UPDATE 4/27 330PM: TinyCo has found the cause of Enterprise and Inventory Crash. Fix should be out VERY soon. Once in place, a Force Close and/or Restart of device should help to put it into effect. Â
UPDATE 4/27: They should be getting into the offices soon. When I get any updates on the progress, I will let you know. In the meantime just do what you can until this is resolved.(They were working on it all weekend.) I let them know many of you are wanting an extenstion, but feel free to pass it on too within your game or email. As always, your feedback is helpful. Just remember, kindness goes a long way. 😉
UPDATE: Working further with TinyCo to help get this pinpointed, so please help on your end by sending in details of what YOU are experiencing with the Enterprise crash. Right now, this is what they are looking for….Â
So try an Uninstall/Reinstall ONLY if your game is saved to an email or Facebook that you can reload the saved file from. If not saved, save it! It really needs to be linked no matter what so you do not lose all the time you put in your game if something like your phone lost or stolen happens or you get a new one too.
So far this looks to be Android, but we want to confirm… any iOS having issue of Enterprise not accessible?

This is what I get for attempting to take a few hours off. The game gets all cranky and decides to throw a tantrum and shut down. Pssssh. 😛
But seriously, I actually had a melt down with my phone and have been trying to get it fixed, then replaced. I was aware of the issues, just no way to get online to help report back. Sorry.
Short story long, I have been sending reports to TinyCo of all the things I was seeing you state you are experiencing. Continue to message it all in to them please. Use your game menu if you can get in, if not… email help@tinyco.com and send as MUCH info as possible. Device, Version, Player ID if you have it, Screenshot of the start screen if you do not, tell them what it is you are seeing and how long ago it started.
The main issue I am seeing right now is the menu disappearing and you can’t get to the Enteprise. The best option I can offer for this is use the shortcut. The Shuttle that Riker came in on. Remember a quick tap on it takes you to the Enterprise.
For some the basics may help. Force close the device and restart it. Otherwise, hang in there while they investigate the main cause.
On a side note, see if eliminating some memory drain will help. The run down can be found HERE for crashing and lagging issues.Â
Basically, free up some space on your device AND in your game.
Device: Kill all extra apps running. Make sure only this one is running on your device. Make sure there is a steady stable WiFi supporting it. Give this app wiggle room on the device main internal storage. At least 2-3GB.
Game: Put stuff away. It pushes your game to the limits to force it to be able to pull up all those pixels. The more “stuff” in there, the longer it will take and the more it will drain on the game. So tuck some “stuff” not in use in Inventory.
See if any of these suggestions will help with the stability of your game in the mean time. Otherwise hang in there. They are trying to narrow just what is the culprit causing this issue.

Uninstalled and reinstalling worked for me. Android, Samsung Note 4. Lost 14 hours of Canon Borg Bertram battle. Would be nice if they could do something to help us out. I would have had Kirk by Monday! Haven’t calculated how long it will take now…

Android Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4.2.2 – Crashes whenever I go to the Enterprise as of 1 pm EST. Worked fine all night and earlier today. I was checking in for my Borg Bertram 2nd cash in that was up at 1 pm.
After screaming Khan for the last half hour.. I reached the final straw for my sleep deprived psyche… I rashly tried to nuke my town but it crashed when I pressed the button! Ha! So unfair. I guess that I will go outside and look at this mysterious substance called “sunshine” that I used to experience before I became addicted to this game. Is it truly possible that I will finally be unplugged from the matrix?

My game still crashes every time when trying to go back to Quahog, most times when leaving the transporter room, and sometimes when trying to get to the Enterprise. Also currently battling level 5 Bertram. I’m on a samsung note.

When I try to get to the enterprise, it force closes on me. I don’t think I’m doing anything special on the Enterprise, I just got Kirk, paid for Khan/Scotty. Can’t use them. This has been going on for over a day now. Galaxy S4 / Android. How do you report this to TinyCo? Do they have an email? I’ve tweeted them, I’ve sent in multiple “reports” with the pop-up for the game-crash message, I’ve “contacted them” on their website.
I want to make sure I’m able to finish the event. I still need Joe. I still need to replicate some things. Ughhh.. what a horrible time for this to happen. I hope they are able to extend or make this worth it.

Can travel to the Enterprise but crashes when returning from the Enterprise, and created t’ plana hath ship but cannot access it as opening inventory also causes game to crash.

I’m playing on a Motorola moto x (2nd gen) with lollipop software and the game is still crashing when trying to go to the enterprise. I have tried everything that I can think of. 😦 going on almost 24 hours now.

Game crashes when trying to go to Enterprise. Tried: force close and restart device, then using task manager to delete data, then tips and tricks such as closing all other apps and attempted placing moving items into inventory. That’s when I found out trying to put items in inventory causes crashing. Then tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still crashing when attempting to go to Enterprise or place things in inventory. This is my Premium game. My Freemium game is still working fine. I think the last thing that happened before crashing was Bertram fight. Got a notice that time had expired to finish him off. I didn’t think that was correct, but I paid the 70 clams and was supposed to be able to continue Bertram fight where I had left off. No progress bar over Bertram’s head after paying 70 clams so I have no idea if I was given credit for the previous hits. He seemed to be Blade Bertram. Then everything went haywire. It’s been about 18 hours now. Started crashing around 5pm central time on April 25. Hope this helps Tinyco. I’ve notified them through the game several times but with deleting data and uninstalling I don’t know if they got any of my reports. Help me Obi-bunny, you’re my only hope….

I have an iPad Air 2 running iOS 8.3. I have the Enterprise freezing problem. It started around the time of Khan and Scotty’s arrival, but that was also around the same time when Spot the Cat, Borg Kitty and the Gorn started walking in the Enterprise.
But I did fix it.
So first of all I did the stuff recommended by the dedicated folks who run this great website. I did the force re-start and the power off/on and the reload, etc… I also removed all decorations from my town. None of it worked.
This is a bit drastic, but this did work for me and got me back onboard the Enterprise. I plugged my iPad into iTunes, removed FG:TQFS from the Ipad and then from iTunes. Then I restored the iPad, which removes EVERYTHING from the device and then downloads and installs a fresh iOS 8.3 from Apple. I did NOT restore a backup. I opted to have it act as if it were a new iPad.
Then I went back to the app store, downloaded FG:TQFS and reinstalled it. Everything was working 100%. I played for a bit switching back and forth between the two playing areas, shut the game down and brought it back up. All was good.
Here’s the kicker. I got a little indignant and decided I would put Borg Kitty, Spot the Cat and The Gorn back in the game. Guess what happened? The game froze when going to the Enterprise. Sooooo… I did the whole restore / reload process again – stored my Gorn, and kitties and I’m back aboard the Enterprise no probs.
The odwn side to all this is that I’m going to have to reload everything I had on my iPad again. However, I am going to hold off on it until this event ends, just in case I need to do this again.

Problem started for me at 3 PST yesterday as well. I have also reported it. Samsung TabS, about 2 gigs of ram available and 64gb data card with planty of space. I also tried the install/reinstall to know avail.
Issues the same as others:
1. Tryng to access the enterprise causes immediate crash
2. Trying to access inventory or put things in inventory causes crash
3. Trying to access help\support randomly causes a hanging black screen
4.. Can play in quahog for a random short duration, but progress does not appear to persist. It will also crash.
Bunny – I’ve also asked that they at a minimum:
1. Extend the event by a week to make up for this issue
2. Change their game updates to not push when there is a skeleton crew
3. Find some way to make this right for the players…..
I realize this is not a rant space, but humor me a moment – I am a paying payer who has been on this ride since the King Butt event. I have endured the quality issues unique to TinyCo in all its frustrating glory. The seemed to have finally got a handle on most of it (the occasional force close doesn’t bother me) and I was *really* enjoying the Star Trek event. New placement concept and perhaps a way to manage growth without breaking he fragile run. Now this…. They need to really find a way to make this right for everyone or it may be “the final straw” for a lot of us…

I get it. I do. We are just as much invested in this game as anyone else. The reason we ask to keep rants in one location is it makes it MUCH easier when information is in one spot to direct them to that one spot. Not say “hey, we have some feedback we want you to see… but you gotta read 57 posts to see it all”. Make sense? Much easier to provide info to someone if its in a specific spot.
In this case, they are seeking ONLY those reports for the technical issue as it is what they are focusing on fixing. So we would like to keep this post focused just there. It is why we do what we do. 😉
Keeping focus really helps us all in the long run.

I am unsure if this affected me as I fell asleep a couple times & never had the game crash or lock me out of Enterprise, however I thought the 5th Bertram Battle was it, however I wasn’t sure if the 4 characters would completer the battle and so I sent Geordi back in case I needed an additional hit or 2, I defeated him , and thinking I was done sent Chris, Picard and Guinan on tasks to try to get caught up with Quest lines, all 3 take place with them in the Turbo lift, and while Picard will be done before the next (LAST??) battle, the other 2 won’t, so I have been checking their times to see if the cost to finish has gone down and the time listed remaining on their tasks keeps changing, the clams to finish is the same so far but time has changed and gone back to actual time task takes several times, sorry this is so long but want to try to give you as much detail as possible in case it helps,
My MAJOR issue is that I am having a procedure done on my knee tomorrow and had been timing it so I could hopefully be home without missing any collecting or tasks, with the Battle going on I have no clue how it’s going to time out since I didn’t pr-load anyone but Geordi!
My tablet is a 50$ cheap Android with WIFI only connections 4.4 KItkat so I can’t just bring it (even is they allowed me to), have sent message to Support but I never get a reply & I specifically asked them in the last two to please at least let me know they are getting my support tickets, no reply? Will try Email, but that too, I haven’t ever gotten responses?
I was planning a major catch up on sleep today looks like that isn’t happening……
If nothing else I really need to know how many Canon Borg Bertram Battles I have to do??
Then I can schedule out tomorrow and the rest of the month!?!

I play on my android nook…Every time I try to click on the Enterprise icon I’m completely kicked out of the game to my nook main screen. This started immediately after I finished the talsoian stewie taskline of him standing on head and brian smoking a joint…. I was also on the highest bertrum with 7 points away from finishing…so much for getting Kirk today! I also bought the mystery box and got org kitten last night too…I’m scared to uninstall/reinstall-I just signed in y that email on the main menu page like your post said but wary since it didn’t say anything like saved or updated…

If you want to see if your game is saved, just return to the account screen (menu, account) and it will tell you where your info is saved as (like under email or Facebook) along with your Player ID in the lower right corner.

I had only issue getting into the game this weekend (so far knock on wood), it got hung up on the loading screen and just stuck there for way longer that I should just to get in, but I just closed the game and then forced closed all my running apps and it loaded up like it should. I play mostly on my Galaxy Note 4, as there is less lag than on my Galaxy Note Tablet. After that I have not had any issue getting.
Never have had any issues getting to the Enterprise either

Ok i have the same problem. I cant go to enterprise. I cant tuck buildings away. I cant nuke he town. It all crashes me. Tried on my moms phone and same thing. Thank gos its not just me.

hey there, I have not seen any crashes in my game (hope I didn’t just jinx it) I am currently playing on 2 devices saved through facebook.

And Bunny……THANK YOU !!!!. for your advice on sending characters to the cube planet. it takes 3 characters, but its only 1 hr task. the payout for dilithium is 500, but is low pay out rate. anyway, I spent practically the entire day yesterday hour on hour redoing that task with Peter, Lois and Quags. It took me the entire day, but I actually got enough dilithium crystal to get picard….woohoo !!! the pay out was 1 to 3 for the 500 dilithium. so I guess average 500 per 3 hours.
I now have 4 characters battling Bertram and OMG !!! 40 heart rates to stun him at this time. OUCH !!! next stop….KIRK.

oh forgot to mention, there is also a 5 clam prize for the cube planet on top of 500 dilithium. I cashed in 3 times with the 5 clams over the course of about 15-16 hours. so roughly the clam payout was 1 in 5

I’ve been fortunate with not having any crashes, but I’ve been getting worked over on clams from the Borg Cube through the transporter. I have been awarded 25 clams so far and received none of them. Shut off the game and turned it back on to see if my clam total would be corrected and unfortunately it has not. Very frustrating!

Im on android and I’m not experiencing any issues I don’t usually (occasional lagging due to a background app), would it help to know what device I’m on and where I am in the game etc. to see if it helps to pinpoint the issue better?

Don’t know if this will help anyone, but the past several times I’ve started the game, collected things from Quahog, and then tapped on the Enterprise icon only to have it insta-crash. But then I just run the game again (I *don’t* force-quit it). Often get a black screen for a few seconds while it finishes playing music from before the crash but then I get back into Quahog and the Enterprise button works again.

I got it running once by uninstalling the program, cleaning the phone and reinstalling. But after a while (two hours) the same bug keeps coming up. I don’t think that will help in our quest to get Kirk 😉
It might be in connection with costumes, because the first time it occured was after I got the brewery stewie, second time i finished captain pike.

I’ve experienced this issue on iOS 8.1.2 jail broken on an iPhone 6. Menus will appear but the game will lock up when trying to go to the enterprise.
Clearing all cache files will allow me onto the enterprise the next time I load the game, however it will crash on subsequent attempts.
I’ve noticed this started happening the first time I used Kirk and Spock’s 1 hour task and they were off the ship. I tried rushing the task and assigning them tasks that take place on the enterprise itself, which caused the game to allow me to travel to and from the enterprise at will.
FWIW I’d have them look at how the game is tracking the location of characters. I’m willing to wager that the game is kicking back data saying that a character is in 2 places at once, causing a crash. There’s already evidence of this with Stewie and his event costume: while Talosian Stewie is battling Bertram, regular Stewie is back home on the far right side of the map shooting a laser gun indiscriminently.

android here and the last thing i remember doing is having the final stage of bertram at 7 hearts with 15 hours to go. now i simply cannot enter the enterprise. i reinstalled and the only thing that did was WIPE ALL OF MY CRYSTALS AWAY!!! i had over 12k and now 0. 😦

My game will not load, it gets half way through the loading bar and then crashes… I have uninstalled then re-installed the game and it is still happening. I am on IOS 6 using an iPad 3rd Gen

I have been having the same issues of being unable to access the enterprise. I have sent a message to tinyco via the help and support icon. Just after I sent them a message I managed to access the enterprise but once I tried again I had the same issue. I hope this is fixed soon.

I’m glad i,m not the only one whith this problem. Already sent in a lot of tickets.
It started about 12 hours ago over here, close to midnight and defeating of bertram stage 5. (i really need this dilithium and around 85 darkmatter for kirk pike and some decorations. Most of my dilithium comes from bertram, the enterprise and all ppl on there)
After my bertram was out of time, i could reenter 2 hours later the enterprise for a small time. Maybe 1 hour. Was defeating stage 1 instantly and waiting for stage 2. After this i wasn’t able to reenter again.
This event rocks, but it is also very frustrating. Was buying clams 3 times.Because of a bug where some buy options won’t work for me to a worser condition than i wanted, which means a financal loose to me and throgh this i wasn’t able ro get the special offer where you got 3k extra dilithium which i really need right now. I really need my away team for farming dilithium, bertram aso.
This event is the most exciting as also most frustrating and annoying one.
I hope there will be some way of extension of the event time because of this weekend and all that warpcore delays, that happened over here right to midnight loosing every time a lot of time.
I assume there will be a lot of sh*tstorm and frustrated quitting players when not.

Okay game seems to be working fine now but let me state the problems I had and info (all of which I gave tinyco via in game and kicked out report it options.
It would automatically kick me out if I..tried going to enterprise anyway u can think of…icon at bottom…shuttle at top…task for a character on enterprise on left. I would get kicked out visiting friends towns and trying to come back. Would also get kicked out for trying to store anything.
I play the game on a Galaxy S 5 with a ton of free space (dont download anything outside this game really plus just got it a few months back…even have a chip for extra space in phone via memory card) Had final Bertram down to 1 bar left to defeat him (out of 40), messaged by phone my 2 newest characters of Khan and Scotty were finished with their 18 hour task and I could collect them.
Anyway it seems to be working again and I just defeated Bertram for 2….yay..only 113 more dark matter and Kirk will be mine (darn lack of sarcasm keys!!!! ). Thanks ladies..hope this info helps others

Okay…it is now back to not allowing me onto the enterprise again. Bertram is about to be the second one. Went back to not allowing me in at 7:30 central time. Have every star trek character except kirk. Yes I installed teinstalled multiple times yesterday..nada but guessing the game is being worked on being for around 3 hours it worked

Was working on level 5 Bertram as well. I think crashes have something to do work that. Also game crashes if I try to put anything away. Already related info to TinyCo.

I can play it on Bluestacks but can’t on my Android phone. Rebooted phone, cleared cache, reinstalled, all the usual stuff and I can even hang in town for awhile when it loads but that didn’t last long(30s) and if I ever try to go to the Enterprise it crashes.
Seems to be just an Android bug.

I am playing on Kindle Fire HD (vers. 3). Reinstalling didn’t help. I have Lois and Quagmire on the Borg Cube, Guinan, Geordi, Picard and Chris fighting BorgTram, Khan digging a grave and Scotty playing with the Enterprise. I won a Borg Kitten from the Heranus box and the game now crashes, when I click “go” on the info screen that tells me, that the kitten is in my inventory.

For about 8 hours now, try to access the Enterprise, crash, period. Always restart the phone, so not that. Cleared cache, deleted data, flat-out uninstalled and reinstalled- not a bit of difference <_< (And it was the usual, semi-buggy self until about 3pm PST)
100% "Unfortunately, Family Guy has stopped". Yay. I'd have hated to beat Lvl5 Bertram.

Yeah. I noticed it majorly hit about 3 pm PST also. I was experiencing small minor crashes a few hours before that but nothing major. I think it had something to do with Scotty/Khan voice/questline patch that they put out Saturday morning because that is when I started to see the minor crashes.

Unfortunately reinstalling does NOT help in my case. I have tried reinstalling three times since 5pm edt. My characters were fighting Bertrum, except for Geordi who was going part of the main quest line. I had a few doing side quests for Star Trek. Lois and Quagmire were on a mission to the Borg ship. Scotty and Khan were doing their 18 hour dark natter tasks. The rest of the Star Trek characters were doing short tasks for dilithium. All non trek event characters were on long quests over 15 hours to keep them out of the way. I am on Android. Kind of upset as I was nine points away from beating the highest Kevel of Bertrum and now I lost my window to beat him and the four hour regeneration is done. I have to start at level one again. NOT pleased.

If a skeleton crew works weekends, why do they always release updates on Thursdays. Wouldn’t Mondays or Tues make more sense?

Skeleton crew to answer questions ie customer support. Tech crew is still there all the time. They can still see issues coming in and monitor the game round the clock. Updates are released on a weekend as most players can play and have time to play on weekends.

May i suggest using Clean Master and CM Security App by Cheetah Mobile. I installed it a few days ago and my game has been playing smoother. There is a Game Booster thingy that cleans up the phone ram just before you start your games, puts your games in one widget. Only problem I have is the game closes after clearing half of the town. Sometimes four or five times in a row, restarting in the same place. If I slow down and pick up the rewards as I go, it seems to help. But other than that, the game plays much better and less lagging. Also, my phone doesn’t get as hot as it use too. Really helped clean my phone, that’s about a year old, and finding trash that needed deleted. Wish I found it a long time ago. Thanks Ladies

While I personally did not have any problem with the event (on iPhone 5S, iOS 8.3, synced to Facebook), I see this has been one of the most buggy events TinyCo has run. I feel for those who had issues with their games as the timing is so tight for most tasks in this event. In previous events, I used to be able to finish the tasks before the next week’s update but I haven’t managed to do that at all with this event – despite the fact that I used many clams to speed up some tasks or unlock characters.

My same exact thoughts. For the first time I’ve noticed the game a little slower on my iPhone 6 plus than my iPad Air 2. No issues since I guess they are newest devices. But first time there was a significantly notable differnece between play on my iPad compared to phone.

I have an iPhone 6+ and this was the worst event I have ever dealt with as far as issues are concerned. I wasn’t updated to iOS 8.3 (NEVER had an issue prior to this event) and once I downloaded it the game preformed so much better. It’s been a pain as I’ve had to switch between my iPad mini and my phone a ton of times to make sure I was keeping up with everything. Long story short, my town spent more time looking like a bunch of gears than it has a town for the last week or so (and I generally only use wifi and have a ton of storage so I can only imagine how bad it could have been for others). Still, I count myself lucky I’m not on android. At this point, good luck to everyone no matter what format you’re running!

I really think there is a connection to the highest level bertram to this crash based on talking to others. Seems we were all working on him.

I wasn’t. I bought both skins and am on the first level Borg intentionally letting him drop there. Testing some stuff.

Nope…. I still don’t have Level 4 and 5 Borg Bertram unlocked, I’m guessing they’re connected to upgrading the Warp Core, which I have specifically STOPPED doing, because I notice the next one unlocks Borg Consuela, and I aggressively DO NOT want her, I don’t want to even chance getting her. (And now as I try the game, I sometimes get the announcement that she’s in the latest mystery box, *sigh*). And today, I can’t get to the Enterprise. Quahog seems to be working as well as ever, but trying to get to the Enterprise (by the travel icon, using a task, or what I just learned here, tapping the shuttle), I get the simplified warp sound, then nothing happens for a while until it times out and crashes the game. And, no, I don’t have anything else running. Since it hasn’t been running at all lately on my iPad 1, I don’t think that’ll fare much better once I try it.

On my iPad Air 2, iOS 8.1 there seems to be no issues, but that is my side game and I only have district 3 unlocked with just the bare minimum in order to participate in events.
On my Galaxy Tab S, KitKat 4.4.2 which I use for my main game … I have been playing since launch, I have lots of stuff in my town and almost every character, the game seems to run smoothly until I go to the Enterprise where it too runs smoothly … the problem is after going to the Enterprise, if I try to go back to Quaghog it crashes … I’ve also noticed it crashes if I try to store Stewie, not sure if it’s all characters or just him though.

Talking about Stewie, I have him fighting Bertram on the Enterprise, but he is also in my Quaghog shoot a laser. Anyone else having this happen?

I still need a few sunscreen for Talosian Stewie, but sounds like a good glitch, especially if you’re still working on the Brewery or the Blimp!

That would been nice if the doppelganger Stewie in Quaghog would do something other than stand there shooting a laser. He’s just there. Can’t tap on him. Always in the same spot. It’s been days, someone needs to change him and I call “Not Me.”

I also sent them an error report as well; I sent Star Trek Joe on a task and every time I tap on him to collect my reward, the game crashes. I’m still waiting for a response.

I have the same thing. I get a blank dialog between Vulcan Quagmire and Pike Joe snd then it just flat out crashes with no error message. I reported it as well. “Good” to see I’m not the only one with this issue 🙂

It works perfect now after my last Betram battle expired there goes all that loot and now have to start over… 50 dark matter down the toilet.

Yeah. And now can’t access inventory either without it crashing. What’s also funny is I can visit my friends with no problem but when I return to my town it crashes like the Hindenburg.

I sent them a message with all that info and then I decided to try reinstalling and now I can no longer see the message I sent from my end. Do I need to send another one or do you think they got it. not sure how that works when the messages get reset after a reinstal.

If you sent one and uninstalled… it may have wiped it on your end. Just in case, resend it.
