Hey there Tribblemakers!
The Next Phase in the Star Trek Event has hit and two more Planets have been added into the mix to visit. (One Freemium, One Premium.) So let’s take a look at what cool things the Two New Planets have brought us in the game.
Once you get your Starfleet XP to Level 6 and upgrade your Warpcore to Level 4, you will get access to more options aboard the Enterprise. Like more Planets to send Away Missions to.
Again, this is another cool feature aboard the Enterprise that will help you earn items to unlock Characters, increase your Dilithium and Starfleet XP count, and earn other items to put into your Quahog with the Star Trek theme.

WHAT ABOUT THE EXTRA ITEMS?
Let’s take a quick look at the Extra Items and what they do.
Vulcan Symbol Statue (Decoration): Sits on a 2×2 base. But it is tall. No animation currently for the item. It does look cool with all the other Statues or next to High Command.
Giant Brown Tribble (Decoration): Sits on a 2×2 base. Much like the other Giant Tribble, it breaths while sitting in your Quaghog. Once you tap on it it coos, squishes, and bounces up. Then back down to just breathing. I really like the Tribbles, so happy to now have two in my town.
The remaining items are a mix of Materials that can be used all over the Event. Whether its to unlock a Character or help to purchase other items like Rooms.
Here are some of MY results, YOURS may vary.
Deanna Troi alone to Bowel Regulus got me 5 Laser Scalpels.
Peter & Geordi & Locutus & Deanna to Bowel Regulus got me 100 Dilithium Crystals.
Peter & Troi to Bowel Regulus got me the Vulcan Statue
Geordi alone to Bowel Regulus got me 100 Dilithium Crystals.
Guinan alone to Planet Vulcan got me the Giant Brown Tribble.
Sexy Sarong Herbert alone to Planet Vulcan got me 5 Really Large Q-tips.
Herbert & Troi to Planet Vulcan got me nothing (but standard payout).
Herbert & Guinan & Locutus to Planet Vulcan got me 5 Space Condoms.
Basically there is no set guarantee just yet to get the items. It will vary each player. I assume the more Characters that come unlocked on board the Enterprise that can join the Missions, the more options we will see to get Extra Items. Side Note: For me, once a Character was unlocked, the item they needed disappeared. So once I had Starfleet Lois, the Earpieces were gone from the options of Extra Items to earn.
CHANGES TO DROPS
Some of you may have already noticed, but the “results” of the trips have changed. Many are better drop in previous Planets, but the wording is different too. Instead of Unlikely, OK, Likely… the odds now list LOW, MEDIUM, and HIGH. 
Remember, these detailed posts are here to help many players. If you have a technical issue with ONLY the Phaser Battle or items listed here, please let us know and be specific so we may pass on the facts to TinyCo to look into if there is a widespread impact. If your issue does not apply to THIS post, please use our SEARCH TOOL to find the one that may already have your answer or be more on the subject. Otherwise if you have something you need off your chest to vent about, take it to the What The Deuce posts and leave the helping posts for just that… to help. 😉

Its been 24 hours and the drops are still terrible. I got 5/10 duct tape and 13/35 lasers. And 1 of the orange energy thingy.
I’m glad that there is finally a new Family Guy episode tonight.

I’m on the part of the quest that requires you to hit the Petercraft two times…I shoot him once, then again, and nothing! Do I have to do it one RIGHT after the other? Because it’s nearly impossible bc it moves too fast and the phaser takes a moment to reset…haven’t been able to do it the way the game wants I guess…

Line up each shot on the body (by move or tap of finger). Wait for it to be going diagonally across to give most time. Hit once right away when in red. Make sure it shows damage. Line up second on body in red. Take 2nd shot. BOTH have to be done before it leaves the screen and resets

Ok, so that’s what I was doing wrong…I’ll try again once I have more phaser energy. Btw, I have 200+ clams right now…bought Q, have Starfleet academy, and rushed Locutus and Lois bc they were taking too long…do you have an investment opinion on my clams? Should I be best spending them on particular rooms or buildings? Any particular one more helpful than the others?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I got Tribble Room cuz Tribbles spit Clams and I love squishing them. So it’s been great. Otherwise the other rooms … that depends on if you need the help they offer on energy, items, or Borg. Outside that… I always prefer to spend my clams on Characters over anything else. That what I like. Buildings next depending on their looks. Then extras if I like.
To me, Clam purchases should bring YOU extra joy and help.

In case it helps, just unlocked the Vulcan statue 2nd try by sending Peter, Troi and Locutus.
Also, though it’s a previous post, unlocked Herbert today after 8 tries with Chris and Troi combo

Still getting random crashes on startup, Samsung Galaxy S5 – all latest updates and patches installed, also I saved a few phaser energy and only got 1 condom from 3 successful shielded Peter ships, sigh!

I am going to save all energy/ore I can get until next phase.
Kirk is hiding in the duplicator and we dont know what and how much he needs.
Maybe he requires transporter energy and/or phaser energy.
Maybe he will help with some task. Seeing that he and Spock created slash fiction, perhaps he will help with space condoms.
Maybe not.
All I know is that I want the possibility to unlock him as soon as possible, so Im going to horde all the resources I can.
And if he doesnt require phaser energy… then I got some armored spaceships to shoot down.
Just wanted to mention it in case somebody else likes the idea.

Hey Bunny, this isn’t the right post but wasn’t sure where to ask. The animated tasks that characters have on the Enterprise, will those go away when the ship goes after the event? Hope not, some are pretty funny. Also, can we do a poll or petition or something to have TinyCo keep the Enterprise after the event? Or maybe they can’t because of licensing or something? Would be nice to still be able to blast out of Quahog once in awhile after the event, just for a change of scenery and the funny tasks.

I do not know how the tasks will transfer once it ends. All we can do is what and see where and if they reassign them.

Off topic. But has anyone else encountered non-vulcan quagmire walking on the enterprise? He would walk through walls and out the enterprise to outer space. And if you have him do an outdoor task while in E, he would be in the tree line area when you return to quahog.

I’ve not seen him. I think your Enterprise has a ghost. Sounds like it, the way he walks through walls and all. I wouldn’t mind him haunting my ship. 🙂

I only just found out you can click on the screen to place the target in the phaser battle. I thought you had to drag it. Talk about 10 times easier. What an idiot…

Is it me? Or does 42 rare space condoms seem a little excessive for Vulcan quagmire when you can only get it from petercraft battle (unless you have enough clams to buy a planet…)

I agree with both of your statement.
At least Beverly Crusher looks more attainable.She just need more time to unlock but not Vulcan Quagmire. I always missed the hit even though I tried many times to shoot it twice when that supercraft move diagonically.
I’m just waiting for captain kirk to be released so I hope I can focus on him first then Stewie with Data and finally VC. That sounds so stressful! 😦

@Vicenzo Agreed, I’m all about TOS. Kirk is the only character I’ve seen so far that I really want. I’ve got over 300 claims saved that If I don’t spend on Kirk will be saved for Buzz Killington.

There’s a pattern to this event, a new area is unlocked with two new characters, the characters will have at least one item that’s pretty much impossible to get at first, then when the next area is unlocked Tiny Co fix the previous area’s problem and introduce a new problem. You had Chocolate in the 2nd week, which was later fixed, you had the laser pointers and coke bags which pretty much never appeared once you shot the ships and now we have the condoms, my advice don’t bother wasting claims to buy Vulcan or wasting time on the shooting game, build up your ammo and wait for the next phase for them to fix the condom problem and see what goes wrong with Stewie and Data.
I saved lots of Ammo at the start of this phase, so as soon as they fixed the ships I got cyber Picard(or whatever he’s called) and lois because I did not waste time trying to get them when it was broken, I’m little behind but in truth I would have even more behind before because it was just not possible without paying and I would have to spent all this time now trying to get the ammo together now to beat him.

I’m happy to hear that I’m not alone on these frustrating tasks.
I’m doing the same things as you are doing for now by collecting all the energies as much as possible till the next phase release.
There’s still cap. Jean Luc Picard skin need to be unlocked but maybe it would be rare like Hebert’s skin or a premium. If its free I hope the skin wont costs more dark energy as that would be the last energy we need.
Playing this event its so difficult akin to create a rocket. Lol!

Personally I kinda think it’s in bad taste to not give players Spock for free in honor and respect of the late great Lenard Nimoy but instead to have Captain Kirk in game I just think it would have been a wonderful way to honor a great man, actor, and a great way to honor Mr. Spock

Hi don’t know if you can help me but whenever I try to open a quest it sends me out of the game and the quest still dosent open. Also if I try to tap on the list of open quests to the left it does the same thing I have tried to restart the game multiple times and it has not worked any ideas on what to do?

Sailing along with star fleet lois and locutus might not be able to get something or other stewie and data but I’m happy with who I have realy I only wanted members of the star fleet I didn’t care much for kilingon Chris and not much for locutus I like Herbert’s costume I wanna have all my charecters in a costume for Halloween so when charecters who don’t have one get one I’m happy also game of thrones event legal stuff get over it please do only the charecters people remember the names of 😐

This event:
Levelling up is too slow. It would take weeks before I am level 8.
Getting character is too hard. I guess a challenge is okay, but making drop rates terrible and you need to get a high amount of a certain item.
Ugh horrible. I still am working on lucutus and Lois while im also working on the Vulcan quagmire and that other character.

It takes a long time to get condoms for Vulcan quagmire.
Srsly at first this event seems cool. Now its just hard and not fun.

I fear the Space Condoms are going to be like the chocolates… This is no bueno. I have Q now, but his task is Too long to get all the condoms by himself, even half. However this time you need to pay for the planet, unlike the chocolates.

Yes, now its ok. but before that I wasted about 20 phasers in the last two days. Shielded PeterCraft droped nothing.

You need 42 space condoms.
Q gets one every 8th hour. Thats 3 per day.
It takes 14 days for him to get all space condoms by himself.
We got more than two weeks left of the event.

Since the changes yesterday I’ve managed 10 condoms from shooting petercraft – very doable now it always drops imo

Also, I sent Klingon Meg, Locutus, and Troi twice and got condoms both times! Try that combo.

It took me like 10 trips just sending Chris over and over to get Edo Herbert. That was after all the other items where gone too. But finally I got him!

I have been a supporter of this game since the Beta version. I’ve completed all the events without any premium help but this event is absolutely impossible as a freemium player who plays every 2 hours. It’s a slap in the face from Tinyco for those who continue to support the game without the necessary funds to complete the event. This event is a giant scam as it is impossible to complete the event without spending clams.

I also feel as it is not very freemium player friendly! I’ve spent around 260 clams this even compared to the last year of playing and only spending around 300(if that!) And 200 of that was when Consuela was on sale. This is the worst I’ve ever seen with drop rates and then you factor in the phaser phases and the planet trips… oh man! I can’t stop playing since I have invested the clam purchases to get further in the game, so I am just playing now to see how far I can get. 😦 I play 5-20 minutes for every hour in my 18 hour days and I feel like I am so behind on things. I’ve been behind since the first week by 3 days ,then last week by 2 days, so maybe this week I’ll be behind only a day, and then I’ll be up to speed by the end of the event. (Hopefully!) I am not really enjoying this event as much as I believe I could and should bc of everything 😦

No way can you get sexy sarong grandpa. No matter who you send it it low. Half a bar low. I just paid for Lois and the guy because Quagmire has not had one drop since Thursday! They nerfed the drops so bad. Using up my clams because I will never do another event again. They are getting worse and worse.

Man that was hard work, now I can be done with the stupid transporter as I’ve got every deco/skin and even the laser things for bev, only thing of interest is 3 phaser energy but no point wasting 4 transporter energy as well probably need lots of them 4 kirk

I’ve got all the items for sf lois except I’m 182 short on the crystals but the clam buy amount has stayed the same 300 since I needed 1200 crystals I thought it would have come down a bit

Patches. They always are trying to keep up with OS changes for devices as well as new ones being sold. Electronics are always changing. So they gotta keep up.

I doubt it. No game to date has been successful in doing it. Main reason… well… think of it as this… a MILLION things hit the game all at once. It will crash and kill the game.
Every tap on the building to collect money is so much more than just a tap. There are items spitting out (like coin n XP), there are material drops, there are Character completions from tasks inside, etc. To have ALL that hit a system at one time, just a nightmare.

Programmers with the highest degrees worldwide have not found a successful way to make an action to perform a billion actions at once within seconds without crashing the limited memory capabilities of a mobile device… and that makes them incompetent? HAHAHAHAHAH. If it’s so simple, please… by all means do it yourself. You’ll make millions. 😉

He is a Rare item in that planet, so everyone’s results are varied. My suggestion is to look at the comments in the post for his planet and see what myself and other players results were. (They are linked right in the top of this post.) 😉

I’m so glad I get a chance to get a giant tribble! Yay!! I really -really want it! I was stupid and used 100 clams and ended up with 5 blue energy. I feel so ripped off!!!!! But it’s a chance I took and feel stupid for doing it. 100 clams for nothing. Live and learn.

I like that they decreased the transporter requirements to 1 energy for 2 hours, with the ability to get something needed to complete Crusher, who is a required unlock *at least if you are tired of the flaming red shirts!)
On the other planet, I send Herbert and Locutus, and got the tribble, I guess you cant have too many giant tribbles, because now I have 2, having spent 100 clams on the mystery box to get him) no condoms, one set of q-tips.

Still trying to get the Giant Brown Tribble to go alongside my other Giant Tribble, so far I’ve been getting a mix of 400 Crystals, and 5 Space Condoms (only need 19 more thanks to it), so I don’t mind as I have plenty of Transporter Energy thanks to the improved drop rates. I’ve already got the Vulcan Statue, and all the Laser Scalpals needed so I’ve finished with Bowels Regulus. I’ve really enjoyed the away missions.

I got the Vulcan statue and 5 scalpels by sending Peter alone. Took 2 attempts to get statue then a further 3 or 4 to get scalpels. I am done with those now thanks to the great drop rate elsewhere so I would only bother visiting the free planet for the statue

Definite issue with Phaser Battle. After the change yesterday to condoms now an always drop with two hits I’ve notice the front (head) of the shielded Petercraft does not turn red when the target is placed on it or when it passes through the target. The rest of the ship is fine but if you fire at say, the warp engines then wait until firing at the front the target area turns from red back to blue. So much wasted phaser energy it’s sickening. I even have screenshots if you’d like to see them and have reported this in-game to them.

I haven’t tried the transporter yet. But the drops with the Phaser Battles is working @ 100%. 6 shots and I got the 6 items needed to unlock Locutus! Maybe I will dip my toe,into the transporter again…

I have not yet upgraded to Warp Level 4, but I am not getting Always drops for hitting Petercraft’s head. Out of three tries I got one Felicium, one Green cube and one just crystals. I mention it because you wrote in another post that Tiny Co thinks it is just a problem after you upgrade. Just FYI and thanks!

I upgraded now, but didn’t open the Sick Bay, so it’s still just the little Peter (ha). Now it seems to be dropping in accordance with the update. Perhaps since I am not in the States it took longer for the update to hit? (I did have the problem with the fast asteroid in front of Petercraft negating my shot once. Is that definitely considered a bug though?) Have also informed Tiny Co. Thanks!

For Bowel Regulus I have the extra items of 45 & 100 crystals no sign of Synthesizer Ore? (note I already unlocked the Vulcan Symbol Statue and have all the Laser Scalpels)
