Does anyone know what the movie clapboard means next to certain actions?

The clapboard is an outdoor tasks tag. All it means it the character will be, where you can see there animation.

I was sad to see that Jake Tucker’s “Eat an upside down kids meal” is no longer an outdoor action. That was one of my favorites.

I Contacted support and they said “we apologize that your favorite action isn’t outside anymore, it was a great one” and it was. He would try to mash the food into his face and really struggled with it. Made that a 50 clams well spent. A real shame to see it gone.

What was the time frame for you guys to unlock Stewie?
I’m pretty much done with gathering/doing all other components needed EXCEPT for the plutonium. I have 1/10. It’s insane! I see from previous posts it was pretty ridiculous for all, but really?!? Argh!
Any pointers? Suggestions?

I didn’t expect to have only 1/10 plutonium while having both Falconer Peter and PB&J Brian’s tasks completed plus all jewels and all but two blueprints. Guess I should of placed this under What the Hell, definitely the way I’m currently feeling about it all.
Anyways…any input would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly… Stewie and Anime Peter (both really rare items) seemed to take about a month. But it really depends on how YOU play the game. How often you send the Characters on tasks to earn those items. It will all vary per player. The Districts are meant to take time so you have something to always do inbetween events. 😉

Thanks for the input. Anime Peter took me about three weeks, that last eyeball was impossible. I’m able to play several times a day so I have players on task all day, always clearing and putting them on task again. I thought about purchasing BunchaJunk store but 275 clams for a 33% chance of plutonium was a turn off. So nothing but time and patience…patience, what’s that?

Just a few things:
Is it safe to put the New Years Eve items in my inventory now? I don’t want to lose them and they’re taking up some room.
Is there any word from TC if they plan on giving us asphalt, parking lots and other options like in Tapped Out? I ask because many buildings that I’d like to use are missing concrete, which ends up showing grass where it shouldn’t be and makes them somewhat unusable. Take a look at Boopity Pastaria, Meatloafaria, Magic Clam’s Saltwater Taffy and other buildings and you’ll see what I mean, especially when placing them next to a sidewalk. I’ve asked TC on FB before with no response.
There are several buildings that are not aligned correctly. CIA Headquarters actually overlaps the sidewalk, as do some other buildings. I’m hoping there will be a way they can tweak the game to adjust the scale and alignment of these.

I have an iPod and no videos as of yet.
In other news, I love that flaming chicken running around my town; Herbert’s dog not so much (why doesn’t he get him one of those little carts) but I wanted the Tyrannosaur and he looks very cool. My favorite NPC tho is still the Staypuft Marshmallow Man, he rocks!

This may be useful to some–
From the help section /troubleshooting in the game
There is currently a known bug with the Pawtucket Brewery where the “Go” button for “Item Requires” is not taking you to the correct character action. This section is also not scrolling correctly so you cannot see all the characters that offer drops for that item. We will have a fix for both these issues when 1.6 is released. In the meantime, here’s a list of all the characters that have actions for the required items:
Bottle Caps (uncommon) from Peter, Quagmire and Seamus
Empty Beer Bottles (uncommon) from Meg, Herbert and Lois
Beer Bubbles (rare) from Vinny and Bruce, Stewie and Connie
Silver Patriot Tickets (rare) from Tom Tucker, Carter and Mort
Tap-Handle Cane (extra rare) from Mayor West, Tricia and Dr. Hartman

Is it me or did overnight Tinyo added extra time to character tasks?
For example I like to run characters on 4 hr quests during the day. I typically run meg on “make bird calls”, which I swore was 4 hours… Today it’s showing as 6hrs. There were a few more other character tasks I noted having an extra hour or two added but I can’t remember them all right now.

Hi all, after the packers seattle game I really think football is fixed. I feel sorry for anyone who took the packers, the point spread was +5 for green bay then seattle wins at the end by 6 things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmm. Im going on 21 attempts for jesus turning water into clams so i put him near my beer lake maybey that will help, but like dixie said its not wine so it probably won’t work. Happy gaming.

What a game by the Patriots! Before the game I jokingly said I wanted them to win by 40, and they end up winning by 38! Here’s hoping they can carry that momentum to the super bowl!

I have an idea for a game enhancement. I think if a player has more than one worker, they should be given the option to employ multiple workers on a shared action.
For example: if it takes 20 hours for one worker to clear a plot of land, the player could be allowed to add a second worker to reduce the total time to 10 hours.
Does that sound like anything TinyCo might consider?

What about the 2nd half of the Packers-Seahawks game? Missed it because hubby proclaimed it over by halftime then changed the channel. I get his NFL alerts on my iPad & when I saw the final score I LOL’d. He couldn’t wait for network highlights, so he scoured the net to see what happened. The last half had everything but a kitchen sink on the field.

Hey, here’s a weird one. I was moving building around in Quahog, and accidentally stored the “Rite of Passage Tower.” When I put it back in, my Characters’ tasks would drop stuff, like Champagne glasses, and 2015 sunglasses you could earn. Wwweeeiiirrrddd.

I just tried this & sure enough, all the item counts reset & characters & buildings list the items as possible drops. I wonder if you can get a second apartment building?

As far as I know (from talking to TC about it)…the drops will happen, but you won’t get another building.

Ok as I see it we have 2 options with district 10 a. Carry on with tasks collecting extra stuff for things unlocked later or b. Just collect what we need for current items and wait for more unlocks before carrying on. Option a gives the hope of being able to instantly craft stuff but option b gives us more to fill up time before Valentine’s event. What do you guys think do you think there will be enough to do that we should just hoard stuff or should we try to extend things as much as possible?

I’m all about stockpiling. Who knows how many of these items we are going to need for the marching band & chumba wumbas, which will probably be needed to unlock Pawtucket Pat.

I had forgotten how tedious the actual districts are considering it’s been straight events since Halloween. We had American dad then thanksgiving then Christmas then New Years all after one another. Pawtucket pat is gonna take quite long to get im guessing. As far as characters the only character in the main facespace picture they haven’t gotten to is greased up deaf guy.

I think every time Brian or Stewie has an item earning task, Bitch Brian and Bitch Stewie should also have a task to earn the same item, just harder. So if it’s an uncommon drop rate for Brian, it would be a rare drop rate for Bitch Brian. A rare drop rate for Stewie, then an extra rare drop rate for Bitch Stewie. Or keep the same drop rate, but double the time of the task length. Brian has a four hour task, Bitch Brian has an eight hour task for the same item. It would make them worth having and actually makes sense from a logical perspective.

Characters I would like to see in the future: Penelope, Joyce Kinney, Patrick Pewterschmidt, Ida Quagmire, Cleveland’s family, Ollie, Opie, Angela (hopefully she’s part of district 10), Greased up deaf guy, Bertram, Loretta, and Susie.

Actually it’d be awesome if tiny co made an event in which we would have the fat kids from fat camp roam our streets and us having to bomb them with cabbage/salad etc and get to keep one in the end.or to get one/some of them as characters.the sound of their stomachs rumbling would be hilarious!

same here. Patches keeps showing up and when I click on him it says video cannot be played. Has happened at least 7 or 8 times. Now that I think about it, he hasn’t shown up for a day or two. Maybe they gave up

How can I get Cleveland free. On one device he was offered as a gift during Halloween. I watched on the other but it never happened Maybe because it was 2 levels lower? I don’t want to buy him. Thank you.

He was NEVER Free. Not sure as to what you are alluding to. He had to be collected for and unlocked during the Kingdom Event. Was for Clams during Halloween. At no point was he Free in the game. You had to unlock or buy in order to get him.

I saw a dinosaur saying something about +1 clam however I did not get it. I hope the crashing issue gets fixed on my android devices because it doesn’t crash on my iOS device.

My daughter has watched 3 videos so far from her ipad and I have yet to be able to watch even one on my android phone. Seems they released it for ios only. They did that last time too with Carl. The first week or two only ios could watch videos for clams until they added android later to be eligible. (Sad face)
