Hello There Clammers!
Comic-Con phase 2 has arrived in Quahog! The second phase brings a new celebrity to our towns as well as a Stewie invasion! I know many of you are curious about what’s in store for us in our Tiny Quahogs during the second phase of this event..So with that in mind here’s the full quick walkthrough for phase 2 of the event (phase 1 can be found here) This covers the quests that popup during the first few days of Comic-Con including: Creature from the Goo Lagoon and Perls of Wisdom
So now…let’s blast some inky Stewies shall we?
As always these are structured by questline (Note:Questline is considered the entire task list that is required under a certain title. For example Creature From the Goo Lagoon Pt. 1, Pt. 2 etc). This should help you keep track of what comes next in each questline & what you’ll need to do. Keep in mind, with this game various quests/tasks can be running at once. You can be in the middle of 1 questline and another questline will start, however the order in which the questlines appear may be different for each game.

Here’s what you’ll need:
10 Jazz Records- Earned by: Make Quagmire Watch “My Little Furry” or Get from Red Shirt Nerds or Get from the “Q” or Get From Beatnik’s Jazz Club
20 Puppies- Earned by: Zap Latcher Stewie or Make Bruce Make Bathtub Gin or Get From Ron Perlman’s Trailer
10 Black and White Movies- Earned by: Zap Latcher Stewie or Make Captain Hammered Fly Under the Influence or Get from the Screening Theater
5,000 Blam! (remember this will take away from your Blam! on hand total..but not your overall event total)
Completed Task Earns 50 Blam! , 35xp and 3 Batteries
Perls of Wisdom Pt. 3
Ron Perlman starts
Make Ron Perlman Practice Fighting Large Monsters– 4hrs, Earns $50, 30xp, 10 Blam! and chance for a Battery.

Ron Perlman starts
Make Ron Perlman Frolic with Puppies– 12hrs, Earns $100, 65xp and 20 Blam!

This completes the second phase of the Comic Con Event! This phase should last until this weekend when they’ll introduce a new celebrity to Quahog!

So I have all of the other items to get Ron Perelman but only one jazz record from quagmire. Cannot get them from q hotel or red nerds on my android. I also have a problem as can’t unlock Stevie as it just crashes and same for Carter. I wrote to tinyco and they said they are working on it but it’s been a couple of weeks now and I want Stevie lol

When was the last time you received contact from them? I would suggest if more than 5 days, contact them again from in your game.

Me too. I have had Ron for what seems like a couple of weeks and only two records. I put Quagmire on his furry quest constantly…and nothin’.

Please contact them and let them know through your game. I want them to see all the players still stating this is an issue.

You will have to buy the beatnik jazz club quagmire won’t get you the records, I have unlocked Carter but not stewie cuz Brian & Lois do not get plutonium no matter how many times I tried, this game is set up to make you spend real money to buy clams

Hi, should the jazz records for Ron pearl man have more ways to drop than just from quagmire and his dirty animals and beatniks? Have read in a few places that the hotel and nerds drop this also? But is seems to be missing from the list

We were told the Q and the Red Nerds should still drop them. Just remember they are a rarer item and they may not come as fast as other items.

Oh right, does that mean they don’t appear on the ‘available from’ list on Ron pearman? I get the lower drop rate thing but 0 have dropped from any nerds or the q hotel and Ron’s bee stood there for days haha

why it is so hard to find jazz record for perlman? I have tasked quagmire for “watch little fury” everyday from 5 days ago and only get 3 jazz records

When you click on ron then click on jazz record does your game show q hotel and red shirts as an option…mine only states quagmire and beatnicks

Time frame is always up in the air. Just whenever it hits the markets. So impossible to pinpoint. Just keep an eye out. We always announce it. 😉

I’m not sure where to post this so ill do it here. TinyCo advertises the BunchaJunk Gift Shop as dropping 33% of the time. It was introduced as a helper building when D8 was unlocked. I bought to speed up Stewie. I’ve had it drop ONE in 8 try’s . Contacted TinyCo through the game received a canned reply about drop rates ranging from common to extra rare and assurance buildings were checked and dropping as they should BS! 1 out of 8 is not 33%! I paid real money for this thing, it doesn’t work and they still haven’t done a damn thing about it I’m extremely pissed at this point

That is interesting. Not sure on those odd drop buildings. Mine all seemed to drop correctly in the test games. I would say make another attempt to open a dialog with them and see if maybe they can take it out and reimburse your clams. Doesn’t hurt to ask. 😉

If they reimbursed me 80 clams for a 270 clam building I’d be happy. 80 clams = 2 plutonium and that’s how many I feel I’m owed at this point.

I have almost 7000 blam so far…I started last week when it realeased for android im playing daily and more than I usually do.. im trying not to spend any money bc im a paraplegic and on a fixed income. I enjoy this game very much takes my mind off the pain im in. I. Saying all that do you think with what I have now I could finish the quest ..ifinished the last one and got king butt and spent very little but seems theres more challenges on this one and more money to spend. Would like some feedback on here please or ucd email me ***

My suggestion to you is the same as any other player. Stay in your limits. Play to have fun and enjoy. Don’t stress or struggle to get to where everyone else is. There are ways to earn Blam! without spending money. I have more details on a post coming really soon.
TinyCo does have the knack to change and adapt the game, and with 5 weeks to go…I foresee lots more of Blam! earning potential coming. If you want to play freemium, then do so. Don’t feel obligated to spend money on it just because others are. Just be realistic on it and know you may not get everything, so set your sights on what you DO want and what you feel you CAN achieve. Start simple and small, then once done. Set another small goal. It will help you enjoy the game a lot more than focus on ALL OR NOTHING. That’s my outlook on it all anyway. Games are made to be fun and enjoyable.
If you truly want to spend money, wait. See what comes available and THEN decide if it is worth those Clams. What may seem a cool purchase today, may be replaced with a better deal tomorrow. I say this only due to there are 5 weeks still left. So much more coming. Don’t spend it all in the first weeks. 😉

Ron will earn you more Blam! where Joe will not earn you blam! (unless you’re on the Cop Joe joint task with Bonnie). So in your case…i’d say go with unlocking Ron 🙂

I don’t know if Ron Perlman is good luck for me, or what, but I’m down to needing one puppy (with no Ron specific buildings or rushing) *and* for some reason, my Plutonium for Stewie finally dropped enough that I just need a couple more blueprints to complete him. Hale-fricken-luljah.

Since they are dropping a new character every week, does anyone know if Ron will leave if I cannot get him before they drop the new character? Or are we going to be able to unlock multiple characters at the same time?

Ron will be here the entirety of the event. So you have til the end of the event to get him. Same with others 😉

Does the opportunity to get Ron all his stuff end on Friday when the new celebrity drops or will we still be able to continue collecting Ron’s stuff too? Trying to see of I need to rush some of his collection tasks before Friday.

It is all in how YOU want to play the game. He does drop needed items now and then and 50 Blam!

Anybody know what happens to those of us in the middle of zapping and end up not being accessing their games to finish the challenge? I still have not heard from TinyCo and I have not been able to access the game since Sunday night…I’ve already missed the second car challenge since I was in the middle of it when the problem occurred. I am also missing on on finishing Ron Perlman and collecting blam.. I’m prob down a few thousand already while waiting 😦

We feel for you, we really do. Sadly only TinyCo can go into your game and sort out the problems. I know you have uninstalled and reinstalled your game with no luck. They are fixing a lot of bugs right now, so it’s taking extra time. Open another help ticket at http://www.tinycom.com/support/ See if they can give you the “Nailgunner” or Extra Blam….or at least some clams so you can speed some tasks up and help you catch up. 🙂

I’m also on a FB group and I had posted about my issue there as well and just so happen a TinyCo employee is a member of… She fixed my game (YAY!!!) She said it’s a known glitch that they are working on.. Word of advice, DON’T move your workers bunks until the glitch is fixed 🙂 The best part is that it started where I left off Sun night, I can still complete the first clinger stewie challenge.. I’m behind everybody else but I’ll catch up with some hard work 🙂

I only have 17,323 Blam! and with 34 days left it feels impossible if this keeps up to get up to 100,000 Blam! to get George Takei. I have the monster truck and the Blam-bar. Do you guys think it will be possible to get him without doing/buying anything else? Just keep playing almost hourly?
And another thing, is it just me or does it feel like the nerd are spawning more and more often?

You’re doing fine. You’ve almost collected a fifth of what’s needed and there is still close to 5 weeks left. As more characters enter the game, more Blam per day will be found. Plus TinyCo always increases event currency opportunities as the weeks of an event roll on. 🙂

Can anyone tell me where the nail runner is stored for me to place, when i unlocked it i was at work and got disturbed by my boss so put my phone down, now i cant find it or remember what it said when i unlocked it.
I completed the other task for zapping stewies at the same time 😦

Hi. I just completed one of the 4-day quests that said I would get a car after checking the car out and zapping octo Stewie 15 times. However I can’t find the car. It’s not in the list of things to purchase, and it didn’t offer me to place it somewhere. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or can tell me the name of the quest (I forgot it) so I can email tinyco?

Hard to say, more and more Blam will come to you as you unlock more characters, complete quests and so on. Plus TinyCo is notorious for putting in last minute “Hail Marys” to help out those players with lower “event currency” totals. Just get what you can right now, stay focused on the quest lines and unlocking characters and don’t worry too much about Blam totals. 🙂

To say ‘don’t worry too much about blam totals’ doesn’t seem to convey what you mean. It’s very likely that the hail mary’s C-Silly mentioned will come along, but I think they will only help those that did ‘worry’ about their Blam totals.
By worry I don’t mean fret and dispair, just play when they can, play to maximize their blam take, don’t get discouraged, and don’t give up. If you go the distance, its a good bet that Tinyco will try to meet you there. if you just casually play and wait for an apology to kick in and get you to the finish line, you are almost certain to fall short.
In essence, play like you weren’t a week behind. Leave that week to Tinyco. The rest is up to you!

I just noticed that my efforts to unlock Ron Perlman are not registering with the game. After 3 days i thought i was close but noticed i only have 2 of each thing instead of well over 10 each. anyone else not getting credit for earned stuff? i had actually just gotten 3 jazz records right before i checked so i know that one is way off and puppies have been dropping like crazy from the nerds. is this a common glitch or just my problem? i sent a support message through the game and hope to hear back soon. hopefully they can credit me for what i earned so i am not further behind than i am now. frustrating enough having to spam jobs over and over for each little thing but to not get credit for it when it does finally drop is pretty much the end of it for me at this point.
by the way how exactly do they contact me? the message i sent did not ask for any email or anything. does any reply appear in game? just curious what to look out for.

You have done everything right so far. I would also uninstall/reinstall the game (make sure it is linked to an email or Facebook account). This way you can be sure it’s not a corrupted file on your end. Use link below for assistants.
To see if they have responded, check the same “contact us” area. It will show a little 1 in the right corner letting you know a reply is waiting for you. I have also received push notifications. Keep us posted on your progress. 🙂

Just another thought, i am playing on bluestacks. will this make a difference in them supporting my problem or will this somehow cause me to be ignored by them?
and i sssssoooooo wish they’d get TSTO working on it again. ipod touch is so small to play on.

They will work the problem through your device. They shouldn’t care at all that you use Bluestacks. 😉

It happened to me once that I didn’t get credit and I did everything to try and get it to show up, nothing worked then after like 3 days my count on how many I had earned was correct.

So I collected 3 more records last night and my total went from 2 to 3. Am still waiting to hear from support but if they don’t do something to credit me I am done with the game. Like many people I am just to frustrated anyway and this is too much for me. I’ll give them another day and that’s it.
Keep up the great work here and I’ll still be enjoying the TSTO sister site and game.

They finally got back to me and pushed an update to make ron perlman appear in my town again. they clearly did not understand my issue. and to make it worse, resetting him actually set me back the progress i made today on him!!! i resent the message to support explaining the screw-up and will be deleting the game this evening if they do not fix this. i was actually being credited what i got today and was also getting lucky with lots of drops but they actually put me back to where it was yesterday before the glitch seemed to iron itself out 😦 my blood pressure should not take such a hit from a “casual” game.
well at least TSTO is still fun and not shortening my life span. thanks again for the help. see ya over at TSTOaddicts

Menu > Account Info > the PlayerID will be the long string of letters and numbers in the bottom right corner.
It can take at least 24 hours for them to respond depending on how many issues they have awaiting.

OK drama is over 🙂 Tiny Co credited me with the missing items and hopefully whatever the glitch was, it is now gone as it seemed to be with their last update. Thank you for the help on this end and hopefully i can learn to enjoy the drama of “rare” item drops and its effect on the game.

So I five batteries saved up. Should I use them right away for chance on Pearlman drops, or save them for the next timed car quest and just let Ron’s stuff drop from the character activities and nerds?

Since you are in no hurry now (you got the Nailrunner). I would save every battery you can and just let the zapper recharge every 4 hours. If you get a couple of buildings that are Blam producers or needed in a quest covered with mutants, then “quick” charge the gun with a battery. 🙂

I disagree 😉 I would blast Stewie nonstop for Perlmans stuff until you get him, or you are dang close. His 4 hour task can earn 6 potential batteries a day.

I’d keep at least 1 or 2 batteries in case Stewie blocks one of the blam generating buildings or one with blam generating characters.

I was getting very frustrated with the lack of drops for the jazz records, the movies and puppies have been dropping all the time so I was worried I’d just have to sit and send quagmire on the same task for the foreseeable future. However, I just had a bunch of nerds spawn and the two red nerds and the Q hotel finally all dropped! It’s about time I had more records than movies! Maybe it’s because I just spent a bunch of clams on the Brian robot haha.
