WHAT THE DEUCE! Why can’t characters have actions to help get costumes for themselves? I.E Chris Griffin helps to get items for Klingon Chris? Chris needs 25 Dictionarys and sending Geordi, Mort, Riker and Worf on an away mission is suppose to give you 5 books but the drop rate on that is like next to nothing. I also want to know why TinyCo sets item counts way too high and then have a drop rate that is almost impossible. Deanna Troy needs 35 headbands to unlock her, but Joe and Bruce have a task that will drop them every 4 hours and i have seen very few if any dropped by these guys. Someone made mention to Deanna needing chocolate bars from the away mission but you need her to go on the mission this also goes for chris needing the books and you need him to go on the away mission for the books. THIS IS INSANE! Once you have the Klingon Chris you dont need him to go on an away mission for the books this would just be to increase the number of crystals you need only. Another thing is that i paid good money for Worf and he isnt dropping the books like he should, it maybe just me but if i pay for a character he better drop an item each time, it just makes sense to me. I would also like to know : I have Patrick Stewart and George Takei, Why arent they helping with this event?? They could do something to drop items or crystals or XP Or SOMETHING. All these characters and only a small handful are doing anything. I understand TinyCo needs to make money but i have paid for some of these characters and they are just sitting in my closet collecting dust. Thank you for listening to me and if you feel the same way i do, please post comments based on the topics above. The more we talk about it maybe something will change for the better. Come on TinyCo help us reach the Final Frontier!

WTD I’ve played this game since the beginning and I really think that this is just a BIG BETA TEST with all the crashes and useless “after the event” people and buildings, plus the “if you want the character”, you have to spend real money to get it because TinyCo has no one really playing the game to see what we are going through. Also to put a psych element in to see how much crap a customer will put up with before saying “see ya later”.

Hi all, and what the deuce. Since my last post after 6 hours bonnie still didn’t drop for me after the seventh attempt when she droped one of a total of two, and she’s been on it since beginning. Nothing from the superrad cargo room yesterday, and nothing so far today. Still waiting 4 more hours till my other sradcargo is finished. I did an in game post to tiny co. as well to let them know how ridiculously low the drop rates are for synthesizer ore and transporter energy are. I mean really, how are you supposed to send out an away team for chocolate bars, when you’re not getting any from drops. What the mother f***ing deuce.

What the deuce? I’m really enjoying the event!! Two minor things:-
1) Sit down riker style seems to have a bug. When you drag the bubble over it gets stuck instead of starting the activity.
2) The Trekkie’s don’t make a sound when you tap them.

Sux that a new addict seems to have no chance at this event unless they buy tons of clams (I don’t even have Brian unlocked). The chars I have…many don’t have quests for drops.

I’ll be leaving this game as soon as I run out of the clams I have. I know that TinyCo needs to make money but too many things seem to be cash grabs and the premium characters are way too expensive relative to their usefulness in both the short and long term. Worf is a good example as you’re looking to pay about $7.30 for him and you know after the event he’ll be worthless. Add all the other things you can spend clams on during this event and it’s just too much.
I would like to say that you guys are awesome and have helped me stick around longer than I might have without your tips and insight, so thank you for that!

so in total for the entire event, ive accumulated 5 green squares and 4 blue balls( 2 of them from a quest) with all freemium rooms and characters running 24-7, just awesome. bout to give up 😦 to bad i got 40 characters doing nothing.

Busy tapping tribbles, they disappear if you don’t get them quickly enough so I tap fast, I see a brief dark flash, less than a second, I really mean brief, I’m down to 22 clams and have a McBurgertown on the Enterprise, WTD?!
Confirmation screens are great and all, providing they actually load up and can’t be bypassed in a split second by tapping the middle of the screen.
Quick fix? Put a 2 second delay on a confirm purchase box for premium items, problem solved. No more players accidentally spending hundreds of clams on something they didn’t want.

So, I get my response, TinyCo have very graciously sorted out my problem and said they’re looking to make some changes so it doesn’t happen to others.
A games company that actually thinks about it’s players and puts them before company profits? WTD?!
Awesome job by TinyCo, I now feel bad for the original WTD?!

What the deuce? Built the two rooms that drop transporter energy. Not one drop when I built them. Set my alarm every 6 hours. Not a single drop ever. So I spend clams on the room that drops them always. It’s an instant build. I figure the moment it’s built you get dilithium and 1 transporter energy cube like every other building or room in the game … Nope … Nothing!!

I give up on this event. So frustrating I don’t want to even turn it on. Not fun for me to play with these odds. Rare if any drops, amounts needed crazy. I have all characters on task. No drops from Bonnie at all. Built doubles of rooms for green and blue drops and they still won’t drop. The only blue im getting is from the clam building I got. Can’t send anyone on trips for chocolate without blue drops. And I can’t use ppl since their running long storyline. WTD!!!! I’m til next event. This is a clam event.

I’ve had Bonnie living it up at ladies night all week and she obviously gets too drunk and keeps leaving her Synthesiser Ore in the checkroom – What the Duece! Herbert had been perving away as a peeping Tom but keeps bringing back beer bottles instead of prosthetic foreheads even though I have crafted everything in Pawtuckets brewery! – What the Duece!

Have you crafted the multiples of the Brewery crafts? I know that there can be up to 4 of each item in the brewery.

✨yeah you HAVE to craft EACH item multiply times…Some are Limit of 2, and others are Limit of 3 or 4 you know what I mean.

What the Deuce? Why can’t we have an away mission to send Bonnie away to another galaxy since she never drops anything? And might as well send Dr Hartman as well….I don’t think I ever got a single tap handle from him either.
And when the transporter comes back, have it bring back Spring…enough cold weather already!!!!!!!

What the deuce, I have completed three of the four required items to get Chris so I am certainly playing my game. But I only have eight of the dictionaries, meaning I need 17 more. And even with four collectors, I only have five blue crystals. Is this really the way TinyCo set up this task? It seems like Soap Opera Peter all over again. I love the idea of making away trips. I hope I get to take one at some point.

WTD, at this whole Star Trek event causing problems for me.
Over the past week this has happened to me with this game:
– Accidentally FF rent on a building losing 16 Clams.
– Accidentally buy Ensign Doom Room while popping Tribbles because of bad hit boxes on rooms on Enterprise. TinyCo kindly refunded them. Thank god!
– Accidentally FF room losing another 3 Clams.
– After getting 125 Clam refund I lose access to my game. Something with this Update won’t allow the game to completely load. I get kicked out at the load screen.
This event is cursed I tell you! 😦

I’m just not thrilled with this event. I know Disney will probably never let them do a proper Star Wars event, but Star Trek has such little of a connection to FG that this seems forced and pointless.
I also wonder how healthy the game is based on how TinyCo seems to really be milking fans this event.
260 clams for a minor character that doesn’t even have a celebrity voice is just plain robbery. Worf should have been 200 clams tops. He isn’t even all that useful.
On top of that the drop rates just seems ridiculous. I’m not sure how anyone can unlock Diana by next warp upgrade without spending tons of clams. The transporter energy is nearly impossible to obtain through regular play. Same with Klingon Chris.
This also seems to be the first event where the majority of your characters are completely useless. There is all of this stuff to collect, but yet we can only use 7 out of 70+ characters? Nuts.
This will be the first event I do not see myself spending any cash on.

It has been said before, and it looks like it is the main complain here… Transporter energy and Synthesizer ore!!! WTD!!! I’m inclined to believe that this was on purpose, whether to see how players complain or mess around with them.. or only to force us to buy.. buy… buy clams. Even when I really liked the first week, now it looks that there is some kind of unrealistic process going on specially with drop rates/stuff needed/characters helping.
I have 2 rec rooms.. and not a single energy drop except from when they were built. Bonnie is as good as nothing… and a timmer to get Worf… come on!!!! Even If I want to buy him.. WHY.. WHY on earth there is always this kind of pressure?!?!?!
I play premium, usually when things are cool or I really think they will look great on my town, and specially when an event has proved to be doable, and then the premium stuff is only because I want it, not because it is ridiculously needed… I feel SO disappointed on this 2nd phase. I hope it improves the next few days

WTD… drop rates on all of the ores (yellow, green, blue) are pretty bad, they seem on epic level for green!. ..i have the freemium rooms…i have characters constantly on their tasks, i have tried hard closing my game and I get nothing! I did an in game communication to tiny Co. .. maybe everyone should. ..
I also agree with other players that Patrick stewart and George takai should be helpful to players who put the effort into getting them!

What the Deuce? you need to go to Wai Iota IV to have some chocolate bars to get Deanna Troi but she is part of the crew that can go to that planet I just don’t understand that

Same thing with the other planet, Clingon Chris is an option to send and one of the prizes is dictionaries that you need to unlock him.

Yeah, does seem stupid. However, it is supposed to be a better payoff than first planet and maybe she give a better chance to get the synth ore? Though at 6 Transporter energy it seems less cost effective. I think they should have made increase function where the more people sent increases the payout. So let’s say a single person can get one of the base items (either the synth ore, dictionaries, or dilithium). For example, for each person added that increases that number by 1 unit or maybe 20-25 dilithium. So 2 synth ore for one person, but 4 for three characters transported.

What the deuce about all the what the deuces about transporter energy?
Freemium player but receiving ten or eleven per day. So can save up for three trips every two days plus some left over to save for Klingon replicator items and the other trips. With 50% success four days should be enough. And by that time most of the dictionaries will have dropped from rooms so only need to then go for the billboard.

everyone’s payout from tasks or rooms will be different. there have been tasks i’ve struggled getting the resources for while others said it was a breeze and vice versa. your experience won’t be everyone’s. i play all through the day as i have time to get on every hour or two and i still have trouble getting the transporter energy.

Why is it taking so long to collect the yellow blocks so that you can further on in the game also it’s taking so long getting to each warp level I don’t have enough clams to buy items that will increase warp levels not fair

I am playing two games, one freemium, one where I lay out cash. The freemium game is getting an amazing drop rate. and has already obtained all the picture frames, and more than half way through the headbands for Troi, It already has all the swordy things and most of the foreheads for klingon Chris, whereas my pay to play game is not even close. Neither have been able to obtain a single chocolate bar, and that is with 5 trips on one game, and 3 on the other. I am hearing tribble noises in my dreams! WTD?

Uhm, why, between Bonnie and the Super Rad Cargo Bay, have I had 37 chances at getting the green thingies, and have only gotten 7?
Uhm, can anyone help me with Pawtucket Pat? I have already unlocked him (long ago) and I still have chumbas running around, my characters can still do tasks to collect handles, bottles, etc. How do I get rid of that? I tried to remove the building but it won’ t let me….help.

My apartments told me they would be installing all new windows in my apartment starting Monday and finding Wednesday. Today is Saturday and they STILL aren’t done! What the deuce?!

What the deuce?! How come anytime we have an event or new district, Bonnie is always needed to abuse the Jacuzzi jets and go to ladies night to get stuff? Let’s have our other characters get in on the fun!

It’s because she is an early character you get. Keep in mind that they have to make event possible and fun for every player. And there are people who just started the game.

Overall I’m enjoying the Star Trek event. So far, it’s my favorite out of all the events that I’ve been involved with. There is a great deal of good throughout, but it’s being hampered (as usual) by little things that make absolutely no sense..
Transporter energy (blue) is just a freaking nightmare! I am happy that Tinyco added other characters the ability to gain it, but so far it hasn’t help.
1.Peters “adjusting very large tunic” I’ve ran since it’s been available.
2. Morts “hiss at hu-mons” I’ve ran since available. It’s the newest.
3. Rec room since available.
4. Second Rec room since available.
So far, I’ve attained a total of 5 Transporter energy, and 2 of those came from completing a task. WHAT THE DEUCE??!!
Synthesizer Ore (green) has been better than the Transporter Energy , but still painfully slow.
1. Bonnie has dropped “maybe” 1. I’ve tasked her every time since available.
2. Super Rad Cargo Bay.
3. Second Super Rad Cargo Bay.
Total ore dropped has been 7. WHAT THE DEUCE??!!
Those 2 drop rates are really all thats on my mind thats causing me issues other than my game freezing and at times I have to pull my battery to reset my phone. My battery also gets wicked hot only when I play this game. Trees also disappear from areas i haven’t cleared yet. I haven’t tested the patch regarding these issues as of yet, but hopefully it’ll help.
Tinyco puts out a good product, and it’s been extremely enjoyable to play, but I find it hard to believe that issues like these are just simply overlooked. I can imagine it’s hard to balance out Freemium and Premium, but give the Freemium side better odds since they are giving the most precious resource, their time.

Yeah, that transporter energy is killing me! I’ve built two of the rooms that drop the energy and I’ve had all the Characters constantly on the actions to drop it. I’ve had 5 in total. It’s making the game look a little bleak for us free players. I’m really reluctant to drop $10 on Worf (even if I REALLY want to). I’m trying to give it time, but we’ll see what happens. TinyCo is really good at responding to us players so hopefully something will change. 😦

Well I’ve finally had it. Enough is enough, when you get a quest for some green crystal and boom they stop dropping. It was the last and final straw, the one that broke the camel’s back so to speak. I have been trying to decide if I wanted to continue or not, and that was it. After 2 days of 0 drops, bonnie and the rad room 0 drops. I have had it. This was a premium player, I have spent hundreds of dollars on this games (did really enjoy it so no regrets). I know Family guy Quest for stuff wants to be around for a long time, but if they won’t have this player joining them. I have enough stress with work, don’t need to stress about will this drop, will I finish this on time, etc…adding to that all the stuff you need for the other characters, they just seem to be making the game more challenging and difficult every time, its not why I started playing. So I have closed shop, left my 840 clams to rot in virtual space.
My only regret is I can’t just give this game away to someone…

I had a quest appear to collect 4 or 5 (I forget the exact number) klingon items and I would get a special prize. The quest was there and then suddenly disappeared after logout/login. I’ve never seen it reappear and it’s not listed as a phase 2 quest….so…huh?

with the Transporter energy. Way to much needed and way to less provided.
Also it seems that the droprates/needed items are getting rarer.
Even without the Transporter related stuff im anything than near the completion of Troi and Klingon Chris. (I bought Worf the second i was able to) And ppl like Herbert are Messing with my Star Trek Drops (District 10 Stuff. I’m through with 11, got pawtucket and i’m on the marching band right now.)
And WAY to less Transporter Energy! (There are also quests ongoing with the Event that all the trek chars are blocked)

Transporter materials. I got none at all on Friday and am off to a bad start again today. For as many as you need and given that they are 6 hour tasks why must they be rare items? WHAT THE DEUCE?
Deanna Troi’s chocolate bars? WHAT THE DEUCE? The only place in the vast reaches of space to get these darned things is a planet called Wai Iota IV that takes 6 of the aforementioned transporter materials to reach and even then the party of incompetent explorers might come back empty handed … Why I oughta … I can leave my house and be at a store in about 2 minutes that has all manner of chocolate bars. For as rare as these things are, Counselor Troi better be getting multiple orgasms with each bite she takes.
And slave shrimp. As a pescatarian, (a mostly vegetarian who eats seafood and the like), shrimp has been one of my guilty pleasures. Now the Associated Press is doing all this reporting on how shrimp and other delectable seafood is being caught by southeast Asian men forced into slavery aboard Thai fishing boats. Can I not enjoy my shrimp without the guilt of wondering if it was caught by slaves. Arrrrgggh! WHAT THE DEUCE?!?!?!?!

Thank you B & A for having one of these this week! LOL. I have reserved saying a word about the latest phase … until I saw this opportunity.
WTD — please TinyCo, develop challenges and tasks that are actually reasonably doable. I want the challenges to reward me for constant play and not take two days to complete. But I don’t want them to linger into the next phase when all the same characters and same items are needed because there is little chance of catching up once you get behind. I have all the freemium means of acquiring blue energy (two rooms, Mort, Peter) and have collected only six as of this morning. That’s after 36 hours. With maxed out results for the trips (which I doubt will be the case), it will take four trips to Oh’Nos to collect 20 dictionaries (hope to get some from the room) so that is 12 blue energy just for that which will be 72 hours (Sunday night). Then I can start collecting for three trips to collect 12 chocolates which needs 18 blue energy for another 108 hours (Friday afternoon). And that’s if you max out each trip which I can’t see being the case. So at best, we are into the next phase before we can complete what is provided to us in this phase. I am guessing unless something changes it will be well into next weekend before completing all the trips needed for dictionaries and chocolates. And then there are other things for which the blue energy is needed.
I like that premium characters provide a great assist to those who purchase them. But the involvement of premium characters should not be part of the equation when determining the set up of the challenge since not everyone plays as premium. These “rare” drops are a stumbling block. Perhaps similar requirements with “uncommon” drops would have been a better structure.
I commend you TinyCo for changing the challenges in this event from the same ones that appeared in all of the ones in 2014. I am not a ST fan of any series or movie and am loving seeing what you are presenting and am reading up with each new item to learn its significance. And I LOVE being challenged and being forced to go into my game to collect and restart tasks. But it is frustrating to go into your game and be discouraged when you view the enormity of the challenges and read this blog and see how discouraged other players are. I just don’t want to reach the point where the enormity starts me to miss appointed collections because that’s when the game stops being played entirely.

WHAT THE DEUCE!!!!!!!!! I am never going to progress in this game unless they put some other characters on synthesizer ore ( hint) george tieki he’s not doing anything. Patrick stewert isn’t doing anything either. I’ve had Bonnie in the drunken clam since the start and ive gotten only 2 from her. The rest from super rad cargo room. I built another one this morning witch I didn’t want to do becouse now I have a room I wont be able to build. Hopefully this helps get more ore. In the meantime I have 40 characters doing nothing in quahog except 24 hour tasks. This is more like a what the f@&$ then a what the deuce. Let some of the american dad and comic con characters get involved tiny co. As always good job to bunny and the crew, for keeping us in the loop.

WTD? Why does the replicator use Transporter energy? And what happened to synthesizer ore? I busted my character’s butts last week to get enough to replicate the last week’s stuff, then this week requires not synthesizer ore, but Transporter energy and I need it more for the transporters. And it drops like synth ore (few and far between even with PREMIUM Worf). And like all premium characters I think there should be a privilege that goes with buying them (they should always drop the item they are bought for especially since that usefulness is time limited) .
