In this lil game of ours, it is easy to get lost and so focused into collecting items or unlocking characters that we tend to forget the lil things that make the game what it is. Like Where the HELL did these items come from and why are they in our games?
Well I am here to do just that for you. Let’s take a look at the Family Guy Series and find out just Where The HELL Did That Come From?
In this post, I will be covering the Origin of the items brought to us for the Cutaway Weekend Event. Why are they in our game? What episodes did they have a brief appearance in? What makes them so funny? Let’s take a look at the TV Episodes to find out.
Season 3, Episode 10: A Fish Out Of Water
After losing his job and gaining a lot of weight, Peter (Forklift Peter) decides he is finally going to make a change and become a fisherman. He loses the weight and goes to the local Police Auction to get a boat for $50,000. He is going to need to get a loan though to pay for it. Brian asks him where Peter thinks he can get the money. Peter points out there are a LOT of places that will loan to him… Like Jim’s Bank. Ran by the shady Jim Kaplan. Quahog’s conman.
Season 12, Episode 19: Meg Stinks
Brian got in a fight with a skunk, gets sprayed, and ends up getting kicked outside until the smell is gone. Stewie of course uses this as his opportunity to torture Brian from his bedroom window. Stewie heckles him for being so whiney and tells him to deal with it, dogs are supposed to be outside. Brian realizes he is a disgrace to his species… like that Gumball Traffic Cop. Cut to the streets where a Gumball Machine is in the middle of the road doing nothing to help with traffic. Two other Cops just stand by and exclaim that O’Connor is a disaster out there, but it’s not his fault. He was a great Gumball machine, they just should not have promoted him.
Season 12, Episode 19: Meg Stinks
Peter decides to bond with Meg and hang out with her more. His influence causes her to blow her chances at college to do it. She even teams up with him to chuck water balloons at nerds aka Lois. Lois is not too happy and Peter knows they better take off. They promptly get away in the MegCopter.
Season 12, Episode 9: Peter Problems
Peter got a bit out of control at work with the Forklift and ended up crashing through the conference room full of executives. He was promptly fired. Later, as he is attempting to do household chores while Lois works, Brian inquires as to why he is putting the Laundry in the Dishwasher. Peter exclaims because the Washing Machine has been acting up. Enter the cut scene of what looks like a Washing Machine Kegger going on in the basement. Peter asks what is happening and is told it is Washing Machine stuff and he better get back upstairs. He runs back out while the Washing Machines continue to party.
Season 13, Episode 9: This Lil Piggy
After Stewie realizes his “graduation” is a farce, he takes time away from school. Brian & Stewie are at a Folk Festival so Stewie can feel like he accomplished something in life. The two both find themselves in love with the same girl. She offers to take BOTH back to her tent. Brian keeps asking Stewie if he is sure about this, but Stewie claims he will never back down… like Boppo the Inflatable Punching Clown. Cut scene to what seems like a clip from a gangster film where Boppo is being threatened by some gangsters for not taking a dive in the 3rd round. They try to beat him down… but he just keeps getting back up. The Boss says he will handle it and Boppo ends up pulling a gun on them all. He shoots them all and them himself before the Cops outside can burst in and catch him.
Season 10, Episode 3: Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q.
This lil guy was a great way to put a spin on a popular B52’s song, Rock Lobster. Quagmire’s sister Brenda and her boyfriend Jeff moved in. Quagmire as well as anyone within hearing distance quickly figure out how abusive Jeff is. Peter points out to Quagmire he is as scary as an Iraq Lobster. Enter Peter playing his own version of Rock Lobster, but with lyrics for the Iraq Lobster while it dances on the floor.
Season 12, Episode 13: 3 Acts of God
The family is out tailgating at the Patriots game. Peter is so happy as it is GAME TIME. It is the greatest Sunday tradition ever… outside him setting up for his cut scenes. Cut to a scene in the Griffin House where Peter is checking to make sure he has all the Characters he needs for them. Characters like Jewish Monkey, Darth Vader, and Japanese Abe Lincoln. (Notice a few other familiar Characters/Items that were in there too?)
Season None , Episode None: —
This one was more an homage if you will to the current trends going on. During the Halftime Show at Superbowl XLIX, Katy Perry had quite an elaborate set up and many costume/scene changes. During one of her performances (California Girls/Teenage Dreams) all sorts of “props” and costumes to give it a “beach” theme were used. One of those costumes was two back up dancers looking like depressed Sharks. The dancers claimed it was really hard to see not to mention they had NO time to hurry and change into them in the few seconds they had. Many online started poking fun at the shotty dance moves and how out of sync they were. “No dude, go right… your OTHER right.” (See what they did there?)
Of course this meant a viral blow up on Twitter and other social networks with people either rallying around the Shark Dancers or continuing to put them down. Many also turned focus to WHO was in those Shark costumes. (There names are Bryan Gaw & Scott Myrick.) Feel free to seek out more online on all this one. Lol. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this guy ends up in an episode as Family Guy tends to put a lot of real life stuff in there.
There you go. A rundown of where all those cool new items came from that were dropped into our silly lil game for over the weekend. What do you think of the episodes? Did you remember these scenes? Do you now get why they dropped in the Shark? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Don’t know if this is the right post but I just have some questions. I apologize in advanced if these questions have already been answered.
My first question is about Boppo the Clown. What is the animation for him. If it’s cool, I might use my clams.
My next question is about the caveman deco. Does he have an animation? I’m not that far into the district so I can’t check the shop yet.
I only have enough clams for one of these guys. If you had to pick, would you choose the clown, the caveman, or none. Thank you for your patience!

He wobbles back n forth, pulls the gun and shoots it making him bend back. Then wobbles again.
Caveman picks his nose and eats meat.
Myself… I would wait. I personally like to spend Clams on Characters or cool buildings. But that is me.

Yea I think I’m going to hold off for now. I’m just going to save and hope they bring back Predator one day. If a long time passes and I have some clams lying around I might buy the caveman. Thank you for the input!

With St. Patrick’s Day being the next event and with TinyCo liking to add holiday mythical characters, I hope they have American Dad’s O’Shamus McPherson, Jeff’s black leprechaun that can be summoned from a flute to give Jeff 3 wishes.

Agree & I wished they would add more American dad stuff as well the Cleveland show stuff! =)

When I initially saw him, I bought O’Connor thinking it was Tom Servo and got disappointed he wasn’t animated.

Is it just me, or does O’connor take up three more “squares” than he needs to? He is tiny and clearly fits on one spot, but you need four to place him. Like the land shortage wasn’t bad enough already!

Lol. I thought so. He’s teeny. Maybe room for later animation? 😉

I am pretty sure they are never going to animate this character… The entire gag in the show of O’conner being a traffic cop was that he did not move. I agree that there is a MASSIVE land shortage, and doing things like this does not help. I already have half my junk in storage due to lack of space.

He’s not the only deco or building that takes up needless board space. Very annoying! Plus, collectively, they take up too much processing time/space.

Just noticed I finished leveling Cupid already even though I got Pat and Ida way before and have been sending them on same length quests. Not complaining but did you notice this too. A bit odd.

Some seem to level quicker than others. I guess it’s more the tasks we send them on mostly.

I reeeeeeeally hope Jims Bank is a sign that Jim Kaplan will be showing up sooner rather than later.

I wish they showed the animation in the shop. I might buy the other-right shark if I knew exactly what he does.

Dances just like they did at Superbowl. Arms out to side. Hand clap.

Thanks, much appreciated, guess I should check their fb more often. And I got him, the only question that remains is, will I regret it? And the answer will be revealed in…three months!
(Don’t think I will though, I like premium decos more than premium characters most of the time)

On that note… a while back I asked about that beanstalk. I didn’t buy it yet. But, today I finally saw it in a FB multiverse!! Ya, not going to spend 225 clams on it. Thanks for helping. Glad I waited.

Even if he is just a deco I love the Other Right Shark and loved even more that he was pretty cheap.

I sooooo want the shark!! Lmao when that Vine came out of the left shark dancing totally like he didn’t care, I thought it was HILARIOUS haha funny s***!! 😉 I bought it in my bf’s game just to see what it does and yet just because it’s a deco and doesn’t move around, I still want it in my game just to watch the awesome dance moves lol

I did, yes. They’ve been putting together a lovely gift for myself and Alissa and just finished it to send to us. Be nice now. Not everyone is local or U.S. I adore and care for all our readers worldwide.

It has nothing to do with being “local or U.S.”… Geez Americans are myopic. It’s as simple as, if you’re on an English-language site, you should expect to understand what is being written.

It means everyone speaks different dialects. Varying on country or state they come from. Some of our global users attempt to use translation systems but it still comes across weirdly worded. Doesn’t mean you have to pick at them for their translation. Right? Our Hawaii friends have mixes of many cultures and dialect and I love it. I’m not gonna pick someone apart for being different or having difficulty explaining something they are struggling to translate.
End result…I understood it. That’s all that was needed as it was intended for me and Alissa. If I did not, I would ask it explained. Yes it was a lil jumbled, but I still deciphered it. 😉
