able to cancel buildings so long as you do so before they’re actually built. No way to sell the building back for cash afterwards! Also my worker is now too busy to do anything for a whole freaking day! There are no words for my rage right now…

My what the hell moment of the week is. I have over 100mb of internal storage on my phone. Yet when I try to download the new update it says “error downloading family guy insufficient storage on device.” Why is it doing this?

You want at least twice the data the app needs available in your device. I always keep 2GB free in mine for just one app game.

I almost had 5000 blam for the building I don’t want and all of a sudden I got like 150 blam. What the hell kinda glitch is this??

So…you got that extra? Or that is all you have left? If so, did you recently unlock any characters that needed blam! to be unlocked? Buy anything else?

So first off, it takes 4 hours for the zapper to recharge and 8 hours for mutant stewie to respawn. WHAT THE HELL! This makes batteries useless unless you havent played in days and have a ton of mutant stewies all over your Quahog. I have an extra 12 batteries and don’t know what to do with them 😦

I never thought it would get to this, but my WTH is when are they going to increase the rate of Mutant Stewies?
At first it was too much. So I spent 250 clams on the Battery Factory thinking that it would help. But now that they have reduced the spawning rate, I rarely have any to zap. And my battery count just keeps going up and up…

I have defeated giant stewie three times and two of those times was during the blaze quest being active but it only registered once what the hell??? Also love breaking bad but brian cranston being worth 500 clams???? what the hell?????

Please notify TinyCo if the defeats are not applying that you made AFTER the task was triggered.

Ice cream sundaes. I’ve been spinning my wheels with Peter to try to get these things when he has a ton of other tasks he could be doing. I’ve gotten 1 so far from zapping a Latcher. WTH?!?!?
Maybe as a reward for our dedication & being relatively patient during last night’s crash they could let Jake Tucker drop this item on his eat ice cream task. Hint, hint.
Oh & the Nifty Fifties diner costing 150. What the hell is up with that? No one is going to buy that unless they just want to say they have every building.

The next day after I purchased clams they released if you buy clams you get 4000 blams. What the hell I want my blam 2. The game keeps shutting off my phone. What the hell. And what the hell is everyone talking about a giant stewie and why haven’t I seen anything like that? What the hell I want my blam.

It’s been days since my brother was able to build the flagpole for felicia day and get giant monster stewie but I still have not been able to get that. WHAT THE HELL?!?

I sent an email to tiny co before I knew it was a global issue. I gave them all the info needed including a screen shot of my load screen with the player and device id.
Just got an email back from them (the automated standard ones) saying someone will be looking at my issue and to send them the info that I already sent them.
Why do I have to send all that again …. A second time

So, I downloaded the update, and went from everything working to getting an assert error that crashes my game. It happens with the roboBrian. I have people to help, money to collect, and stewies to zap. It worked at first but I’m pretty sure it’s because of the Brian popup.

Need help asap iv spent easy 150+ real money and for me not able too access the game is very frustrating. Opening family guy seeing the pesticide boxs is far as it gets than turns my phone off. Please help soon i need too defeat giant stuey 5 times to claim the price that ends in 2 days

Alissa, I totally hear you as far as the clam event currency deal. The same thing happened with me on the moon idol event. They should really offer that deal at the very beginning of an event.
My WTH has already been said (previous premium characters, outfits, and buildings not being used fully) It would be nice to get more use from them for other drop items vrs having to purchase even more items you can’t use after and event. Maybe they could do a “points” system of sorts with entire collected teams can earn clams/ drop items if you have the whole set.
For example:
If you’ve completed everyone at the kids table they can do a joint task with the chance of dropping a certain item during an event or clams between events. They could even take it a step further and if all the characters in that groups level is maxed out that would increase the odds.

What the hell? When are we gonna get more land?! I already had ZERO space before this event started, and now?? Forget about it! Also, what the actual HELL to the end credit scene to Guardians of the Galaxy! I can’t imagine what this means now for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! That special someone that appears in the end credit scene though, is voiced by Seth Green so yay. ^_^

The only problems I am having with this awsome game is not being abel to buy clams to get the extra blam. Game crashes everytime I try to buy them. And the other problem is trying to get the final record to unlock that guy from sons of anarchy [An awsome show by the way]. It says it is a rare item but I have gotten epic items easier then this last record. Other then that I have had a great week of playing and I am loving the comic con event.

I just bought the infinizap building I was Happy to spend the 250 in clams.
but to my surprise it takes 12 hour to get 1 ZAP (CRAZY). It didn’t give me that info prior to buying it. I would have been safer spending 140 Clams on 12 ZAP purchase. VERY Pissed!! especially you get zaps evert 4 hours.So guy be careful..it doesn’t tell how long you have to wait until you buy those items

Whenever you buy a building that drops items, make sure you check it’s information pop out. It will show you the amount of hours it takes to collect. 🙂

Its back!!!! The new update allowed me back into my game after a whole month! Sorry if i seemed angry here i was just frustrated that i never made an account… but the first thing i did when it returned was made an account!!!! Im likely going to miss out on the last couple celebs and prizes but i have 30 days to work with this event! Now my question is…my game still lags and sometimes crashes, what do i do now tht i have an account made?

You can start playing, and if feel so inclined…if you have any info from your previous game…you can reach out to TinyCo to see if they can help you sync it up to this one.

It is my old game and all my data is still there…its just does uninstalling and reinstalling suppossed to fix the occasional crashes and lag or no?

It can help, just depends on what is causing the issue. Lag can be too much going on in the game and memory just can’t handle it. Poor WiFi signal. Game corruption. To name a few.
So we suggest to try the basics, and if nothing helps…contact TinyCo.

I did update game finally worked after month. But all the sudden after 5 hours game issues started up again. cannot load game at all.same crashes. reinstalled and rebooted no help? is anyone having this problem?

I am worried that since it’s 500 clams for Cranston..is Stan Lee gonna cost as well? And will he be even more? I will surely go postal..I don’t have any problem paying for something I enjoy and have spent my fair share.. but holy moly ease up a bit..
Also wth TinyCo, I think you should kick down some clams for Alissa and her team..all the time they put in here and she has to drop 100 bucks?..WTH..happy weekend 🙂

I have 27 characters now & 15 of them (including 4 supposedly investment grade characters) have absolutely nothing to do. Would assigning a few blam earning tasks & possibly additional item drops to these characters be so unfair to new players? Isn’t $20 a head for Cranston not a healthy enough income for the week, they can’t maybe drop us a bone on Felicia Day & Blobulous? What the he’ll Tinyco?!?!?
Why the he’ll is Stewie so damn tiny? I know he’s a baby & all but when he wanders off from a task it’s impossible finding him dodging between the buildings.
& my neighbors, constantly using the second parking space behind my house. I know I live alone, but my friends have nowhere to park when they come over & I can’t even mow there because my neighbor’s daughter or boyfriend are always parked in the spot & they are nowhere to be found. What the he’ll is up with that?!?!?!?

Well, if you want to be passive aggressive about it: Is there a fence or tree you can hang a tow zone sign on? Because you can buy one for like $5 at any home depot type place, last I checked. Then call your local towing company and they’ll care of the problem if it happens again, free of charge.

It’s just certain buildings when they walk past them on the streets [iOS 7.1.1] latest version of the game. I tried recording it with X-Mirage but I’m testing Yosemite 10.10 for Mac OS/Apple right now so the Macs a bit unstable. That was happening to me also, I had a solid line of buildings running along in front of the Comic Con area. ALL the nerds would walk along the tree line until they would just walk through a building to get to the street. I had to put some things in storage, and made a road right out in front of them. Then I removed all the rest of my streets to make more room and to make it easier to tap them. They are all in one place now. I’ll put my town back together after the event.

I was contemplating doing something like this as well. You have inspired me. My town could use a redesign after this anyway. I also created an area with all the stewie latchable buildings so I always know where he is.

LOL…The Director of the O.C.D. can be very challenging to work with on big city projects like this. Have a meeting with the boys down at A.D.D. and see if they can help with a compromise. XD
