Another Friday night update is upon us! And just like many of us predicted….we now have a Stewie Box! For 180 Clams you can get unique prizes, Clams, Batteries & Bombs from the Stewie Box!
More details on the way my friends…
Bologna building- We’re investigating what it’s for at the moment. My guess is it’s a mistake and wasn’t supposed to be released just yet. It’s a texture glitch and supposed to be ham for Blobulous. TC is working on fixing it at the moment.
As far as the bombing training…yes you can earn free clam(!) for bombing Minion Stewies in groups….Peter starts this questline.
There is a new building in the game for dropping Ham for Blobulous. For 100 Clams you can get the Guts and Glory Butcher Shop and it will always drop Ham. 
Next up Stewie Mystery Box!
For 180 Clams you can purchase the new Robo Stewie Mystery Box..
This box runs much like the Robo Brian box..in that all the decorations and buildings are unique…no duplicates can be won in the box! Here’s what’s inside:
We were also given a new questline to attack minion Stewies…Bombardier Training.
This awards clams for completing various bombing tasks for clearing Stewies!
The training is 6 parts and each part awards clams. Basically you have to bomb groups of Minion Stewies that Peter is requesting. A the end you’ll win a Bomber Peter Gold Trophy! Here’s the break down:
Part 1- 2 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 2 clams
Part 2- 3 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 3 Clams
Part 3- 4 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 4 Clams
Part 4- 6 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 6 Clams
Part 5- 8 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 8 Clams
Part 6- 10 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 10 Clams AND Trophy
To claim your Trophy it’ll go into your inventory. Here’s how it’ll appear…
When the challenge is completed this will pop up:
The Trophy will appear in your inventory, so to get to it tap in the 4 way arrows (next to the menu) and scroll through your inventory until you see it:
Then you can just tap on it and place it in your town 🙂

Awesome, I unlocked Stan Lee earlier today, and just got enough blam to unlock George Takei. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had Nathan Fillion as a prize in a mystery box for blam like they had Human Rupert during the tea party event. One has to think that with all the extra blam people are collecting it’ll be used for something other than a few more buildings.

I have to say that tiny co has come a long way on this event compared to the last large one. They have made it so that everybody has a shot at George. They have given many ways to collect blam from nerds to minions to giant stewie. I’m a little over half way there with plenty of time still. This event has kept me busy that much I have to say. Looking forward to the next one.

I know somebody may have posted this before but I wasn’t able to find… What’s the spawn rate on nerds from the Q hotel when you unlock it… I know it says spawn nerds but i hardly ever see nerds being spawned from the building

I am trying to get an exact from them…seems a lil closely guarded. We were told they wont spawn if max amount is in the town…but…I have seen MORE than the max hanging out. Like 2 appear on sidewalk out of blue. Rest spawn by convention center. I have had up to 10 before in my town at a time.

Sitting on 80K+ blam and i just unlocked Stan Lee! Whoohoo! As a Freemium player, I really was worried, about the time constraints of a full event with the missing week for Android players. The only thing I hope for now is that Bryan Cranston stays after the event so I can save up enough clams to purchase him.

Can someone help? I have 2 questions. 1. I have stan lee and his trailer but when I got into the comic con inventory it shows stan lee and his chair. I didn’t get his chair. Does anybody have it? 2. What other questline is there after your done bombing the stewie minions?

The chairs from the cocooned celebs will come at the end of the event.

Robot Stewie is only dropping batteries for me. I have 294 batteries now. I don’t think I’ll be able to use them all.

I love the random idea behind them, but I don’t think items should be involved. Just buildings and chars. I’d be happy with a 50-75 clam mystery box that had no chance at batteries/bombs/clams/ect and only had chances at buildings/decorations….

If you press on a minion stewie he stops.. So keep pressing on them as they hit the same area and once enough are there ( my best is 19 ) bomb em quickly before they move! Hope this helps everyone, 🙂

I’m just having a hard time getting notebooks
and the bomb smoke should be faster than stewies 😛 But the good thing is that I’m getting cca 10k blam a day and I am at 75k and there is still a lot of time left 🙂 once again, great event! much much better than previous (still haven’t spent any money)

Just got George Takei with 22 days still left. Just kept getting pesticides to defeat giant mutant stewie. If it helps anyone who’s wanting to know how to stock up fast on blam just keep stocking up on pesticides and wait until the timer is about to run out and the vanquish him that way you could have the 29 required for the next color.

The 29 pesticide lvl is a waste, you’re paying a premium at that level. If your timer is almost out, let it flip back to 1, you’ll get a much better return on your investment.

Woohoo! Just got Takei! Yay! Did his first quest, which is Flash Mob @ 10mins. Workin on his second quest, Look at Cat.gifs @ 24 hrs & Write on Peters Facespace page @ 4 hrs. Doin the 24hr one first.
Wish some of his tasks would help drop other quest items, like Anime Peters eye, stupid epic drop rate! Lol.
All in a thou, I like havin GT in the game. Funny, plus fits well with Patrick and all the nerds runnin around.

Cruising along now after acquiring Stan Lee and George Takei. Time to relax and enjoy some of the content as opposed to grinding Blam, pesticides, and bombs. Can’t wait for the future updates. Pretty fun having my Quahog fill up with characters and new costumes. A big thanks to the Family Guy Addicts crew for great updates, advice, and optimism. Getting as far as I have I could easily see people starting today and still getting 100k Blam if they put the time in even as a freemium player. If you have to spend Clams on something buy Bryan Cranston, worth every clam.

If you have unlocked the Giant Stewie on Comic Con…that started a questline called Enfant Terrible. You need to complete all that quest to go to this phase of the event. The last part…Enfant Terrible Part 6…you will have to vanquish Giant Stewie 3 more times. Once that is done, you will get a pop up stating you Completed Enfant Terrible Part 6. Shortly after that you will get the pop up for the new stuff. Bombs Away questline.

I thought this site was an open forum to discuss and help each other. So far it seems every post I make is taken down when there is no malicious or ill will in them. Alissa was incorrect on her reply to someone about what the Q Hotel would do after the event and I corrected it for the origional poster. I also thought it was very valid to let people know out there who don’t have the money to spend on these games that it can still be done so they would not be discouraged.

Am I the onky that has noticed that when you drop a bomb it usually doesn’t get ALL the Stewies that the gas touches. I had one where it was going to hit AT LEAST 10 Stewies and three of them just walked right through the gas.

Really having a hard time deciding how to spend my clams. Should I get the Stewie Mystery Box? Did you get some unique buildings on your first tries or just more bombs, batteries, and blam? I’ll try to wait until the end to spend some. But I really want to now! 😉

LOL. Now now now…it is random. So I do not think anyone will have the same results. It is a chance of what you will get. I would probably save up my clams and wait just a bit to see what else the event brings…THEN decide if it is worth it to give it a go. That’s just my feelings.
I got Bombs, batteries, and one building in my purchases. Mainly bombs.

Quick off topic question.
Have you seen the background picture of the super hero costumes for Chris, Quagmire, and Peter in the character section of the shop? It’s supposed to be Al Harrington’s building , but have you noticed that the building has a second building attached to it? Does this mean that the building will change appearance in later updates, or will you be able to upgrade the buildings, or am I just over analyzing this?

Over-analyzing. While a character is in limbo they usually use a “place holder” image in the background until the character goes live in the game. Same went for Stewie and Carter. The hospital was their “place holder” images even though thats not where they came from. Make sense?

My Q that I got as a reward doesn’t seem to be dropping nerds. I put a fence around it with the idea that I could have a little nerd herd rather than chasing them around, but no luck for two days. Any ideas?

I have been told that the MAX in the towns will impact them coming out. In other words, if you have the max already…no more will show. I have cleared my town…waited the few hours it takes them to spawn…came back…and out they came til maxed again.

These nerds spawn on streets in same manner as the minions. Eliminate all your roads except a small patch & log on shortly before 2 or 8 o’clock (EDT) & you can witness it happen.

For clarification, I was referring to the nerds from the 50,000 blam prize Q. In my game, there are 2 yellow shirt nerds every 8 hours (at 2 o’clock & 8 o’clock a.m. or p.m.) These 2 nerds spawn randomly on the streets & since eliminating all but a small block of streets for bombing purposes they have spawned there exclusively. The blue, red & yellow nerds built into the event continue to spawn from their respective buildings on the event grounds. Just something I’ve noticed here in the past few days.

I stuck on 10 Stewie part… They like to run out of the gas… Did notice something, if able to do these on tablets. It’s a bit easier. Phones are just to hard to smack them in the head still then to launch the bomb…..

I have a post coming up tomorrow to possibly help out with the Minion traps. Showed some pics of the maze I made around 4 squares of pavement. It helps to funnel them. Lava pits and Lava fence worked for me to make it. Just got to make it square around n around with an exit at the end.

So easiest way to get 15 minion stewies per bomb is this.. First make a small clearing where you place a single square of road in the middle, remove all other roads from your map..Use 3-4 bombs and the normal strategy to bomb at least 20 minions out of your quahog.. Then force close the app and wait 10 minutes.. Reopen and immediately goto the bomb crosshairs and hover over that single block of road.. About 30-45 seconds after the game loads the minions will all appear in the same spot on that road.. SHOOT immediately when you see the poof of them appearing.. Might miss a few but I have been able to get the max 15 every 10 minutes.. Once u hit them all force Close the app and repeat

Celebrity Chairs! Are you supposed to get chairs with all of the celebrities? So far the only celebs that gave chairs are Bryan Cranston and George Takei. I have checked my inventory and there’s no other chairs in there. I’ve got everything unlocked in the event, all buildings, all celebrities and all of the events completed.

Yes, but not until the event is over. The characters you earned you’ll get their chairs once the event is complete….similar to Cleveland’s house for Full Moon.

Hiya and G’morn from the East coast! I caved yesterday and bought 3 Stewie bots! It was disappointing bc the first two were the 1k and 2k of Blam but the 3rd was 30 batteries! i would love the new buildings but 180 clams is steep when there is always the chance of blam!!! Think i will hold my clams for Nathan!! Almost 92k in Blam now! wont be long for George! 😉 As for Stan, i am working on 8 notebooks and about 8 for that other to the right of the books!

I used the in game communication and let them know my minions were dropping coins instead if stuff I still needed for Stan Lee. Suddenly they are dropping items again and I’m now almost done.
Not sure if they pushed a patch, but if people are still seeing that let them know and they will fix it.

I hit all 300 for the vehicle… then I hit another 50 for the Quagmire quest… I’ve probably hit closer to 400 Minions, and NONE of them have dropped an item for Stan Lee yet. Not one. I have the trailer earning Notebooks at a steady pace, Patrick Stewart, Mort and the Outhouse are SLOWLY getting me cameras… the classic books though are a nightmare. Neither Q ever drops anything, and latcher Stewie likes attacking it constantly. Quagmire’s TV watching tasks never ever seem to drop anything either. Really don’t want to have to buy the bookstore.

that sucks. i got all the cameras from the minions in less than 24 hours!! and most of the notebooks from the red nerds though lois got a few of them. the books came pretty quick as well from the minions if i recall right.
i actually only had to wait for the 15000 blam to finish him today as i had the stuff done.

Minions don’t seem to drop any items for me only blam. Thankfully it appears they removed the coins but still only get 15blam instead of 25 we were getting initially 🙂

I’ve managed to kill 15 minions with one bomb! What’s everyone else’s high score?
And should I get the book store or the film museum!? I wouldn’t get them for items, only because I want my town to have things I like in real life. As a freemium player, clams are super precious and I have amassed 140 right now (I know I need more for the museum). Someone tell me what to do!

To my knowledge, 15 is the max. I had over 20 in a tight group and they all got covered by the bomb mist. After it cleared, a few of them danced right out from the middle; like nothing happened.
As far as the clams go. .Do what makes you happy.

Any word now about whether will be able to get the Convention Center in some way or other cause it’s not one of the prizes in the Stewie mystery box like I had thought it’s going to be, similar to how the Clamterprise was as one of the prizes in the Brian mystery box?
Also, will there be any more purchasables using Blam cause I’ve already bought everything there is to buy at the moment and I still have over 75k Blam ready to be spent on with over 135k Blam in total?

I Agree with Alissa. Don’t buy characters unrelated to an event during an event. Personally, I like Consuela. I am very dissapointed with Buzz. He costs a lot and his tasks are 1hr, then 4hr with Peter, then 12hr and 24hr. My opinion only. Good Luck!

I won’t spend clams on events because I always collect everything and the interesting things are just too expensive (like Cranston)

Just unlocked Stan Lee and sitting at 82,000 as android player. Im mad at myself for buying that bar, what a waste. Cranston has done more for me then that bar. Oh well. Love it, with 25 days left and one character left and one stewie change wonder what’s in store form the end? Maybe a blam box coming? Can’t wait. Love this blog been so helpful.

HERDING MINIONS: I tried to herd some of the minion Stewies into a smaller area using a “lobster trap” arrangement of standard offices but they seems to walk “through” one or two of the buildings! Has anyone else noticed this?
I also noticed that can crawl between the unclaimed land and a building… even if it there is no gap!

I used the well trimmed bush to make a maze as was suggested here by someone else. If you cork off, block off, the end then they will walk through them. You have to leave an opening so they can get out. I was able to finish the bomb quests and get the trike in one day this way. I logged out waited for 50 minutes and logged back in and dropped missiles. This also conserves missiles.

Hey Ryder, i did have an opening at the end of the maze for them go target.
I solved the problem after doing this
• Enlarging the maze corridors from 1 to 2 “well trimmed bush” width.
• Placing an double row of bushes where along the side they were escaping through.
Note that the geeks still don’t respect the “well trimmed bushes” and walk straight through the same side and congregate around the road area but that isn’t an issue for me.

i have a road cross in center of town with buildings away from it so i do not mistakenly tap them then i wait for one to go to center and hold him there as i wait for more to hold there and as i see more come, when they are close enough i bomb them and hope for the best!

Ryder is absolutely correct. They have to be able to have a clear entrance and exit. Also, after you’re done moving buildings, fences, bushes, etc. to make a corral, you must be patient. It seems that the minions that are already loose take a bit to recognize these changes. For example I extended a fence but they still walked right through it where the previous opening was. 5 minutes later most of them started going through the maze correctly.

Man, I can’t get the game to update with the Friday stuff. No Stan, no mutant Stewies, no bombs, no new quests. Not even deleting and redownloading the app will make it work. What a pain.

Is there a limit of minions you can kill with a single bomb?
It apears that i can’t get more than 15 at once…
I got quite a nice setup to kill the spawning stewies but i Need to drop 4 bombs (on the exact Same Spot) kill all of them…
In Case somebody likes to try:
I removed all streets, and arranged some low profile buildings (so i can still tap characters) in a circle around it, leaving a single space exit (this is important, otherwise the minions can walk through the buildings). Then put some other buildings to make a Single space ‘road’ leading around the Circle once more ( the minions only walk this way, so you have enough time to drop all 4 bombs to kill 40 stewies)

I’ve had enough.
I have tried to update this game several times a day but the my device is too stupid to notice that I in fact have two separate gmail/google chrome log ins (that I set up more or less for this) and keeps telling me that I need to log in ALL the bloody time and won’t accept the newest log in. The whole process has got me hacked off beyond belief and I’m going to just give up now and never bother again due to both Google and my massive incompetence and half witterly.

So I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with drops spawning when bombing minion stewies? It’s been close to a full day with no drops whatsoever for Stan Lee. Seems it started when the free clams were introduced for the bombardier quest line. I did get coins on one occasion, yet I still need all 3 drop items for Stan Lee. All other characters have been unlocked.

There is a huge issue for me with the minion Stewie bombs! When I drop a bomb, the minions start going in every direction (naturally). I’ll consistently have 12 in an area, but once the bomb drops and the smoke clears, it’ll be about 7 that actually disappear. Anyone know how to counter this?

I put this in my Minion post…but I try tapping on them to keep as many as I can in an area. I also watch for ones heading towards that spot…then Bombs Away. It is true…they CAN run away. So try to keep them coming at the area…sometimes tapping will change their directions too.

I don’t see how anyone could be unhappy with TinyCo now. There’s 3 weeks left in the event and only 1 character(so far) is not available, 1 costume(2 if you’re on Android), and the other 2 vehicle challenges. Everyone who’s moderately involved is going to get Takei with ease and they’re absolutely throwing clams at us(55 for the recent issue, 50 when you get all 4 cocooned celebs, 25 for the 4 costumes, and 33 for the Bombardier quest chain which is 163 clams just for freemium players thus far not to mention drops from nerds and probably a few more along the way).
They listened to virtually every complaint from the Moon Event and have adjusted wonderfully. I have no qualms giving these guys some of my money because they’ve more than earned it.

62k on Blam count 🙂 it’s jumping scarily fast at the moment and this is nearly all freemium I did buy 1 character because it’s breaking bad and hank from Malcolm in the middle and the fact he gets 3 sprays in 2 hours 🙂 he made my spray multiply! Now I don’t need but anything and let me clams slowly rise and I almost have stan unlocked from bombing and clicking nerds alone

Off topic but now I have George and stan with just over 70,000 blam stored I got all buildings I need and most quest lines done is that it for me til Friday when Nathan is released or is there something else sooner

Sometimes it happens that a few stewie minnions are crossing paths, so I bomb the area, where they should cross paths, and sometimes I happens that 1 or 2 stewies are walking acros the bombing screen, get covered by the cloud and when it evaporates, they’re still alive and keep going forward unaffected by the cloud, this glitch really anniys me.
BTW, my record is 8 at a time without freezing them)
