UPDATE BUNNY 645PM EST: Two things I am noticing in the game. Players without the ship in the Event Area. Patch is almost complete and should be to the games in a bit, so keep checking back.
Next, players jumping WAY ahead and unlocking Riker before completing “Where No Griffin Has Gone Before” Part 4 to get 35 Tribbles from Quahog. This is creating a conflict due to the jump then sets the Tribble requirement to the Enterprise questline, overwriting the Quahog one. They are aware and seeing how they can better make it so those of us with itchy Fingers (yes, Alissa did this too. 😉 ) can get the Tribble quest in Quahog complete if we jumped ahead. 😉 Patch sent, let us know if the issue is resolved for you. 😉
Also, if you are getting an error mesage… check your app markets first to ensure you have the latest update to the game. 😉

Are you ready to boldly go where no Clammer has gone before?! After weeks of teasing, a few trailer videos and a bunch of sneak peeks…it’s finally time for Star Trek to arrive in Quahog! (Make sure you download the latest Version from your App Market.)

Your first task will be to repair Shuttlecraft which costs $500, and takes 10 seconds..

First the new stuff in the store…
Initially there’s not too much in the store….here’s what’s there when you first start the event:
Decorations
Pod Plant- 35 Dilithium Crystals
Fartonic Tree- 55 Dilithium Crystals
Dilithium Lab- 200 Clams. Drops 50 Crystals
Dilithium Refinery- 400 Clams. Drops 200 Crystals

The Event Area is a bit different this time…it’s in the same general location but take a look…
Event Overview
Event Currency
For this event we’ll be collecting Dilithium Crystals! This is the currency you’ll need to unlock characters/skins and items through out the event.
Tribbles
What are Tribbles?
Here’s the info from TinyCo:
“Tribbles are small, furry creatures that purr when you pet them. Sort of like cats, but less bitey. They also multiply very quickly.
Pop them to collect Dilithium Crystals needed to power the Enterprise!”
So basically Tribbles will help you earn more Crystals. Simply tap on them to clear them! Sounds simple enough right?
Tribbles will also occasionally drop clams! Sweet right?!
UPDATE BUNNY : Here’s my spawn results. 6 Tribbles every hour. 3 yellow, 2 beige, 1 brown. I think your Star fleet Level may impact the amount, but this is what my last 6 spawns showed.
If you tap on one that multiplies, you can spawn up to 5/6 more from it. But tap fast cuz they disappear after a few seconds.
New Characters
William Riker
You’ll find him when you repair the Shuttlecraft. As always you’ll have to get stuff to unlock him…here’s a look at what you’ll need:

Geordi La Forge
You’ll find Geordi once you’ve gotten onto the Enterprise. He’ll be in the engine room…and you’ll need 2 Life Support Energy to unlock the room. Once unlocked you’ll find him. Naturally you’ll have to collect STUFF to unlock him. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Starfleet Statue- Craft in the Replicator. Requires 2 Life Support Energy and 675 Crystals
5 Rainbows (Uncommon): Earned By: Make Quagmire Update Dating Profile OR Make Mort Snoop on Customers OR Make Chris Lock Himself in Shed
10 Children’s Books (Uncommon): Earned By: Get from Cargo Bay OR Make Herbert Buy Candy for Kids

A new costume for Peter (of course you had to have known one was coming!) You’ll be able to start unlocking him once you’ve unlocked William Riker. Collect STUFF to unlock. Here’s what you’ll need:
8 Red Shirts (common): Earned By: Make Chris Fat Kid Hula Hoop
8 Replicator Hamburgers (Uncommon): Earned By: Make Jerome Be a Superior Athlete OR Make Riker Seduce Alien Ladies OR Make Joe Give Himself a Sponge Bath
14 Captain’s Logs (Rare): Earned by: Make Peter Stub His Knee OR Get from Beige Tribble OR Get from Brown Tribble OR Get from Yellow Tribble

ALL Characters/Costumes must be unlocked by April 30th in order to keep them in your Quahog. Otherwise they’ll leave with the event on April 30th
Traveling to the Enterprise
You’ll be able to travel back and forth from the Enterprise to Quahog! BUT you can only do this once you unlock William Riker. Once you’ve unlocked him simply tap on the icon in the lower right corner of your screen to travel…
Before you unlock William Riker you’ll see this screen popup:
Once you’ve unlocked Riker and are able to travel you’ll see this message popup from Ollie..
And then you’ll be taken away to the USS Enterprise!
The first time you visit the Enterprise it’ll look like this..
Once you’ve unlocked the ability to board the Enterprise you’ll be able to explore various rooms and areas. Here’s some more info on that…

How do I explore the Enterprise?
Only a small section of the ship will be available for use when you first board the Enterprise. As you explore and repair the ship, you’ll be able to repair the main rooms and customize the Enterprise rooms. You can decide which Enterprise Rooms you want to build and where to build them. (For more info, read “How do Enterprise Rooms work?”)
Some parts of the ship are sectioned into “districts.” In order to access different areas of the Enterprise, you may need to complete certain quests or wait for the next Warp Core upgrade to become available. Each week, you’ll need to collect Life Support Energy to upgrade the Warp Core. More content becomes available with each upgrade.
How do Enterprise Rooms work?
Aboard the Enterprise, you’ll find blank rooms. Players can build a room of their choice in these spaces in order to customize their experience.
Each Enterprise Room requires Dilithium to construct and will take time to finish building. The rooms will generate resources and event experience when you collect from them. They also have a chance of dropping stuff you’ll need throughout the event.
Some Enterprise Rooms can be purchased for clams. If you purchase a premium Enterprise Room you get to keep/reuse it (even if you build something over it).
You’ll receive a deco version of each Enterprise Room you build once the event ends!
We’ll break the rooms down a bit more in another post…
Energy
Energy is pretty critical for this event. It’s going to help you open up various rooms/districts of the Enterprise!
There will be 5 types of energy used for this event:
-Transporter Energy
-Phaser Energy
-Life Support Energy
-Synthesizer Ore
-Dark Matter
Each energy will have it’s own purpose. For Phase 1 we’ll just be using Life Support Energy and Synthesizer Ore…the other types (you guessed it) are for future updates!
Here’s how you can earn Life Support Energy:
–Riker: Think Deeply
–Crew’s Quarters
Here’s how you can earn Synthesizer Ore:
–Get from Super Rad Cargo Bay
-Bonnie: Go to Ladies Night
Replicator
The Replicator is basically where you can craft items and other fun things! Here’s the description from TinyCo:
“The Replicator allows you to craft special Star Trek items and decorations. Each prize requires Dilithium Crystals and other stuff, such as Life Support Energy or Synthesizer Ore. You can earn these by performing character actions, popping Tribbles, and collecting from special buildings.”
From inside the Enterprise you can access the Replicator by clicking on the room in the ship. Here’s what it looks like:
Right now there are only 4 prizes you can craft:

This will unlock once you’re on the Enterprise. You’ll see a shopping cart option, that’s where you’ll find this (bottom right, same place as in Quahog). Each try costs 100 Clams and here’s what you can win:

-Quark’s Bar and Holding Company: Building, earns more Crystals
–Tribble Furrier: Building, earns more Crystals
–Armus: Animated deco
–200 Clams
-150 Clams
-300 Dilithium Crystals

XP and Warp Core
When you complete tasks you’ll be awarded XP (questline tasks). This XP is used to upgrade!
The higher the level the more stuff you’ll unlock! You’ll be able to see your XP level at all times in the bottom right corner of your screen (right next to the transport button):

Anyone else experiencing lots of crashes? I go to collect money from buildings and 10 buildings in it crashes. It’s happened 4 times in less than 10 mins. It’s pretty frustrating. Help!

This entire event has me completely GEEKED OUT!!!! I want a tribble SOOO bad, that last year my stepmom bought me a Fluffling(difference is they are bright colored & have eyes, but do “purr”) to help tide me over until I can find a true Tribble. I was a HUGE fan of Next Generation and never missed an episode, so I am glad they went with this version and not the original. 😉

I really want that Dilithium Refinery! I LOVE the look of it but it’s just too rich for my budget. Plus, it’s practically inevitable, I would be left in the end with a bunch of crystals I really wouldn’t need. But dang it TinyCo why did you have to go creating something so tempting?!! Grrrr. I’ve got a feeling there is gonna be a whole lot more temptation ahead. TinyCo if your peeking in, can you pleeeeease at least, run a clam sale soon for us paupers?

More tribbles issues reported to TinyCo in game –
Completed the 2 day timed quest that awards 10 clams for capturing 200 tribbles on the Enterprise. The pop up did not show the clams, the clams were not floating to be collected, and after hard close and sync the clams never got added to my total. So this quest appears to be glitched (at least for me).
Also, the tribbles have been spawning great on the Enterprise, but they no longer spawn in the town since last night.
Even with these glitches, still loving this event!!!

I just wanted to check in again.
My tribbles have still not dropped any Captain’s Logs and neither has Peter, is anyone else having this problem so far? I’ve popped about 7-8 batches of tribbles now and nothing. Peter hasn’t dropped any either.
PS there’s tribbles on the Enterprise as well????

I cannot find Riker. He is gone. I sent him on the fund alien women task and now this morning cannot find him. Someone else posted on here the same thing.

He does that task on the Enterprise. In the Turbolift. So go check on the Enterprise and tap on the Turbolift to see if he is done.

Do you know if Patrick Stewart and George Takei unlocked from Comic-Con event will be used eventually for tasks? I had them in inventory ’cause they were maxed, but took them out yesterday. I was rather disappointed to see nothing for them to do. (I do realize everyone playing now may not have been playing since the game started and may not have those characters…) I looked through the walkthrough for the 1st part of the event, but have no patience (I’m an Aries lol) to read through all comments to see if it has already been asked.

I had no ship in my event area so I decided to uninstall and reinstall and see if that fixed it. Now it’s worse ‘cuz now I can’t even get past the loading screen!! 😦 I was really looking forward to this event but now I’m just sad 😦

Anyone know what happens to Riker when he teleports when “Seducing Alien Women”? I can’t find him in the game and it takes away a strategy I use of paying off the last 45 mins of the task for 1 Clam which allows you to buy at least 1 reward, and possibly earn 1 reward.

Does anyone know if the Enterprise will be a permanent addition to the game or will it go away after the event. If I put allot of time and effort to make a nice Enterprise just to see it go poof after the event whats the point!

Lol… see that part about “Per TinyCo”. I am pretty sure as that is the FAQ they gave us on the Enterprise. Now… anything can change between now and the end of Event, so outside what they told us… all we can do is wait and see how it all ends. 😉

I was able to complete the task on a second town of mine where I did not jump ahead and it appears there is nothing after part 4. I think the worse case scenario will be a task in the task book that stays there through the event.

Btw if I remember correctly Tinyco said we would get more land with this event. So either they are late with that or we are not getting any more any time soon. Any word on when Worf will come? We really need a hero, sorry I meant premium character to help with this first week. 🙂

I think you’re getting ‘a new place to explore’ mixed up with more land. There will be plenty of Space in space to explore. It won’t conflict with the land you’ve already unlocked. It’s kind of like another multiverse.

How important do we think getting a dilithium mine is? I could get the 200 clam one now, but don’t think can afford to do that ANDY buy a character (I assume someone will be clam only and very worth it :)). Reckon there should be enough dilithium from other sources for the event?

I did it with the Gingerbread house for X-mas, then had tons left unused. After that, I decided to hold off, since if you are pretty active you can get what you need in a timely manner.

We’re still seeing some reports. Contact TinyCo via your game and let them know what’s going on in your game…the more reports they get the better. We’ve also alerted them, but reports direct from games are always the best thing.

As regards to the Enterprise Rooms, I’d like to know if once the event ends, do we get to keep a deco/building version in our town of both the premium (those which cost clams) & non-premium (those which cost crystals) rooms we would’ve built during the event, or is it just the premium rooms bought with clams?

Energy earned prior to getting Riker appears to have been lost. My Needle didn’t move until I unlocked Riker and it only moved once the Energy gained from unlocking him added to it. Everything up to that point was wasted.
Also I’m not getting any Captian’s Logs from the tribbles. I’ve popped about 4-5 batches of them now and not a single drop. Anyone else having that problem?

Still no ship in event area. The icon to repair rikers ship is there but when i click it nothing happens. When i visit facebook friends, riker’s ship is in their event area.

There’s no ship in the event area? If that’s the case send TinyCo a message via the game. Let them know. They’ll have to take a specific look at your game and see what’s going on.

Per TinyCo yesterday a patch was being made. How long it’ll take to hit the games, I don’t know, but my impression was soon. Will see if any update today.

It seems that Tribbles won’t actually go live in my Quahog by themselves. It’s only after tapping Riker’s Dilithium bubble that a hand moved to some place in the town, indicate a tap and only then the Tribble appears. Since I’ve completed the Dilithium bubble I have yet to see a single Tribble.
Not that I’m too excited to see something barely visible roaming the town AGAIN, requiring road removal, but I’m particularly concerned about losing event currency.
Not that I would be overly surprised to see another bugged release, though…

Will the Enterprise area stay after the event? There was mention you would keep the rooms you buy with clams as decos, but I think most people wouldn’t know where to put it in their already crowded Quahog….

My starfleet XP bar still says “MAX” and when I click on the event menu to see my actual progress the bar still hasn’t moved despite me having earned some Starfleet XP. Any idea why?

You’ll have to move through the questline a bit for it to convert over to XP. They’ll be a quest that triggers the conversion. Everything you collect before that will count towards it once that conversion happens.

Hi folks, i raced on a little but have triggered the glitch that means no town tribbles.. but now have no enterprise tribbles dropping either.. have emailed tiny Co but they haven’t responded. . I guess they’re busy..!

Tricorders were so easy to get, still trying for beard trimmers but got 4 from last 2 tries so not to bad. Looking a good update, once again as you said, taking up the roads is the easier way to catch Tribbles, not to happy with doing this yet again, but have a big town and to difficult if not. So overall pretty happy up to now. 😊😊 and thanks yet again for great info.👍

I’m in the U.S.A. and it’s almost 3:30 but I can’t help it I love Star Trek and I’ve played this since the launch, this is by far the most content I’ve ever seen on this game and it’s so exciting how can anyone sleep 🙂

A few others have reported this. I don’t know if it is something with the connection to the App Market. I can suggest a few “workarounds” I have tried when all I get is the running squirrel. (Majority of the time, it is my connection is weak.)
Try to exit out of the game, restart device, try again.
Try to exit out of the game, go to app market and log out, restart device, when powered up go back to app market and log back in, then launch Family Guy and try again.

Both my GF and I have done this several times. TinyCo tells us both the team is investigating this. Never had this happen before. Is really kind of a bummer being stuck at 32 clams… 😦

Is it just me, or does it sound like Riker’s “If it’s humanoid, I’ve slept with it” line sounds like it’s been altered? Maybe from something a little less family-friendly…

It’s happening to me too. I wouldn’t say it’s rarely though. It happens at least once every I squish one that was multiplied.

Why is the beard trimmer so hard to get? I’ve had Bonnie, Lois, and quagmire repeating their action to get it since the event launched and still only have 2 of them. I got all the tricorders in a matter of 2 hours.

Me too. Still on 2/10 and the task takes so long. The rest is done. Guess it’ll be sunday when i finally get the ship unlocked. These problems are way too “common” it seems

Also, in one of the screen shots up there, it looks like halee and Francine from american dad walking around. Do you think an opportunity to get them come back in the future? I started playing the game back in January and have missed a lot of events!

Same thing here. Only six trimmers, and the last time none dropped. Kinda frustrating for a “common” item. Hoping I can get Riker in the next few days at this rate! Wtf!!!!

question: i am currently on tast 3, yet havent earned a bar for the xp level yet, it still says max…not showing any bars, that normal? i thought we would get a bar with every quest part completed.
before the event really started I already had a huge disappointment….i wont be able to complete this event, yet again. I have just started unlocking stewie, with the amount of stuff needed for him and the amount of time they consume, there is no way i can manage in 10 days, ….. >.< I bet many newer players will feel the same.

Who says that will stop you? You don’t know if it is one of those Costumes yet that you can win BEFORE unlocking a Character (Happens all the time). So before you pass judgement, wait… see what happens when the Stewie Costume is actually released into the game, THEN make your judgement. 😉
As far as where you are… the XP Starfleet Level won’t go up til you reach certain points. (Mine showed MAX for a while without being MAX). To actually watch and monitor the “bar movement”, tap on the XP icon, go to the Home Event Menu, and look at the top of the pop up to see how far you really are. 😉

Txen. When a costume has been won it’ll remain in Harrison’s until you have the character. Same happened in an event last year stewie’s costume was waiting in the costume shop waiting for him when he got stewie.

I already unlocked Riker (which is just Beyond Belief) but the tribbles are no longer spawning in quahog for me.

They are tiny, but you are not seeing a single one? Did you unlock them on the Enterprise yet?

They are spawning on the enterprise. But they stopped spawning in quahog as soon as I returned from the enterprise for the first time.

I have a question I have only got like 2 xp and it says max on the main screen below the 1 and the bar when u hit the task button is staying the same and now going up is this a problem and if so how can I fix it

Watch the bar progression in the actual Event Menu when you tap the XP icon, not the icon itself. 😉

It moves slower the farther you get on it. No worries, it is adding. I thought I was losing it, but then mine just jumped and BOOM, up to Level 2

wish the tribbles were easier to see… contemplating nuking the city, and depositing anything that doesn’t contribute to the event. i have far too much things and characters wandering the tightly packed streets. unfortunately, Tinyco (for all they do for us :D) give us just a smidgeon more land than they do new buildings/decorations/roads for it.

Just a suggestion. Maybe some characters like Roger, Nathon Fillion, Patrick Stewart, Felicia Day, Alien, Predator, and George Takei could have tasks to contribute to Starfleet XP. Even if its a small amount…

I absolutely HATE that Riker starts off this event… THE worst character in the history of Star Trek!!! He is just like those no-nothing Managers in corporate America who only got where they are because they are tall. Number Two is a great name for him although I think he should be demoted so we can call him Third Reicher. He doesn’t deserve to even spit polish Jean-Luc’s booties!
