Well, Stewie has finally arrived in Quahog, and we want to know YOUR thoughts about what it takes to unlock him as well as share the results of last week’s 4th of July Event Poll!
First the new stuff….this week we want to know what YOU think about what it takes to unlock Stewie. If you don’t see your answer in the poll, feel free to mention it down in the comments below:
Now let’s get to the results of the 4th of July Event Poll…
Bunny here hopping on in really quick to give you all a lil info from our friends at TinyCo. MANY of you have made comments in regards to the drops for those really hard to get Materials for the Characters. Days and weeks of tasks that yielded no results. This is where it really pays off to have a company that listens to its players.
TinyCo has made changes to the drops in your game as of version 1.0.15. The levels of items (uncommon, rare, extra rare, etc) are still the same along with the randomness of the drops themselves. The change they have made is now after you have a certain amount of drops (the amount varies by each item) without anything yielding, the chance increases in your favor and becomes more likely to drop.
Things like this is why we here at Family Guy Addicts encourage YOU to communicate with them. They really are great at listening and making changes. Let us know if you have noticed a change in YOUR game. Are you getting those hard to acquire items more often now? Notice any specific changes for you? Give me your feedback on it.

Hello there Clammers!
We last left off our walkthrough we had unlocked Tricia and Connie (oh those stupid eyeballs!). And something was hinted that Stewie might be at Funland. So now we pick this up right where we left off, with Mid-Life Crisis Lois!
The Entertainment District is where you’ll unlock Stewie and Carter, These two characters have appeared locked in the game since it started & MANY of you have been asking just when they’ll appear. Well now we’ll finally see what they can do!
Once again this District walkthrough is structured by questline (Note:Questline is considered the entire task list that is required under a certain title. For example Freaks & Geeks Pt. 1, Pt 2 etc). This should help you keep track of what comes next in each questline & what you’ll need to do. Keep in mind, with this game various quests/tasks can be running at once. You can be in the middle of 1 questline and another questline will start, however the order in which the questlines appear may be different for each game.
Unlocking characters in the Entertainment District will take a lot of patience, as the list of “Stuff” required to unlock is longer, the quantities of each are greater, and more costumes are required to unlock characters! Take your time, try not to get frustrated when the items don’t appear. Try a different task to unlock the item, or try working on a different item.
So let’s pick our walkthrough back up with Lois, Stewie, Carter & a whole new District to explore!

After a VERY long wait….Stewie (and District 8) have arrived!
District 8 should unlock for you with out a character prompt (just tap on the area) as long as you’ve completed District 7.
Midlife Crisis Lois kicks things off….you’ll be required to Clear the Amusement Park Block which will cost you $12,000 and take 18hrs…

Update 9:20PM ET: Looks like 4th of July has been removed from the game. No signs of District 8 yet. We’ll keep our eyes out and let you know if/when we see anything.

Looks like TinyCo has given us a small indication as to when the event will end (at least if you want to believe an the in game popup)….this appeared in our games yesterday:
So it looks like we’ve got about an hour and a half left to complete any last purchases/item grabs in the event before it all disappears! (4pm PDT, 7pm EST)

The Quest for Stuff (TQFS) is nearly 3 months old already (on the 10th)! And now that the game has been around for a little while, we’ve been through a few events & many of you have established Quahogs it’s time to show us YOUR town!
One of the best things about this game is that it allows for design creativity. No two towns are alike because each Quahog is uniquely created by YOU…and we want to see what you’ve done! Each week we’ll pick a theme/building for you to showoff. All you have to do is upload a screenshot of that area of your Quahog and post a link (via Dropbox, Flickr or any other site you like to use) in the comments below! So what are you waiting for ?
