Hey there Clammers. Having fun yet? Have you got all your Blam! Prizes yet? Still having a “blast” with the Minion Stewie’s? Well, we thought it would be fun to do something a lil different. GIVE AWAY FREE STUFF!!
Everyone likes Free Stuff. Everyone wants Free Stuff. Do YOU want Free Stuff? Those that know us from our other blog, know we LOVE to spoil our readers with Free Stuff. While I was wandering around the San Diego Comic Con, I decided to snag some swag to bring home for our readers. I was able to get some Limited Edition and numbered posters for the Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff Comic Con Event. I also got my hands on some fun Character Cards too.
So…now what to do? How exactly should we give them away? Well we are playing a silly lil game full of Random items, Random drops, Random quests…so…why not give away prizes… Randomly? Lol.
HOW DO I ENTER?
All you have to do is comment on THIS post. Give us a random thought on the game, the characters, life in general, the blog, you favorite commentor, etc. Tell us a story. Give us a poem. Just pretty much anything…random. (Keep in mind our same protocols and guidelines will most definitely be in place, so check hate at the door and keep it PG.) Just make sure in the spot on the Comment form you put in your ACTUAL email address, as this is how we will contact winners. Only ONE comment per reader allowed. No duplicates accepted. Anyone abusing the system will immediately be disqualified.
WHEN DOES THE CONTEST START? END?
The Contest will begin as soon as this post goes live on our blog and will continue until Tuesday September 2nd, 2014 at 11:59PM EST. At that time the comments will be closed.
HOW DO I WIN?
After the close of the contest, all eligible comments will then be put into the Randomizer (http://www.random.org/) and winners will be selected. Winners will then be contacted via email provided and a Legal Address must then be provided to the Addicts within one week of being emailed or they will forfeit any prizes. They will be announced by Friday September 5th, 2014 in a separate post.

A Total of 45 Prizes will be awarded that will include one or more of the following…

Limited Edition 3 Pack Character Cards from Comic Con (One each of Peter, Lois, and Quagmire. Character on front, Info on back same on each.)

In addition, and to add to the Random fun, ONE random reader will be awarded a $10 Gift Card on their choice of platform. (iOS, Google Play, Amazon.) Nothing beats some Free Clams.

-Contest Entries will open from time the And Now For Some FREE STUFF!! Random Contest!! is posted until 11:59 PM EST, Tuesday September 2nd, 2014. Any entries received after that time and date will not be eligible to win.
-Each contestant may only submit ONE entry! (NO revisions once submitted. If multiple entries are submitted by the same reader only the FIRST entry submitted will be accepted. This means we will not accept multiple comments from the same person. So think hard before you post it.)
-Valid email address must be provided when submitting an entry. This will be how we will contact you to let you know you won. Invalid emails will be withdrawn and not eligible for the contest. (This is the email address you fill out and provided in the comment form, they are not published on the blog and only view-able by the Addicts blog staff. If you already created a Gravatar, just ensure the accurate email address was used for contact.)
-This contest open to EVERYONE. However be aware that our friends outside of the US, 18 and older, you may enter the contest but an alternate prize may be awarded at our discretion if there is an issue shipping the prizes to you.

I am soooo totally addicted, I am that addicted that my boss says I’m like a massive kid playing at work (all the time) that instead of a telling off about in-proper use of company time, he gave me… Detention! Yeah actually made me stay hour after work to make up the time I spent in quahog!

Love how you guys give tips advice and keep the gamers updated with all the news about the game!! Must say you are one of the only gamer peeps I know to do this!! I love the weekly challenges…the comic con glad it’s here bc it makes this game so much more better! I hope to see possibly in the future on this game…more hilarious sayings from each character..I love how my 3 year old daughter is now walking around rephrasing what is already being said in the game at random times!! Keep up the great work! Possibly make it worth while to spend some silver on mystery boxes or a new mystery something for silver coins!!

I have to say I am loving this special event! I started playing the game when the last one was about 3/4 done so I couldn’t unlock everything. Now the only difficult part shall be getting the last vehicle done. Next event idea: Halloween!

I’m saving up stuff for Iron Baby, but I’m worried because the outfit doesnt show up in the outfits building. I assume this is because I have not unlocked Stewie yet (I started the game the day before the Comic Con update hit)

Hi my name is Jeff and I’m a game addict. I have over 50 games on my iPhone. Sometimes I forget that the iPhone can actually made calls and text. I also have GAD, game attention deficit. I fall in love with a game and play it all the time and then it’s “oh look, a shiny new game,” and the old game gets forgotten. (That’s a warning FG:TQFS. remember when we do breakup, “it’s me, not you.”)

I was not too impressed when I first started playing this game. The pace seemed so slow and unrewarding. TinyCo has really pulled out all the stops with this event and I feel rewarded every day, unlike so many events before it. The Simpsons has a large event going on now, as well, but it hasn’t felt nearly as great as this one. Grats to TinyCo and thanks to the Addict team for keeping us rocking!

As much as I’ve complained lately, I really do enjoy this game and I’ve quickly come to prefer it to The Simpsons. I like and still play both, but there are definitely little things about Family Guy that I think are much better.

So this one time I met Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at the radio station I used to work at. Nicest dude in the word!!!!! Towards the end of the interview I had to type a message to the host of the show telling him Dwayne’s people were giving the 5 more minutes warning, so he read that on air then The Rock looked at me through the window between the rooms and announces on air “Oh Big Red, Cool Dude” BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ROCK THINKS I’M COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then I found 5 Dollars, went to Subway and had myself a foot long Turkey Sub.

Still a bit of a frustrating game, but fun when it works. I use an iPod touch 4G, iOS6 and the game crashes almost every time I play it. Due to this, I couldn’t begin the Comic-Con adventure until late so I’m way behind and my chance of even coming close to finishing is nil. About the only benifit is that I have been racking up the clams and have been saving them (why use them for a portion of the game where it crashes all the time?). I’ll be purchasing Consuela when this event is over.
