Another Friday night update is upon us! And just like many of us predicted….we now have a Stewie Box! For 180 Clams you can get unique prizes, Clams, Batteries & Bombs from the Stewie Box!
More details on the way my friends…
Bologna building- We’re investigating what it’s for at the moment. My guess is it’s a mistake and wasn’t supposed to be released just yet. It’s a texture glitch and supposed to be ham for Blobulous. TC is working on fixing it at the moment.
As far as the bombing training…yes you can earn free clam(!) for bombing Minion Stewies in groups….Peter starts this questline.
There is a new building in the game for dropping Ham for Blobulous. For 100 Clams you can get the Guts and Glory Butcher Shop and it will always drop Ham.

For 180 Clams you can purchase the new Robo Stewie Mystery Box..
This box runs much like the Robo Brian box..in that all the decorations and buildings are unique…no duplicates can be won in the box! Here’s what’s inside:
We were also given a new questline to attack minion Stewies…Bombardier Training.
This awards clams for completing various bombing tasks for clearing Stewies!
The training is 6 parts and each part awards clams. Basically you have to bomb groups of Minion Stewies that Peter is requesting. A the end you’ll win a Bomber Peter Gold Trophy! Here’s the break down:
Part 1- 2 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 2 clams
Part 2- 3 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 3 Clams
Part 3- 4 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 4 Clams
Part 4- 6 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 6 Clams
Part 5- 8 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 8 Clams
Part 6- 10 Minion Stewies with 1 Bomb Drop
Rewards 10 Clams AND Trophy
To claim your Trophy it’ll go into your inventory. Here’s how it’ll appear…
When the challenge is completed this will pop up:
The Trophy will appear in your inventory, so to get to it tap in the 4 way arrows (next to the menu) and scroll through your inventory until you see it:
Then you can just tap on it and place it in your town 🙂

Well this first time something frustrating is happened to me. I finally bombed 10 stewies got my epic trophy! I placed it in my town just to find out that when i launched the app again my trophy was no where to be found:( not where in my town or my inventory!

Best thing to do…contact TinyCo. Could be a glitch with your game that they have to go in a check out.

Ok will do. I re-installed my game and it says I never did the quest which is fine. So i managed to get 10 minions in a blast again and took screenshots of everything I could think of that could help TinyCo. The trophy is currently sitting in my inventory but I am so scared to take it out ha.

Ok so I have a question. Is it better to just bomb or to use pesticides on stewie? I just don’t know if I should keep all mypeople on bomb collection or pesticide collection. While at the same time trying to unlock Stan Lee. There is just so much going on in the game right now any suggestions would be awesome. As always love the site and the hard work you put into helping everybody. You guys rock!

I….I just hit the 85k mark as got my stewie factory. Not sure exactly it’s spawn rate, but I don’t care! After my utter failure at the King Butt event, this is BRILLIANT. Not to mention that next week I get my Shiny Captain, whom makes me aim to misbehave. Yes, I adore Nathan. Nathan Fillian and Ron Pearlman and Felecia Day. It’s just…so beautiful. Ok, I think I really need to throw in the towel and go to sleep!

Has anyone noticed if the stewie minions blam drops are being consistently recorded in the overall total (the one that unlocks the various prizes). I have seen my current total accumulate the new addition of blam, but my overall total seems to not always show the new addition. I have about 10,000+ blam in my current total since getting Lois’ Red Hot costume. This doesn’t include the blam I spent for three buildings (the larping forest, the Internet cafe and stewie’s ink building (I cannot remember their exact names) I have bought since getting her), so I am assuming I should be close to 50,000 in my overall total, but my total is 43,000+. I know that sometime in the next day or two I will get the Q building unlock, I just want to make sure I am not losing blam to the ether.

Keep an eye on it. Sometimes the Blam! collects the second it pops out of item tapped or destroyed to the bottom, but takes a moment to register at the top. There are also times you may not see it add right away as there is a delay in the total sync…I usually give it a lil time and if I do not see it…I exit the game. Give it a few minutes. Then go back in to see if it caught up.

Man before the quest I got 11 n now I can not get the ten ! Got 9 few times. I want the trophy really. In other news I got George today! Sure wish I didn’t buy the blam trucks if I known u can do it basically for free easily. Learn my lesson n I’m waiting in events for now on. They always make it easier as it goes. But Is there any point in still trying to collect blam? Got 50k to spend too. Think they’ll do anything w the extra blam ppl got? I def ain’t buying double of blam biuldings. Can’t fit anymore in my town. N I hope they do something w all these coins man. Almost feel like there pointless. 90 % is clams n they don’t come easily less u buy them. N wats the point of levels? Should get a clam atleast! Also face space was sweet n was a big part in getting me play n they havnt touched it since release. Shit was funny. Lol sorry get of track but just some things that been bothering me n I kno a lot if ppl. Great site tho. Love it n the response to virtually every comment n question 🙂

I hit 15, but i removed all my roads but a small strip, built a hedge maze around it, and just bombed hovered over it with the reticles open as soon as i turned the game on. Since they spawn in the road, you just drop the bomb as soon as you see them appear. Any that escape the road just get funneled through the maze so dont go anywhere. Hit 15 most times right away.

Where are you on your tasks? Have you completed all of Giant Stewie’s quests? His last was to defeat him 3 last times, then once you get the pop up you Completed the Enfant Terrible Part 6…it triggers shortly after that.

Have yet to spend a dime on this game and have 67,435 Blam! and every character and building that is available for free (no clams) unlocked so far for the event. Not bragging in the least, just saying it can be done for all out there that choose not to spend your hard earned $.

At 93,065 Blam! SO close to George! I’ve spent a little on this event, but I’m happy they are giving free players a very good chance this time around too. If someone complains about not getting George, they are either very unlucky, or just don’t play enough.

Damn, Stan Lee and the Stewie minions don’t show in my Quahog no matter what. =/
Already beat the Infant Terrible questline, updated my FG-TQFS app, tapped Peter to see if something happens, reinstalled the app, and nothing sees to work. I contacted Tiny Co to see if they can help, but here I am, in the hopes someone here can help me. =D

Does anyone have a strategy for getting more than 6 minion Stewies? I just can’t seem to get over 6. I have my screen zoomed out all the way. Maybe that’s the problem, I don’t know. Any tips welcome. 😀

Really enjoying this event. Spent over $150 on clams but what can I say… I’m an addict… One caveat; dr Hartman won’t drop the weird eyeball to create Asian animation Peter, to unlock Tawanaka. I’ve been having the doc do the 6 hour run for a week now, and nothing! It’s driving me crazy! I’ve just a handful of notebooks and cameras away from unlocking Lee and about 3k from the final prize. The suspicious (nothing suspicious here) factory is amazing! Loves it.

I had to do that particular quest for about 3.5 weeks (with tweaker Peter doing his quest as well) before I finally got the three eyes for her. She is kind of useless currently as she only has 2, 4, and 8 hour quests until they unlock the ninth zone with the TV station (I have her reporting on location, the 4 hour quest, so she get hit by a flying car over and over)

Got George this morning and on pace to get Stan the man tomorrow. Really enjoying the event. Hope they unveil some more stuff to buy with Blam. I’m up around 40K of the stuff and not seeing anything I still need. (I have the buildings, but don’t like duplicates.)

I’ve managed 12 minions with one shot!
Spent the clams to hurry Stan’s Trailer and get that last notebook and now Stan Lee is writing comics at the Fab Four Building. So happy with this event right now!
Also, with all the free clams, I was a mere 1200 yen (about $12) bucks from enough to buy Bryan Cranston, and with it being so close to payday and my monthly ‘free to play’ budget about to reset, I just went ahead and did it! Gonna HAVE to pass on Nathan Fillion, but I’m only about 7,000 away from GT. Then its just a matter of bombing, zapping, and spraying stewies till the end. Hope there is something to spend my extra blam on, don’t need a whole field of hero tubes and spotlights….

I see a lot of people saying the bombs don’t go to the corners. They do, once you’re in fire mode use your fingers to pinch and zoom in. Once zoomed in you can get in the corners. (The topmost left corner has a spot you can’t put in the vernier of the crosshairs, but the blast spreads out a lot so it’ll get into the corner itself with the cloud.)
Hope this helps.
Remember to use all the things in the game that you can do, like the zoom function.

I’m getting very pissed off. I have over 20 times now tapped my little heart out corralling minion Stewies. I have to be safe tapped well past 10 because they run away super fast and the bomb won’t kill them. Each time I have not gotten credit for killing 10 or more. It only gives me a maximum of 8. Even though I count well over 10 inside the bomb radius. I’m about to take a bat to my phone. I’m being cheated.

Bunny’s other tip in the comments worked for me – hit them when they spawn. Assuming you’re not already at your maximum, remove your roads so there’s only a small section (2 or 3 road squares) up the top near comicon. Go away, and when you load up the game again a couple of hours later, IMMEDIATELY dismiss the Stan Lee popup and ready a bomb over the road. You should see all the new Minions appear in a puff of smoke – launch the bomb at them.
This way I got 11 (to get the trophy) and 13 the next time I tried it. The coralling/tapping method I’ve never gotten more than 8.

Thanks for the tap then bomb advice as that made it easy to complete this update with days to spare 🙂 pity they changed drop rates but managed to unlock blobulous before they did that and I have no need to rush for stan as heaps of time still. Currently have a fun problem of quest overload… blobulous, fire lois, felicia, quagmire’s bombing side quests 🙂

I wish there was an item that would draw large groups of minions towards it. How much blam do other android users have at the moment? Im at 41k. Im finding that this event is a bit easier than the last (however I am putting a bit more effort into this one) I feel like I might be able to get to 100k this time.

Im on 66k, play hourly for 16 hours a day, fully freeplay not a clam spent. There is no need for a item for minions as it would defete the point of them. Why not just say have them spawn in 1 location ready to bomb. Iv hit the max in 1 bomb of 15 without any changes to my town. I tap them as they walk towards a crossroad them bomb them. I dont understand why people are saying it all to much. I need 2 notepads and stan is done. All others unlocked. Got my 300 minions in 10.5 hours so 4 days is plenty

Im playing on android and just got George I just kept hoarding pesticides for giant mutant stewie and use them with about twenty minutes left on the countdown clock. Hope that helps.

I underestimated the Blam skew. I will have 100k in about 2 hours, with WEEKS left in the event(only the sommelier and Cranston purchased with clams). I would still be at around 83-85k if I didn’t purchase the sommelier. Cranston alone has earned me a solid 20k in less than a week. So a freemium player could EASILY be 130 clams richer AND 65k Blam at this point of the event. I predict Takei will be awarded to 85% of freemium players.
Anyone who has spent clams should theoretically be guarenteed the 100k prize.
As for multi-minion bombing? There is no need to dissect your town or create mazes. Just patience. Tap (stylus helps) and wait. Sometimes it may take 45 second for pathing, sometimes 6-7 minutes.
I can’t wait to see what surprises they come up with in the forthcoming weeks. People are going to have 50k-75k extra Blam! at the end of this event, if not more. Would be a shame to see it wasted. I have about 35k and Ive bought all Blam! buildings and all character unlock Blam has been paid in full, in advance.
Nathan Fillion would be a great 50k Blam pricetag.

Agree with your Nathan idea and going freemium during this event as my protest of starting a week later I am around 63k right now. Pretty sure there will be new blam buildings in upcoming weeks..guess they are saving quagmires supersuit until next week

Very disappointed at the spawn rate of the yellow nerds after getting the 2nd Qhotel, also in their battery drop rate.
Bummer they changed the drop rate for the blue nerds.
Red nerds drop only blam, no notebooks.
Minions stopped dropping items for Stan…more and more useless coins 😦

Not for me, I tap a few but they run away fast after just seconds.
Best chance is after leaving game until you have 40 and get lucky.
My best is 10 – unfortunately I got it during the bomb 6 quest and its not retroactive.
Since then I got 8 for the 8 but haven’t hit 7 yet. Will try again tomorrow, removed loads of buildings in hope of it helping too.

hard to do without a lot of open space in my experience. i don’t really want to have to shelf half my town to get a good sized open space to not hit buildings when tapping like mad to keep the stewies in place. i can live without the trophy if i don’t get it *shrugs*

everyone has different tips, for me i have a crossroad where i freeze a few while keep an eye on a few that are walking towards the group.

youll always get a few that just walk out of range after bomb goes off. i tried a few buildings/fences but large space works nice for me 🙂

I may have a suggestion that would make it easier. But it would need some “remodeling” of your town. Remove all the roads from your town. Now somewhere in the middle, place four pieces of road formed into a square. You then place buildings along the edges of the square that would form a “+” intersection with the road smack in the middle of the intersection. (Like a four- way intersection in your neighborhood) One other thing, it would be very helpful to place the GRIFFIN HOUSE as one of the buildings by the corner of the road. Make sure the buildings are adjacent to each other. Now force close your game and wait 10-15 mins. Log back in and press on the bomb aim button. As the griffin house is by the road, just adjust your aim to hover on the road and wait. After a few seconds, about the same time nerds appear from the center, you will see a bunch of smoke puff on the road. (They only seem to spawn on roads) Just drop a bomb when you see this. Don’t wait for the minions to actually be visible. Most of the time this would get you a 15. But sometimes they just start scattering as soon as they spawn, and that is why you have to place some buildings so that their direction could some what be controlled rather than scattering all over.

I play on my phone and tapping is quite…. urghs..
So I built a small maze, very efficient!
I could get like more then 20 (15max after little update) with one bomb easily, the minions spawn directly on the streets and walk through the maze. Tapping them, if needed, in the mid of the maze. They still need like 6-10 seconds to get out of the bombiing radius, enough time to get them all.

Well I did buy Stan Lee’s trailer with the free clams we were given, although that didn’t start giving me note books till they fixed it. I got most of mine from red nerds. It is certainly freemium friendly, although I’ve recently become premium, something I said I’d never become while playing an mobile game.

Apologies If this was already covered somewhere but are minions supposed to give coins when you bomb them? I’m suddenly getting mostly coin (only $5 each!) from minions instead of Blam? Last night I was bombing like crazy and only got coins a couple times but today I’m seeing a lot of coin. I was able to get all the cameras and books yesterday so maybe that is why I’m seeing more coin today?

Not true, says right on the building in the achievements section that it will permanently spawn nerds in your town. They will have a chance to drop clams when beamed not Blam! after the event.

I can understand what you are seeing…that however conflicts with ALL the emails and verification TinyCo gave us on the building. I have already been in contact with them on this issue and am awaiting response. It may be a wording issue that is getting misinterpreted. The Nerds that come out DO have a chance at Clams…but that is right now…in the live event. The spawn…they WILL spawn…but only until the MAX the town allows is reached. I have seen them come out of mine when I clear them, but as soon as the max is hit…they stop again.
So I honestly think it is a misunderstanding in the wording and I am having them look into it.

Is it normal that Blam-producing actions cost more clams to finish than non-Blam actions of similar durations? I just noticed it will cost Captain Hammered 7 clams to finish his current task, 1:45:00 remaining approximately, where Stewie’s current action, same time left within seconds, only costs 4 clams. If I’m late getting the memo on this then please pardon my herp-derp.

I think it has to do with the action dropping something as well. I haven’t noticed just blam! dropping tasks costing more, but i’ll have to test it out. Anyone else notice anything?

Has anyone figured out if the last update was supposed to change the drop rates or if it is a glitch for some of us? All im getting from bombing minions are a few blam and a lot of coins. Nerds are dropping fewer bombs now and i almost never get pesticide or batteries anymore. At least ive got half of stan lee’s items so maybe the rates will change again once i unlock him?

I know I should have kept reading these posts, I reached the squish 10 quest and had no idea how to accomplish this. I was not even clicking on them to stop before, now I got my prize thanks to you all!

I found catching them on a corner so they have only two ways to go, and clicking like mad. I got 15 of the little suckers, and helping me towards the 50,000 mark just 1,000 blam to go. 🙂

I just hate when I click and my screen shoots clear across the map. Happens a lot with just random tapping, not on tsto though.

How did you get them in a corner

Just kinda have to work a location. Pick one that maybe has 3 or more you can tap constantly to freeze in place, then just stay patient. Eventually more and more make it to the area.
Also make sure the area you are tapping is in the center of the screen so you can click the bomb icon and then again to launch without aiming.
Doesn’t necessarily have to be a corner just a little easier since you take away 2 directions, really can work anywhere.

I’ve gotten a lot of Blam! Thanks to the pesticide and minions so I created an army of wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube guys.

I don’t mind the minion Stewies, but I kinda wish there was a decoration that would make them gather towards it, even if it only kept them there for a brief moment when you touched it or something. I also seem to hit the needed number of minions to get the next level of training done and then can’t seem to duplicate it for a while, lol. I hit 8 minions to complete the hit 6 and 10 to complete the hit 8. Gladly I should have the bike before my timer runs out tho, thats what I really want right now.
Lastly, would it be too much to have the latchers disappear with the introduction of the minions? So many Stewies!! lol.

So close to unlocking robuttasaurus! These minion stewies were the best things ever! I’ve gained about 10k in just a couple days! 8 more notebooks and stan lee is mine 🙂 Also, when the pop-up with Nathan Fillion comes up, you can see next weeks Stewies form. I think it might be some sort of “flying demon”. Well once again thanks everyone for everything 😀

the glitch where you tap and the screen shoots to a corner of the town is getting VERY annoying with this new addition. can’t tell you how many times i have had a dozen minions stunned and just before i click the bomb icon my screen will launch to the other side of the town 😦
i have missed so many freaking opportunities this way. was only a minor thing before this mini-game but now it’s a MASSIVE ISSUE.
hope they can figure it out and fix it cause i can’t seem to narrow down what is causing it.

Yes, it has become SOOOO bad with lots… It reminds me of my uncle’s Parkinson’s disease now, shaking all the time.

Couldn’t stand that before the event. Only 2 I guess ‘programming’ issues I have with this game imo; that problem you mentioned above and the tapping sweet spot for collecting on buildings. Normally I would chalk it up our touch screens and what not, but tsto is perfect in this regard.
