Looks like Phase 2 of District 10 is upon us! In order to see it you’ll need to have completed the Home Brew questline, once that’s complete Phase 2 should start for you.
More details on the way….
So there’s not a ton of buildings and decorations for purchase in phase 2….however there are several new items to craft. Let’s get to it..

15 Chumbawaba Flute (Extra Rare)- Earned By: Make Bonnie Twerk It OR Make Bruce Be a Good Listener OR Make Jerome Grow His Fro OR Get By Clearing Chumba Wumba
Craft the Marching Band Tubist- Craft with$40,000, 8 Beer Bubbles, 5 Tap Handles
Craft the Infinite Pee Machine- Craft with $90,000, 10 Beer Bottles, 5 Beer Bubbles, 5 Tap Handles

Clearing Chumba Wumbas
Chumba Wumbas will appear in your Quahog after part 2 of the main questline. To clear them you’ll need Chumba Wumba Stewie and then it’s a 6hr task to clear 1 Chumba Wumba. There is a chance they’ll drop a Chumba Wumba Flute (Extra Rare). There is an outdoor task associated with clearing them…it’s pretty funny (at the end).
They reappear every 8hrs
Questline Details
State of Pure Inebriation questline is the main questline for Phase 2. For those that move quickly..here’s a quick rundown of who to keep free:
-Part 1 Requires Peter & Building the Mansion
-Part 2 Requires Brian
-Part 3 Requires Clearing 20 Chumba Wumbas, Craft Beer Tree, Craft Forklift
That’s as far as I’ve gotten at this point….because I’m waiting for more Chumbas to spawn to move past Part 3.

Yup it is animated. It’s actually a pretty neat animation. Basically combines the volcano animation with Beer. 🙂

I just haven’t been rushing my Chumba Wumbas (11/20). HOWEVER, I did calculate the total number of items you need to collect to craft all the allowable items…
If you craft all the CURRENTLY available items, you need:

54 Tap Handles
And it isn’t the tap handles giving me grief, it’s the Bubbles, because I only have 1 task getting bubbles, since the other characters are collecting hats or flutes.

To finish the questline you’ll need have to craft two chumba wumbas…so 40 silver cards and 12 tap handles. Ends at part 7, and “who’s heard of hops berry?” Quest line runs concurrently with other quest after you round up 20. Then ends at 5 I think, phase 2 ends after the tour!

Home Brew Pt.7, I’ve unlocked all districts. Also currently on ‘Feel the burn Pt.4″ & “Feed the Beast Pt.3”. Those are the only quest-lines i have available.

K… so you have NOT completed Home Brew? Take a peek at the top of this post, you will see in order to see the newer items… you must complete that questline to move on to the next phase. 😉

I have tried getting the golden flute but the spawn rate is hella wack on it. I’ve already done about 10-12 tasks trying to get the golden flute and haven’t even received 1… Hopefully by Christmas of 2015 I’ll have at least 2 golden flutes..

Like a week, (without using Clams), since Stewie can only clear 1 every 6 hours.

Just something I notice. The wumbas are walking around my town and I’m having stewie clearing them. The thing is I didn’t even start pt 1 of state of pure in…..blah. also what’s the difference between the wumbas that I have to craft and the one I have to clear? Is the crafting one just a deco and I can’t clear him using stewie to get the flute?

No, I finished it a day before, but other things I had done or were in the process of doing stayed the same.
Oh well, nothing too serious I guess since nothing is limited time in this one.

More 12 hour tasks. We already have them for the Beer Bubbles and now we have 12 hour tasks for the 25 Beer Can Hats. I understand that TinyCo are trying to slow things down a bit and extend the time taken for the district, but with tasks this long, coupled with items that rarely drop, I only really need to dip into the game twice a day.
If you take into consideration that there are so many Beer Bubbles needed to craft the required objects and that these are, I believe, “Uncommon” items – Three people performing the tasks are giving an average drop rate of one Beer Bubble a day – Then it is 8 days for the Tuba Player, 12 days for the Fork Lift Truck and 15 days for the Hops Fountain – That’s essentially a 35 day wait just for one item needed to craft those 3 objects. By the same reckoning, that’s 25 days to collect the Hats towards unlocking Pat. This is not enough to keep me coming back again and again during the day and the longer I am away from the game, the less likely I am to be bothered to go back in.
I appreciate that some people were complaining about there being too much to do, but TinyCo seem to have gone way too far in the other direction. Sending the same few characters on the same few overly long tasks kind of loses it appeal after a couple of days…..

Nah… this is normal for Districts. They are meant for “inbetweens”. So you don’t burn out with massive Events followed by grinding Districts. 🙂

It is supposed to take time. No worries. You got all the time you need. It is a District. Here to stay. Made to fill the gap between events. If it was done quickly I would become bored with nothing else to do. 😉

I tried to force close and restart and Pat is still MIA. He was there at the beginning. Not too worried yet as long as he doesn’t turn into a clams character when he returns.

Still 2 Handles away from getting the Infinite Pee Machine, but getting these handles are taking sooooooo long. Tricia and Hartman have been trying to get those two Handles for 2-3 days straight and I still haven’t gotten one so far. Mayor West is not even at the level yet for getting Beer Handles.

I’ve got two questions…
1. Is there a limit of how much you can craft of each craftable? Because it’s fun now, but I think it will be pretty annoying after a year if you still see those collectibles at the characters tasks.
2. Is it just me or are those dogs (from district 9) still wandering in my town. Did I miss a way to clean them?

1: Many items you can get multiples of. It is there as a choice for you to determine what you want in your town.
2: If you do still have the dogs, just tap on them when Mayor West is free and clear them out.

yeah, this is something they could learn from EA and the Simpsons game. sure they don’t add land often either but when they do, its a super long and big strip with so much room to play in. (unless ur crazy talented and make elaborate things, but for me one strip can last me months.
but in this game, they had these teeny tiny strips that almost seem pointless as its basically just enough room to put a street and a few buildings and whatnot. if they don’t wanna add long strips then the districts should at least be bigger. when this latest one opened, i used up the whole space pretty much right away due to all the buildings i have to store because there’s no room.
so that’s one thing i won’t complain about, adding new buildings all the time.sure i rather display most or all of them but least i can store them until there is more land. but yes….. they need to either add land more often or least make it a significant addition when they do. that huge lake in the corner doesn’t help either, takes up so much room for nothing.

I completely understand where you’re coming from! They shouldn’t keep adding such huge volumes of buildings etc every time they release a new event (which is now almost every week) if there isn’t enough room to place them. 1 tiny strip only houses at the most a road and 1 or 2 buildings (depending on the size). And they end up not adding land for another few months yet they release about 20 new buildings within that time.
You’d think they’d realise that there’s no room for every single building if you have roads. Unless you just don’t have roads and bunch everything together, which would completely defeat the purpose of the game.

What TinyCo needs to do is scale huge buildings down by half and stop making ones like Rehab Clinic where 50% of its space is wasted on a path to the building. Buildings being made shouldn’t max 8 squares in size. If this was the standard players wouldn’t ask about land a day after getting a new district.

Yes, you need to have started the State of Pure Inebriation questline to see them.

I have not finished building the mansion (but I have started it and am halfway through the build time) and yet, all of the new craft items unlocked in the brewery (except ChumbaWumba). So I think the mansion jst needs to be started. Also, even though I have not finished the mansion to unlock Pawtucket Pat (I have 2 hrs left), I was able to put ChumbaStewie on 6 hr task to catch a chumbawumba.

Tap handles should be indicated as Epic. Constant tasks for all 3 characters since the district released, but 4 taps to my name. I know it’s a district, so unlimited time, but darn. Wondering if RNGesus has started requiring clam sacrifices!

They were working as advertised for me this morning. Took a little bit though for them to pop up in my town. Try hard closing and restarting your game. If that doesn’t work I’d let them know.

Aargh these tap handles are the new bane of my life, had 4 drop in total so far, now we need an extra 21!!

Just realized after reading here that we cud craft more items lol. Anyway I see that I’m only 2 tap handles away frm being able to do the infinite pee machine and forklift at same time. Which may be not for everyone but it seems like the best tactic save up for those two or I mean save up for every thing if that’s who you are or do each one individual like they say it’s your game and now there’s plenty of time to do anything you haven’t cleared up plus the side event

Ok anyone know why the Rite of Passage Tower is active again? And it has tasks in the actual character menu when u tap on them from the tower screen. Any ideas???? Thanks

Ok but what about those of us that already completed it?? This happened once before but it didn’t have any tasks available. As of right now I’ve collected 3 wine glasses and 1 party hat. Oh well at least maybe I’ll get to see the ball drop again!!

It reactivated for many players, even those that already had the balls drop and got Jillian’s Apartment. Lol. We did report it already and you are welcome to as well in your game.

I completed the tower the first time round but decided to do it again when the options came back, just to see what would happen. The answer: when the tower’s balls dropped, I got some clams. Hurrah! So if you’ve got nothing better for the characters to do, it’s well worth it.

Yup. It was reactivated for those that didn’t finish to be able to and get the apartment… but it triggered for a lot more than just them. 😉

The tower will reactivate if you place it into inventory, then place it back again in your game. I had to leave it in there a short while. The problem is that it has a task for Bonnie to get the 2015 tierra (the second item), and that same task is needed to get the syringes for Barnaby & Phineas. So it becomes random, you could get either. So having reactivated the tower is actually slowing me down.

OMG i will never get the band members , i am having the most difficult time collecting them! I have over 50 caps but only 8 bottles and both are under the uncommon task 😦

I think there must be a bug on the bottles. Bottles are listed as “uncommon” and the silver ticket as “rare” but so far I have 23 silver tickets and only 3 bottles. I would say that the odds in the program are reversed. In comparison to your game I have 24 bottle caps, so that’s about the same with gameplay I guess: you have 50 caps to 8 bottles, I have 24 caps to 3 bottles. Definitely something wrong there.

Now two days later I have 34 silver tickets and 8 beer bottles, plus I rushed Meg twice to try and get a couple extra chances and once it dropped then. It will be a long time before I can craft much in the brewery…

Hey guys,
Not sure if it’s just mine but all the items for phrase 2 that you can craft are locked and says it requires upgrading to the fear portal. I can however and have started building Pawtucket Pats mansion. Anyone have any idea how to fix this. The missions for Phrase 2 are also missing but I have access to all the buildings and decorations you can buy that come with Phrase 2. So now I’m really confused

Don’t know if this is late or not, but I just noticed Santa now has a voice. So far I have only heard him say “ho ho ho”. Is this late news cause my app has been werid with voices lately but everything seems fixed now.

Awesome thanks! It’s so cool that Tiny Co has been so generous with freemium content lately. Examples include the new district and all preceding districts, awesome events such as Christmas and Halloween, weekend events such as the Wrestlers, and many other examples. I really hope that they don’t become corrupt and greedy. I understand that they need money and I think the premium freemium balance is perfect at the moment. I highly doubt they will go down the wrong road but only time will tell. Thanks for all the hard work!

I was in game 20 minutes ago, and had enough to craft the chumba wumba, but I decided not to click craft until I came and checked the site. I went back in just now to get him and now he’s locked within the brewery. Any idea what’s going on there? Should I ask tinyco?

If you dropped out too soon, you may have not saved your progress. Try to go to Ollie land and back again. Other than that… you can try to reach out to them, but a non game save is something they can’t really fix.

That happened to me too. I got the update and saw that I could craft Chumba Wumbas but didn’t have the materials available. About half an hour later, I went back into my game and looked in Pawtucket and I can craft everything but Chumba Wumbas as they are locked now saying wait for Fear Portal which is just a wording issue. Why are they suddenly locked when I haven’t even crafted one?

Is ANYTHING in phase two (or phase one for that matter) timed? Besides needing characters to collect for the body building quests, a lot of the characters needed to collect stuff for Pat are also needed to collect items for creating stuff in the brewery. Knowing what is and isn’t timed will help with prioritizing who is doing what. I can’t imagine we’ll be able to collect for and craft brewery items indefinitely.
How long will the roaming chumbawambas be around?
Maybe this info is already available and I somehow missed it. In that case I apologize for asking a redundant question. 😮

Its a District… so nothing is timed. Nothing so far. 😉
Remember… we can only pay for Clams to speed up so far… then even WE get tripped up on spawn rates. We always play it out in our games so we can visually see what happens to provide accurate SS and info. 😉

Not 2 hours ago a screen came up saying that the district 10 wouldn’t be updated till next week. Since I’ve collected everything I set everyone on 20hr to 1day tasks than boom 2hrs later they update it smh. What the heck is up with these guys lol did anyone else see this?

Phase 2 will have to wait until Phineus and Barnaby are unlocked because there’s no way in heck I’m taking Steroid Stewie off of his task of getting the extremely difficult to obtain performance enhancers to mess with the roaming chumbawambas.
I’ve been saving up my Pawtucket item drops waiting for the unlock able characters and it paid off! I just got the roamer chumbawamba guy! Hoping I’ll be able to get the band members too.
