Star Trek Glitches & Clarifications (Part 2)

Hey there Tribblemakers!

We are now well into Warp Core Level 4 with lots going on and lots of changes. I am seeing a lot of repetitive comments all over, so wanted to help by putting the main ones here.

Let’s jump in and take a look at some of the main questions we are seeing and the answers we have so far on them.

PHASER ENERGY

This is now dropping a lot more. So you should have been seeing more of an increase to help you out in the game.

PHASER BATTLES

There are now TWO ships in the Phaser Battles, so make sure you know which one YOU are going for.

Regular PeterCraft will ALWAYS drop One Felicium or One Laser Pointer

Shielded PeterCraft will ALWAYS drop a Space Condom if the 2nd hit is successful and the ship destroyed. For a LOT more details, go to the helpful post HERE. 

Side Note: TinyCo also updated the Target Areas of the Shielded PeterCraft, like the face, so watch it and test it a few minutes before firing a shot to get used to it.

For the “Lagging” shot, just use patience. I did make them aware. For the issue with an Asteroid taking the shot from the PeterCrafts, I have also made them well aware and they are looking into both these.

NOT GETTING ENOUGH STARFLEET XP

If you are needing a BOOST on your XP, use the Replicator items. Specifically the Casket Launcher or the Bar. Both have a VERY HIGH payout of Starfleet XP just for building them.

HEBERT IS MISSING!

This is something we see commonly with ANY Costume in the game. Here is the basics of it. Back round Comic Con Event there was a MAJOR issue with trying to Create more than one costume at Al’s at a time. This locked Players out of the game completely. To avoid this from ever happening again, there is a failsafe built into the game now. ANYTIME a Costume is being “Created” in Al’s all OTHER Costumes will lock out and go into “Limbo” until that Costumes timer is up and you tap on the Check Mark at Al’s to complete it.

So if a Costume is “missing”, see if you need to clear the Check Mark at Al’s or wait X amount of minutes for it to finish. Once done, all the other Costumes will reappear again. Like Herbert’s Edo Costume.

If this is NOT the case for you, and he is legitimately missing WITHOUT you winning him from the Planets, email me familyguyaddicts@gmail.com. Again, this is ONLY if he has completely gone missing in your game. NOT if you need tips on winning him. 

RED SHIRTS MISSING

Let’s just go over the Basics. Red Shirts will NOT appear on Enterprise until you are first of all Upgraded to Warp Core Level4. Secondly you need to be on the right questline to trigger them. Road to Recovery.

Once you are at those two main points in the game, they will appear around Part 2 of Road to Recovery and continue til Part 10.

KLINGON MEG

She popped into the game via a 24 hour sale. Per TinyCo this is the ONLY way to have got her. For those that have not seen her or the 24hr offer just yet, all you need to trigger it is to be on at LEAST An Officer and an Idiot Part 6 & purchase at LEAST one of the three Premium Characters from the offer.

Once the offer appears, you only have 24hrs to buy all 3 and get her Costume.

ERROR MESSAGES

There are some common messages that appear in the game that the Basic Troubleshooting will correct. A few others may need a lil more looking into.

“placeables out of bound” : They are still wanting to look into this one further, since most are unable to get into the game with this one Email them help@tinyco.com for further assistance.

“error assetID”: Basic Troubleshooting usually clears this one. They also pushed additional patches in Version 1.7.8, so make sure you have the latest update from the App Markets to help with this one.

Of course if the Basics don’t help, Message them in game first or email if you can’t get in.
