If they have an OPEN area in the trees… they are NOT playing a TinyCo authorized game as that is the Event Area and ONLY open during Events. (None going on right now).
If it is just one hanging round their regular town and not on the tree event section… then it is one they won from the Kingdom Event most likely

I am playing on windows, and I cannot unlock district 4. Ive done everything in the walkthrough. I also have no “quests” tasks written on my little pad so I have no idea what I need to do. So I pulled up the walkthrough but its kind of difficult to understand. But looking at it Ive done everything at least once. But its been a while. I think dist 4 should have opened by now. Also I cannot pull up peter, quagmire, or jerome’s tasks. I can only use them by going into the als place and clicking on a task needed for an item. I cant just give them a task by clicking on them even though they all have exclamation marks over them. Any help would be appreciated.

If you signed up with g+, yes. It is the same as unlinking and relinking with Facebook. Instructions on very bottom of post below. Just tap the g+ option instead.

I just downloaded the Windows 8.1 version of the game, and it plays fine, the background and houses are fine, but all the characters are flashing random colors and appearing transparent. Is this something I can fix? I checked the settings, but there doesn’t seem to be much of anything there.

Hi guys, I’ve noticed that there are little film/movie icons on my tasks recently but can’t see what they are for. Can you guys shed some light on these please? I’m pretty up to date in the game – nearly collected Phineas and about half way for Barnaby. Have unlocked Pawtucket and started building a few of the beer things (tree done, needing one more item for the annex). Thanks.

When I started playing the game used my girlfriends FB account as it was the dominant one on my iPad ,would changing the game name(in acc settings) change the name that my neighbours see or am I stuck using my gf fb acc?.

If you want to use your OWN Facebook and not hers anymore, there are a few steps to take to swap them out and ensure the game progress is saved properly….
(See bottom of that post) So there is that option just in case you want it.
Outside that, your neighbors are linked to the Facebook account. So all those friends will see in the game any changes you make to that account profile when it comes to pictures and names. So if you are keeping the same Facebook (girlfriends), but just updating the Facebook profile settings… then they will see a different name and picture update within the neighbor screen.

I found out something interesting with the new year’s tower thing that I’m not sure many people (if any) know about yet. Placing the tower in storage, then placing it again resets the counters inside.. it doesn’t give you another Jillian’s apartment, but it DOES give you 10 clams… I’ve doesn’t it once already and am working on the second GO through.. might want to let everyone know before they squash it.. 🙂

The update should have fixed it. Try some basic troubleshooting and see if it helps.

He is gone. Building may stay… but no Character as they are a separate entity that you have to unlock in order to own.

It’s supposed to mean it’s an outdoor/visual task. However….not all of them are. Some are still indoor tasks, little bug on TinyCo’s side that needs to be fixed.

If you have the Rite of Passage, you drop the balls when all the items for it are collected and at that point the apartment is placed in your inventory.
If you don’t have the Rite of Passage, you will see the option in the shopping cart menu to buy it.

You can’t have neighbors unless you link via Facebook. So he’ll need to link to Facebook in order to be able to accept neighbors.

Hi there, my question is that on my current game, I am signed in as a guest user. Is there anyway I can sign in to another account without losing my game progress? I’m already in district 10 and I don’t know if I’ll be able to save my progress if I get another phone. If I add another account to my game, will I lose my progress?

If you are playing on the mobile version, you will need to link your account to Facebook or an email to store all your progress. Then you can go on another mobile device and sign in the exact same way and load your game progress.

Another issue on the windows version is that Chris wants to rock out ..But it says it need Kool Aid man but he is not available …So many bugs in the game I would suggest that no one spends to much time on the windows platform

It “appears” to not move… but it is. It is more a visual illusion as it takes more and more XP the higher the Levels you go. Don’t worry. Everyone’s been there. Just keep going. 😉

My phone completely crashed to the point of having to get a new one but same model being a Samsung Galaxy s4.. But now i have lost everything on the game including everything i paid for. I tried to log back in with google but says only have a save from today the 17/01/2015..

Do you have any screenshots from the other game? Anything that would show your Player ID or opening screen? Are you sure you were connected via g+ and didn’t sign in with just email or Facebook? In order to retrieve your game save, you need to log in exactly the same way you linked it initially.

HELP ME PLZ!! Forced close error, unable to unlock character>>
Just finished all the tasks for Carter, but whenever I try click the “unlock” button next to him, the game just got forced close. Now, I have tried to close app/turn off the ipad/uninstall the game……and EVEN after I re-install the game and log back into my account, the error still exist. HOW DO I FIX IT????
If I can’t fix it, the game won’t be able to move forward since unlocking Carter and make him do tasks are part of the game process. Plz help!

My game says not enough workers for 0 buildings and 2 blocks in save game

That means just what it says… you do not have enough workers to build items. They can only do one thing at a time, so if they are clearing land or building something else, you got to buy more workers or wait for that one to finish.

Hi. I’m still waiting for anything more to play out about the stolen plutonium to power Stewie’s blimp. I’m sure I’ve completed all of the preceeding quests, but I do just have the blimp sitting there doing nothing – with a message saying “to be continued”. Have I missed something? By logging in with Facebook, is it possible to share your game progress across multiple devices?

Yes. I do it all the time. When you link your account to Facebook or email, you can then do the same on other devices. It is just a matter of downloading the app and loggin in the exact identical way on each one.
