Anyone else have characters that are stuck about halfway through level 14? I have a couple of characters that don’t seem to be advancing. Is this a known glitch?

Really could use some more land especially on the left side (right side seems to have had more expansions). Have so much stuff in my inventory would love to put it out. District 10 land was filled within seconds. I do like that there is so much reasonably priced stuff unlike tsto but there is so much land in that game. I’m sitting on over a million coins in this game yet have nothing to spend it on.

Uhh there is a t rex in the front of the griffins house and everytime I click on it the entire application closes. This happening to anyone else?

Is it just lucky me or did anyone else have Patches T-Rex magically appear in their town and then turn into Carl and get 4 clams for watching 4 videos tonight?

Wth I got the Dino and its roaming through my town but than I see another and I freek out thinking I bought another but it is standing in front of my griffin house waving. I click on it and it say sorry no videos like Carl did. Wth don’t freek me out like that tiny co.

Get guys this is pretty strange i was just in my game and i saw a 2nd patches the t-rex (i already had one) so i kind freaked out in my head for a split second cuz i though bought a second one for 200 but i noticed it was stationary so i clicked it. When i did it said no videos available at this time and it had a picture of the trex and a clam with plus one beside it. Im guessing its a sign of things to come or tiny co is testing something because he disappeared not long after. And i swear he appeared while i was playing so he was there for just a few seconds.

Remember this is a District release. Permanent. They are meant to last. Not a rushed item. Keep on going and you will get them. 😉

So then based on your statement item descriptions such as rare, extra rare differ depending on what aspect of the game they’re used for. Thanks, was not aware that was the case.

Differs on player too. The more times you send the same character on the same task over and over and it fails… the more your chances increase that you will get it. Better odds. Something TinyCo tossed in a while back. So it all really just comes down to personal game play and… well… luck. Lol.

My WTH moment is my town where I live at, because people are too dense to understand that they cannot text while driving, and also they always tailgate with their brights on!!! WTH PEOPLE??
In the game my WTH moment is not knowing what is the “Fear Portal”, and how to get it, and also where is Patucket Pat and his mansion from the brewery? I opened the brewery and I’m collecting items from my characters, but Pat doesn’t show at all.

Fear Portal is an oops in dialog, it will be corrected. Just like previous District… this one will be in stages, more still to come.

I know this isn’t the right thread, but I’m not sure if you guys go back and read comments on past threads or not…
Anyways, I just noticed a T-rex hanging out in front of the Griffin house… When touched, it says “FREE CLAMS: sorry, there are no available videos at this time.”
Do you guys know anything about this?

Something odd, I didn’t buy any of the animals but when I logged into my game today (Saturday 850pm eastern) there was a TRex standing in front of my Griffin house– at first I thought glitch but it turned out that tapping on it gave me a reminder that I could buy the animals (still not interested TinyCo) & an offer to watch a video for a clam (which could either mean that Carl the video guy is back and he was being hidden by the TRex or it’s something else (playing on kindle which never got an update where we could video watch for clams back when this all first happened, still on 5.5 version (with the broken navigation of the brewery items

I don’t really have a wth but more of a new glitch question, has anyone had trex show up outta nowhere in their town? when I clicked on it, it said “sorry, no avalible videos, blah blah, like when carl was in town. I didn’t get a video or clams obvisoly, but is this a glimpse of something coming? or just a glitch?

Just logged on my iOS device and I had a big T. rex looking at me. I never purchased him (freeimum player here). I clicked him and it was Carl with watch videos for free clams. Got 5x clams for watching the same video 5x over! Booyah

I just saw a giant T-Rex in my town, and when I clicked on it I thought it was going to give me clams, but then it said there were no videos available and went away. WTH?
Also, I was watching Pee Wee Herman’s Big Adventure last night, and Pee Wee has the exact same sleigh decoration on his house as is on the wintertime Griffin house. WTH?
So I nuked away the rest of my Xmas decorations once District 10 hit. Then Dr. Hibbert’s extract gerbil task needs a building… but don’t tell us which one! Luckily I remembered it was Quagmire’s house, but WTH?
Then it took me a half hour to find the Playground in my inventory so I could have Meg practice bird calls. Why can’t the game just take me there with one click? Why is This so Hard?? WTH?

I went to visit my town and I spotted the dinosaur in my town. For a minute there, I though I accidentally bought him but when I tapped on the dinosaur is said “no videos available and can’t collect a clam”
Is the dinosaur going to appear in our town once a day to give clams? Or just to the people who bought the animals?

WTH- Getting tired of doing things twice. I collect coins, set characters on tasks, then the game hiccups & closes, and half a dozen of the things I did need to be done again. Once in a while… meh. But it’s getting to be daily. Really got me frustrated when I started clearing the 2nd piece of land for the brewery, and when I checked the status the next day it was sitting un-started. I can go to 3 FB friends, but if I go to a 4th it’ll die when I go back to my town. If I’m lucky I only have to revisit the last friend when I get back into the game. I know all the troubleshooting… just venting.

Sometimes it just hiccups silently for me. I expect a partial rollback on a hang/forced close, but for a game that whines when it can’t find the mothership server for 30 seconds at a stretch, I can’t comprehend the rollbacks I’ve been seeing over the past month or so.

I noticed that this started happening just before they had their major crashing issues a couple months ago. I think they need to do another incremental server-side upgrade. Please heed my advice TinyCo or you are going to have another major crashtastrophe!!!

Are you on Android 5.0.1? There is a bug in Android 5.0.1 where tot OS takes up to 1GB of memory, causing other applications tot be closed due tot memory shortage. I believe Google is working on a fix.

WHAT THE HELL. I am doomed, I’m going to spend 10 bucks I dont have for the t rex. And keep trying for jesus to turn water into clams, this will be at least 19 attempts still nothing. I have even tried not going to Ollie land for 2 days for jesus to turn water into clams, and still nothing. So can I sell jesus back to tinyco for 150 clams so I can get jesse without having to spend 10 bucks I don’t have. DAMN YOU TINY CO!!!!!!!!!!’!”

You might have better luck with a mobile phone retailer or an electronics place that sells Android/Apple devices. YMMV 🙂

Somehow with the new update came the new and improved constantly crashing game WHAT THE HELL?!?!?! I can’t collect from multiple buildings or send multiple characters on tasks withoit the game crashing and THEN I have to do it all over again. I’ve learned to close it before it crashes so it will save incrementally but WHAT THE HELL?!?!

Not really a huge deal but why hasn’t Ollie’s Quahog changed at all? It would be cool to see what the developers ideal town would look like and revisit some of the older campaign items that we missed out on or required too many clams. It would also give newer players a look into the past and a basic idea of how to design their towns. Just a thought since we usually see it everyday for that sweet sweet free clam.

Why is it that the fire truck and animals move on the road but all this others car trucks motorcycles ect can not come on fix it so I can free up more land!!!

So after suffering for most of November, all of December and part of January with a nasty cold I finally went to the doctor’s. Turns out I had a bad sinus infection and got told off repeatedly for waiting so long. WTF me why did you wait so darn long (aside from money and time).
I also discovered thanks to this that I am allergic to penicillin. I found the fun way. 6 days into my treatment. I am now on a different series of drugs to treat the effects of the first series. WTF universe.I really did not need this right now.
My puppy has twice this week eaten my lunch on me when my back was turned. WTF dog you are pushing it.
My son seems to believe that looking for something involves staring into space until it magically appears in front of his face. WTF boy snap to.
Every year I go to the PAX East convention. One my favorite parts is the classic arcade room, where a local non-profit sets up tons of classic arcade games on free play. I just found out that this year they will not be attending because they lost too much money last year. WTF that really sucks.
Cowboys fans complaining about a bad call costing them a game. WTF guys you live by the sword you die by the sword.
Nintendo has severely short printed and has no plans to reprint several Amiibos as well as 2 limited edition Zelda products, that are connected to one of my favorite games of all time. I missed out on both pre-order windows because they sold out in less than 2 hours. WTF scalpers you suck. WTF Nintendo the demand is there print more. Why don’t you want my money?
Every time I have just enough time to check into my town before something my Kindle decides to crash. WTF I need my fix man.

My WTH is how dumb is the Pet thing and the brewery? I am doing the brewery but is the dumbest quest line to date. Not wasting my time or clams on pets that serve no real purpose in the game.

Why is Jesse so darn expensive? There needs to be an option for those of us that work for a living and cannot keep spending money for game characters.

I really want to get Jesse, but will not pay 150 clams. That is highway robbery. Why can’t this crap be more reasonable? Sheldon and the flaming chicken were reasonable, some of this is too outrageous for working people.

You absolutely nailed my top 3 WTH issues. From the tap handles…still haven’t gotten one, to needing 1 more bracelet for NY Jillian for 5 days…which I NEVER got (and wasn’t willing to pay 30 clams for)…to, yes, actually getting cut off…and I drive a motorcycle. Almost lost it. Keep your eyes open people, please.

This game has been out for months, yet we still have game loading tip 1. What the check? Don’t these guys have any other tips for us? We know that playing with headphones is best. Stop telling us and give us something new. Anything except tip 1. Tell us to stand on our head or play in the fridge. Please change it.

My what the hell is somehow the game didn’t register me clearing the land for the brewery, so I am now a day behind where I wanted to be. I guess the good thing is I only need one more musical note for Stewie’s costume, so if I’m lucky that and the brewery will finish up at the same time (2 more hours!). I agree with Alissa about the drivers, nothing aggravates me more than someone going under the speed limit that much. Heck, I even get annoyed when people go just the speed limit on some streets. My street is 25mph, yet the effective speed limit is 35mph as it’s a main street and there aren’t kids playing in/near it. Nothing is worse than driving home having to use the facilities, and then getting stuck behind someone taking their time holding up traffic!

Still waiting to unlock Brian and move into the Asian district (District 7 I believe?) since Xmas day when I first encountered the unlock crashing bug. Was told the middle of last week that a patch was coming ‘soon’ then again this past Monday I was told there was a patch coming this week.
I understand that games are a different story but if I supported my programs this way I would be taken to a public area and shot by my employer after the first week as an example to others!
On the plus side I’ve just been running 2/4/8 hour quests continuously since the issue popped up and have almost hit lvl 40. I won’t have to worry about cash for anything (except that pricey land in the ‘West’ which I’m only 2/3 through purchasing) but where is the fun in that???
Oh well, back to refreshing the Play Store waiting for that update…

You either have Quagmire’s house in storage OR, the more likely possibility, does it still have the Christmas skin on. Set it to the default skin and try sending Hartman in to extract that gerbil.

1. So I got inside the Brewery and every time I click on an item that needs crafting. I look to see what is required. And for some reason, I can’t scroll to see who I need to go get that item so I have to click on random characters in order for me to get the stuff. What the Hell?
2. I would really like that in my next event, whenever I attempt to unlock a character, that it doesn’t get timed next time I try to get them because I missed out on having Barbra, Ghost Diane, Peter’s Dad, and Jasper. What the Hell?
3. I know I said I was only curious about this one but I feel like TinyCo should do a Superbowl event. We had 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, Comic Con, New Years, and the Mummy Event (Still can’t remember the name of that event :/), I feel like TinyCo should do a Superbowl event when we get closer to the game. If not, What the Hell?

Pawtucket brewery collection items drop down tabs don’t scroll so you can’t see the full lists of characters. Also the few you see you can’t go to them with their green push buttons.

So…….I bought a Google Play card, so I could purchase clams, but every time I try to purchase them, all I get is a squirrel running back and forth and nothing else happens. I’ve bought tons of clams before and this is the first time I’ve had problems. It’s like “take my money…….I’m trying to give it to you.” #WhatTheHell
