Just a friendly little character disclaimer in the game right now…
The ONLY Characters/Skins available in the game right now (at this very moment, phase 1) are:
Sexy Santa Lois and Jasper
YES…there are characters/skins teased in FaceSpace for the event but they’re not yet available to get in the game. So focus on Sexy Santa Lois and Jasper and don’t worry about what’s not yet in the game 🙂
So what are these characters teased in FaceSpace? Details below the fold…

Again, remember these are characters/skins TEASED as coming into the game. They’re not yet active in the game as of phase 1..
So if you go into FaceSpace you’ll see two groups…
Christmas Guests
Santa’s Helpers
Christmas Guests are characters you’ll win/unlock as the game progresses.
Santa’s Helpers are skins for characters you already have, that you’ll have to win/unlock as the game progresses.
Here’s what the options are:
Under Christmas Guests the first character is Jasper (already in the game) and the other two are shadowed out. They are:
Barbara Pewterschmidt and Jesus.
Based on the order they’re listed my thought process is Barbara will be the next character and Jesus will be the last one. (my guess is Jesus will come Christmas week)
Next options are the skins..
First up is is Sexy Santa Lois…currently in the game. That’s followed by 4 characters that are shadowed out. They are:
Hanukkah Mort, Jingle Joe, Puppy Brian & Angel Bruce.
Based on that order my guess is we’ll see them in the game in that order. Probably a combination of 2 at once point & my guess is Angel Bruce during Christmas week.
Again as far as WHEN they’ll be released..those are just my guesses. BUT they ARE coming for Christmas & will show up at some point during the event. However, they are currently NOT in the game, so don’t focus on them. Spend your focus on unlocking Sexy Santa Lois & Jasper…since they’re currently in the game.

This event is a joke. Why do I have to spend money to compensate when I try to wait 6 hours for a item to drop? I have tried to be patient but this is a ridiculous. Screw this, it is meant to be the season of “giving” but for companies like TinyCo it is just grab money every chance you get. Merry Christmas my arse.

They’re prizes. So it depends on your luck and how quick you earn them. Could be quick…could take a while. No set time.

How do we get Jasper?
(Sorry, just kidding.)
Clam rush prices are strange – after cheap mistletoe we now have Chris and Meg 24 hr tasks that can be rushed for 2 or 1 clams. And that is for 25 cheer points and 25 cookies. Generosity, a mistake or a deliberate ploy to tempt ‘cheaper’ players (like me) to whittle away their stash?
Looks like striped prizes may be a grind – might not even receive one a day with doll drops as they are. Hope I don’t regret repairing the station straight away (I thought seven days would be plenty for the last two prizes – hadn’t noticed the drop rate for red stockinged dolls.)
And with Lois busy Brian is pretty raw scooting away for days trying for that one last bit of plutonium by himself.

Every so often they’ll have a wear thing like that…where rush rate is 1 or 2 clams. Not sure if it’s a glitch that will disappear or they’ll leave it. Personally…it’s something I wouldn’t mention. It’s a good glitch that if they find out about too much they might close the loop hole..

I’m confused. I have Sexy Lois and need to clear mall santas, for which I need Jasper to do. I can’t unlock Jasper without making a striped present that I need red stockings for… but can only get them from mall santas (not buying Luckys Orphanage)! So what do I do??

You only need Lois to clear Santas. Jasper can ALSO do it, but is not required to do it with Lois. They’re 2 characters that can independently clear them

Am I the only one who thinks the graphics are terrible for this new chapter? Santa was badly pixelated as are a lot of the Christmas background.

Anyone suffering from a present glitch? I had two friends send me presents yesterday and I didn’t receive one of them. 😣 Turns out, neither he, nor my other friend received mine either!
Bonnie’s task is so long, to have the presents go missing is a serious drag! 😣 Especially with Jasper on a timer.

You only get ONE in 24hrs. So you have to wait a full 24hrs between getting each one given.

Yes I am… My nephew sent me a secret Santa present yesterday and so did my sons girlfriend but I’ve not received any of them. I’ve not had any for 2 days now. : (

I got a demented elf from one of the crafted gifts. He’s a usable character, I think. He’s walking around on my small patch of road like the other playable characters but I can’t make him do anything just yet. Anyone else get him ?

This event is another money grabbing scheme by TinyCo. I have been trying for 3 days to get the Lois outfit for christmas and the items required just wont drop. I cannot begin the other quests without this and it is getting rather frustrating.

It’s just how the game works. It’s all truly random. Some got her after only a couple of days…others it’ll be a little longer. It’s just random with the tasks

Only Brian, Chris & Meg’s gifts can be gotten in the first 2 boxes. The others will be in the next phases. But yes…all from the boxes

Hi guys bit off topic but I didn’t know where else to post when I go into facespace I see skins for beautiful peter and Spanish soap peter but I’ve never been able to get them. Did I just miss them before I installed the game? Also I’ve got all the characters you buy but can see how to buy rupet how do I get him? Thanks

Enjoying the Christmas event so far. Have unlocked Sexy Santa Lois and currently trying to get the dolls.
I’ve open the first Christmas box 5 times and now it is gone. The gifts you get are 1) giant Christmas ornaments
2) the Greek restaurant (needed for Jasper)
3) Brian’s writing room (needed for wish list)
4) Chris’s dawing table (needed for wish list)
5) skating rink
Now it’s time to work on the striped Christmas box. So far we know that the other two buildings for jasper come from there. Also I am guessing that Bonnie’s and Meg’s wish list items are in there. And if this box is the same as the first there will be at least one more decorative item to get.

Bonnies Xmas present isn’t in either of the 1st two boxes. I’ve collected everything from them and they are both locked now on my game. I didn’t get Bonnies wish list gift?? What’s with the elf somebody mentioned? Where did u get him from? Off a secret Santa gift or out of 1 of the 2 boxes? I’ve not had him yet. I’m looking forward to getting him.

There’s a little glitch. I think they forgot to remove Barbara’s skin from the “???” Column. So you see her skin under the Christmas guest column and the ??? Column aswell.

Since the Christmas event started…i have only music and no sound effects…Peter and Chris are the only voices…anyone else experienced this…or ever experienced it earlier…any tips how to fix would be appreciated

Try to force close and restart your device. If still same, report it.

I just noticed that tonight too. I usually play with my phone on silent, but I wasn’t tonight and noticed that as well. I also noticed a glitch with Brian and Fact Check task. If you follow the link of my name to my Twitter, I have screenshots in my most recently post pics.

Hi, I’m new to this game and was not playing Halloween so I’m a bit confuse the tast to repair the train station to get jasper has not trigger for me yet is it because I need to get sexy Santa Louis costume first ?

You need the costume first. The questline will trigger it. You won’t be able to unlock it before then.

Vinny is confirmed, I was looking through Bruce’s tasks, he has a locked one called ‘Get Fit for a Suit’ underneath it says ‘Requires: Vinny’.

The train station is completely dead in my town, if I tap on it nothing at all happens, there is no option to repair it. Now I’m wondering at what time this option will become available? Any specific task in the quest line? Or after leveling up? Thanks again!

Neat! It’s nice to see some of the secondary characters, like Mort and Bruce, get a skin. I’m surprised that Peter doesn’t have a new skin, but kind of glad as well. Scrolling through all of his existing skins can get a little tedious. Thanks for the preview!

If there’s five stages of the Christmas tree, which there are, how is the event only a little under four weeks? I can understand multiple costumes/characters in a week, but multiple “event stages” seems a bit odd. Just curious how they’re going to do that.

Really pissed i only need cookies for santa lois cause i crafted a ton of presents, and they drop so slow, currently stuck at like 361 cookies. Btw, how long does santa lois take to create the outfit? And how long is the mall santa task?? Thanks 🙂

From what I remember she was fairly quick (less than 10m). And the Mall Santas take 2hrs to clear 🙂

I’m clearing Santas left and right but no dolls are dropping. Wish there was another way to get them other than shelling out 200 clams for the orphanage. Without them no Jasper.

I hope that Peter gets that elf outfit in the loading screen and hopefully Bonnie will get an outfit also. I am glad that Mort and Bruce are getting outfits also. It’s about time that other characters got outfits besides just Peter and Lois.

Yep I’m 0/4 so far in getting drops from santa, but hopefully what tinyco said a while back about ‘rare’ drops getting more common the more tasks you to also applies to drops like the santas. Theres no way to know if its true or not but they did say odds increase as you do more tasks.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see some premium characters added at some point, it’ll be interesting to see who they will be. As for the outfits, it’ll be good to see Bruce and Mort get an outfit as they don’t have any yet, and can’t wait to get Puppy Brian.
