I can see all your frustration in the comments on the event. I get it. Really. I am wanting to get an overall idea of where you all are as of right now. 
So let’s try something out. Please post ONLY answers the following, nothing more. (Anything else will be moderated.)

All candy, all mustache, still need 4 hats, so looks like if I want Peter I need to spend clams, not enough time for 4 8hrs tasks, and I play regularly, every 4 hours at the most.

As of this morning, I was able to complete the requirements for the skin. Thank you TinyCo for listening and dropping the candy requirements. I did have to use the remaining 20 clams to get the last 4 hats I needed, but well worth it. I got 25 clams back when completing the set for Peter

Well when I got the news that they changed the # of candy needed I had 43…..so all I had to do was log in and create the costume! I still have 40 blindfolds but have obviously stopped sending them on tasks to get more. Also finished the blimp task lines today and it disappeared just like U said it would. I really, really hope they bring that back as a decoration! (I log into the game around every 2 hours or so).

Had all the mustaches and hats a day and a half ago, and had 38 candy and 22 blindfolds when the change came in. I was gonna be a minimum of 3 short of the original 55 goal.

I have 38/35 candies, plus have had the hats & mustaches maxed since last night. Also have 32 blindfolds.
Ive been trying to get on every 2 hours or so, but today has been almost hourly as I’m trying to level up Olivia. And no, I don’t get up in the night just to play the game.

I just finished collecting everything for ss peter this morning i had the hats done and. 1 moust ache to go and I got it but i dont think the changes were necessary i only play 3-4 times a day

I just saw that they changed the candy amount. I have 34 of 35 candies and I have everything else. I have 13 blindfolds left with characters doing blindfold actions. I was afraid I wasn’t going to get soap opera peter. I am so excited that I now will. Thanks t co

Plus a note from TinyCo indicating the lack of piñatas (less than 1 every 2 hours) is a KNOWN issue. I knew that drop rate was just not normal!

I have 9 blindfolds, 32/35 candies (noticed they knocked it down 20), 19/20 hats & 16/16 mustaches. I check in about every 4-6 hours depending on when tasks should be finished. And 41 of 50 piñatas.

Yey! Just went on game to smash piñatas and smashed 3 in with no candies and thought ‘that’s strange’. Checked al’s and found they’d lowered it to 35 candies needed which id reached this morning – wasn’t sure I would get spanish soap Peter without clams before this like. 🙂

FYI…check your clam purchase for Soap Opera Peter…mine just dropped from 89 clams down to 4…so I snapped him up!!!!! Looks like they realized he was unobtainable through pinatas.
I had 34 candies, all the cowboy hats and mustaches. Have 21 bandanas. Play pretty much nonstop except for sleep.

I’ve been done with the hats and the mustaches since yesterday morning, Was worried I’d have to spend clams to get the final candies by tomorrow morning. Looks like they’ve reset it. This morning I was at 39 out of 55. Now I’m at 39 out of 35 and am currently waiting for the outfit to craft.
I have nearly 20 blindfolds.
It seems like this time the candy didn’t always drop? Don’t things like this always have a drop, or am I remembering incorrectly?

Yay! Not sure if this happening for everyone but I just finished smashing my last awful piñata. I still needed like 20 candies, had everything else. When I went into check the status on my outfit it said it was complete. All were check marked and he’s completeing as we speak!! Woohoo
