2015 in Quahog brings a New Year’s Bunny to town! Jillian has arrived in Quahog…just to make Brian’s life that much more awkward.
Now that you’re all working on the tedious process of unlocking Jillian (and trying not to throw your phones against the wall)…let’s take a look at the questline that will unlock for you once you finally get that last Champagne Glass!

Note this questline doesn’t start until AFTER you’ve unlocked Jillian. Unlocking her is part of the Auld Lang Syne Questline.

Completed Task Earns $30, 20xp

Jillian starts
Have Jillian Bake a Cake- 8hrs, Earns $80, 50xp
Completed Task Earns $30, 20xp
New Year’s Bunny Pt. 3
Jillian starts
Have Jillian Chase Butterfiles- 4hrs, Earns $80, 50xp
Have Chris Make a New Friend- 1m, Earns $5, 3xp
Completed Task Earns $30, 20xp
New Year’s Bunny Pt. 4
Jillian starts
Have Jillian Stare at the Sun- 6hrs, Earns $65, 45xp
Have Jillian Booty Shake- 4hrs, Earns $50, 30xp

Have Jillian Eat in Reverse- 4hrs, Earns $50, 30xp

And that completes Jillian’s questline!

Stupid question, Chris’s make new friend task for part 3 requires a “Flower Bush”. I’ve planted some new flower beds but it still won’t let me give him the task. Am I missing something obvious?

I am trying to do the Chris Make a New Friend mission that is part of Jillian’s string, but it says I need a flower bush to do it. But I have a ton of flower beds. Is this the same thing? Anybody else having problems with this and any idea how to unlock this?

What happens if you just use clams to unlock her then go back and unlock her apartment??

If you use clams to unlock her you’ll automatically unlock her apartment (it should be in your inventory)

I got everything for Jillian, and when i clicked on the New Years tower thing it said it would drop her apartment, but I can’t find it and don’t know how to continue the quest. Please help!

New year event with no time limit is great. Like the idea of many days to do something. Was getting tired of having to check in every 2 hours during Christmas. Most glitches like sound fixed inmy android version. Jillian vocal might be a bit lower but her comment on Hitler was funny. Agree with other posts that they, Tinyco could mix up character tasks and swap some of the character sayings with new ones. Thank you A and B for your wpork on this site. I really appreciate it. Can anyone give me some advice because every time I click on jilian to unlock her my game crashes. I am using a Samsung note 3 and I have emailed tiny Co but they haven’t replied to me. Please help.

I’ve still got one more noise maker to go… Too bad they’re 10-hour tasks -.- and I have the same issue sweettat had, Jesus has yet to give me clams from his 24-hour task, I didn’t even get any for the first time he did it as a mission.

I ran Jesus on the clam task every day for a week and not a damn clam has dropped. Talk about false advertising. I messages TinyCo two days ago about this… No response.

Anybody have any characters with 1 day tasks that don’t earn any XP and coins? And jillian’s audio is extremely low compared to the other characters, or maybe my game is bugged.

Check your inventory. Make sure you check the entire thing as sometimes it tends to be all the way at the end…

Ummmm… I unlocked Jillian and the Rite of Passage, but no apartment!

Check your inventory. Check your entire inventory as sometimes it’s randomly in the middle or at the very end.

Only 1 kitten pickin away from Jillian! Btw, I wonder if perhaps the reason the blimp is taking forever is that they’re getting ready to use time travel to get characters and skins that aren’t avaliable anymore… eh, Tinyco? You can have that one, no charge.

Maybe TinyCo should take a break from constantly releasing loads of new stuff and concentrate on fixing all the bugs and performance issues before moving forward. It became pretty obvious during Christmas that the game has grown so resource hungry that many devices can’t keep up with mixing sound and processing all the animation going on at the same time. The game’s stuttering, sound is chopped or missing for many previously voiced characters, the current release is marked incompatible with a selection of devices… my software developer experience tells me that this thing will likely collapse under its own weight soon if not being substantially reworked from the ground up.

I’m right there with you…they need to slow down and address the issues before spitting out loads of new events etc. Districts are ok, they’re not as heavily loaded. But they really need retinkering before they put out another huge event.

I just recently got Jillian yeah I started kinda late in my defense I just started playing the game anyways it is too late to get the tower so how can I go about unlocking Jillian 😁

If by getting Jillian you mean placed her on your Quahog, then you need to get the tower placed and work on unlocking it. You cannot complete Jillian’s items without first completing the tower as it is the only way to ger her apartment at the moment. For now there is no too late as Tinyco has not set a predetermined end to the event. As a hint, banks can pay off in more than one way….. how many are in your Quahog? Perhaps a few more will pay off better than one.

important question I have right this very moment is I managed to win Jesus and I have had him on constant turning water into clams task and I haven’t had him drop any clams since the very 1st time he had to do it for his questline. i know its rare or extra rare for clams to drop, but I mean he could have dropped at least ONCE since the Christmas event ended lol idk if this would be a glitch or just so happens to be my luck at the moment.
i’ve had him since maybe a couple days before the day of the xmas event ending.

As far as I know the odds for the Clams are Extra Rare, so count with a sucess rate of around 10-12%, i.e. 10 days for one Clam in the worst case cenário…So the anwser is No…

He’s dropped twice for me (once was two clams!)…just the luck of the draw? I keep him constantly on that task too…sometimes changing to a different task then going back seems to work

How does Bunny like the “New Year’s Bunny” quest line. I was hoping you guys would get a character or deco in the game after your meet and greet with TinyCo, but I suppose a mere mention is good too. Now we need an Alissa quest too… hehe.

I completed all the requirements to unlock Jillian including getting her apartment but when I tap on her to free her my game freezes and crashes. Any ideas on how to solve this issue? Thanks so much for any help.

Best suggestion is to try uninstall/reinstall of your game (but only if you have an account backing it up). If that doesn’t work…contact TinyCo and let them know what’s going on in your game

It is an issue they say they are aware of and working on. I personally have 2 characters now waiting to unlock and am blocked from progressing to any new districts until it gets sorted. Until then it is wait and see.

As I’m collecting for the tower, my counter for champagne glasses dropped down to 0/10. I know I was done with glasses. Did this happen to anyone else?

I have been one noise maker short for a day or so. However my tasks and buildings were still earning Champagne glasses after I earned the required amount. Then today I got the last noise maker, and went to unlock the apartment building, and my Champagne glasses were only at 5. I am assuming this is the 5 I collected over the required number I needed, but i now have to collect 5 more to unlock the building. Its not a big deal, but a glitch none the less. Has anyone else experienced this?

You probably clicked on the checkmark for the champagne glasses for Jillian. Since you need to collect them for both her and the building, it will subtract them from the total.

Exact same thing happened to me. I had to start over with them at 5.. Now I need one more even tho I’ve collected more than needed and won’t have it until tomorrow most likely. Quite annoying.

haven’t unlocked her yet, but I gotta say I like the “go kitten picken 3 times” bit. No maybe you’ll get the item need in 3, maybe you’ll get it in 300… you’ll just have to see! while finally getting that random item sometimes feels like winning vegas, I also like certainty. I hope they keep that idea on timed items in the future so you don’t get your hopes up for nothing

I agree – I liked knowing that doing a long task would count in the end. The random drops on the long counts really hurt my game…I didnt get Jesus because of that issue.

I love all the events and mini events they are putting out but when are we going to get a new district and story line stuff like with the blimp and everything I’ve been fully complete with the game since like august and I want to see more stuff that I can take my time on and enjoy rather than being stressed out with events only having X amount of days to do things

I knew they would be the problem for me right from the beginning and sure enough I am waiting on one set of those damn bunny ears despite having Jerome on his 2-hour task constantly, as well as mining all the other relevant tasks for this extra rare item. Karma is a beyatch.

Unlocked her, just going through her tasks now. I wish they’d come up with better ways to unlock characters, like mini games and such.

I unlocked her last night, thanks to having 250,000 Cookies to use on the Mystery Box I got a LOT of items right off the bat, and building multiple banks which got me all the Noise Makers fast, the only thing that held me up was Bruce’s Kitten Pickin’ tasks. Now just waiting for District 10 to arrive.

The drop rates for getting glasses have been crap. I have 6 ways to get them and average 0-1 repeatedly when its time to collect from them all. I’ll have Bruce’s Kitten Picking task finished before the glasses.

Literally just unlocked her a few minutes ago…then sent her into her apartment :(. I very much hope she has a task that includes Brian. A task where we SEE the characters interacting. So many characters that I think for sure will interact that never do. Jake and Tom. Babs and Carter. Jason and Freddie. So many characters that have zero interaction with any other characters. And I’d love to see group interaction with characters.

I unlocked her this morning!!! I had all of the stuff yesterday afternoon, I was just waiting on th ed kitty pickin. I was able to get the items that Bruce could of gotten from other characters, especially when they brought in the Christmas characters to help so Bruce has been kitty pickin for the last 3 days straight!!!

I just unlocked her this morning. That was a lot of stuff to unlock a character that will probably hardly be used. Sixty hours of kitten pickin’ wasn’t a very interactive activity for the game, that’s for certain. 😛

All I have to do is get Bruce picking kittens….twice (so 40 hours?). Then Jillian will walk the streets of my Quahog. But it is again a bad resource management on TC part. Bruce was too relied upon on this particular unlock. He had a champagne task, had a noisemaker task (if you unlocked his Christmas skin), had a quest task, and three 20 hour tasks for this. I know TC feels limited to the central characters that are unlocked through regular gameplay to keep it fair for all, but they need to work on spreading it around better. Sorry for a WTH comment outside of the WTH post.

I would say the 4 new slots in Facespace and the new line would seem indicative of getting them. They usually like to do 2 new characters a district, right? So that’d leave a couple for premium as well(guessing Death and Evil Monkey with Neil Goldman and Pawtucket Pat the freemiums).

Wait…. THAT is the end of Jillian’s quest line? Man that is worse than elf peter’s👎👎 oh well at least I will have another voiced playable character. Maybe they will invent a Brian, Stewie? And Jillian quest line. HOPEFULLY I get to find the plutonium soon to complete that quest. Or maybe even they will unlock district…what is it 10 with Pawtucket. Orrrrrrr maybe I can finally get the handsome and soap opera Peter skins. So many what ifs lol

try hard closing and restarting your game. If that doesn’t work contact TinyCo. I know there are several Jillian glitchs going around that they’re working on patches for.
