I can see all your frustration in the comments on the event. I get it. Really. I am wanting to get an overall idea of where you all are as of right now. 
So let’s try something out. Please post ONLY answers the following, nothing more. (Anything else will be moderated.)

I’ve just checked and my game only seems to need 35 candies – Says I have 37/35.

I think this has made Tinyco make a change, Spanish Soap Peter now only needs 35 candies, I’m creating him as I type. Thanks Bunny & Alissa

TinyCo just reduced the requirements to 35! Received an in-game response from them and was able to unlock Spanish Soap Peter!
