UPDATE 4/28, 1AM: TinyCo has released the patch and it has been running now for bout an hour. Please make sure you force close the app. Restart your device if needed. Let us know if you still have issue getting to Enterprise or using the Inventory.
UPDATE 4/27 330PM: TinyCo has found the cause of Enterprise and Inventory Crash. Fix should be out VERY soon. Once in place, a Force Close and/or Restart of device should help to put it into effect.
UPDATE 4/27: They should be getting into the offices soon. When I get any updates on the progress, I will let you know. In the meantime just do what you can until this is resolved.(They were working on it all weekend.) I let them know many of you are wanting an extenstion, but feel free to pass it on too within your game or email. As always, your feedback is helpful. Just remember, kindness goes a long way. 😉
UPDATE: Working further with TinyCo to help get this pinpointed, so please help on your end by sending in details of what YOU are experiencing with the Enterprise crash. Right now, this is what they are looking for….
So try an Uninstall/Reinstall ONLY if your game is saved to an email or Facebook that you can reload the saved file from. If not saved, save it! It really needs to be linked no matter what so you do not lose all the time you put in your game if something like your phone lost or stolen happens or you get a new one too.
So far this looks to be Android, but we want to confirm… any iOS having issue of Enterprise not accessible?

This is what I get for attempting to take a few hours off. The game gets all cranky and decides to throw a tantrum and shut down. Pssssh. 😛
But seriously, I actually had a melt down with my phone and have been trying to get it fixed, then replaced. I was aware of the issues, just no way to get online to help report back. Sorry.
Short story long, I have been sending reports to TinyCo of all the things I was seeing you state you are experiencing. Continue to message it all in to them please. Use your game menu if you can get in, if not… email help@tinyco.com and send as MUCH info as possible. Device, Version, Player ID if you have it, Screenshot of the start screen if you do not, tell them what it is you are seeing and how long ago it started.
The main issue I am seeing right now is the menu disappearing and you can’t get to the Enteprise. The best option I can offer for this is use the shortcut. The Shuttle that Riker came in on. Remember a quick tap on it takes you to the Enterprise.
For some the basics may help. Force close the device and restart it. Otherwise, hang in there while they investigate the main cause.
On a side note, see if eliminating some memory drain will help. The run down can be found HERE for crashing and lagging issues.
Basically, free up some space on your device AND in your game.
Device: Kill all extra apps running. Make sure only this one is running on your device. Make sure there is a steady stable WiFi supporting it. Give this app wiggle room on the device main internal storage. At least 2-3GB.
Game: Put stuff away. It pushes your game to the limits to force it to be able to pull up all those pixels. The more “stuff” in there, the longer it will take and the more it will drain on the game. So tuck some “stuff” not in use in Inventory.
See if any of these suggestions will help with the stability of your game in the mean time. Otherwise hang in there. They are trying to narrow just what is the culprit causing this issue.

Galaxy Tab4 crashes when going to Enterprise. Tried hard restart and reinstalling to no avail. Started playing Galaxy S5, crashes in Quahog, Enterprise, and visiting friends. Sometimes on the S5 my Bluetooth is interrupted and my wallpaper is reset.

I have similar problems with Bluetooth and wallpaper on my Galaxy S5. I also had one occurance where I completely lost all mobile data connectivity even when showing a full strength LTE signal. The T-Mobile WiFi calling app also fails to enable properly on this phone with Family Guy installed. Remove the game, and all the S5 problems go away.

I’m on a Galaxy S4 mini, and I’m still just about able to progress with play… if I’m careful. The crashes I’m getting (and there are a lot) all seem to be related to changing locations… sometimes between Quahog and the Enterprise, but mostly when visiting neighbours. I find, though, that if I exit the game when I’ve done all the actions I want to in a particular location, it will save my progress, then I can go back in and go to the next location. Bit of a pain, but hopefully I’m only a day or so away from Kirk, even with the bugs.

Hmmm… the crashes all seem to occur when I try to return to my Quahog… but another I encountered, and which will impede my progression in the game, is that it crashes every time I try to get into my inventory, so I can’t place items from the replicator. I did try to contact support… but I don’t know if that worked, as once it had sent, upon returning to my game, it f*@king crashed again.

If the fix does not help, you may have something else going on and may want to look at the Crashing/Lagging help listed in this post. Otherwise, wait to see if the patch they are pushing in game will help.

My game has been experiencing a different (but somewhat related) problem. I’m on iOS and every time I first load up the game, it hangs on the splash/loading screen. It has only started doing this in the last 24-36 hours. I kill the game and remove it from memory. Then I try again and it works fine…until the next time I launch it (rinse and repeat). I have done a hard/cold reset and that does nothing. Will wait for next patch and/or then do a reinstall.

I finally got all the items for Captain Kirk and crafted him! Yay! Then my game crashed every time I tried to access the inventory to unlock him. It’s been about 15-20 times now. So very sad. I have stopped all apps on my device but no joy (this usually works). I can’t remember my password for my account so am quite reluctant to uninstall the game. Any word on a fix yet?

Have 2 mikona android tablets,a 7inch one with my b game on is working well no crashing(touch wood lol). The 10inch one cannot get to enterprise,go into inventory or Ollie verse. Keeps kicking me back to home page. Forced closed,uninstalled and reinstalled which did not work. Tried on other tablet but just the same. Have messaged TC from in game. Thanks for all you do for players.

I can’t open the game at all. Been like it for couple hours now.

I can feel Kirk slipping further and further away. Only character I am missing and the chances are not looking great right now. I can accept not finishing the story easily enough, but that hole where a character is, that tugs right at the heart strings

addition: the storage is not working. every time i try to put something (any thing, building, tree) into storage the program crashes.
together with the fact that there seems to be something in the storage for me (yellow box next to shuttle) it seems thats the main issue.

I just got enough dark matter for Kirk this morning. I created him in the replicator and……Nothing!!! He doesn’t show up anywhere in my game, not even in the replicator to show I had purchased him! Does this have something to do with the Enterprise crash? I have access to both IOS and Android but primarily use my iPhone. What can I do to fix this?

Still crashing when trying to get to enterprise. Been crashing since midday Saturday. Tried force closing, clear cache, and reinstalling several times. Can’t remember what all quest that I have characters on other than the 5 on Bertram, the 3 to Borg cube, crusher and q clearing nerds, Khan digging grave, Scotty playing with ship, and I think I had Borg Consuela doing mission task. Using a Motorola moto x (2nd gen) with lollipop software. Please help. Was only 35 dark matter away from getting Kirk before crash. Also crashing when trying to return from ollieworld

My game 1st crashed almost 48 hours ago I have tried restarting, reinstalling, trying a different device and emailing Tinyco – still nothing, very frustrating as I was only just on target to complete the event – now I have no chance.
It sounds like everyone is having different issues – my game loads, but then I get the Consuela screen with an error message
Empty id in virtual Bpc:CharacterFactory::newObjectForld (const string &) const
Anyone else getting this or know how to fix it?

That’s a new one. They are just getting into the Office for the day now. Give them time to go through all the messages from the weekend. You can still try some basics in the meantime.

I have force stopped, reboot, Uninstaller and reinstalled and all no luck. I am on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. I don’t remember what was the last thing I was doing but around 11pm EST I logged back on and the crashing started even on the support page

My daughter is playing on the Lg Pad 7, on an Android operating system, and every time she clicks on the enterprise icon the app crashes immediately. We uninstalled, reinstalled, force closed the app, and nothing fixes it. She had to go back to the beginning of the Borg battle because of this issue.

Reinstalling it worked and I was able to visit the Enterprise after being locked out for three days (droid). I put Khan and Scotty on 18 hour quests before the crash. After the visit and updating my lonely enterprise crew and their tasks, I closed the game, did other things, came back and now it’s crashing again. Wtf? Sent an away team to the planet that gets me things for Joe, Bertram (1 st level) is defeated, Peter and crusher are getting me stuff for data, Scotty and Khan are doing their first tasks in their quest lines. I don’t have another device to try it on.

Update, my own experience just now,
had Force stop/uninstalled/restart/reload rinse repeat & was still crashing, this last time I completely dimmed the display, ( I thought it was already at lowest?! ) and turned off the back light feature. These are only “changes” I made for this reload session, (had already done other suggestions, memory other apps running etc and now am able to go back and forth to Enterprise for now….
I am behind on the Battle timing, will have to make characters finish the last round if needed, I hope doing that doesn’t affect the amount of their hits? They are each about 5 mins behind Battle timer (or over however you say it, they were restarted about 5 mins late) Sorry my brain is shutting down too!
I was down for a short time so not sure this will help anyone but thought I’d let you know in case it helps one person even!
Will update if more issues arise, need a nap now……

No problems except for a single Consuela connection issue loading screen on a single occasion. I’ve used the game extensively on my Asus Transformer TF300 (CyanogenMod KitKat) and LG Nexus 4 (Lollipop 5.1).

I have the issue on my iOS. Missed beating level 4 Bertram since I couldn’t access my game. Crash issue happened on my 5c phone – played okay on the iPad for awhile. Also still occurred after I uninstalled and reinstalled. I don’t think its unique to Android users as was originally suspected.

I unlocked Captain Kirk but it won’t let me load him in the game, it just keeps freezing! Is part of the Android crash?

Notes on game crashes: Sent to TinyCo also though the game but thought it a good idea to post here too. Game crashes when I attempt to go to the enterprise by any method, open inventory or put anything into inventory, when returning from visiting friends. Have bought all premium characters, Scotty and Khan are working on their quest lines, all 5 Borg Bertram characters are attacking his final stage. All other characters are on various short quests to build dilithium or attain energy. Most characters in Quahog are on 24 hour quests. Playing on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and problems began around midday Sunday GMT. Has got progressively worse since.

If there are a lot of characters on the non-visible tasks (In the Turbo Lift) then you have to scroll down the list if you haven’t tried that, I got freaked on that too until it sort of scrolled when I moved my finger by the list I guess it depends on screen size too so may not be what you mean if you tap at the base of it a list should pop up with characters & tasks w/time slots like visible characters

I’m playing on a Kindle Fire and Fire Phone. I had no issues until I replicated the Guardian of Forever tonight. Since then, it crashes anytime I try to go into my inventory or from the Enterprise to Quahog. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn’t help. I just reported all this to TinyCo.

OK, I have Dual Power 16GB Android 4.4 Kitkat and It just now started crashing over and over, loads and shows user name, then within 30 seconds, even if I don’t touch the screen says “Unfortunately Family Guy Has Stopped Working”
Will be needing to switch out fighters in Final (?!?) Bertram Battle soon,
90-95% of Star Trek Characters on the ship were on non visible tasks,
3 Characters on Borg Cube away mission Have stored everything I could that wasn’t paying out Data within reach and with Dilitihium needed.
I would have earned enough off this final fight to get Kirk
I wasn’t doing anything, just looked over from PC to see if Away team was back and saw the dreaded message!
I give up I am exhausted! I can barely type this from lack of sleep, food etc I can’t concentrate any more….. 😦

Playing on galaxy s4 as well, and have tried all the aforementioned ideas nothing works. .. summary of what my game does: 1) i have to stay the game, wait for it to crash, clear it from task manager, and start it again then it works… ish… 2) the game lets me travel to the enterprise but crashes when trying to travel back. 3) game crashes any time you try to access the inventory. 4) the game crashes when you try to use the blimp. 5) the “face box” in the top left corner occasionally shows up as Peter for everyone ( lol..) so far that’s all i have. And as far as the in game messages I’m not sure if they’re getting them or not, i have not gotten a response but it is Sunday after all… if anyone has any other specific issues I didn’t get to here, pass em on

I have a Droid Maxx, did the uninstall and reinstalled and I still crash trying to go to enterprise, put anything in storage and visiting friends. I do not have another device to try it on. Carrier is Verizon, phone is only 3 months old. I do not remember the last things really, but crusher to crush it, khan was digging a grave, Chris was battling Borg.

This morning i was having terrible crashing issues (crashing the phone entirely).
I reinstalled. And it’s improved things a bit. I’m still having random crashes but not obviously tied to the enterprise transfer.

Not that I’m bragging or rubbing it into anyone’s face, but I’m having no problems with my game at all. Just thought I’d give my 2 cents that the problems aren’t affecting everyone.
I’m on Android, have all Characters and just working on tasks. I can go from Quahog to Enterprise both ways and can return to Quahog with no problems. just sent Captain Joe on his first task, no problems yet.

I am in the same position, I have had no problems. I am using Android, Lollipop on a Galaxy S tablet for one game, and Android Kit Kat on a Galaxy 3 tablet for another. My Galaxy S tablet game is linked to my Galaxy 6 phone, and I have not had any problems, other than some lag on the older G3 tablet.
I do feel badly for those that have invested a lot of time and money and are having these issues, and I hope that they are resolved.

I can not leave quahog and travel to enterprise it just freezes. I am in iPhone 6 and if I go out and come back in all I had did before trying to travel has gone. I have reinstalled with no effect

I still can’t access the enterprise still from my s5 cell phone. I can on the I pad but when I’m working I use my phone and with all the timed missions I’m kinda screwed.

Finally got Kirk but now I can’t get him out of the gold box in Quahog, every time I tap the box the game instantly shuts down. This along with all the other crash issues going on right now in my game is the worst I’ve ever experienced, extremely frustrated right now! Been sending in game messages, they gotta get this straightened out… ughhh.

Have you tried just going to the Inventory through other methods? Through Menu? By tapping and holding and object to pull you into the Movement screen, then tapping on the Inventory Box Icon in lower right corner?

Hey Bunny, I am having the same problem as Randy. When I try to go to the inventory the game shuts down as well. I will try the other methods first then Uninstall/Reinstall if need be and see what happens.

Good Grief, the inventory button even makes the game crash, so can’t even get in there! Also don’t think my in game messages are actually going through, game crashes also as soon as I send a message. Again, this is far worse than any issues I’ve ever had with this game. Guess I need to email them.

Exact same issues when I try the game on my old backup Galaxy S3 (I always use a Samsung Note 8.0 tablet to play). Also, Reinstall did not help. Just reporting, not complaining here. TinyCo getting my complaints, if they are going through.

Feedback right now of exactly what you are seeing on each device will help them to pinpoint (see questions up top). They are seeing if it is device specific. Certain area of play. Specific item triggering it. Etc. Basically what any tech troubleshooting does to find the cause… narrow it down and look at all possibilities.

I’m on the Android and having the crash issue, on my one tablet if I use the Riker shuttle I can get to the enterprise,but my phone still can’t get up there. I will try the options you listed see if that fixes it thank you guys for the info,and I also let TinyCo know too.

Crashes every time I try to go back to Quahog from the enterprise losing whatever I did
Workaround:
I can go to Ollie’s town from the enterprise and back, that will save your characters tasks and anything else you did on the enterprise, so when you restart you won’t lose all your progress.
After crafting the last items in the replicator I can no longer access my inventory it crashes the game now also (I’m guessing my stuff is in there since it still has the check mark in the replicator.)
Will report to tinyco in game also.

Ok, I must be one of the few that didn’t get updated or my town is under attack….I still can’t reach enterprise, I get notifications but can’t collect, can’t send, can’t inventory anything our the game crashes. I cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled but no luck. I did get a weird message from consuela saying that Apple watch/Apple ios can’t read files. (I’m on android 4.4). Tinyco has been notified, but nothing had changed, any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks ladies

My issue happened the moment I just got enough of what is needed to get Captain Kirk, World of Tomorrow, Picard’s Fencing, and Data’s chip building. I got all 4 of them at the same time and then I went back to Quahog, attempted to get them all by clicking on the platform next to the crashed shuttle craft.The game crashes. I have done this 7 times. The game force closes when I attempt to open the items waiting for me in the town.
Also, if I just go to The Enterprise and then try to come back to Quahog, it crashes.
That’s my issue.
I hope they allow us more time to play, because now that i have everything there was to get (from collecting)…I wanted to finish off the quests I put aside while trying to kill Bertram for the Dark Matter.

UPDATE to my issue. Now the game doesn’t load at all…crashes during load up screen. Could be a good thing and they have taken down the Android server (or something) while they attempt to fix the issue.

I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game this morning. (please make sure you are signed in with some sort of account so your game progress is SAVED)
It worked with no issues at all.
Everything is like it was before the crash issues…nothing is causing a crash.

Reloaded the iOS (deleting everything on iPad air 2) and reloaded FG:TQFS. It took me about 5 freeze ups before I finally got into the Enterprise area. Now that I’m here, I turned “autolock” to “never,” and plugged in my iPad to the wall socket for continous power. This will allow the game to stay on and never shut off automatically. Now that I am in the Enterrise area, I plan to leave it on the Enterprise screen until the event is over.

An update to my earlier post:
Reloading the iOS, which also deletes EVERYTHING on your iPod seems to work, but it is only temporary. Eventually you get locked out of the Enterprise again. I’ve reloaded the iOS about 4 times and regained access to the Enterprise for a few playing sessions – but, again it is short lived.
This very last time reloading the iOS did not help at all. I was still locked out. So, I dunno. Guess I’ll go try again…. 😦

I just don’t understand what’s taking so long the excuse that it’s the weekend and a skeleton crew was only on duty is unacceptable as soon as they saw there was a problem they should have came in and fixed it

Electronic issues are not so simple as a flip of the switch. If it were… life would never had need of IT or Tech support and existence would be a lot different.
The skeleton crew just means there is not anyone to reply to an email to YOU. No customer service. It has nothing to do with the techs there. They are always there. Don’t assume what you can not see. 😉

Having issues on both Android and iOS. Anytime I deal with Captain Pike Joe the game hangs and then crashes. Happens in A game on iOS and B game on Android. Did the same a few times with Kirk, TC graciously got that fixed yesterday.

Update to this from yesterday. iOS still crashes every time I click on Captain Pike Joe. I am able to navigate fine on iOS and Android (Note 10.1) back and forth to Enterprise. Android crashes with Captain Pike Joe also.
