Happy Weekend Clammers!
Well we’ve all made it through another week and the weekend is here! It’s been a little while since we’ve had a “What the Hell”….so we figured what a better way to start the first weekend of the New Year then with a way to get everything that ticked you off from the year before off your chest!
All week we field your comments about your frustrations in the game (What you mean there’s nothing to spend my last 9,999 cookies on?!) and we wanted to give you (and us) a fun new way for you to voice your frustrations and get it all off of your chest.

-Getting REALLY annoyed that there aren’t enough ccookies for 1 more shot at the box?
-Annoyed that only 3 characters unlock other characters ?
-Someone cut you off on your commute this week?

Here’s my What the Hell?! For this week:
-I completely unlocked Jillian and then did the Mystery Box….and STILL won 4 Party hats…what the hell?!
-I had 96,436 cookies in my game. Enough for 9 tries at the Mystery Box….but what the hell am I supposed to do with the remaining 6,436 cookies?!
-The Sandlot 2. What. the. Hell. is up with that movie?! Why did someone think it’d be a good idea to remake a classic?!

Family Guy Addicts 
When the hell is the New Years mini event gonna end? I haven’t even heard a whiff of when TinyCo plans to do so – both the Jillian & New year questlines were done several days ago, and all my characters have been wandering aimlessly doing nothing for longer than that! Bring on Pawtucket Brewery now!!

I just noticed the took Babs off the “???” section in the character list.. normally I wouldn’t view this as an issue, but for the people who only got her during the christmas evnt (besides jasper) they don’t get any benefit.. if they didn’t get Jesus (which a lot of people didn’t) they don’t get the clams for that section, and now she won’t help the “???” section either

I keep getting a data error every time i try to play it has been happening since yesterday i uninstalled n installed n it is still happening what am i to do please help

If no troubleshooting helps, all we can suggest is contact TinyCo. (If you are on Android, make sure you are updated to the most current version.)

The champagne glasses reset to zero if you click on the bubble for Jillian after you collect the 20 she needs. You need a total of 30, 20 for her and 10 for the tower

Wth? I just got a new tablet and the app isn’t available for it. After some looking on the Web I found that it may be because of no carrier. Are all the devices that are not working because they’re not on a service plan with a carrier? Just asking to see if that is the common reason all the devices are now not compatible. I’ll be checking back to see if anyone thinks so too. So, sound off if your device is not compatible and does not have a sim card or data plan with a carrier. Thanks.

OK now I realy have a what the hell I just opened the gingerbread box after fully unlocking Jillian and setting her to task. 107000 gingerbread I.e. 10 tries my truly frustrating result:
3 hats
3 champaign
2 glasses
1 snowman
1 bully reindeer
WTH they didn’t even set the drop rate on the items high enough to get all of the event deco items?

My game keeps closing on me =( I can get on for like one minute, and if I don’t manually shut it down before it closes itself, it won’t save. It took me literally 30 minutes last night to officially unlock Jillian because it would not save. It’s still going on today, and I sent TinyCo a message about it last night, but I still haven’t gotten anything back, nor is it fixed..

WTH. Left over Christmas Cookies, real ones, not in game ones. Way too much food over the holidays, especially sweet treats. Too the gym I go…
WTH. One more event (New Years), just one right after the other, and they keep coming. I like that TinyCo is keeping things fresh, but we have no time to complete regular district unlocking tasks to keep up in the game. Still trying to unlock Vinny. And then it seems I have another long task of unlocking Mayor West, and the Brewery District is lurking out there ready to open any day…Arrgh!

Trying to download game trial to PS3 says its 14 gb I have 17 gb free but when I go to download it says not enough space wth!!!

WTH!!!! I am getting sick of the level up splash screen. It seems to pop up whenever I have an item I am trying to get. And I am becoming superstitious because I never seem to get the item I tasked the character to when it pops up.

I just started playing before the Christmas event, so I have plenty of regular quests to do aside from the holiday and special event stuffs….
Anywho…Anime Peter’s eyeballs are an epic drop WTH TinyCo? Way to make Trisha Takanawa pretty inaccessible

I can’t get on my game this has been going on since after Christmas. Every time I get on my game would just crash after 2 minutes and it would still happend I can’t get on, check shop, or anything. I would like some help thanks

If you have an account created uninstall and reinstall TQFS. See if that helps clear the glitch.

New to the game here, only level 20. Sure I can find a few things to word on the What the HELL comment board.
I would like an opportunity to get more of the X-mas stuff!! Here’s why, I started playing Family Guy Christmas Eve. By Xmas morning I’d spent $30 and purchased 3 items which produce ginger bread cookies. So when did this whole Christmas event end? Like 5 days after I got items with clams and I hardely got to benefit from the holiday event. Fantastic that the developers offered gamers an opportunity to spend the ginger cookies with the news years up date, yet I have a whole whopping 85 cookies. All this after spending $30 on clams. So… What have I don’t since then to continue playing this attention sucking game… Bought $30 worth of more shit ;p Anyway, that’s all I had to bitch about, rectification would be great yet not expected, of course. Thx for supporting a great game!

Been locked out of my game since January 2nd because it sill can’t connect to server…WTH?!!! I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t seem to be a problem at my end because games like TSTO and Pinball Arcade that use internet both run fine. I lost Jesus because of this, don’t want to lose Jillian too 😦 which Tincyco email do I use for such an issue? Sorry I feel like I’m bugging you guys quite often but I just wanna continue to enjoy the game.

Got my final champaign glass, and now it says I have zero. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a known issue?

Yes, unfortunately it’s going around. Our suggestion is to contact TinyCo (we’ve alerted them of it as well)…the more people that have the same issue and report it the quicker they are to respond.

WTH My son got a new tablet from Santa so that means I get mine back. So I go to try and play and I’m asked to update. OK so I click in and the Play store says this version isn’t compatible with my device. WTH I can’t play on my Slate 7 tablet no more?!

It’s an ongoing issue. Some devices are no longer compatible (my tablet is one of them). They’re working on an update to restore it to all devices once again

Having the same problem with my Samsung galaxy note 2 been playing since the games launched and stupidly spent a shat ton of money now I can’t play hope they fix this soon

I too got a new tablet just before Christmas and I’m having the same issue. I think its all tablets. Looking at all sources of people complaining about the same thing on different tablets.

My WTH is only a little one, Why is Jillians voice so quite? It wrecks the character. The Bitchs are the same but that’s not a big deal. They didn’t fix the Bitch ones so unlikely they will fix her either 😦 Lammmeeee

I logged onto the game today to find that I am 20 clams short… What the hell? How do I resolve this? I had 96 clams but now have 77, after earning a clam today.
And some of my playable characters still don’t speak, mainly the Smith’s… What the hell?

Brain damaged Horse is NEVER used! WTH! They have done a good job integrating Consuela and Jake, Buzz a tiny bit, but never BDH!

Any idea why the hanger is back up on Al’s? New skin soon maybe? Also will you be getting up the profiles for gene and Paul soon as I was curious about the one task for Paul gene and I believe jesus that requires dead format records as I never bought that. Thanks for the help as always

Just found out i can no longer play since galaxy note 2 is no longer compatible! I’ve spent $$$ on this game and though we all have our wth moments in the game (like starting a task before we should) I kept on trucking…maybe it’s for the best. Time to start spending my time and money elsewhere. Thanks bunny and Alissa for all the walk through help!

Whisky Tango Hotel. IN the Christmas event I collected an extra 100 of each stocking except for the last two which I collected 50 each. Instead of us giving something to reddem after words we lose it all. I worked hard getting those there needs to be a reddem or a curancey swap for the special event money and Special event quest items.

My WTH is late. I used my credit card to get the first clam offer of the event (snowflake and cookies). Mind you, I haven’t used the card in at least a year (supposed to be emergency only; Jesus was an emergency 🙂 ) and I don’t carry a balance. Less than 3 hours later Capital One is calling me to verify almost $1,800 of charges from California, I’m in Michigan. What. The. Hell Google Play!

Sorry ladies I jumped the gun. I have found where the Headless Horseman came from, the Halloween Event on the Stewie box. Maybe he will be here again next year. I think I didn’t have the extra clams at the time to spend on the boxes. Oh well. Thanks anyways.

Mine is not WTH but Where the Hell did he get that? I was looking around a neighbors Quahog and seen something different. He has a Headless Horseman!!!! Where did he get that??? It’s so Cool!!!! I want one! I screen shot it but couldn’t figure out how to post it to you. (Old lady never knows how to work things.) Anyways I don’t remember this at the Halloween Event.!?
