Hello There Clammers!
It’s nerd city in Quahog these days as the Comic-Con Event is upon us! Not only have the nerds invaded the streets of Quahog, but celebrities are popping up all over the place! The third celebrity you’ll find hanging around Comic-Con is Felicia Day!
Personally, I’m a HUGE fan of this aspect of the Comic-Con Event. I think it’s incredibly awesome to see guest stars make appearances, as playable characters, in TQFS! It adds a level of excitement to the game, and I’m loving every minute of it! Can’t wait to see how the others make their grand entrances!
Of course to enjoy all Felicia has to offer in TQFS you’ll have to unlock her, which is sometimes easier said than done! So let’s take a closer look at the details behind this Red Head….
Felicia arrives in Quahog via the Comic-Con Event. You’ll find her dangling from the flagpole (as Mutant Stewie’s second victim). It’ll cost you 200 Blam! and take 8hrs to repair the flagpole & “cut” Felicia down. Once you’ve freed Felicia from the webs of Mutant Stewie, you’ll have to help Lois gather some of the STUFF she needs to stay in Quahog.
Note: Once the event is over Felicia will stay in your Quahog FOREVER, as long as you fully unlock her. In other words you have to collect all the stuff required to unlock her. If you don’t fully unlock her and add her as a playable character BEFORE Comic-Con ends she’ll leave with the event. Also, you have the rest of the event to unlock her. So you can take your time collecting the necessary STUFF…you have plenty of time 🙂
As the 3rd celebrity to join Comic-Con Felicia is understandably harder to unlock than Ron and Patrick. She’ll require 3 different items to unlock, and a whole lotta Blam! The items are Rare and Extra Rare so the drop rates & time to unlock her will vary. Let’s take a closer look at what’s required:
15 8-Sided Dice
15 80s Jams
10 Telescopes
10,000 Blam!
-You can earn the 8-Sided Dice by clearing Red Shirt Nerds. You’ll also earn it from making Captain Hammered Binge Drink. This will also drop from Sir Lanceawart’s Board Games, a building you win with Blam! collecting. You can also get it to always drop if you spend clams on Felicia’s trailer.
-You can earn the 80s Jams by sending Bonnie to Ladies Night. This will also drop from the “Q” Hotel, but only the one in the Comic-Con District…not from the one you win. Finally, you can get it to always drop if you spend clams on Dead Format Records.
-You can earn the Telescopes by having Bruce be a Good Listener. You can also get this from the Clamterprise. And finally, you can get it to always drop if you spend clams on the Quahog Planetarium.
–Blam! is earned by completing tasks for Characters from Districts 1 and 2 (Peter, Bonnie, Chris, Quagmire, Jerome & Bruce), it will also fall from the Calmterprise, the “Q”, the Convention Center, zapping nerds & Mutant Stewies & can be earned from completing parts of the questline for Comic-Con. You’ll need 10,000 Blam! to Unlock Felicia. Keep in mind once you unlock her, you’ll lose those 10,000 Blam! from your on hand total (top left, next to coins).
So now that we know HOW to unlock Felicia Day, let’s take a look at her tasks once she’s unlocked:

And for those that like a little preview…she does have 1 outdoor task and it does use the Larping Forest (and one of the best animations in the game!):
As you can see Felicia’s got a few Blam! earning tasks, which is great because once unlocked you’ll have another character to help you earn Blam! Once unlocked she’ll continue with her own questline (well with Lois), Red Headed Rivalry, which will help you earn even more Blam!

I was hoping I could report at this hour having obtained Blobulous without using clams, but alas, I still have one sundae left to collect. Now I have to wait 24 hours for Giant Stewie’s timer to tick down. Maybe if I’m lucky Peter or Quagmire will come through with a rare drop in the interim & I can be done with this crazy cat & mouse strategy I’ve had going these past three days. It would be nice not having to manage it during Phase 3 of the event. I could just spend the 10 clams, but it has become a matter of principle at this point.

I did it. I bought Bryan Cranston today. 500 clams gone. But it’s so nice to be collect so many pesticides at once!!!! I’m all out of clams, that I bought anyways.. But it was well worth it!! I’m thrilled with the quahog addition. However I wish blobulous and felicia would hurry. Haha I need 8 ice creams for blobulous and I need 1 dice 2 radios 1 telescope for Felicia day. So close, but not even sweating it now that I have Bryan I’m sure the game will be at a nice pace now. At the very least it well be nice to be able to keep defeating giant stewie. XD

I’m only two 80s jams away from unlocking Felicia! I put ron on the back burner till she is unlocked. But now I’m torn if I should spend my blame! on the LARPing forest or put it towards ron. Any advice on that one? I’m not really worried about unlocking ron before the event ends honestly.

It adds a silly task to the game for her. Honestly…I would say on the character first only due to his tasks that drop needed items and more Blam! earning potential. Thats my thoughts on it anyway. 😉

It may be a silly task, but it is a Yellow Pesticide generating silly task though (as I understand it, I haven’t quite finished her yet myself) so it may just be worth it to get her going if it’s an immediate jump in pesticide production.

That is true. Orange/Yellow Pesticide. So it is a matter of what you want now. Ron and his pesticide and extra Blam! earning task, or Felica…and same.

I always go for buildings first because I figure I’ll make the Blam back through questlines and collecting all the items I need, unless Blam is the only thing still needed to complete Ron.

Blond moment – can someone explain What the Deuce I am supposed to do here? The horizontal bar is Green saying 15/29 yet I see it needs more Red cans. the vertical meter is Yellow, although I have seen it Red too? Do I need Green or Red cans now? Let me see if I can help out. The “You Need” bar is the one to focus on. It is…what you need…right now. The 3 boxes above are totals of what you have collected on all colors of pesticides.
Right now you are essentially in a “bonus round” for the 25X multiplier. So you can keep defeating him and keep getting 2500 Blam! as many times as you want, but you will need a lot more Pesticides to do that. In this case 29 green total. Some will keep going, others prefer to let the timer run down and wait a full 24hrs til it resets to 1X to try and defeat him again. Using less pesticides.

So, I gamed the game a little with the clues found on this site and stocked up on pesticides before getting into a bind with timers (FYI: Bryan Cranston is a huge help with acquiring loads of pesticide, especially if you can be there every 2 hours when he finishes that task). The only problem I have is that there are a few weeks left to go of this event, and I acquired George Takei last night. Yes, I’ll still need to get Stan Lee (and I’ll buy Nathan Fillion because, come on, it’s Nathan Fillion), but the real question is this: What do I do with all this Blam! I have all the current buildings and skins that require the Blam!, but I have over 60,000 Blam! left in the bank. Sure, there will be new buildings with the arrival of Stan Lee, but what’s the point of collecting Blam! now?
Also, I haven’t seen anything about the Joe costume for Android of late. Any update on that?

Keep a hold of it. Each week brings something new that you may need it for. You can keep collecting if you would like in the mean time. Never hurts to have TOO much in my mind. Still 3+ weeks left of goodies to come. 😉

At the end of the Full Moon event they let you use the moon idols for chances to win previously released premium items. Don’t know if they will do the same again but it was a quick way to use up the event currency at the end of the event.

I don’t know too much about Felicia but from what I’ve heard about her, she seems pretty cool.
Also, sorry to go off topic, but is there any chance that Stewie’s sandbox might return? I think it would be great for some items like that to come back permanently.

We do not know on limited items. I would suggest if something is no longer around you REALLY want…let them know. Send an in game message. 😉

When do we have to use the pesticides for? with them changing Stewie will we lose the pesticides? (i have around 20 of each that need using if so

As stated in the Giant Stewie post, he is here to stay. Just like the Latcher. The next Stewie is just a 3rd incarnation of him. Separate from other two. You can still continue to stock up on Pesticides and use them when it is most beneficial to you. 🙂

i just unlocked her this morning, despite having more items to collect and needing more blam than Patrick Stewart and Ron Perlman, i unlocked her waaay quicker than them. lol anyway its very cool, i met her at a con last year so its fun to have her there!

My question is still what bldg’s do i have to spend blam on or not. i.e. Do i have to have the larp forest? or can I save that blam for stan lee’s inevitable 15k unlock?
also which progression do I need the bldgs that cost Blam in order. Do they drop anything? At one point I thought that S&m&more was dropping something for skin/char unlocks.

You have to have the larping forest, Cat and Mouses Cafe, Fab 4 building, Thing A Ma Gadgets…and I think that might be it for what’s required so far

I am really, really stingy with my free clams. I have actually barely used any. To me it feels like a waste to buy a building for an item drop since after you have them all it’s just a regular building. This event is really tempting me though, which is probably their plan. I’m not even close to unlocking Ron and Felicia with the drop rates and total numbers. Needing to use the same few characters for tasks kind of binds things up too.

Do certain color pesticide drop more than others? I have an over abundance of red and green 20-30 while the yellow hangs around > 10.
Also Chris’ extra rare sundaes, only have two, drop way less than Felicia’s extra rare items. Whats up with that?

It is all about chance. It seems to drop a lot at once…then days with nothing. It varies for each player.
As far as Pesticides…It is kinda silly… I see others saying they have tons of Orange. It is all about chance. I would say focus on tasks/characters that drop the colors you need. Also, if you do NOT defeat Stewie and let him reset after 24hrs to 1X, they may change to more in your favor. You just never know what he needs.

I disagree. There are currently many things that drop orange and green (latcher stewies, the training center, felicia, ron) but the only way to get red is through patrick or peter. And guess what giant stewie has demanded from me the last six times in a row?
Waiting 24 hours each time to try to get enough of the right color or for the next cycle…im starting to lose hope that ill come close to the 100k mark even with giant stewie and all of the characters except cranston.

I love Felicia Day in the game I just unlocked her this morning and she is awesome. What is on her facespace is epic, “if you don’t know who I am you probably played a sport in high school”
And I know this has already been discussed on another topic on here. But is her LARPing animation not the best animation in the game just on pure looks let alone its ability to always drop orange pesticides every time come on how sweet is that lol?

Any plans of adding a gallery of some sort where players can post screenshots of their own Quahog as I’d really like to see how others placed their buildings and stuff for some inspiration cause at the moment mine are just scattered everywhere where there’s some empty place? 😛

We’ve got a flickr setup and we’re going to do something similar to the Springfield Showoff we do on TSTO. The event has just kept us busy all around…but more design ideas should be up soon 🙂

Love this character. Has anyone noticed that her battleaxe is essentially her staff from The Guild, but with golden axe blades attached? Very cool!

I got Felicia yesterday but I still have 7 sundae’s for blobulous. they are not dropping very fast. the last sundae I got was Monday.
I too am doing great with blam. not as high as you but I am just about to hit 50k. I will definitely get to 100k before the event ends.

Whats with the sundae drop rate? I havent even gotten 1! I have peter and quagmire both doing the sundae task and I cant even get 1 this is ridiculous. Any advice? Right now patience is not a virtue

Extra Rare. They are hard to come by. I ended up purchasing the diner myself, but I did get some from zapping stewie as well. A lot of people mentioned not getting any from Peter.

I wouldn’t buy the diner unless you liked the look of it and wanted it in your town. It’s $150 for the diner and $100 just to buy the sundaes.

I was gonna purchase the dinner but for 100 clams I could just buy chris because its 10 clams per sundae but the the dinner is 150 clams so id end up saving 50clams

You know what would be neat (but likely a huge pain in the rear from a coding standpoint) is if when you visited a friend who has purchased an item-dropping building, you had a chance of getting that item instead of coins/a clam. For example, you and I spent clams on the diner (and have now collected all the sundaes Chris can eat), but one of our multiverse friends had a rare chance of collecting a sundae from our Quahog. (Again, I totally get what a programming nightmare that would be). I wouldn’t mind getting Blam from friends during this event, though.

I got her yesterday!! She is the first celebrity I’ve gotten before the next one is released, which is awesome!! I’m 5k from the Q-Hotel! the only thing I am bummed about is the chance Stan Lee will need Epic items to be unlocked.

Just got the last die I needed to get felicia. Now I just need 10 more blue prints to get stewie. After that the only one I am missing is malcoms dad, but now way am I paying 500 clams for him. I think the price for him is set a littel high, but im not worried once this event started my only goal was to get the fabulous 4 team. As long as I have all of them I will be happy with the event. Im at 27,000 total blam so red hot is almost my and then I just need quagmire’s character after that.

After losing my game for three days I think I’m doing okay so far with Felicia. I have 11/15 dice, 4/10 telescopes, and and 8/15 jams. As for Chris’s costume, I just need 4 more muffins, and 7 more sundaes.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to say thank you very much for all the help with this game. I’m having a blast with this event. I’m worried though. I keep seeing that people are way ahead of me as far as blam goes. What am I doing wrong? I currently have 36,000 blam. Is that good? Or should I be further than that? I even went as far as buying a blam truck and Bryan Cranston to help with the pesticides. I know there is still a lot of time left on the event but at this rate George doesn’t look like he’ll be moving into my Quahog. Any advice would be great. Thanks again everyone.

Everyone plays different so they may have less or more than you. It is all a matter of focus on the goal YOU want to make and use your clams to earn Blam! wisely if you choose to go that route. Some players really spend a LOT of time in the game and max at all the characters they can on tasks to get the most Blam! possible. Like Peter Surf the Bird over and over. Stockpile your Pesticide so you have a LOT saved up and hit Stewie again and again to drive up that multiplier. If you can’t, just a few hits a day can earn you an extra 300 to 800 Blam! daily. More characters unlocked equal even more Blam!.
Again, it is all in how YOUR game is played on what you will earn.

I’m still a long ways from getting her but I have plenty of time so I’m not worried. I love the series The Guild she created, check it out on Netflix if you haven’t already, its hilarious. Drop rates haven’t been in favor for items and batteries. I still need to unlock Ron, Chris’s Outfit, and my town always has latcher stewies with only the free zap to fight them off. Still I absolutely love this update and all the Clams they have been giving us.

I love Felicia Day! She guest stars in the show, Supernatural, regularly and one of my favorite episodes with her is called, “LARP and the Real Girl.” I love her 4-hour LARP task in the game which ALWAYS drops a pesticide to help accumulate pesticides to defeat Giant Stewie. Just defeated him a few times today and passed 100K Blam! George Takei is in my Quahog now. “Oh my!” 🙂

Hi all! My lil update ….. need 3, 2 and 3 consecutively for Felicia…..still at Level 40 lol…..Absolutely Love Bryan, a great investment…..Hit the halfway point last nite ( getting The Q)…..And Blaze…..looking fwd to Friday!!! Now that i have all land unlocked, cash is flowing fast! Be glad when we can use it again!

My game sometimes jumps around but only when i am tapping and usually occurs by tapping and sliding thumb quickly!!

I too notice that the jump happens when I’m tapping on a herd of nerds (I make a hand of trying to ZAP them before they reach the sidewalk) and I’m sure at some point I tap and slide rather than tap, lift, slide. My advice to tiny co would be to increase the “weight” of the land so a tiny flick won’t send it flying so far away.
It’s easy to replicate the way it goes flying if you flick the land. It’s just too easy to accidentally do it when you’re going all little bunny foo foo on a bunch of nerds 😉
That said, Bruce is a VERY good listener, he’s already got me all my telescopes and I’m closing in on the dice and jams. Should have her unlocked by Friday without spending clams.

Pretty impressed with how quick I managed to get her actually. Either I got very lucky or her items were listed rarer than they were. From my view the telescopes were somewhere between uncommon and rare. Bruce dropped one at least 1/3 times and clamterprise 1/2 maybe? They were the first item I completed. The dice were pretty easy too and I only used the nerds for that, didn’t bother putting peter on a 12 hour task.

Same here. Felicia was easy, dice and Telescopes dropped like clockwork and I never had Peter working on her (giggity).
Sundaes are starting to flow with The Q-meister helping out.
I am so far ahead of my blam pace I’m just gonna start taking it easy, not hafta tap every hour. Putting everybody on 4 hour tasks and just clearing nerds when I get a chance.

Iv been on 4 hour taps for most of the event, it’s a much more fun and chilled out experience. Sat at 42k which is just below the guideline but thanks to giant stewie I get more than average needed per day so I’ll get ahead soon. 100k is looking doable for me now.

Only need 1 more telescope to get her. Also I got the Q Hotel prize yesterday and it hasn’t spawned any nerds. Anyone know the reason for that?

It spawns Yellow Shirt Nerds, but at a similar rate as the other htoel…so because it’s a slow spawn rate you might not notice them.

I unlocked her yesterday. It was quite a surprise. I didn’t think I would get her so fast. Did tiny co change the drop rates on the items ?
Also I am about 1500 blam away from the 50k prize.
I have been defeating giant stewie 6 times per day thanks to all the pesticides I am getting (Cranston ). I noticed that it is not worth going past 6 per day as the 24 hr timer resets when you defeat him with 29 pesticides. So it’s better to wait the 24 hours and go on a few minute hot streak 6 times. At 29 pest. You are only getting 2500 blam but if you hit the hot streak in a 24 hr period you can get Appx 7700 blam per day from giant Stewie. That is because if have enough pesticides to do the 25x bonus twice. Bryan Cranston was a great purchase 🙂

Thank you very much. I’ve been trying to keep the max streak going thinking that would net me the best profit. No wonder I’m so behind on blam when compared to everyone else. Also, I agree with you about Bryan Cranston being a great purchase. I just had to have Walter White in my town and it was definitely worth it!

I finished unlocking her yesterday night and was suprised at how fast I actually managed to unlock her to be honest because the drop rates for her items were much better for her than they have been for other characters

I agree, It did help not having too many characters back up like a log jam, waiting for their turn to be unlocked (like at times in the past). 😉

1 telescope and 2 8 sided dice remaining i am also quite surprised how fast i progressed on Felica day thought it would take more then a week 5 sundaes for blob though
