Looks like TinyCo decided to drop week 3 content just a tad early on us. So for those waiting for the Thursday release, it’s going to hit tonight… Wednesday… instead.

I already made plans with extended family tonight, so I’ll get what I can up and have to allow Lotty and Russian Tigger to snag some other information. Otherwise I’ll update as I can.

First up, the Basics

• Players will need to complete week 2 Main Questline.
• Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s completed

• Don’t have a TON of Tasks open in your Task Menu. If you have too many open, no new ones can arrive. (Keep it under 10). If you do not see new Tasks popping up, clear out some incomplete Tasks already on your List to make room for more

GIANT SQUID

According to the FAQ, you fight the Giant Squid by reaching either one of two quests: Treasure Hunting Pt. 7 or Release the Squid Pt. 1. You will need to acquire Broken Oars and Rusty Anchors in order to fight the Giant Squid. More info coming soon…

Many of us are seeing the Giant Squid in our game now. You will find him in the vortex and he’s similar to previous baddies where you need to gather a quantity of an item to attack him over and over. The items he will ask for are Oars and Rusty Anchors.

We will get a full breakdown of the rewards etc. for battling the quaint squid in a separate post. But for now know you can collect oars and rusty anchors from:

Oars: (Always) Jerome, Pirate Queen Lois, Fancy Seamus, The Captain and from the Sperm Whale Suite (House of Booty)

Rusty Anchors: (Always) Jerome, Pirate Queen Lois, Fancy Seamus, The Captain and from the Sweet as Sugar Mill (House of Booty)
UPDATE 9/15 Per TinyCo: Rusty Anchors drop from Lois’ action “Buy Anti-Wrinkle Cream” instead of the previous action

BOOZY BRIG – 3rd BATTLE SHIP

You will now see that The Boozy Brig, Ship “#3”, is now active in the water in the Event Area. It will cost you $1000 and take 10 seconds to repair. This new ship will go to Battle with the 3 new larger ships next to Phase 2 Ships

Battles using the Ship will be similar to the last Phases. More details on it in another Post.
