I literally have no idea how anyone is supposed to earn 100 guitar picks for her….I’ve got 60 with 30 mins left I’m never gonna get her and I play it a hell of a lot……I only ever seem to get 2 toad men for Peter to get a day…..I only have done 2 concerts…..and I do about 10-15 bees a day so how in the hell is anyone supposed to save up 170 for Meg and Brian within 4 days? I’ve had to spend so much time trying to get Joe as well cos the extra rare ones were impossible.
I’ve spent so much on this game already since it started I’m not gonna spend 300 on a frigging meg costume it’s getting as much a rip off as Simpsons tapped out.
Not happy…..at least make the targets realistic!!

Sorry you are struggling. Many got her just fine in the first few days. The Spotted Toads and Toad Users were in full force then. Once you hit the 2nd Phase content they slowed down as other items like the Bee girls replaced them.

Is Meg’s costume worth it? I have enough glow sticks to unlock her and Rapper Brian both, but part of me thinks I should pass on Meg and wait for more cool stuff later in the event. Thoughts from people who unlocked her makeover costume?

Bunny I’m going to email you about a glitch w this event.. It’s very interesting.. Unless someone else reported it to you, which they very well may have.. I’ll just leave it at that.

What sucks is I finished the quest line I had 2 days Left on meg and than it kicked her out and now I have brian/joe.. So I didnt think about it and could have built her but she went away… dont continue the Avril Lavigne quest line (at least in my case) before you build her .

She didn’t go away… All you have to do is tap on “NEXT” in the Merch Tent. There is more than one page. 😉

Just got Rapper Brian this morning and one more oil for Joe Lion and I’ll have him, all main quests finished, if you put Avril/Peter on the 1 Day concert the game counts it as a Joe Lion concert, so I have finished the main guest with out even needing to unlock him. Do you think the “Spooner Stage” had something to do with the 5 minute concerts?

Just finished this questline so now just have 2 quests open. Joe’s & Brian’s. Things seem to be running smoothly 🙂

I’m new to QFS so this is my first big event but I’m finding it confusing (for me) and confused (I.e. poorly executed) . This site has one a good job trying yo communicate what the fame itself does not.
I was working on Meg’s costume, but now it says it’s locked. I didn’t think it was ready to timeout yet, and Brian’s costume is locked, too, and that just started recently. So I don’t understand that.
Now, I’ve a quest that says I’m to Make Meg’s Makeover costume, and takes me to the costume store…but Meg’s costume ISNT there. Whaaaaa?

As you are new, this is something you will run into over and over with Costumes in Al’s.
Basically it goes like this… you can only “CREATE” one Costume in Al’s at a time (all items done, you tap CREATE, timer starts to CREATE the Costume). If you try to “CREATE” a second one while that first one is in there… it locks you out of the game. (Something we found out last July’s Event). So to stop that from ever happening again, any OTHER Costume in the game will “Lock Out” until that one you are creating in Al’s times out completely and you tap the Check Mark.
So… short story long… when you are done with the one in Al’s and tap the check mark… Meg and Brian and any other costume “Locked” will unlock and go back to normal.

Just got her unlocked and starting the moves task. How do u catch this greased up deaf guy? Ive never seen him and been looking for a long time at a time. Guess im doing something wrong. Im on the quagmire search for him now
