Hey there Tribbles!
Are you loving this Star Trek Event as much as me? I am all sorts of giddy with excitement. Well, with every New Event comes the Event Menu. A place to go to for pretty much all your needs during an Event. A kind of “quick view” of things.
Let’s jump into the Star Trek Event Menu and help you get use to where things are. First off, how to find the Star Trek Event Menu. It is located at the bottom right of your game screen. The Starfleet XP Icon. (Don’t worry what Level yours says as they will vary by player and where YOU are in the game.)
Just a quick tap on the Icon and away you go to the Home Screen of the Menu.
HOME SCREEN (Home Icon)
This is for all of those of you that are VERY particular on knowing just how much time is left in the Event, the end date, and the MINUTE it stops. LOL.
You will also see the Main Currency listed for the Event. As well as the XP Meter. Tapping on “AWESOME” just takes you back to your Quahog. 
WHAT’S NEW SCREEN (Exclamation Icon)
As in the title, this is where you can go to see what/who is New to the game for the week. This will change as the game progresses, so check back weekly. 
FEATURED SCREEN (Star Icon)
This is where you will see items that will most likely help out with your game progress. This will change as well as the game progresses, so check back weekly. (Tapping on “GO” below the items will take you to them or to their information.)
ENERGY RESOURCES SCREEN (Energy Crystal)
As titled, you can go here to get more info about the different sources of Energy in your game and where they will come to use during the Event. Some may still be locked depending on how far in questline you are, but they will open once you start to put them to use. 
STARFLEET AND WARP CORE SCREEN (Warp Core Icon)
This section will give you a quick explanation of how the Starfleet Crew Members will help you out in the game. It also very briefly tells you about the Warp Core Upgrades. They are going to be vital for this Event if you want to unlock and build as many rooms as possible on the Enterprise for this Event.
STAR TREK FAQ LOG (Question Mark Icon)
As a working Community, we here at the Addicts try to help out all we can with information and guides for the game. At times we may not have the details out just yet, but you want your fix NOW. TinyCo has embeded a FAQ into their game for quick tips and help. This section will take you right to the in game FAQ if you are trying to locate it. Just tap on the “?HELP & SUPPORT” link on the bottom to go there.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to rearrange the enterprise? I tried rebuilding over a room and it said my now previous room went into storage. I tried taking it out & it built another one instead. Help 😦

You can only have 2 of each and it is just a matter of “change” for each room.

These green cubes are my bane. Bonnie hasn’t dropped one this entire time. I’ve gotten the 2 I have from having built 2 super rad cargo rooms. And even then I have 2. Anyone else not getting green cubes?

Here’s my logic that is leaning towards us getting to keep the starship as a playable screen after the event ends:
There are rooms on it that are only attainable via clams, so they can’t take those away after because we purchased them, right ? So we should be able to keep the starship after it all ends ?

You keep the rooms in a form of a decoration. As far as for now…. ship still goes.

I think it’s their way of testing event spaces away from the town so we will stop griping about having no space and rearranging our towns just to play an event. If the event space is another “world” then we can keep our towns how we want (roads and all) and now have more room to place and use event buildings etc.

I also thought the Enterprise was going to be a permanent “world” we could visit forever, like Ollieland.

But since the Star Trek event is limited time, the Enterprise is as well. However, TinyMatt said they are working on a way to make a static image we can look at when the interactive ship disembarks on April 30th.

I’ve unlocked Ferengi Mort and his task count obsessively latinum bars should drop transporter energy. Now I’ve seen in the menu that it is coming soon. Does that task drop transporter energy already or do we have to wait until the next warp core level? I mean it is an rare item so there will be hardly a drop to see after the first time. If not I would send him on another task to earn some more dilithium…

For those having tribble trouble (tribbles not spawning): try to go to multiverse.
Mine were not spawning and I hadn’t had riker unlocked, I’ve contacted tinyco, they’ve answered, I have restarted my device, the game and only after I went to ollielandthey restarted spawning.

oh i am feeling so behind! i have noticed that i have gotten 3 of the green cube energy things but the counter to unlock jeordi is still on 1/2. is anyone having this problem? it only counts cubes from riker and not from bonnie 😕 so i am guessing only riker’s count? or is this an issue with my game that i need to let them know?
btw enjoyed the q&a article😄 makes me look forward to future events!!

They are 2 different ones. Riker drops Life Support. Bonnie drops Synthesizer Ore.

Right now… most of that is a place holder so I would not read ANYTHING into it until that portion actually goes live. 😉

So After four finished 20 hour tasks, I still have not a single rainbow. Are they serious? How long shall this take?

Those rainbows take 20 hours and not a guaranteed drop. All I had was 3 left and nothing else so it only cost 60 clams but each rainbow is 25 clams. Not hard to figure out that it was best (for me) to just pay the 60 instead of 75 per rainbow or 3 more days to possibly get the drops. So yay! I have Giordi. Not a bad compromise.

I need help.
I can’t seem to get Ferengi Mort anymore. He disappeared from my Replicator menu.
A friend with the game still has him, I don’t have him though. This goes for both an Apple device and on an Android device. My guess is that it’s account related, but that’s just a guess.
Any ideas?

Question…which should i build first? Earl greys tea so i can finish the quest im on? Or the statue neede to unlock the character? Im not sure which one i should do first…it took forever to get the 5 items needed to build either one

Hi everyone–
Has anyone tried to “changes rooms” on the enterprise? I’ve used up all the open spaces so I’d like to swap out my robotics lab for another crew quarters because of the added chance for the life support energy crystal. Does the room go away or does it end up in your inventory?

It goes into the rooms inventory. So when you tap on it, it says “owned 1” or amount you own.

I still dont have the engineering bay. Had riker do his 2hr task several times and he only drops dilithium and xp. Still 0/2 life support. Is there some other way to unlock it?

Just keep at it. More options come available as you move on to get the Energy items.

I built the super rad facility but it shows up as wardrobe services. Is anyone else getting this issue?

It is only a few days into a 40+ day event. There is still plenty of time for them to come into play. 😉

Hi found a good trick, I clicked by accident on the main splash scresn for the game you use for the Trek basics menue, it came up full screen and was able to save it. It is now my wallpaper, thanks for putting this up. I have the new Galaxy tab, not sure if it will work on other devices, but looks great on mine. 😊 Thanks for allowing the use of it and not locking it.

Help I am completely lost here on sequence of builds. I have searched for Crew quarters but only get the first mention. What do I have to clear or build to have it? I have river and my starship so far thank
