Best Of 2017 Questline glitch!!!

There’s a glitch over at the Griffin place, and it’s seeing a lot of tasks popping up all over the place. Yes this glitch is going to see us having to do the Questlines again!!!

Yes, many of us who already had the Kung Pow Quahog characters unlocked and Questlines completed are seeing history repeat itself as their Questlines re-appear. I’ve reported this to TinyCo, but whether they can remove them or we need do the Questlines again I don’t know yet, I’ll let you know once I do.

Update: Ok now I know, TinyCo are going try remove them for us do we don’t get repetitive strain redoing them all. And they have, they should have disappeared from your game.

But until then, it’s just a task to the left….. then a task to the right…..

But seriously try to be careful you don’t put essential characters on Questline tasks instead of their cybersecurity software drop task as the Questline tasks will jump to the top of the profile task lists now!!!

Best Of 2017 Week 2 is here….. and Vladimir Putin is NOT timed!!!

They say what happened in 2017 should stay buried in the past, but not when it comes to Quahog…. Yup history is repeating itself  as a host of characters and costumes make their comeback in the second part of the latest event to hit our games, Best of 2017.

Yes, the festive frolics of Christmas are but a distant memory and it’s time to pick up a few returning bargains. I’ll get the LIVE post up as soon as possible. Until then here’s a list of returning characters to let you decide if you want to hang around in Week 1 a little longer or progress to Week 2. And remember if you want to hang around in Week 1 DON’T complete Pt 7 of the Questline Ghosts of 2017s Past.  So here’s the returning characters and costumes, please note this doesn’t include characters/costumes returning in the week 2 mystery box.

Tai-Jitsu Lois
Samurai Quagmire
Golden Dragon
Sumo Chris
Yogi Fighter Brian
Kung Fu Herbert
Walking Joe

As well as there’s a new character to unlock, Vladimir Putin. With less than a week to go I the event here’s obviously no timer on him.

Also worth noting is there’s a new event currency AK-47s. But you can also still collect Red Stars from clearing Russian Spy Bots.

Kung Pow Quahog 101: Fighting Killer Kung Pow Giant Chicken the FREEMIUM way

Hey there guys, I did cover this in the main 101 post, but it was a long one and some of you freemium players just want to know can you really have a shot at defeating Killer Kung Pow Giant Chicken 8 times to get those 8 feathers in the final week of the event! Well I’m hoping this will help you have the best shot of doing so!!!

In this post I will only cover the freemium fighter combos to bring down Killer Kung Pow Giant Chicken, in order to try to help you as you will need to defeat him 8 times to unlock the Kung Pow Giant Chicken character costume, (and of course if you don’t have him already you get Giant Chicken thrown in too).

Kung Pow Quahog 101: Fighting Killer Kung Pow Giant Chicken

Hey there guys, do you feel like chicken tonight, chicken tonight!!!

With Phase 4 of the Kung Pow Quahog Event in full swing I thought I’d drop by with a post on defeating Killer Kung Pow Giant Chicken, in the hope it will stop you from getting your feathers in a flap over him.

In this post I will go over the Basics of the Killer Kung Pow Giant Chicken fight, in order to try to help you as you will need to defeat him 8 times to unlock the Kung Pow Giant Chicken character costume, (and of course if you don’t have him already you get Giant Chicken thrown in too) and once to complete the main Questline Pt. 8, completing this isn’t necessary as it’s the final phase but I know some of you are completepionists and like to do so. Be aware that you won’t get credit for any defeats before you reach Pt. 8, you need to defeat him when this part of the Questline is active in order for the task to complete.

Now this post will give as much detail as I can give in the time I had to get this posted in order to be of any help, you need to be attacking now to have any chance at the costume, and I just don’t have the time to give the odds for every combo of fighters this time as there are way too many variables and too little time, but I hope the examples I give will at least guide you to making the right decision based on the fighters you have. In other words this has been a nightmare to write. It’s no wonder I’m reaching for a headache patch, lol.

Kung Pow Quahog 101: Fighting Mr Washee Washee

Hey there wishy washers!!

With the Kung Pow Quahog Event in full swing there are some questions arising about Fighting Mr Washee Washee. Again I’m sorry we didn’t get a guide to this up sooner, it was another on Bunny’s to do list but as I said previously she wasn’t able to get her posts together, so I’m going to do another quick guide now.  I hope it will address some of the concerns and questions arising in the comments. And I also want thank players such as Chris K, Cathy Oney, Rach, Christo, Jessica and Schlubadub who have been kindly sharing their experience of the battles etc in the comments to try help answer other players questions that I haven’t been able to straight away.
