Hey there Tribblemakers!
With the New Phase 3 out and the Warp Core at Level 3, there are LOTS of new things that are catching players attention and I wanted to shed a lil more light on those that we are seeing most.
Let’s jump in and take a look at some of the main questions we are seeing and the answers we have so far on them.

Week 3 is live…time to upgrade the Warp Core to level 3 and unlock the Bridge!
In Week 3 we’ll see Borgs, Locutus, Starfleet Lois, Guinan, Skimpy Sarong Herbert (finally for the right reason), a brand new mystery box and Phaser Battles!
As always we’ll be back as soon as we go through it all…remember you’ll need 25 Life Support Energy to unlock the Bridge…

BUNNY REMINDER: As stated whenever you tapped the Warp Core… in order to Upgrade… your STARFLEET XP LEVEL needs to be at 4.
So… to get to WARP CORE 3
… get your STARFLEET XP to 4.

As I’m moderating the comments from earlier today (sorry we’re a little late on them today, hectic day) I’m seeing a bunch of you report crashing issues in your game since yesterday’s update.
First, know that you are not alone. There are lots of reports of this happening. Second, I know many of you can’t report this to TinyCo because your game keeps crashing. So…we’ve contacted them and they’re working on trying to determine what’s causing it. However, they need your help.
IF you’re experiencing crashing issues in your game please answer the following in the comments below:
1. What OS are you using? (Apple, Android, Amazon)
2. What device are you currently on? (iPhone, Galaxy S5, Kindle etc)
3. When did the crashing start? (for example after updating to 1.7.5)
If you could please provide that information ASAP so they can hopefully work out a solution before the update is supposed to hit later today, that would be great.

Bouncing on by for some help on the options of the new set of rooms offered once you unlock Ten Forward aboard the Star Trek Enterprise.
Update: Guys…this is what I would call a time waster quest. It’s designed to pull you away from what you’re doing and give you “busy work”. It’s really not anything special. Just a few lines of dialogue and 2 tasks for characters. There’s no prize at the end. Honestly, if you pass on it you’re probably a smart one. You’re much better off having Peter continue to grind for Transporter energy than do a short questline that awards nothing at the end….just my own 2 cents. So don’t panic about it. And no, I don’t see a timer associated with it. So not sure if TinyCo will pull it after today or what the plan is.

Star Trek has arrived in Quahog! And with this second phase you’ll unlock Deanna, Klingon Chris & travel to strange new planets! (well at least send characters to travel)
During Phase 2 several questlines will popup in order to help you understand the event ahead, and prepare our Tiny Quahogs for travel to the Enterprise! In addition to a few character questlines. Working your way through these questlines will help you earn more Dilithium Crystals and XP to help you better move through the event, and buy Enterprise items!
So what are we waiting for? Let’s take a closer look at the Klingon questlines that you’ll encounter…
