Head over to your Enterprise and upgrade to Warp Core 5 (if you’ve met the requirements). This week we’ll unlocked the Holodeck, Data and Talosian Stewie.

PHASER BATTLES
A new Craft has joined in the Phaser Battling fun, the Romulan Warbird. They will phase in n out (on screen about 5 seconds), so you gotta shoot them while you can. It is easiest to tap right on the CENTER of one the moment it appears. It will only take ONE shot to destroy it and get a Microchip (along with some possible Dilithium Crystals & XP)
Side Note: it ALSO drops Condoms for Vulcan Quagmire… so GO FOR THE BIRD. BIRD IS THE WORD!! Lol
(I do not see them anymore on the Shielded PeterCraft or Warbird in some games, waiting for verification… my suggestion is to HOLD OFF right now if it is not working properly for you)
UPDATE 4/17: If you are in Week 4, you will still see the PeterCraft. If you are in Week 5, you will now see just the Warbird, but it should now still drop Condoms to help you still get Vulcan Quagmire or Emotion Chips.
If you are updated, but still need Laser Pointers… send them an in game support ticket right away please.
A reader noted that if they shot an Asteroid too with the Warship, it helped dropped both items. As I have Quagmire, I am unable to confirm it. Try it if you’d like.
NEW BOSS TO BATTLE- BORG BERTRAM
Over by the Holodeck you will notice the New Robotic Character ready to do Battle. It happens to be Bertram. So just how do you defeat him? (We will go into a LOT more detail on this in another post too.)
Once you tap on him, you will start the first 24hr clock for Battle. You will have 24hrs to defeat his Heart Level and Send him into “time out” to get Dark Matter Payouts.

If you can defeat him within the 24 hr timer, he will Cool Down and reawaken in the Next Level Up Form with better payouts. (Drill Master Borg/ Laser Borg Bertram)
If you do not defeat him within th e24 hr timer, he will Cool Down and reawakend at the lowest Battle Level (Clawed Borg Bertram)
You can see your progress on the Heart Meter as you battle him. 
Side Note: As with the Yeti Battles from Christmas, only tap ONE Character to complete the battle when you are down to the last few. This will allow all the other Characters you are using to keep battling him on Cool Down, but you MUST have them start the battle BEFORE he starts the Cool Down. By doing this, you will save 4 hrs of battling time as once he’s done cooling down you restart his next fight you will have Characters ready to tap and attack right away. Just do NOT tap the Check Marks til you start him up again. 🙂
TRIBBLES NO MORE ?
Double checking to make sure, but it looks like this Phase 5 is when the Tribbles finally stopped. I have to say I am grateful they stayed as long as they did as originally they were set to end in Phase 1. So all that extra time with them was a bonus.
Good News… they seem to be squeekin back on board again. Longer spawn time, less of them… but some are showing back round the Enterprise. So take a look and see if they’re there for you too.

There is a LOT of info we are still going through and will continue to update as we play it out live, but this should at least get you started on it all. Keep in mind a lot of this requires layers and steps to verify it all. No matter, we are here to help as we all go into the new level together. You do still have til the 30th to work on all this.

Family Guy Addicts 
The game keeps on kicking me out. I cannot do anything in the game. I have tried restarting the game, restarting my phone and nothing!! Please HELP!

Thanks as always for the help. Hitting warbird is dropping condoms about 40% of time – the rest are data chips. Had 6 phasers and got two condoms earlier, then just got 2 more and got 1 condom. So just below 50% rate for me. I only need 5 more for Vulcan quagmire – so he’ll be here by tomorrow.
Also noted the sonic shower is now dropping items – the robe – for stewie- pretty cool they changed from the odd fencing drop.
Now it’s just time to kill Bertram and get number 1 😀😄

After completing “In sickness and health part 3” quest line where Crusher taps and Klingon Chris does a battle cry the family guy app force closes. So every time I click on Klingon Chris the app closes. Anyone else have that problem

I am loving this event and your blog. It helps a lot. I am just plodding along and unlocking everything when I can. No point getting upset at things.Drops happen eventually. I am a (mainly) free player, spending clams very sparingly. I did take advantage of the dark matter special and buy spock. I was able to tell my husband it was for charity 🙂
With the tribbles gone, by concern is getting enough crystals. Any advice how a freemium player can amass the crystals needed to unlock items in time for end of event? I only have about 3 thousand at the moment, and the crystal requirements have gone right up.

Ok. Bunny. For a “common” item Worf is just not dropping the discs for Data. I have gotten discs dropped from Troi, Quagmire and Spock EVERY time (even had both the discs and green cubes drop together) but only Green cubes from Worf.

Like it says… they will only drop one or other. Not both. So if Troi and Spock are dropping them, you are still getting good odds. 😉

pleaseee can you hellpppp meee!!!!! I have been playin family guy for 2 years now. For some reason and i cant seem to figure out why my game has reseted and put me back on level 1!! 😩 i am absalutly devestated. I was on level 58 and was playing through facebook ****I have logged in and back out and back in but it just puts me back on level one😭😭. I was on star trek event. I have tried everything. Please help me get my quohog back. I dont want to start all over again!!!!!

So they set the bar to collect well over 20,000 Dilithium crystals for characters, but they choose to take away the Tribbles?!!? The room & building earnings are so meager, we need resources to earn those crystals!!! Can’t just pull crystals outta my *ss or I would!!! The Red Shirts we need are gone AGAIN too. TinyCo repeatedly does this “stuff” that causes major frustration, but they never seem to learn from the mistakes. Ppl say how nice it is that they listen & make changes but IMHO that doesn’t make them heroes, it just proves over & over how clueless they are. This is supposed to be an enjoyable time (& money) waster, but the continuous flawed design and poor planning only make it irritating. SMH again.

Only one thing i can suggest to TinyCo, is the Bertram thing. I get they want to keep Hearts a secret, however, in one screen it LOOKS like he only drops Dark Matter, HOWEVER AGAIN, press the info button and it says he drops crystals as well as Dark Matter, so perhaps list crystals dropped under Dark Matter? Just a hunch. If no more tribbles then Bertram HAS to drop crystals otherwise we can’t afford Talosian Stewie, Data, Picard AND Kirk.

Post the image to dropbox or flickr (or another site that allows you to upload images) and post the link to it in the comments. However, just watch the size of it. If it’s a massive photo it’ll be displayed in the comments as a massive photo and it won’t really get seen. Good rule of thumb is a 400×400 image.

Just checked my game and the Sonic Shower Room now shows a grey dress drop, one of the items needed for Stewie. All these patches and alterations are mind-boggling.

My game keeps freezing and tinyco won’t do anything about it. I am trying to collect Chris on the All the Way Bare part 2 task where you send him to battle Bat’ Leth or whatever. When I try to collect him my game freezes and then kicks me out. I’ve tried many times to no avail. My game is ruined.

Now now now… don’t panic. TinyCo can’t fix everything. Especially if it is YOUR device causing the issue.
Here are my tips. STORE STUFF AWAY. You can tell me all you want about how you want everything out and pretty and nice… but this is a Mobile App Game pushing the limits of even the most advanced devices. Technology has come a long way, but you still do not have the same capabilities in your hand a massive processor or Computer in this case would allow. So it is up to US, the player, to make changes to help our device to cope with being used as a MASSIVE gaming device on top of what it was made for… you know… phone calls and all that. 😉
With the HUGE memory drain on this game, you need room. So…make room. Help your device not have to work so hard by rendering a million lil pixels each time it loads up. Put Characters on indoor tasks not being used or store them. Keep the Moving Decos in storage so they don’t take memory. Put buildings and decorations you are not using in storage.
All this will help your device function so much better and the game run a lil smoother. Hope that helps. 😉

Strategy Tips
1) Need more Dilithium? Of course you do! Build a small farm of Romulan Ale Bars (if you’ve got the greens to do it). Not only will this further your SF Level significantly, but it doesn’t cost Dilithium to begin with so it won’t impact your total. Additionally, swap out any 1 dilithium/1 SFXP rooms for higher payout ones. Remember those cargo bays you put away from phase 1? Put ’em back in, they generate 5 dilithium every 4 hours. Best room generation for dilithium is Wardrobe services at 12 every 4 hours. Get rid of useless rooms like Riker’s Quarters or any other non-productive room (rooms with 1/1).
**Because cautious about spending the greens if you want Kirk as he requires 50. Additionally, they’ve altered the drop rate again for the worse and Bonnie’s not dropping them like she used to (haven’t had her pop a single one since the new phase started). Guess we’re back to “As intended” again.
2) Set yourself a roadmap for your characters to follow. Know what your goals for the day are and work toward them. Work only toward getting only what you want and forget the side quests.
**TinyCo has made it abundantly clear this event that they don’t want anyone to run out of content and be sitting idle. So since they’ve given us too much, As sad as it is to say, unless you’re willing to spend a fortune on this game, do not attempt to complete all quest lines in this event. I’ve been hammering them on this and I’ve given up as they just won’t listen. So I give up, done wasting my time trying to get them to understand that I pay their salaries to deliver complete content, not whatever I can get to in the time they’ve allotted. I don’t buy buy a newspaper for half an article 😛
3) Time your characters to work within the confines of the quests. Use this site and others to help know when characters have duplicate actions with other quest lines.
**Know that the event started late but the timer was not adjusted. We still only have 13 days left to this event. Once they released the event the timer was already ticking and was not altered.
4) Help your fellow players by taking a few minutes and posting any info not yet on this site, such as Quest progressions. It will go a long way to helping others catch up.
**I know Bunny and Alissa are very busy people and don’t have time to collect all the data and code it onto this site. Help them out by posting notes on here such as Quest list info, known issues lists, and any tips or tricks, such as getting items from Planets and what combo you used.
5) Once you get Vulcan Quagmire, stop room swapping unless you don’t want Kirk. The dilithium generated by the rooms will be less by swapping than it would normally generate.
**Still testing to see what the transporter energy drop rate is now that they’ve changed the drop rates again.
6) Just as it was with the Yeti at Christmas, the big key to easily defeating Bertram will be to queue up your people to allow them to finish while he’s down. This is done by not clearing the final shot on him until the others have started shooting him again. Once he stands back up, clear the people and start them again with a head start on him this next time around.
**See the Yeti on the Christmas event for more details.
7) Enterprise too crowded? Of course it is! Many of the actions can be performed in your Quahog (at least the ones that will last past this event can be). Use your Quahog to help thin out the Enterprise and get to those tribbles faster without the “I’m busy right now” accidental taps.
**And if you haven’t nuked your town by now, what are you waiting for? Only putting out the buildings that are needed significantly reduces load time, lag,and performance issue go away for the most part. Of course then we’re faced with an ugly Quahog. 😦 Well, until they lessen the requirements of the game (such as monstrous size and not able to be stored on an SD card without huge degrading of performance, this is what we’re stuck with. In effect mining the game for items to later use. Cake and eat it too?

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I got into my game this morning. I was a little under halfway in level 7 starfleet last night and BOOM! I was a level 8 when I opened the game this morning. Then I go to check to see how much more energy I needed to get into the holodeck after upgrading my Warpcore and they had changed it to only needing 20 (last night I was like 42/80). Then I go to the phazer battle and see the stupid shielded petercrafts are gone, so I don’t have to hit those darn things twice anymore. No, I don’t get a condom every time, but I do get something I need for every hit of the new ship. So, I am happy! So, if TinyCo is reading this, THANK YOU for listening to all our complaints! This has been a very frustrating event, but TinyCo has been listening and compromising and for that, I applaud them. People have to remember, NOTHING in life is completely free. TinyCo has to make money too and I am sure getting the rights to this event was quite expensive, so I am sure that is why this event had to be more expensive and harder than any of the events that they have put on to date. Thanks for all your help too, Family Guy Addicts, you are the best!

So what am I supposed to do for Space Condoms now? Am I going to get a reduced chance of getting them until I get the Emotion Chips because they seem to be a much higher chance on the warbirds? Still need 32 of the Condoms for Quagmire.
Sometimes it seems that there has been a LOT more things that TinyCo did not think through with this event compared to others. Especially after how smooth the Valentine’s event went (other than the couples).

It is the same as what happened with PeterCraft and Laser Pointers & Felicium. Only one dropped at a time, but they still were ALWAYS dropping something.

I’m going to miss the Tribbles. They were a great way to build up dilithium, and the occasional clam didn’t hurt, either! Since I wasted much needed dilithium on the sonic shower, it’s gonna take me a while to build up enough to get Picard. I’ve got everything but the dilithium for him.
Also, just want to say “Bravo” to TinyCo for bringing in Spock as a premium and donating a percentage to the Nimoy Foundation. I got Spock, and it made me feel good to do it.

So…. My boyfriend is a little ahead of me in this event, but is behind me as far as regular districts. (I’m finished, he’s just starting 10) I’ve noticed that in his game Jerome and Tricia are dropping some type of gun thing…. And in mine they are not. Just curious as to what this might be about…

I have unlocked Stewie, but the store doesn’t show the outfit to create…but the items still drop. Could it be because of where i am in the questline?

Ok OK.. I already read the post about the Tribbles… they’re gone. BUT how about the room that “always spawns” tribbles??? that was 100 clams, and well… I only bought it becasue ot the tribbles.. and now nothing? I feel scammed.

Well one is a costume for the other so we only have two Patrick Stewarts in the game. I guess you could say when Picard and Stewart are next to each other that Stewart is beside himself. 😉

One question, hopefully you or someone can verify for me to make getting quagmires skin easier…. If I shoot the romulan warbird everytime and get all 25 emotion chips needed for data will the romulan warbird then drop the space condom 100% of the time…. Please say it will lol

Also just confirmed (or at least two out of two attempts) that if you have not unlocked the Romulan Warbirds, the Shielded Petercraft does still drop Condoms.
Still got one more bar until I reach 8th. Hope that the addition of the Romulan Warbird (and Chip drops) doesn’t hurt my advancement toward Vulcan Quagmire too much…

I just destroyed 68 of the Romulan Warbirds – got my 25 chips for Data and 42 condoms for Quagmire, plus shot one more for luck!
However, I’m still stuck on ‘The Road to Recovery Pt.2’ as the Romulan Warbirds don’t complete the Shielded PeterCraft task; there aren’t any of those in my game any more, so it’s impossible to progress the main quest now… I’ll report it, but TinyCo never reply.

Can I ever hope to NOT lose connection every other minute in this event? It always comes back but I’m getting pretty tired of Consuela consistently interrupting my game. Is this the “lag” that I’ve seen mentioned?
Side note – my hypnospray drops seemed to improve today and I was able to unlock Crusher – huzzah! – and I was 2 for 2 getting condoms from Romulan warbirds.
REALLY intimidated by the high dilithium count required for all skins
Concerned that I won’t be able to achieve everything during the course of the event. Hanging in there for my love of Star Trek, NOT for my love of Family Guy….
Is Leonard Nimoy available until the end of the event? I’ll be needing the 50 clam bonus for set completion to purchase him.

Also, it’s kind of annoying that Herbert is the only character in regular Quahog that gets items for this phase… Would’ve been nice to be able to play in one world instead of in both.

Game is a busy and memory draining one. Make sure you got room and signal to back it up. Try basics to help the lag.

I appreciate the response. The lagging/lost connection issue is only on the Enterprise – would storing items from my town help with that at all? Otherwise, I’ve already done resets and I’m already running the game off an SD card and using a WIFI signal….

FYI… I was just offering some extras to try on your end… like store items. It will help with the memory drain an “extra Location” adds to the mechanics of the game. Put some things away. See if it helps to stop the issues. 😉

Signal, signal, signal. Make sure you’re on WiFi if you’re able, and have plenty of bars if not. Outside of specific global issues on their end (of which there don’t seem to be any at the moment), I’ve yet to have connection issues outside of signal issues on my end or the occasional post-update drop due to high traffic.

I’m a freemium player, bin playing for nearly a year, n ive only ever bought 65 clams (or 50 whatever the lowest amount is) for £2
But this games bin so fun I just dropped a 5er (£5) to buy spock, cant have star trek without spock and even better some of it goes to Nimoys foundation, got the dark matter bonus but don’t have enough crystals 4 picard, so I’ll have 2 save up crystals for a few days….
This has bin the best event so far, and even got me watching star trek regularly, when b4 this I despised anything 2 do with space lol oh and it’s only bin so fun cause we have this site to gather info, share tips and chat about the game so THANKYOU BUNNY N ALISSA!!!

I hate this event …. my wallet keeps getting lighter LOL Since it looks like there could be more premium stuff next week i took advantage of the dark matter offer and unlocked the Cube and Picard.
Only think i dont like is you need picard to stun bertram and locutus to get stuff for Talosian Stewie. Think it might be better go get stewie unlocked first but not sure.

Thanks Tinyco for getting rid of petercraft. With only the Warbird, I only needed one shot to get either a condom or a chip. I’m glad I waited to get the condoms for Vulcan Quagmire and didn’t waste 2 PEs per shot.

I almost had Beverly Crusher, now all those rooms are in competition for two other objects. So, if you want to get Crusher dont upgrade. The only benefit is you start getting objects for other characters. Theres only one new room and none of the old one offer anything more for the game. How about those options. Everyone has been trading rooms and have plenty, and plent space but no use other than crystals.

Just hear back from Tinyco regarding the 2 Sonic shower I bought, when it advertised it dropped item. I only bought it for the dropped items and then to find out this morning They were in error!!!!!! That is 1700 crystal I wasted then. :{
“The Sonic Shower will only produce Starfleet XP and Dilithium Crystals. The Fencing Gear that is shown as a possible drop has been removed from game. Sorry for inconvenience!”
I only bought them for the drop. I have better rooms with better drop rates I could of used, if I had known that. Would of just went ahead and got Picards skin instead. Would sorely like a return of my 1700 crystals AS THEY WERE HARD EARNED! Will willingly return shower as they are no use to me.
I posted to TinyCo. Hope they see this here, too. I am really upset over this.
Especially since the next few characters are now point heavy.

How do you get replies from TinyCo? My in-game support ‘conversation’ is just me, talking to myself, week after week… I’d like my shower crystals back too, but can only wish as it’s not going to happen. 😦

I’m having a problem with Bowel Regulus. In Road to Recovery Pt. 6 I need to send Troi and Peter there to get the Vulcan Statue but whenever I try to select it from the mission menu it crashes my game. Also, all other planets have the icons showing what you can get but Bowel Regulus doesn’t. I just upgraded to Warp Core 5 and unlocked the Holodeck. Any thoughts?

This is bullcrap. I had a fighting chance to get Quagmires skin by shooting the shielded craft. Why? Because a space condom dropped every time I destroyed it. Now it’s set back to rare drop. I shot that warbird 13 times today and I get NONE. Then those hypo spray were dropping at least 1 everytime I collected from my 2 genetics labs. Now they add new items to their drop. Same with killing a Borg. They had to add an item and screw up the drop rates. Now it’ll be even longer if ever to get quagmire and that lady unlocked. There are a bunch of other rooms and characters with tasks and they had to pile it up on these to screw us more. I picture tiny co people sitting in there offices with the shades drawn rubbing their hands together with sinister looks on their faces. Probably muttering in evil voices about taking all the clams. This has been a horrible event. They are really making it aggravating instead of fun. I won’t be getting all the freemium things. First time in all the events. Thanks tinyco. You’ve ruined this game for me. It’s no longer enjoyable. I just get angry each time I go to collect because I know you’ve made it absolutely unfair and unattainable for me. The day this event ends if I don’t have all the items and characters, I will be quitting.

Instead of venting… take a bit to read the post and all the details.
You will see that you have just as much of a chance for Condoms as before. The Warbird will now drop them. So you will see an item for Data or Quagmire ALWAYS drop from the hits (just make sure you are on Warp Core 5 and restarted your device to put all changes in place).
Message them in game on your concerns for Hypospray.
Take a deep breath. Take a step away if you have to. But all the options are still there for you, you just gotta look. 😉

I’ve hit the warbird 7 times and never gotten a space condom, only emotion chips. Did do all the troubleshooting. Contacted TinyCo and even opened on an Android device after updates.
While I’m really happy they dropped the district unlock, etc., this event really has been complicated and inconsistent. I appreciate the urge for patience but I do think there are some significant bugs still and that’s after dropping major clam on all premium characters, etc.
Personally, I just wish the event would have lasted longer possibly or they could have just made things easier to get for the time periods. When you see an upgrade coming within hours you feel pressure. Also, I have to admit that it never really struck me until Bunny mentioned it … premium character quest lines are optional.
There were plenty of premium things to buy but I’ve been spending so many clams on speeding tasks or outright unlocking characters that I just don’t have it to spend on the really cool stuff (would LOVE to have an assimilated James Woods Junior High!).
Not venting, per se, but I think they still have some bugs to squash.

Odd enough, I FINALLY got a space condom. I guess it was just odds. But out of 9 hits, I got 7 emotion chips straight, then a condom, then another emotion chip …

Keep in mind it will ONLY drop one. It will NOT drop both. So if you are getting Emotion Chips… it is working. Occasionally a Condom will drop. So they will alternate. If you still need Condoms and it is done dropping Emotion Chips, you will start to get just the Condoms. 😉

Not really. Warbird will drop the Condoms. So you will ALWAYS get something for one or the other. Just make sure you restart your device to put all the event changes in effect. 😉

Restart did not work for me.. I had to uninstall and reinstall…to double check …. if you see petercraft you will need to do a full reinstall not restart.

If you are FULLY upgraded. Warp Core 5. Holodeck opened. But you still see PeterCraft after restarting your device, you can try an uninstall if your game is saved to email or Facebook, but also contact them.

Started working on System Failure pt. 5 & now suddenly all my flaming red shirts are missing. I have done all the different methods of clearing cache/clearing data/force closing/reinstalling…. Have you seen anything about this?

I’m concerned about having enough dilithium crystals to replicate Kirk, Picard, Talosian Stewie, and to unlock Data. I only have about 15,000 right now which is just enough for Kirk. Stewie and Data require 4,000 each. Picard requires 8,000. So I need another 16,000. Should I be worried about getting enough crystals for all of them? If so, how should I increase my crystal payout?

Yeah the crystal amounts are ridiculous. I have around 8000 atm, need 1750 for quagmire, 4000 for bev, data and stewie, 8000 for picard and 15000 for kirk – makes more than 36,000 I still nead to earn. I really hope there will be a huge bonus like when unlocking Jesus for Christmas. But by hoping for sth like this, the current demotivation of not being able to get them all doesn’t go away 😦

There is no Picard Character. Unless you are asking about Patrick Stewart. He was part of Comic Con event last July and returned shortly for Best of 2014 Event in January.

Romulan warbirds still only dropping chips for me, no condoms. Neither is shielded petercraft. Guess I’m SOL getting Vulcan quagmire, would really like to get troi help fighting Borg for disks.

Are you upgraded? If so, only the warbird should drop both. Not at same time…but it will. You can try to hit an Asteroid too to see if it forces both to drop.

Its seems that completing Road To Recovery is not reauired to access the new main quest line? I am only on Road To Recovery pt 7, but I upgraded the core and am already on System Failure pt 4 with all posted building, rooms, and characters posted above available.

Was waiting for all boxes to release before spending my precious clams. Wasn’t a fan of anything in this or last mystery box so I decided to finally pull the trigger on the first one as I had been wanting Gorn. I got Morts Casino first Gorn second (yay!) continued to try for the Tribble building and got 150 clams third then Tribble Furrier last. Perfect results for me couldn’t have gone any better. Usually have horrible luck with the boxes so it was a nice change!

Wow the drop rate for clams was really good for Heranus got all the stuff and black matter that I needed and I think I only spent 400 clams😊
