Hey there Tribbles!
Are you loving this Star Trek Event as much as me? I am all sorts of giddy with excitement. Well, with every New Event comes the Event Menu. A place to go to for pretty much all your needs during an Event. A kind of “quick view” of things.
Let’s jump into the Star Trek Event Menu and help you get use to where things are. First off, how to find the Star Trek Event Menu. It is located at the bottom right of your game screen. The Starfleet XP Icon. (Don’t worry what Level yours says as they will vary by player and where YOU are in the game.)
Just a quick tap on the Icon and away you go to the Home Screen of the Menu.
HOME SCREEN (Home Icon)
This is for all of those of you that are VERY particular on knowing just how much time is left in the Event, the end date, and the MINUTE it stops. LOL.
You will also see the Main Currency listed for the Event. As well as the XP Meter. Tapping on “AWESOME” just takes you back to your Quahog. 
WHAT’S NEW SCREEN (Exclamation Icon)
As in the title, this is where you can go to see what/who is New to the game for the week. This will change as the game progresses, so check back weekly. 
FEATURED SCREEN (Star Icon)
This is where you will see items that will most likely help out with your game progress. This will change as well as the game progresses, so check back weekly. (Tapping on “GO” below the items will take you to them or to their information.)
ENERGY RESOURCES SCREEN (Energy Crystal)
As titled, you can go here to get more info about the different sources of Energy in your game and where they will come to use during the Event. Some may still be locked depending on how far in questline you are, but they will open once you start to put them to use. 
STARFLEET AND WARP CORE SCREEN (Warp Core Icon)
This section will give you a quick explanation of how the Starfleet Crew Members will help you out in the game. It also very briefly tells you about the Warp Core Upgrades. They are going to be vital for this Event if you want to unlock and build as many rooms as possible on the Enterprise for this Event.
STAR TREK FAQ LOG (Question Mark Icon)
As a working Community, we here at the Addicts try to help out all we can with information and guides for the game. At times we may not have the details out just yet, but you want your fix NOW. TinyCo has embeded a FAQ into their game for quick tips and help. This section will take you right to the in game FAQ if you are trying to locate it. Just tap on the “?HELP & SUPPORT” link on the bottom to go there.

Enjoying the game a lot so far and a lovely ship, had to spend a bit for clams as wanted the cybernetics lab, and worth it as moving me on pretty quickly, a great payout from this, so would recommend getting this. Was concerned when a timed event popped up but got the 200 tribbles in less than a day, so thank you Tiny a stress free timed event 😄 giving Chris and Bonnie 2 of the main collecting tasks was a bit odd, especially as they take so long, and so many others could have been used, but freed Chris up now as only need 3 more hamburgers for Peters uniform, getting a pretty good drop rate, except for the green cubes. Enjoying this event the most yet, and not just because I am a Trek fan, so again Tiny thank you. Not seen anyone mention this but how about including Benedict in his Khan role. Wish we could keep the ship though, but all good things have to come to an end. Finaly a question Ladies please, do we get to keep Geordie and the others we unlock after the event, and the skins for Mort/Chris etc. Thank you.

My tribbles haven’t came back in two days and I’ve contacted tiny co twice. Deleted the app, reinstalled. Signed out. I don’t know what else to do. I only need 2 more gems to unlock the first person and every time I try and spend 1 clam on one, consuela comes up saying I don’t have enough currency and I have 169 clams. I’m getting so behind on this event and I don’t know what to do.

I have a question….i asked tinyco n still havent got a response but am i supposed to have quahog tribbles and enterprise tribbles? I have them on the enterprise but havent seen any in my quahog since ive been seeing the enterprise ones

No once you go the enterprise and complete the Tribble task in Quahog the Tribbles will stop spawning.

Did anyone else have Ferengi Mort disappear from their Replicator menu? Are the special items limited time to craft once you have unlocked that warp core level? Help?

Turns out he just disappeared for the ten minutes I was creating Starfleet Peter. Once I claimed Peter, Ferengi Mort reappeared. Whew!

He disappeared while I was crafting Peters costume, once that was done Ferengi Mort reappeared in the Replicator.

constantly glitches out and doesnt save progress. Also in the star trek event the tribles stopped appearing and the quests stopped before I was able to collect enough dilithium to unlock the character and the enterprise. So im not able to continue the event any further

Not sure where the best place for this would be so I am going to try here. I was just looking through my replicator and noticed Mort’s new skin was missing. I have not created it yet because I was working on Geordi first. Just curious whether this had happened to anybody else?

I want to like this event but so far it a whole lot of just killing tribbles. I can’t get any of the items needed to unlock Peters outfit or enginering. I know it’s early in the release so hopefully it will pick for me.

🌟✨okay so I have 2 rooms built and now waiting for 2 more to be built here in a couple of hours,,..Now do we HAVE to create a whole bunch of rooms or can we just make 1 of each???,,Like for me I just want 1 Cargo Bay, 1 Crews Quarters, and 1 Super Rad Cargo bay.

I think each room drops a different item to help unlock a character or other items in the game. I will probably change around the rooms once I no longer need the particular item from that room. This observation is based on the first group of rooms for this event. One room helps with a Starfleet Peter item, one room helps with a LaForge item, one room gets you the yellow life energy support cube, and the last room gets you the red cubes.

Is the Enterprise permanent or a temporary thing like the blimp? I don’t see the point in buying a room for clams if it leaves when the event is over. Also noticed there’s only 4 build spaces but about 20 different rooms to build. Any thoughts?

First, the enterprise will leave when the event ends, as of now. However you get to keep whichever rooms you create in Quahog form when the event ends.
Second, more build areas will unlock with each area of the ship you clear. New areas will open to clear each week.

Brings up your inventory. It’s basically a quick access for it since things you craft on the Enterprise can only go in Quahog so they’re stored in your inventory until you go back. So that’s just the quick access for it..

Part of my frustration is the enterprise is so beautiful I want to play in it like I do the Sims. I want them to press button and make them explore the ship and do things. Sometimes I just blow up the screen reall big just to appreciate all the fine detail. Keep mistaking game for an RPG. LOL. Don’t want to just squish furballs Though pretty fun (Except when they get in area/close to areas in the tiny ship space – that cause the game to open up area/content screens mid squash). Wanna play more in this awesome, aweSome, AWESOME set. Guess why many of us do not want it to go away April 30. Was thinking wouldn’t a futurama world be awesome (or if they did the game). Oooh, oooh, SouthPark.
Okay I digressed.
Any-who. I too want more things to do in game, cause it’s sooo awesome I don’t want to turn it off. More things than tasking. LOL.

Am I the only one having a problem with my game crashing every time I try opening the Enterprise? Please help!!!

Have you tried the basic troubleshooting?
Also, how much memory is free on your device. The game right now is taking a TON of space and if you have any programs/apps running at the same time it could cause a crashing issue.

The game crashed whenever I tried to go to the Enterprise with the button at the bottom. Use the GO button in the quest tracker instead, that fixes it. Or at least it did for me.

I should probably add that the crashing only happened the first time. After getting there the “right way” the button at the bottom started working properly as well.

Hi. I just got Engineering unlocked and I’m finally able to build the rooms on the Enterprise (they really went all out with the D, she’s a beaut). I noticed one of Geordi’s items could be earned from the Cargo Bay so I clicked that to build first. Everything was fine then. I had enough dilithium for the Robotics lab so I clicked that for the neighbouring room. Now the two rooms claim to be building Robotics labs, no Cargo Bay. I’ve tried to reset the game but nope, still the same. I’m stuck with two WIP Robotics labs. Just me or glitch? Anybody ahead of me know if you can you change the rooms around or store them after they’re built like normal buildings? Thanks

Wait til they’re done to see if it’s just a wording issue. If still not correct by then let them know. Message them the issue in the meantime just in case.

Yeah it was definitely a Cargo Bay before I bought the Robotics Lab (it won’t let me build another one so I doubt I’ve done it twice somehow). I’ll wait it out, thanks for the quick reply 🙂 I didn’t want to ruin my Enterprise before I had even started. Loving this event so far.

I had the same thing happen to me. I clicked to build 1 Robotics lab and next thing I know, I have 2. The up side is I got Peters Red uniform shirts twice as fast.

Yep I’ve got two. Seems like a glitch. I think I’ll change it once I have enough red shirts. Shame, I don’t have enough dilithium yet for my cargo bay lol.

How do you change rooms on the enterprise? I tried to swap one out, the room i wanted to change it to said 1 owned in the menu but when a tapped it it charged me dilithium and started the 4 hour build time. is that normal?

It shouldn’t charge you. Let them know if it does. It’ll go through build time though.

I just tried changing my Super Rad Cargo Bay room into a second Crews Quarters, but instead of getting this, it built the Rec Room – even though the Rec Room was still showing as a locked option. When I then hard closed the app, the Rec Room disappeared as an option. Am I going crazy from spending too much time on this or is it another bug?

It could be a visual glitch? What room is it showing you own now? Did it take crystals away?

Hi Alissa. In the change room window, i clicked on Crew Quarters, but after it was built, the Rec Room was there & it took away crystals,& the label said Rec Room too. but when i opened the change rooms window, the Rec Room was still locked. After 2 more attempts of hard closing & trying to change it to Crew Quarters, it finally worked but minus 3 lots of crystals & energy. The Rec Room is now showing as purchased in the change rooms window.
i also tried to get Ferengi Mort but got a secong Earl Grey building instead so something strange is happening.

Thats weird. I was going to build the cargo bay and instead something caled “The Space Crapper” was built, looking exactly like the crew quarters but giving other things like 10 crystals and 5 xp. Whats this? I never saw this as something I could build.

I SO want to love this event but it’s so ho hum. Only one person can collect red shirts and only one person can get life support. And the actions are pretty long ones. I’ll twiddle my thumbs and hope the next part is more…eventful.

Feeling the same way, seems like the event will be half way over by the time Riker drops any life support so I can do something to advance… not to mention Chris and the red shirts… Ho Hum is right.

You can build rooms in the engineering area to get more of both of these things. The Crew’s quarters gives the life support, and the Robotics Lab gives red shirts. These help a lot.

its a long event! i didnt realize first that it ended 30th april, i thought 30th march >.<, im glad its a long event and they give us time to do it. that will also give new/newer players a chance to get more than they otherwise would have gotten in a short event. btw: u can get red shirts from robotics lab!

Things are kind of grinding to a halt in this event. Can’t continue until I unlock Geordi and Starfleet Peter, only 1 or two tasks that unlock the items needed, and theyre insanely long, 20+ hours. Guess I’ll just collect my 1-2 dilithiums every 6 hours and wait for May.

We hear this all the time when there’s an event going on. The reason coins aren’t used for an event is so that new players have a chance to get in on the action and everyone’s at a level playing field for everyone.
Don’t worry before you know it they’ll release a ton of District buildings/land that will cost a ton of money.

Agree with those saying how slow this is. Currency is hard to come by and I am not sure what is best to spend it on first. Need the yellow energy cube things but only riker can get them. Have done enough events to know that things pick up, but this is a very frustrating start IMO.

I have managed to build the Cargo Bay and Robotics lab on the Enterprise. The time is weird. It counts down 4 hours, then automatically restarts and counts down 2 hours. After those two hours I get a dilithium reward. Why not just make it 6 hours? Or is it a bug? Or is it just me?

✨🌟another quick question as I just unlocked the engineering place or something like that Lol now I’m in the place where the dude who has to where a visor needs to be unlocked and just started building the Robotics Lab! now it’s showing I have 3 more rooms to build and Crew’s Quarters, Cargo Bay, and Super Rad Cargo Bay need to be built (I’m gonna stay away from the rooms that cost clams this event also,anything with clams I most likely won’t get to prevent me from being even MORE confused lmao!!)

All personalization to you. I am working on a post on what each room drops (as it only lists them for Clam rooms) so if you wanna wait, feel free to. If not, your choice what you make. Once event is over, you will get a version of the room to keep.

This event seems really slow. Like….nothing to do but wait for things for 1 character to drop and tap tribbles. Any others feel bored?

Why are there no tasks for the characters to earn crystals? Will that come later in the event? Having trouble building rooms on the enterprise because I havent collected enough

Right now the Tribbles are the main source. Once you start unlocking rooms and Characters on the Enterprise, more help will come.

I have exhausted my Tribbles and now my dilithium is in trickle mode. I have just enough to get Peter’s uniform (just need the stuff) and the rooms and buildings are giving not paying out at any appreciable rate. I think the phased out the Tribbles to soon. At least, until the player was able to compensate for their loss by having characters and rooms that drop an equitable amount of dilithium to keep the game moving forward, not stall dead in its tracks.

They are supposed to go to Part 7 buy stopped at 4 for some reason. They are still on it as we speak. So… my suggestion… get as many as you can before losing them. Once you start getting the rooms going and items built in Replicator… help comes.

Problem is its an auto turn in. As soon as you get the 200 to collect the clams the game rewards you. If it were a manual turn in you could just keep avoiding the check and keep them spawning.

Actually ive been hearing people complaining about tribble stopping after 200 tribbles that ive been avoiding to click on peter to start pt 4. I only need peter for the visor but bonnie and lois is all i
need for it. My tribble is still coming out and ive been manage to get a lot of diamonds. Im also pretty close on getting the costume for mort cuz i was able to buy most rooms and they spit out the crystal i needed.

It seems that TC has respawned the Tribbles in my game. Hopefully, I will be in much better shape by the time they get phased out again. I know I can delay the quest chain, but I will have to evaluate when it’s best to move on so I can maintain the next phase.

I know this is getting ahead of myself and it won’t be unlocked for a few weeks yet, but when you click on the bridge it says “free Jean Luc Picard….. etc”.
do we think this will be a separate new character rather than a skin for Patrick Stewart?

Even after the hotfix yesterday for the tribbles on iOS, my tribbles won’t spawn in. Plus since it says that they will stop spawning after part 7 of “An officer and an Idiot, I’m only on Part 5 so my tribbles should still spawn in on the Enterprise? Help!

I noticed Captain Kirk is the final craftable item in the synthesizer thingy. Judging from past events, does this mean Kirk is the special character this time? (I.e. King Butt, George Takei, Jesus)

I have had Chris continuously doing the Fat Kid Hula Hoop. After running it 5 times, still no red outfits drop. The drop rate is set on COMMON, i should have at least 3-4 by now, but i have Zero. This it’s really annoying, since its a multi hour quest & i can’t progress. Any help here?

Hey Ladies…I LOVE this new event! Can’t stop playing!! I’m currently trying to unlock Peter’s Starlet uniform as well as trying to unlock Geordi. Think Geordi will take a bit longer since you have to place 2-3 characters on 20 hour quests just to get the rainbow for him. I was wondering if the Enterprise will have several levels you can venture to via the turbo lift or just the one? I see that when you send Riker on the quest, “seduce alien women,” he goes to the turbo-lift for 8 hours. Just curious. Also, can’t believe this game is nearing it’s 1 year anniversary next month!!!

The turbolift seems to be the generic location for certain tasks. For example, I expected Starfleet Peter’s task to drink synthehol would be in Ten Forward, but since it’s not yet unlocked he drinks in the turbolift.

I made it to the enterprise but I have a mildly random question. Is captain Picard a costume for Patrick Stewart f room the comic con event? Or a character we r on his own? I was hoping he was a costume because I feel like the comic con celebs are a little neglected. Lol
